Stage 1: Complete the Story Delete

During this stage, your main objective is to complete the main story of Just Cause 3. Completing challengers during this step will be helpful as they unlock new Gear MODs that will make your story playthrough easier, collecting as many collectibles and completing Random Encounters will make end game less grindy. Just Cause 3 also has no missable trophies.

Stage 2: Complete all Challenges with 5 Gears Delete

Just Cause 3 has a total of 112 challenges, and you must get 5 gears in all challenges to receive all trophies related to challengers. Liberating settlements unlocks challengers in their vicinity, therefore you must liberate all settlements to unlock all challengers. Once you have completed all challengers with 5 gears, equip all Gear Mods.

Stage 3: Liberate Medici Delete

There are a total of 29 Province's in Medici, split up into three different areas known as Insula Dracon, Fronte, and Striate. Each Province has settlements within each, which all settlements must be cleared to liberate a Province. Once you have liberated all Province's, the following trophies will unlock.

Stage 4: Collectibles Delete

There are a total of 274 collectible in Just Cause 3, which each collectible is depicted on the map within each liberated Province with a (?). All collectibles in a Province can be depicted on the bottom left hand of the map.

Stage 5: 100% Remaining Content + Miscellaneous Trophies Delete

After completing the previous stages, you are left with completing the remaining miscellaneous trophies the game has to offer and completing anything that hasn't given you 100% completion yet for Gold Winner Takes All, Again. There are many miscellaneous trophies in the game, where most should have been already achieved and many can be achieved in a matter of minutes. Refer to each individual trophy below for more information about each trophy.

This trophy can only be obtained at Military Bases, therefore outposts, towns, etc. do not count. The best place to achieve this trophy is the first base you come across in the Baia region called "Vis Electra" as it's the first and easiest base to achieve the trophy. If you have already completed this base, you can either do another base or come back for this trophy after completing the last main story mission as all bases can be reset at that point. Since you are unable to use any weapons, grenades, or planted explosives; this leaves you with only using your tether L2 and melee attack Circle.

Gas cannisters are located all over Medici, mainly in Military bases. To receive this trophy you must use your tether on a gas cannister and an enemy, though this can also be done to a friendly soldier. Once you have found a gas cannister with an enemy in the vicinity, press and hold L2 onto the cannister to shoot a tether, let go of L2 on the enemy, and then shoot R2 the cannister to launch it.

This trophy can only be obtained at Military Bases, therefore outposts, towns, etc. do not count. The best place to achieve this trophy is the Military Base "Cima Leon: Silo" in the Lacos Province region. A tank is located at the back of the base. After you have found the tank, enter it and destroy all Chaos objects in the base without leaving it. If you have already completed this base, you can either do another base or come back for this trophy after completing the last main story mission as all bases can be reset at that point.

This mod becomes available once you have collected a total of 7 gears from the "Crash Bomb Challenges". After you have unlocked the Booster Explosives gear mod; activate it in the skills menu (this replaces your GE-64 explosives), select it by pressing Down, then find an enemy soldier and plant the booster explosive gear mod on him (L2), then hold down L2 to activate it.

Note: this can be done on dead enemy soldiers, though this cannot be done on friendlies unlike Bronze My Little Rocket Man.

There are a total of 47 vehicles in Just Cause 3, which each vehicle must be taken to one of Mario's Rebel Garages. These garages are located in each town you have liberated. Once you have found a vehicle you do not own, drive to one of the garages and the vehicle will be collected. A list of all vehicles in the game are shown under the rebel drop list menu. It is suggested that you complete land challenges to collect gears so you can select the Vehicle detector mod. This mod is very helpful since the radar will depict a missing vehicle is nearby, and when entering a missing vehicle it will display a blue icon next to its name depicting you don't own it. The following video depicts all locations of every vehicle in the game.

The highest point of Medici is located on top of the Province Montana Mountain in the "Insula Striate" region. The best and quickest way to reach the top of the mountain is via a helicopter, though you can reach is however you want. A helicopter will come available very early through your playthrough, which can be requested through a Rebel Drop. The following video shows the exact location of the highest point.

These encounters show up randomly as you are exploring the world, though they only appear in liberated areas. Once you have unlocked a monastery, find a large military base or town and destroy/kill everything. When you are at heat level 5, find a monastery and talk to the priest.

To unlock the first Gear MOD in any category you must collect a total of 3 gears related to that category (e.g. collecting 3 gear mods in the "Crash Bomb Challenges" unlocks the Max Active Explosive 1 gear mod, which is located under Explosives Mods). Once you have attained 3 gears for a certain category; equip it by hitting down the touch pad button, selecting the Gear Mods tab (using R1L2), selecting the category that contains the unlocked gear mod (using Right AnalogR2), then highlighting the unlocked gear mod and pressing Cross.
