Kid Icarus: Uprising Walkthrough
The angel Pit makes his way into the 3D world with Nintendo’s Kid Icarus: Uprising. Throwing off the shackles of the previous games‘ 2D action, Kid Icarus: Uprising puts you behind Pit to take out monsters on the ground or in the air. The evil Medusa returns to threaten all existence, and it’s as simple as that — Pit needs to put an end to this monster. On the ground, you’ll have full control of Pit and his arsenal of unique weapons, or you’ll be laying waste to armies of flying opponents in special auto-scrolling flight sequences. Uprising even goes online with multiplayer. String up your angelic bow and prepare to put away evil.

Chapter 1: Return of Palutena
After watching the tutorial on flying combat, practice these new control by targeting, destroying and evading the wave of enemies that appear as you soar through the clouds.
As you battle these enemies, try to focus on the enemies that appear first as they will also be the first ones to attack.
Continue eliminating the flying creatures until Medusa rise up as an enormous giant, then alternate between clearing out the smaller enemies and focusing your fire on her head and face region until she recedes beneath the clouds again.
After a cut scene in which you dive towards the ground and fly through a mountain, continue eliminating the enemies and take out the larger creatures by using charged blasts.
Attack the enemies that appear in groups first, as they can use teamwork to cause greater damage, until you reach a cityscape and clear this area of threats as well to activate another cut scene in which you land on the ground below.
After watching the ground combat tutorial, move through the narrow alley to your left and clear the path of enemies to pick up the food items they levee behind.
Enter the fountain area to eliminate the surrounding enemies with rapid fire and sideways rolls to avoid their counter attacks, then open the blue chest to the left of the fountain for another power-up and continue forward towards the two staircases in the distance.
Use charged attacks to eliminate the larger enemies that appear in front of you, then fight your way up the first set of steps with sword strikes and dodge the large cannon ball the enemy fires at you before climbing the second staircase.
Enter the temple at the top of the steps to activate a cut scene in which you encounter Twinbellows, then immediately execute a rolling sideways dodge to avoid the creature’s first attack.
Keep your distance while moving in a wide circle around the dog and open fire on the side of its body, then continue along this path as if you are trying to get behind the creature to avoid its fire-breathing assault.
When the dog rears back and raises its wagging tail, roll sideways to dodge its charging attack and continue wearing it down with rapid fire or charged blasts.
Continue attacking the boss in this way until it collides with a wall and slumps to the ground, then hit it with a charged blast to defeat the creature and complete the chapter.

Chapter 2: Magnus and the Dark Lord
Use rapid fire and charged blasts to clear out the lines of enemies that appear in front of you.
Fly in wide circles to avoid the creatures’ increased rate of fire, but continue to shoot them out of the air as you do so.
Try to save your charged blasts for the rounded clusters of smaller enemies or the more enormous creatures.
Use rapid fire to target the enemies floating alone or in a straight line so that your weapon will have time to charge for eliminating other creatures.
Navigate through the storm of tornadoes until lightning explodes in front of you, then evade the series of bolts that crash down ahead by swerving your character away from the pre-flash bolts that appear just before the next strike occurs.
Swerve between the lightning bolts until a cut scene activates in which you dive straight down through the clouds, then open fire on the creatures that appear behind you to either destroy them or veer out of their oncoming path.
When your character turns to face the ground again, focus your fire power on the enemies below that are currently emitting a purple laser beam.
Continue firing upon the enemies ahead until you are flying over a barren mountain range, then dodge the yellow slices of leers as you eliminate the next wave of creatures ahead.
Target and destroy the lines of enemies with rapid fire until you dive into a cave decorated with glowing blue geodes, then switch over to using charged blasts to exterminate the larger creature.
When your character suddenly comes to a screeching halt, open fire on the spiky enemy sitting on the bridge below before clearing out the flying creatures above to continue the flight forward.
Repeat the previous strategy at the next temporary stopping point to continue forward and exit the cave, then clear out the smaller creatures before opening fire on the enormous fish’s lower lip and head.
Continue firing upon the enormous fish until it slams into a blockade and you are able to escape into a volcanic area, then dodge and eliminate the next wave of enemies that appear ahead until you enter the Dark Lord’s Castle.
Once inside, collect the fruit supply in the corner ahead and enter the next room in front of you.
Strike the blue column with your weapon to open the door and eliminate the enemy in the next room, then drop through the opening in the floor and move forward to the staircases ahead.
Sidestep the laser blasts from the two guards ahead until you are close enough to eliminate them, then climb one of the nearby staircases and make a right at the top.
Continue right along the upper landing and defeat the large enemy when it drops its shield, then strike the blue column ahead and take another right across the bridge.
Dodge for the rotating square panels by dashing underneath them when they are flipped horizontally, then defeat the creatures on the other side of the bridge and strike the blue column.
Approach the door you just opened to eliminate the large creature standing in front of it by sidestepping the spiked balls and hitting the creature with three charged blasts.
Enter the open doorway to reach the next open area and turn left, then clear out the enemies on this floor with charged blasts and move into the hallway in the corner to enter the trophy room on the right.
Approach the treasure chest in the middle of the room to bring the statues to life, then defeat them with melee strikes and charged burst fire to deactivate the purple forcefield.
Continue forward to around the next corner to collect the upgrades in the treasure room, then turn around and return to the statue room.
Sidestep the oncoming bombs and eliminate the large enemies with charged blasts, then exit the statue room to return to the open area and make a left.
Cross the bridge and eliminate the vase of enemies on the other side, then take out the jellyfish creature ahead and exit the area through the next doorway on the right.
Make your way down the steps around the corner and move through the open doorway behind the tapestry hanging on the wall, then touch the glowing icon ahead to teleport and collect the Sagittarius Bow in front of you.
Use the teleporter to return to the previous staircase and continue down the steps ahead to activate a cut scene, then assist your fellow warrior in clearing the room with charged blasts and melee strikes.
Move into the passageway that opens and drop through the opening in the floor, then continue fighting your way forward across the rock bridge to reach the other side and enter the next room.
Clear the room of enemies as they appear until they’ve all been eliminated, then enter the elevator and ride it down to the next floor below.
Enter the room on the right to visit the spa, then exit back into the previous area and move through the next doorway ahead on the right.
Make your way up the spiral walkway and take out the enemy ahead, then target the shielded monster floating at the center of the room and strike with charged blasts when he reveals himself every so often.
Continue fighting your way up the spiral walkway until you reach the top, then pick up the Drink of the Gods and enter the door ahead to activate the Boss Battle.

Boss Battle: The Dark Lord GAOL
When the battle begins, charge forward in unison with Magnus and make your way towards the Dark Lord’s current position.
