If you ever wanted to become a hunter, shooting unknowing animals in the wild with different types of guns and showing them off as trophies, then Deer Hunter Reloaded is just the game for you. Deer Hunter Reloaded is packed with different kinds of weapons, items, game modes and it has absolutely gorgeous realistic graphics which makes you feel like you are really in the wild. The game has been developed and successfully released by game developer Glu, which has been downloaded over five million times with a rating of 4.3 out of 5 and a 4 star rating on iOS App Store and Android App Store.
You start in Deer Hunter Reloaded with a nicely build tutorial which shows you the ropes of the game. You will learn how to control your hunter using both of your thumbs, how to aim at animals and shoot them, how to reload your weapons and how to use special items. Every level in Deer Hunter Reloaded has different objectives and your goal is to complete these objectives successfully and make a lot of money. With the money that you earn, you can upgrade your weapons or purchase new ones and progress through the levels more easily.
The beginning levels usually are fairly easy and have objectives like “Shoot two deer in two minutes”. You start the level and need to be in the lookout for deer and make sure you do not scare them away. After you have spotted the animal in question, you will have to take aim at it and hold steady so you can shoot at it and take it down. Once you shoot, other animals will get scared and start running away, which makes shooting them pretty challenging.
Successfully completing a hunt will reward you with the in-game basic currency called Bucks and experience points. You can use Bucks to purchase upgrades for the weapons you already own or you can save them up and purchase higher tier weaponry and items. Gaining experience points will make you level up, which in turn will unlock new weapons, items and gear.
There are two types of game modes in Deer Hunter Reloaded. The first one is called Mission and is basically the main campaign of the game. In this mode, every level has a different objective and you will need to complete them in order to be able to progress in the game. The second game mode is called Stampede, which is basically a wave run. You will need to take down as many animals as possible before the timer runs out. Waves of animals will run towards you, which makes it more challenging to be able to shoot them. Stampede mode is also good for saving up Bucks and training your aiming skills.
There are challenges in Deer Hunter Reloaded which can reward you handsomely if you complete them. The challenges consist of three objectives which you need to perform during your gameplay. Completing all three objectives will finish the challenge and you will be rewarded. A new challenge will appear so make sure to check it occasionally if you want to earn extra bucks and experience.

There are two types of currencies in Deer Hunter Reloaded. The first one is the basic currency called Bucks, which is in the form of green cash bills and is easily obtainable by playing the game and completing levels. The second currency is called Glu Coins, which looks like gold coins and are almost impossible to obtain without paying real money for it.
The price for Bucks start at $1,99 for the smallest package of 2000 Bucks up till $99 for the largest package of 260.000 Bucks. The price for Glu Credits start at $1,99 for the smallest package of 40 Glu Credits up till $99,99 for the largest package of 5200 Glu Credits. You can also purchase energy packs if you are tired of waiting for it to regenerate on its own. The price for energy packs start at 24 Glu Credits for the smallest package of 50 energy bolts up till 114 Glu Credits for the largest pack of 400 energy bolts.
If you do not want to spend real money on Deer Hunter Reloaded, you can always complete offer through Tapjoy. You will usually need to download other games and test them out, or fill in free surveys in order to be rewarded with Glu Credits. Once you complete an offer, you will receive the amount of Glu Credits promised to you at the beginning.
There are four categories in the in-game store where you can spend either bucks or Glu Credits in order to purchase an item. The first category is called Guns and is the right place to purchase a new and more powerful weapon. There are several types of weapons such as rifles, assault rifles, handguns and bows. Depending on the power of the weapon, prices can vary a lot. The second category is called Items and in this category you can purchase things such as knives and different kinds of bullets.
These items usually give you a nice boost in the game and make it easier for you to hunt different kinds of animals. The third category is called Clothing and in this category you can purchase different outfits for your hunter. These outfits make you less visible to animals and also give you a nice boost in bucks and experience gains. The last category is called Hunter and in here you can pick a different facial look for your hunter. These looks do not cost anything, so you can pick whichever one you want.
If you are enjoying the simulation game Deer Hunter Reloaded, then you probably are aware how much energy, gold, and bucks you need in this game. You can purchase the gold and bucks in the app store through the game, but this costs real money, and most people tend to avoid making such expensive purchases.
If you are playing this game, you should download our free hack tool for Deer Hunter Reloaded, which gives you energy, bucks, and gold in unlimited quantities.

There are certain websites on the internet that claim they have working cheat tools for Deer Hunter Reloaded, which allegedly could give you unlimited Glu Credits, bucks and energy. The way this supposedly works is that you will need to connect your device which has Deer Hunter Reloaded installed on it, with your computer by USB cable. After you have done this, the cheat tool could inject your game with the unlimited Glu Credits, bucks and energy. The websites that I tested out all required me to fill in a survey before I was able to download the cheat tool to begin with.
These surveys generate an income for the cheat website and for the download website, making it a profitable enterprise because many people look for cheat tools to have an advantage in a game. For the sake of this review, I filled in a survey and downloaded a cheat tool but as you have probably already noticed, it is just too good to be true. The cheat tools do not work because they are just empty shells, they do not do anything. It could be worse though, you could download a nasty virus and seriously damage your computer.
Some cheat websites claim that the time lapse cheat will work in Deer Hunter Reloaded. Time lapse cheat means that you can forward the time on your device and your energy will be generated back because the game thinks a few hours have already passed. I tried this out, but it didn’t work for me. It might have been a problem with my device, so you could try it out yourself. Forwarding the time on your device could also trigger daily rewards because again, the game will think that a day has already passed if you set your time like that.
