Artifact Locations List for The Last of Us Remastered

There are many different collectible items in The Last of Us Remastered, alongside the Firefly Pendants that are scattered across different locations in The Last of Us Remastered, you will need to gather artifacts. If you manage to find all of the artifacts in the game, which you will easily manage with the help of our guide, you will be rewarded with the It Was All Just Lying There trophy. This second part of the Artifacts Locations Wiki for The Last of Us Remastered will list the artifact locations in the remaining chapters of the game. The PlayStation exclusive from Naughty Dog has launched on PS4 and now it’s your time to complete it.

Pittsburgh (Part 2)

Artifact 36 – Mother’s Letter
Keep your tool for unlocking shiv doors handy as you near the hotel in the Pittsburgh chapter. There will be a The Last of Us Remastered artifact behind the shiv door by the hotel.

Artifact 37 – Stash Note
As you go to build the bridge between the café and hotel, head up to the second floor of the café and collect the artifact.

Artifact 38 – Note to Staff
In the hotel lobby you need to search the opposing side of the main stairs to uncover this artifact.

 Artifact 39 – Hotel Keycard
Once you have fallen to the basement you’ll be able to access the artifact which is above the room containing the generator. 

Artifact 40 – Fireflies Note
Upon discovering the sub shop in the Financial District of town, check its freezer for this The Last of Us artifact. 

Artifact 41 – Final Attack Note
Having dealt with the Financial District attack, search behind the desks in the building for the final attack note. 

Artifact 42 – Mob Attack Note
Once again you’ll need to check behind desks for the next artifact, it’ll be on the second floor of a building. 

Artifact 43 – Truck Note
While in the Savings and Load, grab the truck note from the table. 

Artifact 44 – Trial Note
Watch where you step! The final artifact in the Pittsburgh chapter is found on the conference room floor.

The Suburbs

Artifact 45 – Boat Note
Add the Boat Note to your The Last of Us Remastered artifacts collection by discovering it in the boat’s cabin. 

Artifact 46 – Sewer Note
During The Suburbs Ellie will have to crawl into a locked area to grant you access, when she does you’ll also be able to access the next artifact. 

Artifact 47 – Trading Note
When you come to the room with two Clickers, search the area for the trading note artifact. 

Artifact 48 – Rain Catcher Note
Just after the chalk castle room you should turn to the room on the right and locate the rain catcher note inside. 

Artifact 49 – Cornered Note
Don’t stray far from the castle room. Just as you pass it there will be a closed door on the left side, open it to obtain the next The Last of Us Remastered artifact. 

Artifact 50 – Kids Drawing
In the course of this chapter you will be away from Ellie and Henry. Just after you separate from them check the bookshelf for the kids drawing. 

Artifact 51 – Looting Note
Upon leaving the sewer you will need to enter the first house you see. Up on the second floor of the house you’ll uncover the looting note artifact. 

Artifact 52 – Father’s Note
After retrieving the previous artifact in The Suburbs, head into the next house and collect the artifact from inside. 

Artifact 53 – Survivor’s Note
The third house following the sewer will also contain an artifact for you to add to your The Last of Us Remastered collection. The survivor’s note will be found on a desk in the house. 

Artifact 54 – Matchbook
The attic of the same house, where you obtained the previous artifact, will contain another artifact amongst items you can loot.

Tommy’s Dam

Artifact 55 – Power Plant Map
The small building just outside Tommy’s Dam will contain the next artifact for your The Last of Us Remastered collection.

Artifact 56 – Plant Schematics
Once the attack starts in the Tommy’s Dam chapter of the game, you will find an artifact on the table in the control room.

 

The University

Artifact 57 – Sniper Nest Log
Locate the building with the garage in it then head up to the second floor. You’ll be able to find the sniper nest log artifact there.

Artifact 58 – Wall Panel Note
During The University you will need to activate a generator to raise the gate. But before you leave the building after doing that, search for the artifact located there. 

Artifact 59 – UEC Campus Map
As you enter the dorms you’ll spot the artifact on a table. 

Artifact 60 – Students Journal
The first dorm room you come across will contain the students journal for your collection in a drawer. 

Artifact 61 – Newspaper Clipping
When you stumble across a mini fridge in one of the dorm rooms, search it for your next artifact. 

Artifact 62 – Office Recorder
Heading over to the science building in The University, go to the second floor and find the office recorder. 

Artifact 63 – Fungal X-Rays
As you venture through the science building you’ll come across a medical tent and nearby it there will be an artifact for you to collect. 

Artifact 64 – Lab Recorder
Just after you discover the monkeys in the lab you should retrieve the lab recorder artifact.

 

Lakeside Resort

Artifact 65 – Ellie’s Backpack
You will automatically obtain this The Last of Us Remastered artifact as Joel. 

Artifact 66 – Meat Ledger
Find this artifact beside Ellie’s backpack.

 
Artifacts 67 to 75 are automatically added to your collection.

 

Bus Depot

Artifact 76 – Family Picture
At the beginning of the Bus Depot chapter in The Last of Us Remastered you should look for an RV. On that RV you’ll be able to obtain the family picture artifact. 

Artifact 77 – Note to Wife
Progressing through the Bus Depot level, the next artifact will be located on the first floor of a building you must enter. 

Artifact 78 – Salt Lake QZ Map
As you pass the giraffes search for a medical tent, it will contain the final artifact of the chapter.

 

The Firefly Lab

Artifact 79 – Surgeon’s Recorder
You should find the surgeon’s recorder just as you pass the doors after going up stairs. 

Artifact 80 – Marlene’s Recording 1
When you come across a shiv door, enter the room to the left and discover the next artifact for your The Last of Us Remastered. 

Artifact 81 – Marlene’s Journal
The following artifact will be situated in the medial tent on the second floor of the Firefly Lab. 

Artifact 82 – Marlene’s Recording 2
Once you have barricaded the door on the second floor of the building, head to the first room on the right to collect the final artifact in The Last of Us Remastered.