As you approach the Dark Lord hang back at a somewhat far distance from the boss and allow Magnus to rush in for for his own close quarters attack.
Back up Magnus by striking the Dark Lord with charged blasts whenever he comes to stop while moving across the area.
Move in a circle around the boss and stay ahead of his attacks by rolling sideways whenever you see the purple laser or shockwave running along the floor.
Continue hitting the Dark Lord with charged blasts while Magnus attacks him at close range to eventually defeat him and win the battle.

Chapter 3: Heads of the Hewdraw
As you fly through the clouds, eliminate the waves of small enemies that appear in front of you by targeting the ones spitting fireballs first and moving in circles to avoid taking damage.
When you encounter the extremely large whale-like creatures, use a special attack to defeat this enemy quickly as your character starts flying backwards.
After you spot the Hewdraw in the distance and fly towards it, use charged blasts to take out the shielded enemies when their guard is down and to eliminate the green creatures that ram their heads into your body.
Open fire on the Hewdraw as you approach and fly around it by focusing primarily on the monsters three heads, then continue shooting the creature as you run along its back and jump back into the air.
When you are face to face with the Hewdraw again, target the three heads one at a time and sever them from the enemy’s body with rapid fire and special attacks.
Keep an eye on which of the Hewdraw’s three heads is preparing for an attack and move into one of the corners, then wait for the dragon to spit out whatever projectile it’s armed with and fly back out across the screen in an evasive zig-zag to avoid taking the hit.
Remove two of the Hewdraw’s heads and continue firing upon the third until the creature falls out of the sky, then clear out the enemies in your path as you dive towards the ground and blast towards a city in the distance.
As you race forward through the air, use rapid fire and quick erratic dodges to safely navigate past the waves of enemies zipping towards you.
After you land inside the city, move forward and collect the food ahead on the left to refill your health bar.
Sprint down the path your right and shoot down the flying enemies above, then continue forward along the road and roll beneath the two oncoming laser beams.
Drop over the ledge ahead and turn right to shoot down the enemies above, then climb the steps against the wall on your left and make right at the top.
Approach the enemy ahead until he forms into a rotating column, then fire charged blasts into the rectangular tip at the top of the stack and sprint around it in circles to stay ahead of the laserfield it emits.
Destroy the column of enemies segment by segment until it disappears, then climb the next staircase ahead and eliminate the jellyfish creature at the top.
Make a left to reach the next landing above and take out the winged enemies at the top, then move left and slip past the spinning panel when it starts moving away from you and around a corner.
Follow the arrow to the left and use the glowing pad to launch yourself onto the ledge above, then use the next three pads in quick succession to fly over the wall ahead and land on the other side.
Open fire on the enemies so that you can safely approach the large vase ahead, then break it open to collect a Key and make a right down the path.
Shoot down the flying enemies when you reach the next landing and make a right, then collect the item from the treasure chest and turn around to eliminate another wave of creatures by using charged blasts.
Make your way across to the other side of the room and unlock the door to enter the arena area, then stand at the center of the room to begin the first boss battle in this chapter.

Boss Battle: The Two Hedraw Heads
After the flash of light, retreat from the center of the room to avoid the falling Hedraw head and turn around to open fire on the small flying creatures that appear above you.
Move in a circle around the edge of the room at a medium pace to evade the charging Hedraw head’s snapping jaws and shoot it repeatedly with rapid fire to inflict continuous damage throughout the battle.
Keep your distance from the disembodied head and eliminate the smaller enemies flying above if they happen to move near the line of fire you’re currently directing at the Hedraw.
Stop to face the Hedraw’s head when it begins to open its mouth and fire blast down the monster’s throat to send it spinning into the air, then return to encircling the arena and using rapid fire.
Continue using this strategy to eventually defeat the first Hedrawhead and deactivate the purple forcefield against the wall, then exit the arena and collect the food below on your right by rolling past the rotating panel after it passes you.
Turn right to eliminate the plant enemy by targeting and destroying the three pink balls located around its stem, then move forward and climb the staircase leading up to the right.
Make your way across the bridge of wooden boards and eliminate the enormous enemy that appears by targeting the hand sticking out from its bottom, then use the glowing pad to launch yourself into the chamber below and move forward.
Follow the arrows to the left and eliminate the next wave of enemies with melee strikes, then make your way up the incline on the left and open the treasure chest at the top.
Climb the nearby staircase and make a left around the corner at the top, then shoot down the flying enemies ahead and use the glowing pad to launch yourself into the next area.
Move in a circle around the clearing you’re in to avoid taking damage, then shoot down the flying enemies above with rapid fire and charged blasts while using quick sideways wolfing maneuvers to evade the exploding spiked ball.
Eliminate the enemies that continue to appear in waves of increasing difficulty by using the same tactics as you have in the past, then destroy the three pink balls on the enormous plant creature to acquire a Back Shield.
Continue moving in a constant circle and clearing the area of enemies until the purple forcefield deactivates, then make your way down the next path at a full sprint to exit the city and begin the second boss battle.
Target the Hedraw’s head and use sideways rolling maneuvers to dodge the projectiles it spits, then use a combination of rapid fire and charged blasts to begin inflicting damage until the monster dives under water.
Shoot down the glowing fireballs that float above the water so that they drop onto the submerged Hedraw and launch him onto dry land, then approach the fallen monster and strike repeatedly with melee combinations until he returns to the sea.
Repeat the two previous steps until the Hedraw is defeat to win the second and final battle in this chapter.

Chapter 4: The Reaper’s Line of Sight
Use a combination of rapid fire and charged blasts to clear the path ahead as you fly through the storm clouds, then navigate through the center of the smoke rings fired in your direction to evade damage until the character dives towards the ground below.
As you begin flying forward above a barren wasteland, use a special attack to eliminate the large enemy on the right and rapid fire to pick off the smaller ones.
Continue eliminating the creatures that appear in front of you with rapid fire until the character is turned around at the field of red lasers and dives into a narrow canyon.
Position yourself towards the middle of the screen as you race forward through the crevice, then use quick up or down movements to dodge the oncoming obstacles that lay across the path until a strong wind blows the character into the next area.
Ascend to the top of the screen and dodge the spiked balls below by moving to the left or right, then clear the path ahead of enemies by using rapid fire and weave through the obstacles in the next canyon area to reach another strong wind.
Enter the cave and destroy the three pink balls on the plant creature after your character turns to the left, then continue clearing the path ahead to reach the gusts of wind until come to a stop.
