Roadmap
Stage 1: Complete the Story and Stage Challenges Delete
First you want to play through the story. There are no missable trophies, because a chapter select is available. However there is only one collectible per level so it is recommended to pick them up as you go. Collecting the Tukus is important, because once you have all 6 of them, you unlock all weapons for all levels and you need the Axe to clear the Arenas.
You should also complete the level-specific challenges. These are simple and require you to kill a certain number of enemies in a specific way, execute combos, or something else. Completing these will unlock the Combat Arenas.

Tips & Strategies
Save Scrolls
Keep an eye out for save scrolls. They are used to save your game data in this game. You have to pick them up to be able to save your progress, so use them wisely. It's the first item you can find in the game. On your linear path in the first level, you can't miss them. You can carry up to 4 scrolls at a time. So it is recommended to save as you find them and maybe leave one for extra so you can save if you get into a tight spot.
Disarming enemies
The most effective way to kill enemies in the game is to face them and smash
. Rau will disarm the the enemy when they try to attack and kill them in the process. This works on all enemy types in the game.
Cheat Codes
Cheats don't disable trophies, but are recommended to use only after finishing the story. They become useful in the Arenas. Use the code in the title menu and activate it at
Sage. You hear a sound to confirm when a cheat has been entered correctly.
Below are the cheat codes:
- Disable enemy A.I.:
- Wimpy Enemies:
- Infinite Arrows:
- Health items restore full health:
- Immortality:

Rune of power is a white health item that increases your maximum health. There are a few of them in every stage. It's recommended to always pick these up as you come across them. Every level resets your health so in every new level you always have to restart building more hit points. They are really easy to find. Your first opportunity to earn this trophy will be in the first level Ruins of Tiru. Towards the end of the level there will be a ruin like structure with an open area in the middle. There are a few enemies around it. You can't miss it.
From the Shadows

You are introduced to stealth attacks in the 2nd level. There are many many chances in the game to earn this trophy. First you need to find a pair of enemies who haven't spotted you and are standing next to each other. Aproach them unarmed from behind and use the right analogue stick to target them. The button sequence

Buggy
There are a lot of opportunities through out the game to create a distraction by disturbing a flock of birds with Kuzo. You have to send out Kuzo, your bird to a flock of other birds to distract an enemy so they turn around. When they are distracted sneak up behind them for an easy kill. Here is a video guide to show you how it's done.
Buggy: Some players have reported that this trophy didn't unlock like it was supposed to. However it is not glitched for everyone. Oddly this seems to happen for those who are using another audio then English. If you have trouble unlocking the trophy try changing the language. If that doesn't help backup your save and reinstall the game.

Unscathed
Complete a level without dying.
55.28%
Common
To earn this trophy you have to complete an entire level without dying. This is very easy to do in the first level. If you are having trouble use the
save scrolls to your advantage. If you die, reload your save and try again. This is even easier if you enter the Immortality cheat (
). Like always enter the code in the title menu and see
Sage to activate the cheat. You shouldn't have any problems with this trophy though, so the cheat code is probably overkill.

and the
Button will appear above their heads. The icon has to be solid for you to kill with one shot, if the icon is flashing you will not be able to hit the enemy in the head and it will take more arrows to kill them.
Easiest method would be to do this in the first Combat Arena. First disable the enemy A.I. by using the following cheat code in the title menu (
). Then activate it by visiting
Sage at the upstairs of the Inn. You have to find all the Tuku's in the game to unlock all weapons for all levels and complete the challenges of the first story level to unlock the Combat Arena if you wish to do it this way. See
Arena Master and
Master of Weapons for more information on how to do all that.
If you want to get this before finishing the story, you could try to kill the first enemies in the 4th level. One of them is a heavily armored guy so take him out before attempting to kill the other enemies. Progress through the level as you normally would. Keep killing enemies with your bow. The beginnig of the stage should have enough normal enemies to unlock this trophy.

You unlock Arenas by completing
Baumusu's challenges in story levels. It's recommended that you play these without using the cheats as they are fairly easy to do. A few of them might cause you some trouble that require you to hit an enemy on left/right/behind while facing the enemy while standing in front of them or to continue a combo on a set enemy. Remember that those moves can be unresponsive so only execute the attack you intend to do and let the animation finish completely. Don't attack or block before the challenge completes.
You can view all the
Baumusu's challenges from the pause menu by pressing the right side of your touch pad on the PS4 controller.
If you have trouble with any of the challenges, here is a useful video list from

To unlock all movies and art you first need to complete the story. After that you need to clear the Combat Arenas. You can unlock concept art by beating the Time Attack and Body Count modes.
Please note that once you've done all of this you have to go to view a concept art for the trophy to unlock.
To make the Combat Arenas very easy, use the A.I.
Cheat Code again. Press
in the title menu. Visit
Sage to activate the cheat.
To see what you have to do in each challenge press the right side of the touch pad on you PS4 controller to access the pause menu. From there go to the
Arena Challenges. They are mostly about executing combos and taking down a specific number of enemies within the time limit. There is one tricky challenge room however. 'Vaitaku' has two challenges that ask you to hit another enemy while you are focused on the other. There is a trick to this as well: If you disabled the A.I. you can push enemies by locking on them with your right analogue stick and walking towards them.
You need to get a group of 3-4 enemies together to execute these (clearing enemies first will also make them spawn from doors in groups, but only in Body Count). Please note that these actions can be unresponsive, so when you are striking an enemy right/left/behind, make sure you only press that button and dont smash or block. That will interrupt with the challenge.
If you want to challenge yourself and complete the Arenas without using the Cheat Codes take a look at
Barkenator's Arena Challenges guide from
NextGenWalkthrough on how to complete the challenge rooms.
