Public Transport Simulator Cheats & Hack for Cars & Levels

Public Transport Simulator Cheats & Tips for All Cars & All Levels Unlock

Public Transport Simulator is a Simulation game developed by SkisoSoft, a new founded company with only one app published – this game. It is available on both Android and Apple devices (and even on Windows Phones) and it has been downloaded for more than 1 million times. Public Transport Simulator has an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 on Google Play and 4 and a half stars from a maximum of 5 on Apple’s App Store. In order to run at optimal parameters, the game requires an Android version of at least 4.1, or for Apple users, iOS 7.0 or later.

The title of Public Transport Simulator is a very good and correct hint about your role in the game. If you ever wanted to see how it is to drive a very crowded bus when there’s a really heavy traffic you now have the chance. You will be responsible for the lives of hundreds of people (at rush hours that’s a real number) and you will need to not forget to obey the traffic rules. If you ask me, after you play this game you will have a better opinion about bus drivers.

The Game doesn’t require a mandatory sign-up but it is strongly recommended to ensure no data loss if you change/lose your device or if you want to uninstall and reinstall at some point the future Public Transport Simulator again. You have a big Facebook button in the top left of the screen but you can’t link your 2016 account with the game – you can only like their page. However, if you click on your name you can register a Driver name and a password that will be stored on their servers and later can be recovered – easiest sign-up ever.

If you are a fan of microtransactions or purchasing various virtual stuff with real money, I come with great news. Public Transport Simulator has a variety of different packs and offers for you. The buyer can pay only $2.99 to unlock all the cars, $1.99 to unlock all the levels, $1.99 for unlocking all the upgrades available for your buses and another $1.99 for a permanent Double XP Bonus. Also, it is worth mentioning the fact that any successful purchase will make the game ad-free.

Cheats & Tips for Public Transport Simulator

  • Leave the steering wheel for the experts. At first, use another way of controlling the bus. The steering wheel can be really hard until you get used with the game.
  • Obey the traffic rules. This game is a simulator so Grand Theft Auto’s shenanigans don’t apply here.
  • When you take turns, remember that you are driving a bus not a car. You need to take large turns. If you don’t know what I am talking about, check on YouTube a bus or a truck which takes narrow turns.
  • After you get people in the bus, be careful not to do sudden moves. If they fall, you will be penalized. Also, try not to kill pedestrians – it’s for the best.
  • Watch out for speedbumps. They can really bump you and your passengers and as we talked before we don’t need this.

  • If you really can’t handle the game’s difficulty, you can stop the traffic from the settings. However, this will stop the fun part as well.
  • Try not to block yourself in the traffic because the only way to “reset” your position is by quitting the level and start all over again.
  • If you don’t mind watching some videos in order to get XP (or you have Wi-Fi) feel free to do so. When you complete a level you unlock a new car and new cars are awesome.

Public Transport Simulator Review

When you hear that you need to review a game with a really…boring title, you always expect something bad. I don’t want to be rude or anything but I bet that Public Transport Simulator is a title that you will ignore unless you are really bored and there’s literally nothing else to do. However, the game is good. I don’t know why but it impressed me. It is simple, that’s true, but it is an interesting game nevertheless.

One of the best things about Public Transport Simulator is the Photo Mode. Every time you do something naughty (like crashing another car, killing a pedestrian, throw your passengers like potato sacks and so on) you have the possibility to Screenshot the moment and save it for later. You can also take a “professional” shot if you pause the game. It’s hilarious and it makes me wonder if bus drivers do the same in real life. I also really like the fact that Public Transport Simulator really depicts the real life. You will see speed bumps and traffic signs, there are different weather conditions, a day-light cycle, and you can use the horn when needed. Also, you can always kidnap the passengers and try not to get caught – I am joking, I am joking, who would do such a thing?

There are a few things I don’t like about Public Transport Simulator as well. First of all, even though I am having a lot of fun not obeying the rules, I believe that the game should approach a stricter regulation – if you hit a car, drive on the wrong way – basically if you put your passengers in danger, you should be stopped with a big “Mission Failed”. Sometimes, the game it’s too permissive. Secondly, I think that a pseudo-multiplayer implementation would be really interesting.

Something with leaderboards is good but challenging your friends would be in my opinion a great addition for a game which has a tendency to become boring at some point. You will always be more startled when you can compare your score with others. Finally, I believe that at this moment, the game has some issues with the control and with the gameplay in general. There are a few bugs that tend to annoy the player. However, I believe that in time this bugs will be solved because there aren’t any major problems.

Overall, it may come as a surprise but I really recommend Public Transport Simulator for 2016. The game doesn’t have much to offer but it seems like a peculiar but nice experience. Go ahead and try it, it’s free after all.

Ratings

Artwork: Public Transport Simulator gets a rating of 7 out of 10. It is odd to say that “the theme matches with the game” because there is only one theme suited for a game with a name like this. However, there are a lot of other bad things about Public Transport Simulator’s artwork. The graphic engine is not one of the best and you can easily see that with the environment. It has a lot of flaws and if you are used to realistic visual graphics, you will most likely be annoyed by the game’s quality. On the other hand, the public transport models are pretty well-detailed and even though there would have been some additional finishing and stuff like that, they look more than decent.

Music & SFX: I give the game a rating of 7 out of 10 at this section. I really like the music the game’s has but unfortunately it is only in the menus. I know, I know, a public bus driver should never ever drive with music turned on but this is only a game after all. At first, I was enthusiastic because the soundtrack really matches with the game and offers a nice atmosphere but after Public Transport Simulator officially started – there was no music. Well, at least I can use the horn for no reason while driving – learnt from the city I live in.

Story/Originality:  Public Transport Simulator gets a rating of 8 out of 10 at this section. Unfortunately there isn’t any story or background behind this game. Even though a simulator doesn’t usually has one, I really wanted to play a small basic scenario – You are Dave and you have driven a bus for 20 years. When it comes to the originality aspect, the simulation games are 100% of times inspired from real life. There aren’t any other Public Transport Simulators on the market (if they exist, they are really obscure) but the game’s idea is not that amazing anyway. Anyhow, Public Transport Simulator is a pretty authentic game.

General Gameplay: The game gets a rating of 8 out of 10 for its gameplay. If you think you don’t need a tutorial, think twice. Is not that easy to drive a bus without killing your passengers (we decided earlier that this is not cool). I like the fact that you have different controlling options and I like that the Settings menu has one or two interesting options. The game is pretty straight forward so you don’t need to have any experience with similar games – you drive well, you get points. That’s the only “rule”. Public Transport Simulator doesn’t have any major bugs but you may encounter a few visual issues. For the time I’ve played, the game didn’t freeze or crash at any time.

Addictiveness: Public Transport Simulator gets a rating of 6 out of 10 at this section. I hate to give the game such a low rating but that’s just the ugly truth. Driving around a Public Bus (in a virtual environment – just to be clear) is fun just for a few hours. After that, the boredom steady installs. The idea of missions based on difficulty and a day-night cycle is interesting and it helps the game be considered more addictive but that’s not enough. The problem is that there aren’t any solutions for a game like this. You have only public transport vehicles you can choose from so your options are limited.

Overall, Public Transport Simulator gets a rating of 7.2 out of 10. When you think that there’s not a game that can surprise you anymore, this simulation of the public transport pops-up. Not a bad game, not a bad game at all.
