Diamond Dash Hack & Cheats for Gold & Lives

Another Candy Crush like game for you with some advanced graphics?  Yes, they do have that. Diamond Dash is brought to you by wooga with its most recent update on July 21 of 2015, so you know that the producers are actively working to improve their game.  Diamond Dash is available for iOS devices who have a compatibility of 6.0 later.  This means that all iOS devices, even iPhone, iPad, and iPod touches can download Diamond Dash but you might need to download the latest update in order to get your device onto the latest version of iOS so that you will have the compatibility with this game unless you have updated the game for up to 1 version now.  If English isn’t your native language you will be able to change the official language into several different languages such as Arabic, French, German, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and more.  Diamond Dash is in its version 5.12, so it has gone through quite a few updates to where it is today.  The game isn’t particularly large either, so it shouldn’t be a problem on your phone space, as it is only going to take up 78.5 MB of space on your phone.  So anybody who wants this game, should be able to download unless you need the game in a different language, you can change the language to the following languages that I described above. The game is also available for Android, through the Google Play Store.

First of all, you have to match all of the colors and elements together in 3 or higher lines of the same color by switching two gems together so that they switch places and see if you manage to get a three or higher line of gems so that they break and burst so that you get points based off of the number that you combo as well as the number of combos that you get in one turn.  All of this will determine the end score that you get after you finish the entire round when your time runs out.  Then, there are also some special gems that pop up once in a while during the game that gives you some extra abilities when you pop them so that you are able to pop more combos and get more points through that venue.  Unfortunately, these are random, so you can’t really expect them to pop up every single time that you run a round, which can make your scores vary significantly.

The goal for each specific level with a limitation on the amount of time that you have that you can move for the round to try and finish with the highest score possible within the time that is given to you.  If you manage to beat the designated score that they want you to get, you will be able to move on to the next level.  The gameplay is nothing new because it is so seemingly obvious to the gameplay of Candy Crush, but it has some extra presentation about the main interface of Diamond Dash, so it is different from Candy Crush in that the graphics while you are playing the game are a bit different than Candy Crush and make the game a bit more fun and exciting to play.

The producers of Diamond Dash provide players with a tutorial where they will get to learn how to match blocks together to eliminate them as well as learning how to get the bigger combos that can eliminate a whole line of blocks.  They also teach you how to use power-ups within the block structure that they give you in order to make the game a bit easier along with a bit of strategy for how to make some bigger combos and earning additional points in order to score higher through comboing different blocks together.

Although Diamond Dash is very similar to Candy Crush, a bit was added in order to make it a bit different from the mainstream game of Candy Crush.  Given the insane amount of levels offered in this free game, the difficulty of the game increases with each level finished, often forcing you to use a power-up once in a while when everything has been tried and you can’t seem to solve the problem.  The standard power-ups that you see in Candy Crush are still alive in this version but there will also be new ones that you will encounter throughout the game.

To make the game a bit easier on players, there are some really good tricks that the game offers you in order to make the game a bit easier when it comes to trying to finishing a level.  Some of those extra special tricks include the gems that gives you to option to choose a single tile that you want to destroy so that you can probably find the objective that you are looking for and don’t have to go through all of the lines before getting to the objective, so this is basically just like a easier shortcut that will be used occasionally when the rounds start to get hard.  There is no real one versus one that you can do if you want to play against online players or friends through the game.  If the game offered this kind of aspect, it would be a lot more addicting and motivating to players who want to get better at the game and ultimately get more addicted to the game.  Because it doesn’t have this aspect, it has more of an adventure aspect where you want to get past all of the levels whether it’s luck or not.

Diamond Dash Cheats and Tips

First off, you will be given a certain amount of time to start out and you will be able to keep on finding combinations until the time has run out  Losing is done by running out of time and failing the objective that Diamond Dash gives you.  The specialty of all free to play games, if you run out of lives or energy, there is a cooldown that will regen your lives after losing one.  It usually takes about a couple of hours in order to completely refresh all of your lives if you don’t have any lives in the first place.  If you want to play and can’t stop to take a break, you can use the cheat of turning the clock ahead of time so that the game feels like that amount of time has passed and you will refresh your lives.  You can continue to do this until you eventually get bored of the game.

Everything is the exact same to candy crush in terms of matching and destroying the tiles except this new option to use a power up that will grant you ability to destroy a grid of blocks instead of just a line.  If you manage to combine the classic combo and the falling gems continue to combo, then you will be able to get a ton of points in order to get closer to the objective.

Whenever you start up a round, you want to look around for which part of the tiles is the most difficult to get rid of.  Once you get rid of the difficult part of the tiles, the rest is a lot easier and you will have more options in the beginning then you will towards the end if you need to finish the last bit of difficult to solve parts.  To make this easier, you have to try and get more than a combo of 3.  Usually a combo of three isn’t a particularly good thing because you want to get mostly a 5 combo off or at least a four combo off every single time you use a turn, or else you will quickly lose more turns than expected.  You have the option to complete an L shape which makes the game a bit easier in terms of getting the rounds done.  Using any kind of power-up during these rounds make the game much easier to solve because if you manage to string together a ton of combos together in one move and also use a power-up, the round will pretty much be over by that time.