Sometimes during a level, there will be a wooden box somewhere. You should always try to tap on the box if you see one, because you will get an item or booster. You should do this before you shoot your gun, because shooting your gun will make noise and will make scared animals flee the scene. You should also try to log in Deer Hunter Reloaded every day, because there are daily rewards which increase in value over time. These rewards will give you a big advantage in your gameplay.
Sometimes there are levels where you are only allowed to shoot the animal with one bullet, so that shot really counts. You can turn on your x-ray vision to be able to see the vital organs of that animal, and try to take aim on them. For instance, shooting the animal in the heart, will guarantee it to die with only one shot, no matter what animal it is. It is also very important to read the level instructions before you start it because some levels require you to shoot the animals only in a specific organ. For instance, there are levels where you need to shoot three deer in the lungs, and shooting them in the heart or any other part of their bodies, will make you fail the mission and lose precious energy.
I find it very positive when large games such as Deer Hunter Reloaded implement a nicely build tutorial at the beginning of your gameplay. The tutorial teaches players how to control the hunter, how to aim, load up your gun and fire it. It also shows you how to use your x-ray vision to be able to see the animals’ vital organs. There are also certain specialties which you can apply to your hunter such as hollow point bullets to be able to do more damage to larger animals. After you finish the tutorial, you can select different modes and levels to play, which is a nice touch because many games do not have different modes at all.
The first thing you notice when you are playing the game is that the level design is very detailed, and looks like life-like environments. It is also very nice that the animals respond to the noises that you make and run away when they hear gunshots. It is also very nice that there are many weapons to choose from before you go on a hunt, and you can customize your hunters’ looks and clothes.
Unfortunately there are also a few negative aspects about Deer Hunter Reloaded. For starters, sometimes there will be a pop-up advertisements in the game, which are very obstructive and annoying. Now, normally I do not mind it when developers of free-to-play games implement advertisements in their games, but when the ads are popping up just when you are about to tap on the screen, it can have a very annoying effect on the players. This makes it feel like the developers try to trick people into tapping on the advertisement so that they can generate an income. Tapping on these pop-up ads usually opens up your browser and this is simply unacceptable because it takes you out of the game and is very obstructive. The developer should look into fixing this, and implementing less obstructive ads in their game.
Another negative aspect about Deer Hunter Reloaded is that players get limited playtime before they need a while to be able to play again. There is an energy bar implemented into the game, and every level costs a specific amount of energy to play. Of course, if you are patient enough, you can just simply wait for your energy bar to regenerate itself, but putting a limit on players’ playtime is never a good idea in my opinion. Of course the developers give you an opportunity to regenerate your energy bar by paying Glu Credits, which you can of course get by paying real money or completing annoying offers.
Artwork: I give Deer Hunter Reloaded an 8/10 for its artwork. The graphics in Deer Hunter Reloaded are very nice and I could tell right away that the developers spend a lot of time on detailing everything out. There are many weapons and animals, and they all are animated well and the level of detail is pretty high. I like the fact that every animal looks realistic and have different attributes assigned to them (for example, bigger animals are harder to take down with smaller caliber weapons). There are also many weapons with upgrades available, and it’s nice that you will be able to distinguish the different kind of weapons just by looking at them, even if you are not a gun enthusiast.
Music & SFX: I give Deer Hunter Reloaded a 7/10 for its music and SFX. There are two kinds of soundtracks in Deer Hunter Reloaded, the first one is the main menu soundtrack which is kind of a mixture between rock and roll and slow music. I like the fact that the main menu soundtrack does not continue while you are starting a level. During a level there is a very silent soundtrack, more silent and instrumental, very fitting to the environment you are at that very moment. It’s also pretty nice that there are enough sound effects in the game, such as tapping on main menu buttons and other kinds of SFX such as gunshots and reloading. It’s nice to hear that different guns have different gunshot SFX. The soundtracks and sound effects fit very well together and makes you feel like you are a real hunter.
Story & Originality: I give Deer Hunter Reloaded a 6/10 for its story and originality. Game developer Glu is already well known for other Deer Hunter games they released previously, so there is really not so much originality going on in Deer Hunter Reloaded. The game also has no story so you will have to use your imagination and create your own story. The reason I am cutting the developers some slack is because of the fact that they made the game pretty entertaining even though it is basically the same game as the others.
General Gameplay: I give Deer Hunter Reloaded an 8/10 for general gameplay. There is a nice tutorial at the beginning of the game, which teaches you how to control your hunter, aim and shoot animals. It also shows you that there are different game modes in Deer Hunter Reloaded, how to purchase new weapons and how to upgrade them. The gameplay itself plays very nicely, using the two-thumb system where you have to use both of your thumbs to play to game. With your left thumb, you can move your gun and take aim, with your right thumb, you will shoot. The controls are smooth and it is pretty easy to aim and shoot, the user interface is clear and everything is pretty straightforward once you have played a couple of levels.
Addictiveness: I give Deer Hunter Reloaded a 6/10 for addictiveness. In Deer Hunter Reloaded, the players get a limited play time because of an energy bar. Every hunt takes a specific amount of energy, and once your energy bar is depleted, you will either have to wait a while for it to regenerate, or you will have to replenish it by using Glu Credits. The only good thing is, once you keep leveling up, your energy bar will be larger, so you can play more. If players didn’t get limited by the energy bar, I can imagine that this game would be much more addictive.
All things considered, I give Deer Hunter Reloaded a 7/10.
