Imagine there being a perfect 8-bit strategy game, filled to the brim with features, gorgeous graphics, countless of playable characters. That is exactly what Crusaders Quest is. The game has been a big success, especially among mobile gamers who enjoy games such as Final Fantasy. The game has been developed and successfully released by game developer NHN Entertainment Corp, who are also known for their popular games such as Drift Girls and Help Me Jack: Atomic Adventure. Crusaders Quest is available both on Android and iOS and has been downloaded over five million times with a whopping rating of 4.4 out of 5 on Google Play Store and a 4 out of 5 star rating on iOS App Store.
In Crusaders Quest, there is a short story at the beginning of your gameplay, showing you how the Goddesses got kidnapped, and your goal is to form a group of powerful characters and go on quests to defeat your enemies and save the Goddesses. There are over two hundred characters, which you unlock by playing the game. They all have their own unique powers and looks. There are six different classes in which the characters can be in. There is the Warrior, Paladin, Archer, Hunter, Wizard and Priest class.
Warriors are characters who are balanced, they have medium attack and defense. Paladins have a high damage toleration, but have weaker attacks. Archers are good with distance attacks such as bow and arrow. Hunters are the same as archers, but they are good with rifles and other long range weapons. The wizard class characters have a lot of powerful magical attacks but are weak in hand-to-hand combat. The priest has special attacks which can cure your characters during your gameplay, and is more there as a support class. His attacks are not so strong and he won’t be able to do much damage against enemies.
Every now and then, you will unlock another character, who joins your group. You can form groups of three characters before you start a quest, each having their pros and cons. You need to figure out which character types you will need in order to be successful in a quest. Characters also level up, so you can promote them. You can also train them, to make their attacks more powerful. You can even change their weapons and equip new ones, which are higher tier and have a higher damage rating.
Every character also has their own special attack. When you are playing a quest level, your three characters will follow each other. You can combine the special attacks of all three of your characters and make powerful blocks. The damage rating of block attacks will be much higher than individual special attacks.
There are three different game modes in Crusaders Quest. The first one is the single player Quest mode, where you have to go through levels and take down bosses. The Quest mode is the main story mode and will help you progress through the game. The second mode is called Colosseum, which is the multiplayer mode of the game. You will be able to battle against your friends and other players around the world, to see who the most powerful warrior is.
Winning battles in the Colosseum mode will award you with Honor. The more Honor you have, the higher your rating is. The last mode is called Dungeon, and in this mode, you will have to battle against waves of never ending enemies. The better you perform, the higher your rewards will be.
Crusaders Quest has a reward system implemented in it, which is different from other reward systems. In Crusaders Quest, you get rewarded for attending and playing the game, fourteen days in a row. The difference is that you do not receive your rewards right away, but after the fourteenth day has passed. You also do not have to log in and play every day, which means that the days still get counted even if you log in every other day. The Attendance Reward system only applies for new players and all the items you receive will be a boost during your gameplay.
Crusaders Quest In-game store
In Crusaders Quest, there are two kinds of currencies which you can use during your gameplay. The first currency is called gold coins, which you can easily obtain by playing Quests and finishing levels successfully. The second currency is called premium Jewels, and are very hard to obtain by playing the game. You can use both the gold coins and premium jewels for pretty much any purchase in the game, but jewels are used for more than normal purchases. You can, for example, use jewels to replenish your meat storage and keep on playing Crusaders Quest without having to wait. You can also use jewels to purchase new heroes.
You can purchase premium jewels in the in-game store for real money. The price for jewels vary from $2,99 for the smallest amount of 5 jewels and goes up till $99,99 for the largest amount of 200 jewels. Occasionally there will be events, which makes jewels a bit cheaper. Right now there is an event where you can purchase 18 jewels for $4,99. There is also something called the 30 Day Deal, which entails that you will receive 20 jewels and 2 jewels every day after that. The 30 Day Deal costs $9,99 and is recommended if you enjoy playing Crusaders Quest.
If you are low on gold coins and you need them to purchase something in the in-game store, you can also purchase gold coins with premium jewels. The price for gold coins starts at 1 jewel for 3500 gold coins and runs up till 40 jewels for 240.000 gold coins.
You can also purchase Hero Contracts in the in-game store by using jewels. Hero Contracts will unlock and give you a hero, which has between a 2 and 6 star rating. You will not know which Hero you will receive before you purchase the contract, so it is pretty much a guess and if you are lucky, you will receive a powerful character. You can however chose which class you would like your Hero to be, so if you want a Hunter, you can purchase the Hunter Contract for 7 jewels.
Crusaders Quest is a really fun and entertaining game, but you will notice that this game takes a lot of jewels and gold in order to get items and upgrades. You can get the jewels and gold in the app store, but most people find these items too expensive to purchase with real money. In order to avoid paying real money for the jewels and gold, you need to download our free Crusaders Quest hack tool right here from our website.

There are a lot of websites on the internet that claim they have working cheat tools for Crusaders Quest. All of those websites are fakes and are simply designed to trick people and make money off of them. They make promises, tell you that you will be able to get unlimited amounts of gold coins and jewels, and all you have to do is fill in a survey and you are done. Of course, this is too good to be true. The way that these fake websites operate is by luring people in with screenshots of a fake cheat tool, making them believe that it will actually work because they got *proof* and before you can download it, you need to fill in a survey. The surveys are there so that they can earn money off of you.
For the sake of this review, I decided to download one of the cheat tools for Crusaders Quest. I went to one of the fake cheat websites and clicked on the download button, after which I ended up on a download website. I clicked the download button again and a pop-up showed up, telling me I need to fill in a survey before I can start downloading the cheat tool. I filled in a survey and my download started. It was a RAR folder, but I couldn’t even unpack it because I got a ton of error messages. This is due to the fact that the RAR folder is corrupted on purpose, so the fault would be on your side and not the cheat websites’ side. Instead of looking for cheats, I will give you some tips and tricks that can help you with your gameplay.
