The way to kill baal on Diablo 2 is you need to be a high level likes 40-50. Get your belt full with max revoultin potions. Do not use this item on baals minions. Then fight baal, have resisent to all the elements fire, cold, eltric, and poisnos, to tell the difference form the two baals the one with the b in baal and d in demon lined up ecalty is the fake.

While this answer was.... good, it was certainly not satisfactory. The easiest time I ever had killing Baal was on a summoner necromancer. Get three points in summon skeleton, then get 15 points in skeleton mastery. This is mathematically the best way to make powerful skeletons. After that, buff up the raise skeleton skill. Also, put a point into the decrepify curse. This slows Baal, and makes your skeletons do an extra 1/3 damage.

You do NOT need to be 40-50 to beat Baal on normal, solo. I've done it as low as 28 solo, without tooo much hassle. Go ahead and Google Hammerdin, they're another popular, easy way to kill Baal. Lots and lots of ways to kill Baal, it really depends on your play style. But, as general advice, go to a Diablo 2 forum instead of wiki answers, because there are a lot of people on said forums who have done crazy math to figure out best ways to do things. Believe you me.
