The sound effects range from regular menu button SFX to casino ambiance SFX, which are pretty nice. Both the soundtrack and sound effects are easy on the ears, allowing you to play the game without getting bothered or bored.
Story & Originality: I give DH Texas Poker a 7/10 for its story and originality. There are already dozens of poker games both on Google Play Store and iOS App Store, which means that DH Texas Poker isn’t that original. I have also seen the features in DH Texas Poker in other poker games, which tells me that there isn’t much originality in this game. However, the game does work pretty well, which is why I will not bash it for not having original features.
General Gameplay: I give DH Texas Poker an 8/10 for general gameplay. The gameplay in DH Texas Poker begins with you creating an account, creating a profile and choosing a table to play poker at. There is no tutorial, which means that you should at least understand the basic concept of playing poker, before you start playing DH Texas Poker. The controls are smooth and responsive and the user interface fits the overall theme of the game.
Addictiveness: I give DH Texas Poker an 8/10 for addictiveness. I could see why a casino game like DH Texas Poker is addictive, especially if you enjoy gambling in real life. Because of the fact that you do not actually lose real money while playing DH Texas Poker, you will tend to risk more of your chips.