Eliminate the enemies ahead with a combination of charged blasts and rapid fire until you dive at high speeds into a series of tunnels below, then just use rapid fire to eliminate the enemies emitting laser beams or the ones on the ground launching glowing orbs into the air.
After exiting an especially long rock tunnel, continue eliminating enemies that appear in front of you while hovering around the structure on the ground below.
Use quick evasive circle to avoid the high multitude of laser beams that erupt around you in every direction so that you can land inside the structure, then move forward down the hall and collect the food from the clay pots behind the guillotine.
Sprint beneath the guillotine to your right as the blade ascends and open the door behind it, then follow the hallway around and eliminate the enemies by using long-distance projectile attacks to reach the next staircase on the right.
Exit the building through the door at the top and run sideways while shooting down the enemies that appear to deactivate the purple forcefield ahead, then climb the next set of steps and make a left along the pathway.
Pick up the food located in the small area sticking out from the right side of the road and wait in this spot until the spiked top passes by you, then sprint uphill before the moving enemy returns to reach the next item off the path.
Stay in this spot to eliminate the inhaling creature with long distance blasts and wait for the spiked top to pass by you again, then sprint forward to reach the grind rail in the left corner ahead and jump on it to begin the ride.
Shoot down the flying enemies that appear during the rail grind until you reach the next area, then use charged blasts to eliminate the spiked top by rolling sideways when it spins towards you.
Eliminate the next wave of larger enemies with charged blasts and by keeping your distance, then sprint backwards when the last creature attempts to inhale you and open fire into its exposed eye.
Clear this area of enemies to deactivate the purple forcefields and move through the large double doors to enter a dark hallway, then follow it around to exterminate a nest of snakes and break open the vase they’re guarding.
Enter the next room ahead, then defeat the wizard enemy using charged blasts and without destroying the obstacles between you to avoid being turned into an eggplant.
Open the previously blocked door and drop over the ledge in front of you, then quickly fall through the glowing white hole in the floor to your left and enter the transporter to acquire a new weapon.
Use the teleporter to exit this area and enter the glowing pad ahead to launch yourself into the hallway above, then exit the corridor into the previous area and make an immediate right to reach another launch pad.
After you reach the uppermost area again, move across the narrow bridge and slip past the bladed pendulums by waiting until they have swung to one side before sprinting forward.
When the inhaling creature appears, immediately sprint backwards before you are sucked into the second guillotine and destroy the enemy with charged blasts.
Cross to the other side of the bridge and use the next two doors to exit the building, then eliminate the flying enemy above and move over the glowing pad to launch yourself onto the ledge above.
Move through the next room to reach an area guarded by patrolling enemies, who are equipped with laser targeting sight limitations, then wait for one of them to pass in front of you and use the glowing pad on the left to launch yourself onto the ledge above.
Collect the nearby food to refill your health and wait for an enemy to pass by below you again, then drop back to the floor and follow the patrolling guard around the corner ahead on the left.
Continue following close behind the patrol until you reach a pair of breakable barricades, then smash through them to cross the wooden bridge and enter the next room.
Drop through the glowing white hole in the floor ahead and open the door in front you to reach the next open area, then move back and forth using rapid fire to eliminate the flying enemies that land on the other side of the room.
Dodge the spinning top enemy and sprint through the smoke rings to survive the next wave when it arrives, then eliminate these larger creatures using charged projectile blasts.
Move to the center of this area and spin your character in a circle to target the enemies that are now rotating around its edge, then destroy them with a combination of rapid fire and charged blasts to pick up an X-Bomb.
Hop onto the grind rail that appears in the corner and destroy the pink-glowing fans that line the walls as you ride to the next ledge above, then move through the door at the top and enter the elevator to descend.
Exit the elevator when you reach the floor below and pick up the Smart Bomb ahead, then take the left tunnel and refill your health bar before continue forward through the middle tunnel.
Sprint under the guillotines as their blades ascend and fight your way forward through the fast moving wave of enemies that comes bursting out of the next doorway to begin the boss battle.

Boss Battle: The Great Reaper
When the battle begins, sprint forward towards the feet of the Great Reaper and hit the boss’ vulnerable toe area with whatever bombs you have acquired during this chapter.
Sprint away from the Reaper in case he begins jumping up and down for a shockwave attack, and make your way over to one of the staircases or glowing launch pads surrounding the lower level.
Climb the steps or launch off a pad to reach the ledge above, then target the Great Reaper’s head to inflict further damage with rapid fire and charged burst attacks.
When the enemy winds back to swing its scythe in a spinning attack, immediately drop over the edge in front of you to land on the ground below and move to a safe distance.
Wait until the boss finishes the scythe attack, then sprint to the nearest launch pad or staircase and return to the ledge above so that you can continue assaulting the Great Reaper until light is exploding from his head.
Repeat the previous steps to continue inflicting damage upon the Great Reaper until he is defeated to win this battle.

Chapter 5: Pandora’s Labyrinth of Deceit
Use rapid fire and charged blasts to clear the path ahead as you travel through the hole that’s ripped into the sky, then dodge left and right to evade the oncoming panels.
Continue eliminating enemies in the next area as you exit out into outerspace, then weave around another wave of oncoming panels and enter Pandora’s labyrinth.
Use a special attack to clear out the jellyfish and swerve left or right to avoid the columns as you flying through the maze’s corridor, then duck beneath a low hanging bridge to reach a dead and make right.
Move over and around the next two columns that block your path, then use rapid fire to clear out the enemies ahead and reach another dead end to turn back around in the opposite direction.
Use rapid fire to eliminate the enemies riding the panels first as you make your way back through the maze, then clear out the creatures blocking the narrow corridor you dive down into next and pass through the lower left leg of the yellow triangle shape ahead.
Pass through the top of the next yellow triangle and continue mowing down enemies, then fire upon the next door ahead to keep it open and enter the hallway beyond it.
Maneuver yourself through the openings in the bottom of the next yellow triangle to reach a dead end and fly straight upwards, then clear the tunnel above with rapid fire until you make a u-turn.
Stay to the bottom right corner of the tunnel as you pass by the first large rotating wall that blocks the path, then maneuver yourself to the middle of the oncoming wave of spinning panels ahead to avoid damage.
Fly beneath the next rotating wall and pass the one after that by sticking to the left side of the tunnel, then maneuver to the bottom right corner to get around the third wall and position yourself on the far left again to clear the fourth.
When the character turns around to fly backwards, allow yourself to pass through the smoke rings to safely exit the tunnel and continue shooting down enemies with rapid fire until you dive straight down again to reach an outside area.
Take out the enormous enemy on the left with a special attack as you fly over the sunny marshes below, then return to the labyrinth and clear out the smaller creates ahead.
