How To Sniff Out A Spy
Yesterday I got a message asking me how to sniff out a spy.
Kingdom hopping often creates spies who want to sabotage your alliance. Here our some ways my alliance leader and leaders [VUK] Gemmy prevented their effectiveness:
- Set a time for battle calls, but do not reveal the target until the battle call time. A battle call is when you tell the alliance to come online at a certain time to attack a hive or target.
- No important discussions in AC or game rooms. Divide leaders into teams that work together to form ideas so if word gets out from leaders, it's easy to narrow down.
- Mainly, make sure everything sent in mail, general chat, or chat room is basic enough so that is doesn't hurt to share.
- Activity checks, participation requirements, and growth checks are huge because most spies are marginally active.
I wouldn't understand the amount of organization it takes to successfully lead an alliance. Make sure to delegate roles effectively as a leader and do not place too much burden on yourself.
