These next few missions will focus on taking down what remains of the Syndicate. That means we need to deal with Killbane, and Matt Miller. Lets Show them whose boss in Steelport!
Once accepting this mission via phone, you will enter a conversation with Kinzie,which eventually ends with her telling you to visit her at the Smiling Jack…now. Follow the marker to the Smiling Jack, once arrived you will see a cut scene of a live news report of Killbane accusing the Saints of destroying the Hughes Memorial Bridge, and just flat out trashing them! On a personal note: I would like to know how Killbane got a video of Shaundi, Pierce, and the protagonist dancing with annihilators. Any way after the cut scene jump in a car and drive to the marked location the grab a helicopter to locate where Killbane is. In order to locate where Killbane is you must locate a broadcasting van, which can point you to Killbane. Once inside the helicopter fly to a marked location to plant a transmitter on a radio tower. Planting the transmitter will allow Kinzie to locate the broadcasting van. You will have to plant two transmitters, on two different radio towers. Through out planting the transmitters you can here some of Killbane’s interview., but only when you are in the helicopter. Also when planting the transmitters you will have to fight your way through Decker forces to reach the tower. Once both transmitters are planted Kinzie will have located the broadcasting van. Now all you have to do is tail the broadcasting van, and target it, to allow Kinzie to locate Killbane (You must keep the lazer on the van until the bar in the top left corner is filled). Once located you now must fly to the interview and crash it. As you fly over you hear the protagonist making a phone call to the interview threatening Killbane, its quite funny. Once at the interview pump lead into all the Deckers there, from the roof top, to the lower level. After all Deckers are dead, you will only find Jane still hanging around. Jane tells you that Killbane has run (like the coward he is) before you arrived. Now sprint back to the chopper and fly after Killbane. Once you’ve caught up with him you will be given a cut scene that ends the mission.
After your little “incident” with the Deckers in the previous mission, your just itching for pay back. So it seems perfectly fair to murder their leader. Lets get dirty >=).
After accepting this mission via your phone grab a car and drive to Kinzie’s Hideout. Once arriving at the hideout, a cut scene will occur with Kinzie telling you of a super computer that the Saints can use to get rid of the Deckers. Also the Deckers want it as well and they know about it, so needless to say: If they want, the Saints want it. After the cut scene grab a car and drive off to the S.T.A.G. PR Center. Upon arriving at the PR Center You’ll find a bunch of Decker fighting S.T.A.G. Fight your way through both of them and get inside the PR Center. Once inside Eliminate all of the S.T.A.G. and Decker members. After they are all dropped, get inside the elevator (should be marked) to enter the garage, where the Deckers are making off with the computer! The Deckers may have a head start, but there is a tank right in front of you. Although Kinzie specifically says not to take the tank, do it anyway. Hop in the tank and drive after the computer! Kinzie will unfortunately see you in the tank and demands you only to use the machine gun and not the main canon. Using only the machine gun, shoot the tires out on the flat bed the computer is on without damaging the computer. After you successfully stop the truck you’ll be given a cut scene of you delivering the computer that ends the mission.