Continue eliminating enemies to reach the next dead end and launch yourself into the narrow canyon with honeycomb walls, then weave back and forth between the enormous rock columns in the middle of the path to safely enter the tunnel ahead.
When you return to outerspace, eliminate the clusters of enemies with rapid fire or charged blasts until you bounce off a glowing launch pad to enter a black and green grid zone.
Use charged blasts to eliminate the larger enemies in front of you and fly in wide circles to evade their laser beams, then clear out the jellyfish in the next tunnel ahead with a special attack to make a landing.
Once inside, move forward into the next room ahead and use the glowing pad on your immediate right to launch onto the platform above.
Sprint forward to the edges of the raised platforms to jump across the small gaps and continue firing upon the enemies below to clear them out from a safe position, then drop back to the ground and move through the door that was previously blocked.
Use charged blasts to eliminate the larger enemies in the next room and exit this area using the door marked with two slashes, then clear out the creatures that are waiting for you and exit this area using another door marked with two slashes.
Hit the two claws protruding from the ground in front of you with charged blasts to uncover the entire creature, then destroy this enemy with rapid fire or melee strikes and use rolling maneuvers to evade the shockwave counter attacks.
Clear out the next wave of enemies that and exit the room, then sprint forward down the hallway and eliminate the creature blocking the corridor with a running attack.
Quickly exit the hallway before the sides close in and head forward to follow the moving wall in front of you, then make a right around the corner at the top of the incline as soon as possible before the wall comes back.
Exit the hallway and clear out the enemies in the next room with charged blasts, then make a right around the edge of the area to move through the door across from you and return to the outside.
Approach the vehicle below and press the attack button to take control of it, then drive around the various roadways that make up the room to clear out all the enemies using firing the weapon attached to the front of the bike or running them over.
Use the glowing pad located along the edge of room to launch yourself onto the ledge above, then exit into the next area and approach the rotating series of platforms ahead.
Stand behind the green arrow on the ground and wait for a long chucnk of platform to pass directly in front of you, then sprint forward to jump the gap and land on the moving surface.
Continue sprinting forward before the ground slides out from beneath you and stop behind another green arrow, then use it to hop the second gap when the next platform passes by ahead.
Wait until the next two sections of the moving surface are aligned so that you can sprint forward to reach the blue platform with a white stripe, then stop behind the third green arrow on the floor ahead and jump onto one of the letter-shaped landings in front of you when it comes around.
Move forward quickly and transfer onto the blue platform behind the letter you’re on, then launch upward off the glowing pad to land on the next ledge above exit through a nearby door.
Sprint towards the door across the hall from you so that you can catch up to it as it moves away at a steady speed, then exit into the next area and take out the enemies above with rapid fire or charged blasts.
Move onto the green section of floor in front of you to bounce onto the landing above, then sprint into the green-colored corner of the surface ahead and launch yourself across the gap to reach the next platform.
Use the charged blasts to clear out the flying enemies that appear and sprint towards the longer strip of green flooring in the left corner ahead, then bounce off the colored-surface to land on the triangular platform above and launch yourself off the next trampoline on the right.
Land on another triangular platform and launch across the series of trampolines leading to the left around the edge of the area, then continue bouncing up the platforms stack liked steps and eliminate the enemies you encounter with melee strikes.
Move through the next door you see on the right to reach the raceway and enter the vehicle below, then drive the motorcycle around the track its parked on to complete a full lap and make a steep ramp appear at the finish line.
Approach the ramp at the finish line and transfer up onto it at a straight angle, then activate the motorcycle’s turbo boost and launch yourself off the edge of the incline to land on the next platform below.
Drive to the left side of the platform and exit the vehicle, then use the glowing pad on the floor to launch yourself onto the next ledge above and move through the door at the top.
Fire your weapon at the wide gaps that separate the series of ledges ahead to temporarily reveal the invisible connecting bridges, then use this tactic to safely navigate your character across the area without falling into the pit below.
Make your way across the invisible bridges and fight through the enemies in your path with charged blasts until you reach the door on the last ledge in the corner, then move into the next room and pick up the health upgrade before exiting to start the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Pandora
Roll sideways to avoid the bombs that Pandora throws out at the beginning of the battle, then open fire on the boss and begin backing up to the opposite side of the area.
Circle the edge of platform you’re on to shift the position of Pandora until she is amongst the explosives she deposited earlier, then shoot these objects to inflict extensive damage with the powerful blasts they emit.
Hit Pandora with a few well-placed charged blasts until she retreats up to the mirror at the back of the room and a cut scene activates in which Dark Pit appears.
Afterwards, use teamwork to continue wearing down the boss with long-distance projectiles and allowing your partner to attack her at close-range.
Continue firing upon the boss in unison with Dark Pit and rolling sideways to avoid Pandoras counter until the enemy is defeated to win this battle.

Chapter 6: Dark Pit
After a cut scene in which you trade blows with Dark Pit, focus the crosshairs on the evil doppelganger now flying above you and begin a rapid fire assault.
As you navigate the tornado storm, try to keep your crosshairs trained on Dark Pit at all times and maintain a constant stream of rapid fire to inflict continuous damage until you both dive straight down towards the ocean.
Target Dark Pitt and attack him repeatedly with charged blasts or rapid fire until you’re flying above a mountain ridge at dusk, then clear the path of the enemies that appear and continue inflicting damage on the doppelganger whenever possible.
Use charged blasts to eliminate the waves of large enemies that arrive next and continue striking Dark Pit with rapid fire when he comes into your line of sight, then wipe out the creatures running along the ground beneath you and execute a special attack to destroy the large fish that spits laser beams.
Continue fighting your way towards the setting sun by using a combination of charged and fire attacks until you dive into a narrow canyon, then weave through the various rock columns and destroy the enemies that emit laser blasts immediately to pass by them safely.
Use rapid fire and wide circling flight maneuvers to avoid taking damage from the multiple enemy waves that appear next, then continue clearing the path until you spot Dark Pit manning the weapon below.
After you approach the ground at high speeds and stop behind one of the massive rock formations, peek out the left and quickly fire a charged burst or special attack into Dark Pit before he can retaliate.
When you zip over to the next formation on the left, destroy the enemy beside you and move out towards the right to score another shot.
As you zip out from behind the formation and pass in front of Dark Pit, continue firing upon him until you destroy the weapon he’s using and the pursuit begins again.
Fight to reach the city in the distance until you are able to make the landing, then collect the food in front of you and blast your way forward up the path.
Make the next right and shoot the enemies out of the air, then drop to the area below and approach the nearby fountain area beside you.
