There are really no advices that I could give you so that you could improve in this game.  This is because it is a really guided game that you don’t really have to have any kind of skill on in order to play the game.  It is really all laid out there for you so that you just have to follow directions in order to have sufficient accessories for your pet and have a decently easy time during your time on Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game.

There is literally no strategy involved in this game because it guides you through everything that you might need to play in the game.  If you think about it, you are literally following the game’s instructions the entire time and you aren’t doing anything for yourself.  Sure, there are mini games that I could give tips on, but it is not really worth it considering that the game simplifies the game so much and doesn’t have very many power-ups so it is a pretty bone-dry game that doesn’t require any kind of skill or understanding of how the game works in order to play.  It is simply a walkthrough game that doesn’t require any skill in order to play.

Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game should really be promoting their graphics more than anything.  Their graphics are a really big highlight for the game because they really make the game shine compared to other games.  The main character that you get to play with are really fun to play with and it is fun seeing the pretty looking jelly character that you get to see in high detail.  It is really fun that the characters get to be so well made in terms of graphics because it is really a highlight for this game

I’m not sure why they had to put a sequel for this game and not simply improve on the original game.  I think that the original game was good enough and this new sequel was absolutely pointless to have.  What I mean by that, is that the sequel had nothing except a couple of extra features added to it.  Instead of this, why not make a update to the original game so that it becomes more popular with the new features instead of having  to start over on the game instead of being able to play with your original character from the original game so that you could continue your progress and have fun more fun that way.  I just don’t see how it makes any sense to have a sequel, unless the game is going to be different.

If it were some kind of game which had an adventure, it is more understandable to have a sequel because they would be one after another instead of the exact same game with the same storyline and the same goal except you could have an extra stat like being able to lift boulders or something like that.  It just doesn’t make any sense to have all this extra stuff but the same game on the sequel of the game when you can just add it to the first game.  If it is so that the sequel can get more downloads for being a new game, then maybe I can understand from a profit standpoint, but I don’t like it because it makes you start over.

So if you want to play the original game, you should just be doing that unless you have played the game before.  If you have not played either version before, you then you should go for the second version.  It makes more sense because it is  the same game except basically updated so that there are some extra features on it that you can’t get in the first game.  

I also don’t like how the game was so easily playable for anyone to play without any skill.  A game where there is virtually no skill involved is really just a game that will give you all of the answers without you having to try for it.  This kind of makes it not very fun because you won’t really have to try in order to be able to win.  This is kind of like Pokemon where everything is a single room and you just have to go through the rooms in order to beat the game.  It would just be everything laid out for you so that you don’t have try at all and you can just kind of relax and tap it once in a while in order to win.

This goes along with having no strategy in a game.  If a game has no strategy involved in it, then how are you supposed to improve or anything at all in the game unless you simply want to be better at those weird mini games that they have.  The mini games aren’t really competitive either because they have no social aspect to them that makes it competitive.  They need to have a more stat based game that would make it more of a competitive game than it is right now.  This is because, right now it is just a simple game where you don’t have to do anything and just waddle your way through the entire game without having to try at all.

Players want more of a challenge instead of a straight forward game. They need to add some difficulty in the game, anywhere in the game, so that the game can differentiate between the people who are good at the game and the people who aren’t so good at the game.  This would make it a ton more fun and would make me want to play the game much more so that I can compare it with my friends to see who is better at the game.  It makes the game more competitive and ultimately more fun.  When a game is competitive, you show your friends and ask them if they can beat you, which ultimately makes them download the game and then have competitions with you and it just stacks up until you get to have all your friends playing the game.

Thes makes for a really popular game because you need other people to look at the game and want to play it as they see the gameplay roll by.  However, without any kind of competitive nature to the game, it won’t have any kind of ability to get people to play the game by just looking at someone else play it.

I would recommend this game to anyone except teenagers.  I think that eteengaers look for that drive that makes them want to compete with other people in order to try and beat them, so I think that the game needs to be a bit more competitive for me to recommend it it teens.  I think it is a fine game for children because they don’t really need a game to be competitive, but just appealing in how it looks and everything, which will already make them for  the game.  For parents, although I don’t think a lot will play, I think that the game is cute enough that parents could play the game without having too much trouble because it is just a cute game to laugh about with your friends instead of trying to be competitive about it like teens are for every single game that they play.

I would give Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game a 7/10.  I think that the artwork of Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game is pretty spectacular is shows a ton of details that really highlight what the whole game is about, which is the cuteness of it.  I think that the game really highlights its artwork through the decor that you can put on your jelly pet.

Music and SFX

I would give Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game a 7/10.  I think that the music is fine and doesn’t really add or subtract from the overall game.  It doesn’t really help the game and make you want to play any more, but it also isn’t that bad and distracting.  It is like that background music in the mall that you might notice once in a while, but you really don’t pay attention to.

Story and Originality

I would give Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game a 4/10.  There is really no story in Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game.  Neither does its prequel, Moy – Virtual Pet Game.  I don’t really understand why you would have a second game as a sequel to the first without having a storyline to back up the idea.  You are pretty much just putting up a second game for no reason.  If there was a storyline that you could follow, I think it would be more interesting, but right now it just feels like they are the same game with minimal changes.  I don’t think that the game is that original because the concepts are already taken from the individual concepts, but the overall concept might be a bit unique.  I say this because the idea of decorating a character is already taken from games like Top Girl where you have to dress your character the best and then the mini games are just taken from games like Doodle Jump.

General Gameplay

I would give Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game a 7/10.  There is a lot of gameplay packed into this one game, which is pretty good in my opinion, but they need to work on the mini game aspect of the game because currently, it is way too simplistic and not much fun to play after you go through it once.  If they improved the simplicity of the mini-games I think it would be much more fun to try and beat your high score and have some more fun in the game with your jelly pet than right now where you basically dress your jelly pet until you are satisfied.

Addictiveness

I would give Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game a 8/10.  I think that Moy 2 – Virtual Pet Game is pretty addictive, but doesn’t really have that wow factor that would make it really popular.  I think for that to happen, there needs to be a way to compare yourself with your friends, because without that, it is just a solo adventure with your jelly pet.