Even though the game may seem more based off of luck than it does based off of skill, there is quite a bit of strategy in it.  Good players have the ability to detect which block will fall where after they remove a couple of blocks through a combo.  Those people will be able to combo multiple lines together in one move.  So it’s really not random, but at the beginning, you will want to think about it simply and just try and find combos of three or four in order to get the hang of the game before you try and get too into the game with strategy.

The different power-ups that are available through the game without using money are essential if you want to complete the game through not spending any extra money on the game.  Even though the power-ups seem interesting, using them right away will make the later stages a lot more difficult to complete without the use of a power-up as a catalyst in finishing a round, so you should use your power-ups sparingly during the beginning of the game, and then you can go ahead and start using power-ups once the game goes later into the levels and as I have talked about, the levels getting harder after every single completion.  If you have the ability to finish a level without having to use a power-up go do so because it will make the game later, that much easier.

Diamond Dash Review

Overall, the graphics in Diamond Dash is what separates itself from other games.  Being that it is based off of a movie does give it a couple of extra bonus points in the beginning, but it would still be a good game without the use of a movie as a promotion standpoint.  As I’ve told you in the beginning, it is another Candy Crush-like game where your goal is to match three or more blocks so that they break and you can begin racking up the points through advanced power-ups as well as strategies.

Diamond Dash does provide a couple of extra aspects to the gameplay of the classic Candy Crush which make it a bit more strategy because any addition in gameplay make the game much more strategic than it was before.  Considering the additions of the gameplay and the visual effects still maintain its well balance, the Diamond Dash is a good addition to the numerous versions of Candy Crush who hope to make it as big as Candy Crush has.

The difficulty of Candy Crush may get a bit too hard right off the bat without teaching new players a couple more tricks, so the game is meant more to take a bit more time so that you have to take the time to learn a couple more little tricks before being able to win a specifically hard round.  Additionally, due to the games additions, it makes the difficulty increase by another stage due to the addition of some weird shapes that can’t go anywhere.

I would recommend this game to anybody who has played or hasn’t played the Candy Crush saga.  The different aspects added to the game would be both an exciting upgrading for people who have already played Candy Crush as well as refreshing new game to those who haven’t played Candy Crush before.

Specific to the game itself, there have been a lot of complaints about the load time on each puzzle.  People have complained about the time it takes to load up a stage, but are still complimentary of the game in the ally of it being an addicting game that keeps players coming back for more.

Ratings

Artwork:

I would give Diamond Dash Review a 4/10.  The interface of the game is actually really clean and nice to look at.  I would say that this particular game does have that kind of 720p kind of graphics like you would see if you watched a youtube video.  I really love the fact that the game does have some neat artwork when you make a combo and the individual gems are pretty fun and basic but actually really fun to play with.  There is a fire, leaf, love, and lightning icons to help distinguish which blocks that you need to match up together.

Music and SFX

I would give Diamond Dash Review a 7/10.  The music is pretty decent considering it is just another Candy Crush game and the sound effects are also similar, but considering that the sound effects of Candy Crush were pretty good, I can’t blame them for using them to their advantage because it makes the game much more fun to play.

Story and Originality

I would give Diamond Dash Review a 3/10.  There is a bit of a story in completing each level and eventually getting to the end of the line at the last level, but there is no real good underlying story that you need to solve throughout the game, which is okay, considering it is simply a puzzle solving game.  The game isn’t particularly original because it does follow Candy Crush as well as following the exact same kind of adventure that Candy Crush has.

General Gameplay

I would give Diamond Dash Review a 4/10.  It adds the gameplay of Candy Crush while also adding a couple features of its own such as new and different blocks as well as new power-ups.  The new powerups could be a bit more unique instead of pretty basic as well as adding a bit more animation whenever you score a combo or a string of combos.  If the gameplay also had some kind of unique aspect that separated itself from other similar games, I would give it a higher rating.

Addictiveness

I would give Diamond Dash Review a 7/10.  It is pretty addicting if you haven’t played any other Candy Crush or any alternative to it.  You can get hooked pretty easily.  I think that the game is addicting if not played with other games because the initial idea for the game is based off of a really good concept that a lot of games have used since the era of Candy Crush so I can understand that companies want to reproduce the game because it is addicting if it is the first game that you play where you want to get through every single level, but if you have played other games that are really similar, I don’t think it has anything significantly different about it compared to the other games that have the same concept as Diamond Dash.

Overall Rating

Overall, I would give Diamond Dash Review a 4/10 for the additions to a Candy Crush game.
