This leads to the Skin-Chop Chop-Shop. You have potentially a Spore floating in above you and more Savages with a Witch Doctor. Once inside the Chop-Shop start making your way over to the Southern side. There you will find the DNA Safe. Crack it open and smash the sample inside it. That is 2 of the 3. Now turn to the North and start across the open pavilion of the Laboratory. Follow the path straight across and go between the 2 jutting rocks. You have a small swarm of Scaylions to deal with. This will lead you to Offal Outlook.
When you make it to the Outlook proper you will be attacked by a Badass Scaylion so be ready and make sure your corrosive weapon is fulled loaded. That is not the only worry in the area. You have Knight and Broodmothers coming in to kill you as well. This means a lot of fighting. There is not a lot of cover so keep moving. The Scaylions are thankfully slow, making it easier to circle around them or just stop yourself from getting cornered. Break into the safe and smash the sample. Claptrap will contact you and relay that you now need to disable the laboratory's power grid. Head to the South and into the Laboratory itself. Once there start over to the East again into the Skin-Chop Chop-Shop. Head to the East and through the now open door.
This reveals more of the Laboratory that you are in. Head over to the East and be ready. You are not in the Iron Rail Rotunda. There are likely some Spores around so keep alert for them. You will still need to fight through a number of Scaylions as you make it off the landing and onto the road in front of you. Fight your way over to the Northeastern portion of the area and go into the Northern building.
Getting through the building itself is easy. Take your time to stock up on ammunition from the various containers. There is a lot that can be found. When you are ready just head to the North, over to the stairs and hit the button to the right of the door. You will be entering the Infernal Machine. Head over to the left and go throw the marked switch. This will shot down the power for the Creature Lab and finally, truly, invokes Nakayama's fury. He sends his creation, Woundspike.
Woundspike
Woundspuike is an armored Borok that you need to blast the plating off of. Start by lobbing a grenade at it to get some good headway. You also want to attack the Hyperion Turret that has been mounted onto its back. Things are not helped in that there are over a dozen Boroks of other kinds around it swarming you. Blast and Area of Effect attacks are great to thin the herd and make it easier to deal with Woundspike.
Once you get some of the armor off Woundspike it will have the normal Borok vulnerabilities. The area is not huge but you still have plenty of room to move around in. It also affords you plenty of cover so it easy to just dodge around and avoid some damage while your shield recharges.
With that all said and done you are clear to return to the Hunting Lodge and talk with Hammerlock. It looks like it is time to start working toward killing Nakayama himself.
