How To Sniff Out A Spy

Yesterday I got a message asking me how to sniff out a spy.

Kingdom hopping often creates spies who want to sabotage your alliance. Here our some ways my alliance leader and leaders [VUK] Gemmy prevented their effectiveness:

  1. Set a time for battle calls, but do not reveal the target until the battle call time. A battle call is when you tell the alliance to come online at a certain time to attack a hive or target.
  2. No important discussions in AC or game rooms. Divide leaders into teams that work together to form ideas so if word gets out from leaders, it's easy to narrow down.
  3. Mainly, make sure everything sent in mail, general chat, or chat room is basic enough so that is doesn't hurt to share.
  4. Activity checks, participation requirements, and growth checks are huge because most spies are marginally active.

I wouldn't understand the amount of organization it takes to successfully lead an alliance. Make sure to delegate roles effectively as a leader and do not place too much burden on yourself.
