Guide Teemo League of Legends S6

Camouflage

(Innate): If Teemo stands still and takes no action for 2 seconds he becomes stealthed. Moving or taking actions will break Teemo out of stealth and will boost his attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.

Tips :

Teemo becomes invisible, he will show up as transparent on the map.

Invisibility and an attack speed bonus, IT'S a TRAP !

   Teemo in ambush
This is just as much an offensive as a defensive spell and can be used either to ambush the enemy or, if you are about to be ganked, you can press the S key to stay invisible.

It is possible to surprise the opponent thanks to the invisibilty and to inflict huge damage with the attack speed bonus of 40%.

It is also possible to become invisible quickly to avoid a gank, as long as your opponent does not have a spell that would make you visible again, a pink ward will keep you invisible. Opponents can, however, try to kill Teemo while he is invisible with zone damages or skillshots. Try to become invisible in an area where they do not have vision, like in the bush, otherwise they will attempt to kill you with zone damages.

Do the spell to go back to base, a teleport will make you visible.

Blinding Dart (Q)

(Active): Teemo shoots a venom-coated dart at the target enemy, dealing magic damage and blinding them for a few seconds, causing all their auto-attacks to miss for its duration.

  • Cooldown: 8 seconds
  • Range: 680
Tips :

Teemo sends out an arrow which leaves a black cloud on the face of his opponent and a purple aura.

Teemo blinds!

   You'll never get me!
A control spell to counter champions who are reliant on their physical attacks. The duration is reduced by resistance, nevertheless an AD carry with Berserker's Greaves will be blinded for 2,5 seconds in the end game, which is quite a while.

During the lane phase you must blind your opponent at just the right moment, just before he attacks you take no damages and win the trade.

The target is blinded on impact . The effects of items such as Wit's End are not applied on impact.

It resets the attack timer so must be used just after an attack to max Teemo's damages.

The effect of the Blinding Dart will cancel certain physical spells and prevent the opponent from last hitting, if used at the right time.

    Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 Mana

    Magic Damage: 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+0.8 per ability power)

    Blind Duration: 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 Seconds

Move Quick (W)

(Passive): Grants increased movement speed until struck by an enemy champion or turret. This bonus is restored 5 seconds after last being struck by an enemy champion or turret.

(Active): For 3 seconds, Teemo gains double his passive movement speed and will not lose it regardless of whether he is hit or not. The passive is restored after the duration of the active.

  • Cost: 40 Mana
  • Cooldown: 17 Seconds
Tips :

While the Quick Move passive is activated Teemo leaves a white trail behind him.

Teemo's mobility

   Run Forest!
This bonus movement speed is very important and allows Teemo to kite efficiently, meaning he can keep a distance between himself and enemies. Watch out for gap closers or a dash, however, as these would make it very easy to reach Teemo.

Teemo loses his passive once he has been touched by an opposing champion or a turret.

When Teemo uses the spell's active it gives him a movement bonus of 3 seconds. Also once ended, the active will give Teemo his passive, even if he is touched during the buff.

It is important to use the active of the spell at the right moment, once Teemo has been touched he will lose his movement bonus.

The active of this spell combined with Blinding Dart will let you escape.

The spell's cooldown is activated with the activation of the spell and not at the end.

While the Quick Move active is activated, Teemo leaves a blue trail behind him.

    Passive Movement Speed: 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26 %

Toxic Shot (E)

(Passive): Teemo deals extra magic damage with his autoattacks. Additionally, his attacks will poison the target, dealing magic damage each second for 4 seconds. This poison will not stack but the duration will be refreshed with every subsequent attack.

    Tips :

Teemo poisons his target, shown by a toxic cloud above the target

    Teemo's famous harass, poison!

The spell to make your enemies crazy
An excellent harass spell that allows you to inflict damages on impact as well as over time. This means you can really punish your opponent when he takes a last hit, as well as harassing him continually to make his life difficult.

Teemo has to manage it so that he can harass an opponent while he last hits without losing to a last hit himself.

When Teemo attacks an opponent he obviously takes aggro from the sbires, therefore taking damages.

Be careful under the turret, the poison will continue to deal damages over time, meaning that Teemo will take aggro. This also means that Teemo could end up in trouble if he does not wait for the poinon to finish before being in the turret's attack zone.

      Magic Damage on Hit: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+0.4 per ability power)

      Magic Damage per Second: 6 / 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 (+0.1 per ability power)

      Total Magic Damage: 34 / 68 / 102 / 136 / 170 (+0.8 per ability power)

    Noxious Trap (R)

(Active): Teemo places a trap which stealths and arms after 1 second. The traps grant vision around a very small radius while armed. If an enemy steps on the trap, it will detonate, poisoning all nearby enemies. The poison slows enemies and deals damage to them every second. This poison will not stack but the duration will be refreshed with every subsequent detonation. Mushrooms have 100 health and can be destroyed by autoattacks if they are visible, but they are immune to spell damage.

The traps last 10 minutes. Teemo will store one every several seconds, the charge time is affected by cooldown reduction, and Teemo can have a maximum of three traps stocked up. Each one cast uses one trap.

    • Range: 230
    • Cooldown: 1 Second
    • Activation Diameter: 240 (estimate)
    • Explosion Diameter: 400 (estimate)
    • Sight Diameter: 425 (estimate)
    Tips :

Teemo can place several mushrooms, giving him vision but also slowing opponents who touch them.

Map control, a slow and zone damages.

       Teemo's famous mushrooms!
They offer an excellent control of the map thanks to they vision they provide.

By placing the mushrooms well you can avoid being ganked, you can place them where the opponent will pas to deal damages and slow him or place them all around to have vision without the enemy realising (unless he has an oracle). The goal is to make him lose time.

The slow created by the mushrooms lets you escape and also kite your opponents.

LThe mushrooms last for up to 10 minutes, giving you an enourmous vision of the map.

While preparing the Nashor place quite a few mushrooms around it to be able to take the teamfight in the most convenient zone.

You can teleport on the mushrooms.

      Cost: 75 / 100 / 125 Mana

      Magic Damage per Second: 50 / 100 / 150 (+0.2 per ability power)

      Total Magic Damage: 200 / 400 / 600 (+0.8 per ability power)

      Charge Receive Time: 35 / 31 / 27 Seconds

      Slow: 30 / 40 / 50 %

    Pros

Enormous control of the map with his mushrooms, particularly for items like the dragon

An important speed bonus to chase or escape

Very good ability to harass with his poison

Teemo can quite easily take control of the bushes in the top lane with his mushrooms

Capable of pushing like a boss!

Makes good use of the Frozen Mallet to stop his target escaping of from touching you

The Blinding Dart that will make certain champions crazy

    Cons

Quite weak, you will need to pay attention to champions with a gap closer who can reach Teemo

Certain champions are not at all vulnerable to the Blinding Dart

Teemo can escaper quickly thanks to his speed boost but he can dies quickly if faced with a hard control and gets caught

In teamfight, Teemo should be careful with his positioning, otherwise he makes quite an easy prey outside his mushroom wall
