The Paladin aggro deck isn't the most common but is still very powerful! The combination of many charge cards, divine shields and your power allows you to put a huge amount of pressure on your enemy! You don't have any big cards, but you have an army of little monsters that, once buffed, will get the job done! Wait no more!
The aim of the deck is simple: you play as many creatures possible, you buff them, when you have no more cards you use Divine Favor to get yourself a new hand, then you start again!
This card may not seem that great, but in the end it gives you an extra 3 damage points for just 1 mana! Yes, you'll need a monster on the board to play it, but considering your deck you're bound to have one! Don't hesitate to bring out a charge creature and buff it straight away for an impressive burst! You could do a mini Leeroy Jenkins with a Wolfrider and a Blessing of Might, for example, and for the same cost in mana!
You must also manage to keep as many buffed creatures as you can, and that's where the Argent Protector comes in! Having a divine shield on a creature forces your opponent to trade twice with it, and in this case, that's excellent. You need to make your opponent lose time killing each of your creatures so that you can inundate him until he can no longer control and then you take the advantage in the game! The Argent Protector suits this task perfectly by providing a divine shield while being a 2/2 creatures, which isn't too bad!
The card that will allow you to play your whole hand without any worries. If you have a Divine Favor, then you should almost definately empty your whole hand to draw as many cards as possible! Believe me, control decks that preciously guard their cards will be disappointed to see you draw 6 or more cards for only 3 mana!
Whether it's an aggro or a control deck, this card is always here, it's the Paladin's weapon and is useful in all situations. To control an enemy creatures (a favourite taunt) or simply to add 4 damage point against your enemy! Its ability is also very useful for letting you play for time.
4 mana points, 6 damage. If you add a Blessing of Might, it's 5 mana points, 9 damage. If you add a divine shield it's the worse threat on the table, if you... You get the idea. This card is the queen of the aggro decks and you can easily see why considering its power! Try to use it to finish off your opponent so that you don't take a "counterhit"!
The rest of the deck is mainly made up of charge cards like "Wolfrider" or "Arcane Golem". You'll also find a Blessing of the Kings which could be very useful in the mid game, as well as the "Avenging Wrath" which clears the table as well as giving you some damage!
The + of the deck
Very rapid to play.
Not very common, you will often surprise your opponent!
Not very expensive.
The - of the deck
Taunts will block you a bit too much if your opponent has a lot of them.
Watch out for other aggro decks which may be faster than yours!