Take an immediate left in front of the fountain and pass through the narrow opening between the rocks, then eliminate the enemies in the next clearing with the robotic vehicle you can enter in the corner.
Return to the fountain area and head towards the altar at the top of the hill across from you, then fight your way up the incline by using rapid fire and approach the ruins at the top to discover Dark Pit again.
Open fire on Dark Pit with quick bursts and save the charged blasts for the other creatures milling around, then wait for your doppelganger to stand still for a moment and move in at close-range to hit him with combination melee strikes until he retreats.
Return to the fountain you visited earlier at the bottom of the altar’s hill and take the next path to your right, then follow the brick road around to slowly ascend towards the mountain’s peak and look for Dark Pit on a pointed rock formation above on the right side of the road.
Dodge whatever your doppelganger is able to shoot and continue your way up the mountain until you are right beside Dark Pit, then strike him with combination melee attacks until he retreats again.
Use the glowing pad that appears to launch yourself into the area below, then fight your way back to the fountain with charged blasts and hop on the grinding rail that is now waiting in this location.
Grind up the rail and use rapid fire to clear out the enemies that appear along the way, then successfully reach the end of the line at the top to fall into the area below and start the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Dark Pit
When the battle begins sprint backwards to fall onto the additional platforms below and avoid Dark Pit’s initial strike.
Wait for the boss to approach your position in a hover and blast him with a charged long-distance attack from below.
Return to the uppermost platform and set your sights on Dark Pit’s position to track him, then run in a circle around the edge of surface to evade the boss’ projectiles.
Score hits with your charged blasts when Dark Pit pauses in between his rotating assaults or using rapid fire while running in a circle to stay ahead of him.
When Dark Pit zooms towards in a charging attack, roll out of the way at the last second so that the boss lands beside you and immediately hit him with a series of melee combinations until the floor beneath you begins to glow pink.
Roll off of the glowing pink sections of floor to avoid taking damage and navigate your character in the direction of Dark Pit, who should still be grounded on the platform.
Evade the electrified floor attacks by rolling into close distance of where Dark Pit is standing and finish him off with another string melee strikes to win this battle.

Chapter 7: Seafloor Palace
Use rapid fire to clear the path below as you dive straight down towards the desert and fly forward above the sand dunes, then move in wide circles around the screen to evade the enemy projectiles and continue fending off the various creatures.
Veer away from the spherical forcefields emitted during the next wave of enemies and shoot the creatures out of the sky with charged blasts, then continue clearing the path ahead as your character races up and over the various sand dunes below.
After making the approach towards the ocean and hovering around the beach area, use a special attack to eliminate the large fish enemy on the right and wait until the shoreline parts in half before continuing forward.
Use another special attack to exterminate the next wave of jellyfish and continue your journey across the seafloor by clearing a safe path with rapid fire and maneuvering your character through the incoming smoke rings.
When passing through extremely narrow passageways that are filled with enemies, use charged blasts to destroy entire clusters with one shot.
To safely pass by the enemies emitting lasers that obstruct the tunnels. resist wasting your charged blasts on destroying them and simply steer around the beams without hassle.
Continue evading the projectile assaults and clearing the path ahead of enemies until you dive deeper into the cave, then exterminate the jellyfish with a special attack.
Mow down the various waves of enemies in your path with a combination of rapid fire and charged blasts until you reach the ocean floor, then face-off with the creatures utilizing the floating square panels as protection and pick them off when their bodies are fully exposed.
When you reach the section of the tunnel lined with multiple lasers on both walls, use quick and sudden flight movements to get up and over the field of beams safely.
Continue eliminating the enemies that appear until you enter the Seafloor Palace below, then use charged blasts to take out the large creatures guarding the stairs ahead and collect the health upgrades located in the pools on either side of your character.
Fight your way up the rear left staircase by using charged blasts and enter the room at the top, then climb the steps in the back left corner ahead and make a right across the raised landing.
Use charged blasts to clear out the enemies patrolling the area below on your right, then turn around and destroy the vase that has now appeared.
Drop back onto the tile floor and use the steps across from you to reach the other raised landing, then destroy the second vase and move onto the hallway that opens.
Exit the building through the next door ahead and grind on the blue rail to start the ride, then shoot down the flying enemy that appears above and transfer onto the purple pipe when a glowing fireball is blocking your path.
Transfer onto the blue rail when the next fireball appears on the pipe you’re using, then jump to the green rail just before reaching the next pool of water below and continue the ride until you drop off the end.
Use charged blasts to clear out the enormous enemies rising up from the floor and continuously back away to keep a safe distance from the inhaling winds or to better anticipate oncoming smoke rings.
After the door’s forcefield deactivates, make your way across the room without falling into the holes and exit into the next chamber.
Move onto the glowing platform and ascend to the floor above, then climb the small staircase in the middle of the area and cross the bridge that has now appeared to exit the room.
Make your way into the next open area ahead and use charged blasts to defeat the snowman beside you, then cross to the opposite wall to turn right and sprint between the barricades to reach other side of the room.
Pick up the fire card and eliminate the snowman on either side of you with charged blasts, then exit the room through the next door ahead and move onto the glowing platform to being ascending towards the third floor above.
Eliminate the enemies that drop down with charged gunshots until you reach the third floor, then enter the nearby hallway to collect health upgrades and move through the next door on the left.
Destroy the snowman on your immediate left with a quick melee combo, then eliminate the other one with a charged blast and finish clearing the room with rapid fire to deactivate the purple forcefield.
Exit the room and make your way towards the intersection of bridges on the right, then ignore the first treasure chest to approach the next one on the left and drop through the collapsable floor to land in the previous area below.
Move across the bridge beside you to exit the area and take a left around the next path ahead, then continue following the walkway around by hugging the right wall and take the last available left towards the heart items.
Navigate the U-shaped bridge and make a left into the next tunnel, then exit the room through the door ahead and turn left to eliminate the largest enemy with a charged blast to its face.
Clear the room with rapid fire and melee combos to activate the elevator, then make your way onto the square panel to ascend and ride it forward into the next area ahead.
Move right and then left across the platform to navigate around the two walls approaching from ahead, then transfer onto the adjacent ledge as you pass in front of it and quickly climb the steps.
When you reach the top of the steps, target the enemy located in the distant corner directly across from you begin inflicting damage with rapid fire.
Drop back to the moving platform as it passes below you on the left and continue firing upon the distant enemy to defeat him before he can respond, then transfer onto the next adjacent ledge ahead and climb the steps.
Make your way around to the bridge on the other side of the wall and collect the food from the treasure chest, then drop back onto moving platform as it passes beneath you and eliminate the surrounding creatures above with charged blasts.