It is very important that you constantly train your characters. You should start by training your weakest characters, because for every maxed out character that you have trained, you will receive a jewel. Weak characters are usually very easily maxed out by going on a few runs in Quest mode. It is also very important that you train only one character at a time. This will allow you to focus and max out characters one by one. You should probably only train characters who are three stars or above, because lower star characters are too weak and won’t be of any use later on in the game.
You can promote characters by using Honor points. You obtain Honor points by playing in the Colosseum mode, where you have to battle either your friends or other random players around the world. You can use the Honor points to promote your characters and make them stronger. The higher star rating your character has, the more Honor points you need to be able to promote him or her.
You can save up all your jewels to use them when you are later in the game, when items become significantly more expensive to purchase. You can also use jewels to purchase Hero Contracts, which will reward you with a new character. It all depends on your luck, whether you will receive a weak character or strong one. You can also use jewels to replenish your meat storage or purchase gold coins to be able to purchase items in the store.
Amazing! That is all I could say when I first started playing Crusaders Quest. The graphics of the game are absolutely beautiful and I could tell right off the bat that the developers probably spend weeks, if not months, on animation everything in the game. The gameplay starts with a few cut scenes, nicely designed, telling you the story behind the game and what your goals are. After the cut scenes, there are several tutorial missions, which explains how you should play the game and how you can use the different special attacks of each of your characters. After the tutorial ends, the gameplay becomes pretty straightforward, but still very entertaining and fun because of the fact that there are so many features in the game.
You need to progress through the game in order to unlock two other game modes in Crusaders Quest. There is the Colosseum mode, where you can battle other players and there is the Dungeon mode, where you need to defeat your enemies, wave after wave. It is also very nice to see that there are multiplayer features implemented into the game. You can send text messages to other players and add them to your friends list.
Even though the game is nearly perfect for me, there are still several negative aspects which can turn players off. For starters, players get a limited amount of playtime because of the meat storage system that the developers implemented into the game. You have a total of ten meat pieces and for every level that you play, you will lose a meat piece. You replenish one meat piece for every ten minutes, but this really slows down the game play. You can of course use the premium jewels to replenish your meat storage right away, but not everyone want or can spend money on a free-to-play game, no matter how good it is. I think that it is time that developers find a new way of making money, instead of limiting the playtime for players and forcing them to pay up to play more.
The second negative aspect about Crusaders Quest is the fact that in late-game, many items get very expensive to purchase. This means that you have to grind levels over and over again in order to save up a lot of gold coins. The problem is, you can’t really grind levels because of the fact that you will run out of meat pieces, thus have to wait a while before you can play again. This means that you either have to spend money to purchase jewels, and in turn use those jewels to purchase gold coins, or you are simply screwed just as I mentioned above.
Artwork: I give Crusaders Quest a 9/10 for its artwork. The graphics and animations in Crusaders Quest are simply astonishing and gorgeous. The 8-bit graphics really fit the game, and you can tell immediately that the developers spend a lot of time on developing the every single detail of the game. There are a huge amount of levels and well over two hundred characters, all of whom have their own special attacks, looks, outfits, weapons etc. Every single object and character has a high level of detail and has been built to fit perfectly in the game world of Crusaders Quest. The special animation effects when you are walking through a level and use your special attacks are beautiful and it really enhances the 8-bit Final Fantasy feeling of the game.
Music & SFX: I give Crusaders Quest an 8/10 for its music and SFX. There are several very nice soundtracks in the background, depending where you are at exactly in the game. You will hear a different soundtrack when you are at your town but also when you are on a quest and are facing enemies. There are also a ton of SFX in Crusaders Quest, and combined with the soundtracks and the graphics of the game, this might be the most perfectly build 8-bit game out on the mobile platforms. You could compare the quality of soundtracks and sound effects to a game on the 3DS, that’s how good they sound.
Story & Originality: I give Crusaders Quest an 8/10 for its story and originality. There are games on the app stores that try to do the same things that Crusaders Quest does, but in my opinion, they failed miserably. Crusaders Quest is a very original game. It has a ton of original features and different game modes, which guarantees players of hours of entertainment. There is also a very nicely build story in the game, in the form of short cut scenes. Having a story in a game like Crusaders Quest really enhances the gameplay and gives the players a sense of purpose.
General Gameplay: I give Crusaders Quest an 8/10 for general gameplay. There is a nicely build, extensive tutorial at the beginning of your gameplay in Crusaders Quest. The tutorial teaches you about all the features which are implemented in the game, but it also shows you how to control your Heroes and clear out levels. After the tutorial, you are basically on your own. The gameplay becomes pretty straightforward, but due to the fact that the game has three different modes to play in, it remains entertaining for many hours. The controls in Crusaders Quest might be difficult to get used to at the beginning, but they are very smooth and responsive. There are a lot of things happening on the screen, but the user interface is still crisp and clear.
Addictiveness: I give Crusaders Quest a 6/10 for addictiveness. You have a total amount of ten meat pieces, which means that you can play ten times before you have to wait for your meat storage to be replenished. Every meat piece takes ten minutes to be replenished. I really do not like the fact when developers limit players with energy bars or lives. I feel like players should be able to play the game whenever they want, however long they want. They should even be rewarded for being loyal players, instead of being limited like this. You can of course use the premium jewels to replenish your meat storage right away, but this means that you need to pay money in order to really be able to enjoy a free-to-play game.
All things considered, I give Crusaders Quest an 8/10.
