A Nest of Vipers is a fifth episode of the episodic adventure game of the Telltale Game studio. This guide gives you the full description of how to complete the game. In the first chapter of this guide you will find illustrated description of getting through the game with the dialogues so that you can get to know the general view of the situation. The first important choice of the game is in the first chapter. You need to decide whether to stab Ramsay or to drop the knife that he has given to you.
The second important choice is in the fifth chapter of the game. You have to decide whether or not to tell Tyrion the truth, and to tell him that the Renegade Queen Cersei has sent you.
Both choices will end in the same way. Tyrion can see the truth whether you tell him it or not.
The third important choice is in the sixth chapter. It is up to you whether you kill the traitor or let him live.
If you don't kill the traitor this person will tell you that Asher will get caught in a trap. Both of these choices will have the same consequences in this episode. In both cases Asher (with you) will get caught in a trap.

The traitor is a person that you didn't choose. The equally important cases are the choices that are in next episodes of the game. One of them is the situation in which Lord Whitehill tells you to kiss his signet ring (episode two, the second choice), the next one is the moment when Gryff gets caught (episode four, the second choice). You won't encounter any more consequences in this episode.
The last decision in this episode is the moment when you leave Asher or Rodrik. The choice is at the end of the chapter six.

If you have selected the first option: It was all Sera's idea - Sera will be furious about your lie. Margaery will trust your judgment, removing Sera from the court and destroying her relationship with Tarwick. You must pick this option in order to obtain the Cunning strategy and Unwavering Conviction blue endings. If you want to obtain the red endings Instinct and Nobility or Fierce Passion, you must admit your fault.
Second important choice can be made in the fourth chapter of the game. You must choose whether you will marry Morgryn or be beheaded.
Third important decision can be made in the fifth chapter of the game. You must choose how to solve the problem with Cotter. You can sacrifice him for the blood magic to strengthen the forces of the North Grove or you can give him Nightshade to shorten his pain and fulfill the will of his sister, Sylvii.
Another important choice is related to the situation in the last chapter of the game. You must select whether you will kill Ludd Whitehill or Gryff.

1.) Poison Ludd - When raising toast, Ludd will become suspicious and he will want Asher to drink the wine. Asher's mother will want to do it first and you can let her by selecting the Let her drink option or save her from poisoning by selecting the Don't let her drink option.
2.) Ambush Ludd - During the conversation with Ludd, make a move. This will give the mercenaries a signal to attack. In this option, Ludd will escape and your revenge will be killing Gryff.
The last choice is made in the North Grove. As Gared, you can leave it or stay there.
No consequences of this choice in this season.
The first chapter of episode six starts with Gared's adventures. Look on the map after climbing on the tree and select adequate options: Ice Dragon - Look At, Forrester Sigil - Look At and Weirwood Quote - Look At. After checking the map, look at the trees or stars in order to find the precise location of the North Grove. Then, talk with Cotter.

She sacrificed you for her own image and future marriage with lord Tarwick. In order to obtain the ending with cunning strategy, you must act like a true conspirator from King's Landing and sacrifice Sera.
If you picked first option: It was all Sera's idea - Sera will be furious about your lie. Margaery will trust your judgment and will remove Sera from her entourage, destroying her chances for a relationship with Tarwick. You can use this option to obtain the ending: Cunning strategy and Unwavering Conviction.