Continue riding the platform forward to transfer onto the next ledge ahead and enter the white light to teleport, then turn down the left tunnel and move onto the circular pad to ascend.
Move through the next door ahead to reach a great hall area and fire a charged blast into the group of enemies in front of you, then continue forward to finish the clearing the wave with a flurry of combination melee strikes or by attacking with rapid fire gunshots while using the surrounding pillars as cover.
Continue approaching the staircase at the opposite side of the room, then keep your distance when the column enemy appears and destroy it piece by piece with charged blasts.
Make your way closes to the base of the staircase and take out the next wave of creatures with charged blasts, then turn around to face the spinning dragon’s head enemy and move partially up the steps to attack the lone threat from a safe location.
Eliminate the dragon’s head and the creature patrolling around the steps after that with charged gunfire, then destroy the pink balls within the plant monster located halfway up the staircase.
Climb the staircase and collect the health upgrade at the top, then exit this area through the door that’s just been unblocked to start the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Thanatos
Sprint sideways at the start of the battle to stay ahead of the creature that approach from the onset, then cut back down towards the boss’ location to move in at mid-range and score a charged gunshot blast.
Employ a follow-up series of sideways rolling maneuvers to evade the various fire jets and monster heads thrown in your direction at this now closer distance.
In between dodging the waves of projectiles, continue wearing down Thanatos with bursts of rapid rapid gunfire as you stay consistently on the move to avoid being an easy target.
Slowly make your way back to the opposite side of the area across from Thantos and strike with another charged blast to activate his sudden transformation into a bundle of spears.
As the arsenal of spears closes in on you, use quick sideways rolls to dodge the falling blades and destroy the ones that stick in the ground with a melee combo.
If you are striking a particular spear that refuses to shatter from the melee assault as quickly as the others, then you have successfully located Thantos in disguise.
After discovering the transformed boss’ identity, continue striking Thantos with melee combos until he changes into a vase.
Move in a circle around the vase and keep a mid-range distance as the transformed boss begins to spew out piles of rolling rocks in every direction.
As soon as the vase expels a wave of boulders that roll towards you, quickly charge into one of these oncoming rock to strike it with a running melee attack and launch it back at Thantos to inflict damage.
Continue batting the rolling boulders into the vase until Thantos transforms himself into an enormous disembodied green foot, then retreat to a far distance and begin running in a circle around the edge of the area to avoid being stepped on.
When you have put a decent amount of distance between your sprinting character and the enormous foot, turn around to stop quickly and blast the transformed Thantos with a charged round of gunfire.
Use the previous strategy to wear down the giant’s foot until Thantos returns to his original form, then sprint towards the boss’ current location and strike with a charged blast before following it up with a melee combination assault.
After one successful melee combo, roll away from Thantos to reach a safe distance and finish him off with a series of charged gunfire to win this battle.

Chapter 8: The Space-Pirate Ship
As you ascend into the clouds, clear out the enemies in front of you with rapid fire and charged gunshots.
Fly through the left opening in the wall of panels that falls towards you, then press your character to the top of screen so that the enormous blue pillar passes beneath him.
Duck beneath the blue column that approach from above without touching the one below, then drop into the next area and navigate around the glowing rock formations while clearing the path ahead of enemies with rapid fire.
Continue blasting through the waves of enemies that appear as you ascend through the clouds above to pop out in a starry night sky setting, then fly in quick evasive circles and utilize rapid fire to survive the next several enemy onslaughts until you reach the Galactic Sea.
Use a special attack to defeat the large whale ahead on your left, then continue soaring above the water until you locate the pirate ship and begin pursuit.
Fly in wide evasive circles to evade the oncoming spiked enemies and shoot them out of the sky with rapid fire until you are right beside the pirate ship again, then destroy the wave of jellyfish with a special attack.
Continue evading the laser blasts being fired at you from the ship’s turrets and weaving around the oncoming obstacles until your character is able to punch a hole through the hull of the ghost vessel.
Once you are inside the ship, collect the health items ahead on the right and exit this room through the door beside you.
Use charged blasts to fight your way past the space pirates and up the stairs behind them, then move through the door at the top and follow the bridge around to the right.
Clear enemies from the path in front of you with rapid fire or melee strikes and continue following the bridge around to exit through the next door via a glowing launch pad that appears.
Pick up the bomb to your right and use it to clear the next section of the incline below, then continue down the spiraling ramp by blasting groups of enemies with charged gunfire assaults.
Take cover beneath the ramp on the ground floor and open fire on the enemies that descend upon the area until you are able to exit into the Generator Room, then head left around the walkway and fight past the creatures with melee combinations or charged blasts.
Clear the room of enemies to reach the other side of the crystal structure and drop the forcefield blocking the door, then exit the area and ride the elevator up to the next floor above.
Destroy the enemy you immediately encounter on the next floor above with a melee strike and exit the room through the door ahead, then follow the bridge around to the left dodge the oncoming laser blasts with combat roll maneuvers.
Destroy the large whale creature through the window ahead with charged blasts and continue following the bridge around to the right, then exit into the Storage Vault area and eliminate the enemies that appear with melee strikes.
Make your way around the walkway to reach a glowing pad and move over it to ascend up to the next ledge above, then continue forward along the bridge and shoot down the wave of flying creatures with rapid fire attacks.
Continue around the walkway until you reach the next glowing pad, then fire upon the explosive object to destroy the nearby guard and take out the other enemy perched on a boulder with a charged blast.
Use the glowing pad to launch yourself up to the ledge above and clear the surrounding area with charged blasts, then collect any health items you can and exit through the next door ahead.
Follow the hallway to your left and retreat from the enemy that appears to stay at a safe distance, then wait for this guard to fire a projectile and swat it back at him with a melee strike.
Repeat the previous tactic to defeat the guard and continue forward through the hallway to reach the side of the ship’s hull, then follow the glowing bridge around and shoot down the enemies in the distance with rapid fire.
Continue fighting your way around the glowing bridge until you reach the next door, then enter back into the ship and move up the ramp ahead.
Eliminate the enemy at the top and follow the hallway around to the left, then strike the switch in the next room to open the nearby door.
Enter the next room ahead and destroy the small doors lining the walls on either side of you to cease the appearance of enemies into this area, then strike the two nearby switches and continue forward.
Make an immediate right in the next room and enter the nook in the corner to strike the first switch, then exit back into the open area and drop into the pit below.
Use charged blasts to destroy the enemies that appear and collect supplies from the treasure chests, then climb the ramp back up to the level above and take an immediate right at the top.
