There are a few Infected types in the game: knowing how they behave will help you a lot against them. Runners behave a lot like human survivors and can be taken down with physical attacks; Stalkers are a lot more aggressive and it’s best to deal with them at long range; Clickers are the worst since they can kill you in one shot if you attack them in close range but since they’re blind you can take them down from long range or even avoid them completely. Bloaters are the worst kind: they’re as strong as Clickers and possess some long range attacks. Since they’re blind it’s best to avoid them completely but if you really have to take one down, be prepared since you’ll need a few Molotov and bombs to kill them.
