All you need to do is TURN OFF VOICE Chat in Planetside 2 and you will notice a significant increases in FPS in Planetside 2. For those who are unaware of how to turn off Voice Chat in Planetside 2:

Go To Setting
Press R1 To Voice Chat
Select "OFF"