Enter the nook in the corner to the left and strike the second switch, then make your way across to the opposite side of the room and move forward into the next area ahead.
Pick up the heart inside the narrow doorway on the left and replenishes your health in the hot spring room by destroying the enemy guard with a charged blast, then move up the ramp to reach the remaining door and exit back onto the glowing rainbow bridge.
Fight your way around the bridge using melee strikes or rapid fire until you reach the next door, then re-enter the ship and turn left.
Grind the rail behind the door in front of you and shoot down the flying enemies that appear with rapid fire attacks, then continue the ride until your character lands in the next area and clear the room with charged blasts.
Approach the back left corner of the room and destroy the large whale creature with charged blasts, then finish clearing out the next wave of enemies to drop the forcefield and exit the area through the rightmost door.
After the numerous switches appear around the room, begin striking them one-by-one and eliminate the creature that appears until you can collect the item from the treasure chest.
Exit the room and make your way into the next area on the right, then fight your way past the monster within with melee combinations and continue across to reach the door ahead.
Pick up the health item in the next room, then move over the nearby circular platform to ascend to floor above and activate the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Kraken
Make your way across to the opposite side of the platform you’re on and turn around to face the Kraken.
Open fire with a combination of rapid and charged blasts on the first tentacle that curls up in attack preparation.
As soon as you have fended off the tentacle’s strike or rolled away before it slammed into the ground, focus your crosshairs on the next appendage that suddenly readies itself for an assault of its own.
Your best chance to cause extensive damage to the Kraken’s tentacles is at close range, so wait until one of these limbs has smashed into the ground and then run towards it to deliver a devastating charged blast.
Continue firing upon the surrounding tentacles as they attempt to crush you until all four have been severed from the creature’s body, then unleash a series of charged blasts in the Kraken’s head when it rises up from beneath the platform.
Move your character in a continuous back and forth path across the width of the platform, then use combat rolls to successfully stay ahead of or duck beneath the Kraken’s repeated projectile-based assaults.
When the Kraken sweeps the area with a long laser beam, move to the opposite side of the platform where the initial blast began and wait out the attack in this area so that it recedes before reaching you.
Move to a safe distance when the Kraken prepares to flop its entire head onto the platform, then sprint towards the enemy as it lays helplessly and take this opportunity to strike the monster with various melee combinations.
As you dodge the lasers and other damaging projectiles, continue firing upon the Kraken’s head and mouth region with charged blasts until the monster is defeated to win this battle.

Chapter 9: Medusa’s Final Battle
Pit will be geared-up ahead of time for the upcoming battle with Medusa in this chapter, so you should find no difficulty in clearing away the enemies blocking your path through the storm clouds with the weapon provided.
Move in slow consistent circles around the edges of the screen to dodge the oncoming wave of neon fireballs and use rapid fire to eliminate enemies that fly by ahead.
Navigate Pit through the center of the smoke rings to avoid taking damage and continue blasting enemies out of the sky until you dive towards the ground to enter a narrow canyon, then use a special attack to fight through the wave of jellyfish waiting below.
As your descent into the canyon slows to a crawl and the perspective turns towards the wall, switch over to using charged blasts of gunfire to remove the larger enemies that start to appear.
When you dive into a narrower rounded tunnel below, clear the path with rapid fire and dodge the laser beams by shifting your character to the top or button of the screen.
Destroy the next wave of jellyfish creatures below with a special attack and continue fighting your way towards the circle of light in the distance until Pit arrives in the Underworld, then begin clearing out the enemies ahead as you fly in circles to avoid oncoming projectiles.
When you encounter the creatures that emit large sustaining blasts of laser beam, move to a safe corner of the screen and fire up into the side of the enemy’s body to defeat eventually it.
Continue dodging incoming projectiles and eliminating the various threats until you encounter the group of shielded enemies, then shoot down the floating bombs released into the air until Dark Pit arrives to destroy them all at once.
Fly in evasive circles and use rapid fire to clear the path ahead of enemies until you encounter the Underworld Castle’s last line of defense, then open fire on vulnerable points indicated by the purple arrows across guard’s head and wing region.
Navigate through the rings of electrified energy being shot at you and move in circles to evade the follow up spray of laser blasts or fireballs, then move vertically across the screen after the guard launches itself into the foreground to evade its side-to-side charging attack.
Continue using charged blasts to target the guard’s vulnerable points and shoot down any slowing moving blue shockwave bubbles, then move in continuous circles to dodge another round of rapid-fire attacks until Dark Pit arrives to destroy the enemy himself.
Once inside Underworld Castle, replenish your health in the spring at the center of the room and move through one of the three surrounding boss doors to activate the first battle scenario.
After completing all three boss door battles and returning to the hot spring area, turn around and make your way up the staircase to reach the next room above.
Keep your distance from the ground enemy that appears ahead and swat the projectiles he fires at you back into him, then continue clearing out the waves of varying creatures until the one encased in armor appears.
Move around behind the armor-encased enemy to locate the creature’s exposed area and destroy him to deactivate the purple forcefield, then exit the room and follow the cavern’s path in front of you.
Navigate around the jets of flame that shoot from the wall and clear out the enemies ahead with melee strikes, then collect the item from the treasure chest and turn around.
Make your way back down the tunnel and take the first left ahead, then clear enemies from the path with melee combinations and continue forward along the trail.
Take the next available right and open the door around the corner to exit this area, then move left around the room while staying behind one of the rotating flame jets at its center.
Fight off the enemies and collect the hearts as you continue moving in a circle without touching the flames, then exit the room through the next door you see ahead and eliminate the enemies that appear with melee combinations.
Exit the room and move to the center of the crossroads area ahead, then turn in place to locate the nearest approaching enemy and open fire on them with a charged blast.
Keep a safe distance from the enemies as you eliminate them with rapid fire and charged blasts, then defeat the guard encased in armor and the Clubberskull with melee combinations.
Exit the room and hop on the nearby grind rail to begin the ride, then shoot down the enemies that appear ahead until you land on the next ledge below and continue using rapid fire to clear out the creatures flying above.
Follow the rocky path uphill and jump on the grind rail you find at the top to begin another ride, then use rapid fire to clear the path in front of you on the next ledge and continue moving forward.
Grind the rail around the corner ahead and shoot down the flying creatures that appear during the ride until you land on the next ledge below, then navigate around the flames to your right and use charged blasts to destroy the shielded enemies when they expose themselves.
After the purple forcefield disappears, move through the door ahead and step on the nearby floor switch to activate the lights of the invisible bridge.
Use the path of lights to safely navigate across the invisible bridges and exit through the door on the last ledge you reach, then move in a circle around the edge of the next room and destroy the enemies that appear with charged blasts.
