Blast Shield

(Passive) : Your active skills create a shield that corresponds to 10% of your max HP, for 3 seconds when they hit an enemy. This effect has a cooldown time: 18/13/8 seconds.

Tips :

The shield won’t appear unless your spells touch an enemy (minion, monster or champion)

Be safe!

Come and have taste of my shield

This very efficient passive will allow you to protect yourself from the damages caused by the enemy when you need it. This passive will be activated when you use one of your spells (Q, E or R) on an enemy.

And be conscious that when you want a duel with an opponent, that you still have a 10% HP bonus that could change a lot of things for you. It is also important to realize the CD is quite long at the beginning of the game but much shorter at the end.

Vault Breaker (Q)

First activation : Vi charges a powerful punch that throws her ahead. This will reduce your move speed (15%) and increase damages and the punch range for 1.25 seconds.

Second activation : Vi goes ahead, causing physical damages and using Denting Blows against all the enemis touched. Vi stops when touching an enemy champion, pushing him back. Vault Breaker only causes 75% of damages to minions and monsters.

  • Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 pts of mana
  • Range: 50 - 600
  • Cooldown: 18 / 15.5 / 13 / 10.5 / 8 sec.
Tips :

The Vault breaker’s impact on a champion will stop Vi’s charge.

The crazy gap-closer!

   Focus for a better attack

The Vault breaker, attack on a straight line, is a skill that works twice.

First, you channel the spell, which will apply a 15% decrease on your move speed. The more you focus the spell, the further you’ll attack and the more damage you’ll deal.

Then, Vi will attack her enemies and cause them physical damages, applying a stack of Denting Blows (if you have it) to the enemy while it also knocks him back. Vi only stops at the end of the skillshot of when she touches an enemy.

Thanks to the distance you’ll go because of the Vault Breaker, you’ll be able to go through most of the game walls, just like with Tristana’s rocket jump for example. This skill will moreover enable you to easily engage an opponent thanks to the damages you’ll cause, to the Denting Blows and to the gap-closer.

    Uncharged: 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+70% of your bonus attack damages)

    Charged: 100 / 160 / 220 / 240 / 340 (+75% of your bonus attack damages)

Denting Blows (W)

(Passive) : The third attack in a row against a single target will cause additional physical damages, reduce his armour (20%) and increase your speed attack for 4 seconds. Denting Blows causes 300 damage max against minions and monsters.

    Tips :

The armor debuff is quite visible when it goes on

Do you want to be punched?

Bim bam boom, speed attack bonus!

Denting blows enables Vi to fight  better duels against her enemies thanks to the armour decrease caused to the enemy and the speed attack bonus you’ll get.

To apply an attack of Denting Blows, you touch your enemy with your Q, with your E directly or apply an auto-attack.

This passive is very efficient to jungle as it offers a quite important damages bonus even though it cannot reduce monster's armour, such as the Drake or the Nashor.

To quickly apply Denting Blows, try a classic combo: Q (to charge) + Auto-attack + E.

      Physical Damage: 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10% max HP of the target (+1% per 25 bonus attack damage)

      Bonus attack speed: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%

    Excessive Force (E)

(Active) : Enables Vi’s next base attack to cause additional physical damages to the target and enemies below her.

Vi periodically charges another punch and can maintain 2 charges at the same time.

    • Cost: 60 pts of mana + 1 charge
    • Range: 600
    • Cooldown: 1 sec.
    Tips :

Effects after impact only apply to the main target.

    SPLASH!

    The punches get dirty

The Excessive Force will allow you to benefit from a powerful burst you’ll have to build via the charge system. You’ll have to wait to get the 2 charges of Excessive Force to engage a duel in the best possible conditions..

You must be aware that the Excessive Force will allow you to harass an opponent thanks to an important splash effect that you can see on the screenshot above. In lane you’ll therefore be able to pressure your enemy without having to go head to head.

The Excessive Force will moreover reset your auto-attack timer. This means that if you use the Excessive Force just after an auto attack, Vi will attack without waiting. It is perfect to quickly apply Denting Blows charges and create a first mark, an auto-attack, then a second mark directly followed by the Excessive Force for a third mark.

      Physical damages: 5 / 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 (+115% of your bonus attack damages) and (+70% of your power)

      Storage time: 14 / 12.5 / 11 / 9.5 / 8 sec.

    Assault and Battery (R)

(Active) : Vi targets an enemy champion and charges into him, throwing him into air for 1.25 seconds. Causes damages and applies Denting Blows.

During the Charge, Vi is protected against crowd control and moves enemies away, causing them 75% of damages.

    • Cost: 100 / 125 / 150 mana
    • Range: 700
    • Cooldown: 130 / 105 / 80 sec.
    Tips :

Vi hurries to the target, tossing the enemies around to throw her into the air.

    Overly Attached Girlfriend!

    Juggernaut’s ultimate!

Assault and Battery, your ultimate, will enable you to go through the enemies’ lane to directly go for a squishy that would try and hide behind his tanks and supports.

More than bringing you to your enemy in the auto-pilot mode, this spell will push the enemies back on the road and will toss your enemies in the air for a second. Enemies on the road will moreover have 75% of the spell damages, which is quite a lot.

This spell is important to go gank on another lane. But as a solo top, you’ll have the opportunity to hurry into the middle lane to ultimate the enemy magician to have a quick kill, like Warwick’s.

      Physical damages: 200 / 325 / 450 (+140% of your bonus attack damages)

Physical damages caused to secondary targets: 150 / 262.5 / 375 (+105% of your bonus attack damages)

    Pros

    Good gap-closers

    great burst damage

A passive shield that enables her to resist damages quite efficiently

    Cons

Lack of control to maintain head to head fights

One single spell to disengage if things go wrong

A bit weak to stand and fight some other melee
