Human Traffic Buyer Briefcases Locations

Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs sees you come face to face with Human Trafficking and makes you deal with the buyers. After completing Main Mission Act II/12: A Risky Bid, it is up to you to locate, identify and bring the Human Traffic buyers to justice. Many bidders escaped from Lucky Quinn’s auction; your easiest way to find them is to unlock all ctOS control centers and ctOS towers, because then your map can guide you to the locations. Make sure to set a GPS course for all of the briefcases once you’ve hacked the buyer, it makes the investigation a lot easier. The buyers can be sought after in any order, but you must find the buyer before going after their briefcase, there will be no cutting corners in this Watch Dogs investigation. Pawnee

 Buyer 1: Gregory Foydalem
This Pawnee based buyer is found in the tiered cemetery by the gun shop in the northeast of the area. He will be standing by a grave

The Briefcase
Foydalem’s briefcase is over in the Brandon Docks section of the map, east of the ctOS control center and north of the ctOS tower in the southeastern area.

The Hack
Get access to the briefcase by heading to the large ‘Tidid’ warehouse and hack the security router here. Once you’ve solved the hotspot and hacked the notebook, you will be able to get what you need from the briefcase.

Parker Square

 Buyer 2: Anton Chenkov
You’ll come across Botanical Gardens near the main road connecting Parker Square and Pawnee, make your way to the northern park area and you should find the Human Traffic buyer looking out at the lake.

The Briefcase
The northern part of The Wards will be your next destination as it hosts Chenkov’s briefcase. Head three blocks west from the ctOS control center and you’ll be very close to your target.

The Hack
You can hack the briefcase via the building security router near the barred bay windows, which you can access from the street. Whilst you’re focused on hacking the briefcase, don’t forget to check out the phone on the bookshelf too.

 
Buyer 3: Paul Benedict Henfield
Your next buyer will be on a jetty west of the marina, which is east of the L-Train tracks and southeast of May Stadium.

 The Briefcase
The briefcase however is along the road behind the Owl Motel in the southwest of Parker Square.

The Hack
You’ll need to find the computer shop with blue awning and a white shop front next to it. There will be a security router here, which will lead you to the briefcase and a phone on the TV table too.

The Wards

 Buyer 4: Francis T Barrthes
To locate this buyer you’ll find yourself back to where Chenkov’s briefcase was, three blocks west of the ctOS control center in the north of The Wards. Go towards the next road west of Chenkov’s briefcase and you will see Barrthes talking near a large excavated pipe by an alley.

The Briefcase
In the Mad Mile district of Watch Dogs, there is a large office building with ‘Molar’s Grill’ on it along the northern waterfront. This is where you’ll find Barrthes’ briefcase.

The Hack
Hacking your way to Barrthes’ office should be relatively straightforward. Do what you’re there to do then check the phone on the cabinet in the room. Brandon Docks

 
Buyer 5: Joshua Kramer
It’s time to stretch your legs as you make your way to the north island in the Brandon Docks district. Search the southwest area of the island and you’ll discover Kramer near a brick factory along the river waterfront.

The Briefcase
To find Kramer’s briefcase you’ll need to head over to The Loop, one block southeast of the L-train station. There will be an alley opposite the Pleasant Stay Hotel that houses a security router you need.

The Hack
Once virtually inside, hack the briefcase and phone, which is resting on some books.

Buyer 6: David R. Treaklesen
In the main eastern area of this district you should make your way towards the ship and containers, where you’ll see the buyer amidst the massive docks.

The Briefcase
Next, you need to head to a grey office building east of ‘Chenny’s Noodles’ in The Loop district. You can find it by going to “the island”, the western part of the area, and locating the main road in the south of the zone.

The Hack
The security router you need is near the spikes and car park barrier. Hack your way into the office and access the briefcase underneath the coat stand and the phone on the bookcase.

The Loop

Buyer 7: Martin Graften
The Western station in The Loop is where you need to go to find this Human Traffic buyer. Once there, search for the open plaza south of the station and you will find Graften by an NVZN start and a display car.

The Briefcase
As many Watch Dogs players will know, there are two Cash Run starts in the eastern area of Mad Mile, which is also where you’ll find Graften’s briefcase. Locate bright green pillars east of the clothes shop nearby and check between them.

The Hack
Upon gaining access to the room, hack the briefcase on the chair by the nightstand and the phone too.

Buyer 8: Adolpho C Peccorino
Did you know there was a pool northeast of The Loop? Well now you do and that’s exactly where you’ll find this buyer. More specifically, head one block southwest of the ctOS tower in the northeast of The Loop and you’ll see the pool in the Ocean Tower skyscraper grounds. Your target will be found poolside.

The Briefcase
The briefcase you’re now looking for is in a brick building on the most northeastern edge of The Wards. Get access to the briefcase by hacking the security router in the complex via an exterior wall.

The Hack
You’ll come across a grim room in your search, that’s the one you want. Search the table near the whiskey bottle and you’ll find the phone, while the briefcase is on the sofa.

Mad Mile

Buyer 9: Darius Peaston
Apparently this Human Traffic buyer likes plants, because you’ll find him by some concrete planters belonging to office buildings east of the L-train tracks in the northwest part of Mad Mile.

The Briefcase
Just south of Nicky’s house in Parker Square, you’ll discover an old beautiful theater. Get behind a newsstand and intrude to the rear of it.

The Hack
When hacking your way through the building, you’re looking for a fancy apartment with a red French sofa, which will have a laptop on it. The briefcase is next to the potted plant.

Buyer 10: Carl Breenwood
In saving the easiest until last, you only need to arrive at the ctOS control center in Mad Mile to locate this buyer. He’ll be at the far east pier, inside the structure.

The Briefcase
Breenwood’s briefcase however is in Brandon Docks. Make your way to the north island and search the southern part of the area for the Tidis smelting yard.

The Hack
The security router you’ll need to hack is near the metal staircase, on the brick structure. Once you have a view, the briefcase and laptop are easy to find.

If you locate all of the Human Traffic briefcases in Watch Dogs, you’ll unlock the Magnate LE vehicle and fulfill the Revoking Client Privileges achievement.
