The Best Core Gear You Can Craft

A lot of people know how to craft decent core gear, but not everyone knows the best Core Gear.  These were mentioned in the blog a long time ago by MZ, but if you just joined Game of War, you might not be aware of them. This article will be updated for accuracy on 12-12-15. Come back then!

MZ Blog on Boosted Core Gear

The Cores I am talking about are the asteroid core and the comet core.  By themselves, they are very good core gear, but with the right pieces added to them they become very strong.

Asteroid Cores

The asteroid core has 3 recipes.

Apocalypse Core

To make the Apocalypse core you need an Asteroid Core. The combo is:Asteroid CorePlagueStrifeHungerMortalityBy adding these pieces you get a special Asteroid Core that has extra bonus boosts.

Annihilation Core

This is an Asteroid Core combo. The combo is:Asteroid CorePestilenceWarFamineDeath

Extra Bonuses Awarded

Troop Defense +27.7%
Strategic Defense +25.1%

Armageddon Core

The is the most powerful Asteroid Core combo.  The combo is as follows.Asteroid CorePestilenceWarFamineDeathPlagueMortality

Extra Bonuses Awarded

Enemy Attack Debuff +10.8%
Troop Defense +27.7%
Strategic Defense +25.1%
Strategic Enemy Attack Debuff +9.3%

Key Point: If you guys ever watch the big boys fighting at the super wonder, they are usually using theses combos of Asteroid cores.  Please note that the core and pieces do not have to all be level 6 to achieve the boosts, but the higher the level of the core and pieces, the stronger the overall core will be.

Comet Cores

The second Core you can craft with a recipe and get additional boosts are comet cores.

Decimation Comet

The first Comet core combo is called the Decimation Comet.The combo is as follows.Comet CorePestilenceFamineDeathIce

Extra Bonuses Awarded

Troop Defense +27.7%
Strategic Defense +25.1%

Cataclysm Comet

The other Comet Core combo is the Cataclysm Comet.  The combo is as follows.Comet CorePestilenceWarFamineDeathIceGold Dust

Extra Bonuses Awarded

Troop Health +11%
Troop Defense +28%
Strategic Defense +25%
Strategic Health +9%

There are also certain pieces you can add to any core and get extra bonuses, so when you are in the core crafting tab, just start tinkering with combos of pieces and see what you can come up with.  This is basic knowledge for those that have been playing for a long time, but for those that are new to the game or new to core, I hope this helps.
