EverQuest 2: Following the Golden Path

In an effort to give new players a smooth journey through EverQuest 2, Sony Online Entertainment has revamped selected zones and forged a leveling guide that is meant to take you all the way to 90 - in the quickest way possible. You can choose to either pursue the Golden Path alone or with your friends - that is entirely up to you.
Accompanying the path is a series of quests that will get you through most of the recommended zones. The quest chain is called The Legend of Roger Goldie and starts at level 20. Adventurers that like to stop and smell the roses are better off just exploring the world of Norrath on their own terms. Also, the Golden Path is designed to get you to the maximum level as quickly as possible, without taking Alternate Advancement points into account. These you will have to farm once you have finished the pre-made leveling guide.
