Beat the Boss 2 is an action game developed by Game Hive Corporation, a company known for other games such as Super Battle Races, Battle Run or the prequels for Beat the Boss. The game is available on both platforms and it has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 on Google Play and 4 and a half stars out of 5 on Apple’s App Store. It has been downloaded for almost 30 million times and it requires an Android version of at least 2.3 or, for Apple devices, iOS 4.3 or later.
For those who are not familiar with “Beat the Boss” series, your role in this game is to make your boss’ life a living hell (virtually speaking). The game is pretty violent but everything is cartooned so if you are sensible you should be fine.
The game does not require a sign-up and as a matter of fact there is no possibility of signing in any social account with it. Probably is for the best because I suppose people would not want to share their scores or achievements on a social network where they are friends with…their boss. On the other side, if you happen to lose, uninstall or replace your device, you will lose all the game’s progression.
In Beat the Boss 2 there are 2 types of resources that act like a currency. Coins which are received when you are doing a good job in beating your boss and Diamonds which are representing the premium resource. Fortunately, both of them can be bought with real money. The price for Coins starts with $0.99 for 2,500 Coins and goes up to $49.99 in exchange of 180,000 Coins. The prices for Diamonds also starts from $0,99 but for only 110 Diamonds and goes up to $49,99 for as much as 6300 Diamonds.
Diamonds and coins are the in-game currency for Beat the Boss 2, the second in this popular franchise. To win, you’ll need a lot of diamonds and coins. Download our free Beat the Boss 2 hack tool now, directly from our website, to easily get coins and diamonds.

I don’t think that there is one person (yeah, even you who brags about being self-employed) that didn’t want, at some point, to do something bad to their boss – nothing too bad but still bad enough to question his morals. And Beat the Boss 2 came to the rescue – at least virtually.
First of all, what I like the most about Beat the Boss 2 is the variety of items available. There are around 100 different items and basically anything that can be used as a weapon will probably be found here. I also like the fact that some items require several parts to be collected in order to be used (for example for the water gun you need to get 3 things before you can play with it) is a good way of making the player to play more. Secondly, I like that there are different bosses and environments so everyone can be able to find “their match” – for example students with an annoying teacher and everything can happen in the classroom or on the playground. The bosses are not linked to a specific environment and you can switch them as you please (obviously, after you unlocked them). Finally, I really appreciate the fact that the game offers the same experience to both paying and non-paying users. Free games these days tend to favor the players which are paying real money to the game. It is normal to happen this way but often the advantages they gain are a bit unfair.
There are some things that I don’t like about the game because there is no such thing like a perfect game. For example, I don’t really know how much health the boss has. If there was something like a health bar I would have known when to slow down. Also, a “recipe” implementation for successful combos would have been nice. You can discover the combos by yourself or buy them with coins. That way you are sure you are doing what you are supposed to do.
Overall, Beat the Boss 2 is wonderful. It is the perfect choice for a stressful day especially if it is stressful because of work issues. Go ahead and download it. You won’t regret it.
Ratings
Artwork: Beat the Boss 2 gets 8 out of 10 for its artwork. Everything in this game is cartooned and very colorful but that’s mandatory because otherwise it would have looked creepy. Because of the theme, the environment must be very responsive and anything but static and fortunately that is the case. The character design is simple yet funny – there are a bunch of different characters that are created based on the same layout but in this kind of games, the art stuff doesn’t really matter. The torture items which are more than a few are also looking great. The animations are not complex at all but they are hilarious.
Music & SFX: I give Beat the Boss 2 a rating of 7 out of 10 at this section. Like I mentioned before, this kind of games don’t particularly focus on either sound or artwork but on the gameplay. The music in the background is suited and it gives the game a decent atmosphere but there isn’t anything that makes it stand out in any away. At the best, I can say that the music is average. The sound effects are also not the best I’ve ever heard but at least they are there. However, these basic and simple sounds are contributing a lot more to the game atmosphere and I think that the developers did a good job.
Story/Originality: The game gets 9 out of 10 at this segment. For the first time since I started doing game reviews, I must say that I don’t care that Beat the Boss 2 doesn’t have a story. It doesn’t need a story. All you do in this game is to get revenge on your real life boss without facing consequences (that doesn’t apply if you recommend him the game, though). It is pointless to talk about the originality – the game is a sequel but the idea is great. Maybe it was inspired from a not-so-old Hollywood movie about bosses but it doesn’t really matter. You can’t say the game is not authentic.
General Gameplay: I give Beat the Boss 2 a rating of 8 out of 10 for its gameplay. The game doesn’t require a tutorial because it is simple but some indications would have been nice. You must discover what to do and what combos are working better but I guess that’s the charm of Beat the Boss 2. There are some problems when you interact with the environment (some of the stuff isn’t responsive and you may get stuck in places where you shouldn’t) but there isn’t any major bugs. For the time I’ve played I did not encounter any freezes or crashes so from this point of view the game is flawless.
Addictiveness: Beat the Boss 2 gets 8 out of 10 at this section. The game does not offer much but it is so funny and stress relieving that it is addictive. The idea is great and the implementation is above average so the result can’t be anything but good. I like the fact that there are several types of bosses and places where you can torture them. I also must mention the fact that it will take a while to collect all the items and upgrades so go ahead and smash your boss head (virtually speaking) to get coins.
Beat the Boss 2 receive an overall rating of 8.0 out of 10. The game is unique and fun and offers to anyone a great experience.