Climb the steps at the back of the room to exit and step on the floor switch at the top, then approach the green arrow at the end of the ledge and use it to jump onto the invisible platform you just lit.
Continue using the green lit sections of the invisible platforms to jump across the gaps ahead and land on the ledge at the opposite side of the room, then destroy the nearby creature with a melee strike and defeat the enemy hiding inside the treasure chest.
Use the green arrow to leap onto the next invisible platforms ahead, then shoot down the flying enemies that appear above and jump to the platform directly to the left.
Cross the next series of invisible platforms ahead of you to land on the far ledge and defeat the enemies you encounter with charged blasts, then continue forward and drop to the ground in front of the door below.
Collect the nearby health upgrades and enter the large open doorway, then eliminate the enemies that appear in the next room and continue forward across the glowing-red bridge.
Eliminate the creatures that appear when you reach the ledge above and continue along the next section of red bridge, then shoot down the flying creatures on the next platform ahead.
Continue your way up the red bridge and eliminate the wizard on the next platform above, then move through the door across the bridge ahead to begin the battle with Medusa.

Boss Battle: The 3 Boss Doors / Medusa
Boss Door – Center
Upon finding yourself back in the Labyrinth of Deceit, move forward and eliminate the first enemy that appears with a quick long-range blast.
Approach the row of spikes against the back wall of this room and walk straight through them to reach the next area, then destroy the enemy in a box with rapid gunfire and continue forward.
Take out the flying creatures ahead with charged blasts and enter the next hallway on the left, then walk over the glowing beam of light to teleport onto the ceiling and shoot down the enemies in front of you.
Move forward along the rainbow bridge you’re on and clear the enemies out above with rapid gunfire, then cross over the next teleporter and return to the floor below.
Eliminate nearby enemies with charged blasts, then exit this room through the doorway ahead and make an immediate left.
Sprint into the next teleporter ahead to reappear upside-down and back on the ceiling above, then use rapid fire to fight your way across the room and reach the row of spikes against the far wall.
Walk straight through the wall of spikes and use the teleporter on the other side to return to the floor below, then take out the ghost enemies that approach by using melee combinations.
Strike the nearby switch so that it stops glowing and move over the previous teleporter to return to the ceiling above, then use a charged blast to destroy the monster ahead and enter the next teleporter in front of you.
Use the glowing pad that’s now on your left to launch across the gap ahead and collect the new weapon from the treasure chest, then use the next two launch pads to return to the original starting point.
Jump into the driver’s seat of the vehicle waiting in the next room beside you and exit through the door ahead, then use the robot’s weaponry to shoot down the various enemies that appear from above and beat up the creatures that flatten themselves to the ground.
Clear the room of enemies by alternating between rapid fire and melee attacks until the purple forcefield drops, then dismount from the robot’s cockpit to pick up the health and exit this room to battle with Pandora.
Move around the area in a circle and repeatedly hit Pandora with rapid fire until you have switched places with her in the room, then detonate the explosives she released onto the ground earlier to inflict substantial damage.
Use sideways rolling maneuvers to dodge projectiles or Pandora’s underground charging attacks and continue detonating the explosives she drops around the room.
Return to moving in a circle around Pandora when the flames on her body turn red, then keep running at a pace quick enough to stay ahead of the rotating jet of flame she spits out.
Continue assaulting Pandora with rapid fire from a far and safe distance until she is defeated to win this boss door battle.
Boss Door – Left
Fight your way forward with melee combinations along the top of the castle wall, then make the next available right turn ahead and approach the glowing floor pad in front of the far wall.
Use the floor pads to launch yourself across the series of rooftops leading up to the right, then drop onto the octagonal platform above and enter the nearby Exo-Tank vehicle.
Destroy the rotating column enemy piece-by-piece by targeting it from top to bottom and moving in a circle around the area to stay ahead of the laser beam.
Continue moving in wide circles to finish clearing the platform of any remaining creatures and deactivate the purple forcefield, then drop through the adjacent hatch that’s been left open and descend to the next level below.
Move towards the glowing waterway ahead to navigate up the inclined rock formations and ramp across the gaps between them, continue jumping from ledge to ledge until you reach a treasure chest in the corner.
Exit the vehicle to collect the new weapon from the treasure chest and drop over the ledge to the left of it, then use the glowing floor pad nearby to launch yourself onto the bridge above and eliminate the enemies with melee combinations.
Clear the path to reach the health upgrade ahead on the left, then enter the open door beside it to encounter Hew Draw.
Keep a mid-range distance from Hewdraw as you begin opening fire upon him immediately with rapid burst gunshots, then move in a continuous back and forth path across the area to evade the oncoming projectiles he launches.
Use sideways rolling maneuvers to dodge projectile waves that move too quickly or in too great a number to effectively sprint away from in time.
When Hewdraw dives beneath the water, sprint towards the shoreline ahead and shoot down the glowing fireballs above so that they fall on the boss submerged below for additional damage.
Use rapid fire to shoot down the floating fireballs and fend off the extraneous flying enemies that approach until Hewdraw is launched onto the ground nearby you, then move in at close-range and continue inflicting damage with melee combinations.
Repeat the previous attack strategy, while consistently keeping a line of rapid fire directed on the boss’ head, until Hewdraw is defeated to complete this boss door battle.
Boss Door – Right
Make your way forward across the area where the first battle in this game was held and eliminate the enemies ahead with charged blasts from long-distance, then defeat the group of creatures patrolling around the fountain and move through the next doorway in the right corner behind it.
When the Clubberskull materializes behind you, sprint forward up the path ahead to reach a safe distance and stop on front of the purple forcefield around the next corner.
Turn around and charge towards the Clubberskull, then roll beneath the monster’s initial attack to strike him repeatedly in the body with melee combinations.
Roll around behind the Clubberskull to avoid its next assault and continue striking it with melee attacks until the creature is defeated, then exit this area through the door that was previously blocked ahead and open fire on the enemies you see to the left.
Fight across this area with melee strikes until you reach the bottom of the steps, then make your way up one of the two enormous staircases and clear out the enemies waiting at the top.
Use charged blasts to eliminate enemies as you move up the next incline ahead, then approach the large doorway at the top and defeat another Clubberskull using melee strike combinations.
Finish clearing the rest of the enemies from the area at the top of the steps to deactivate the purple forcefield, then pick up the nearby health item and move through the enormous doorway to encounter Twinbellows.
Begin moving in a circle around the edge of room to evade the initial jet of fire-breath, then get alongside Twinbellow’s body and attack the boss with charged blasts.
Continue moving sideways and retreating from the boss as you score multiple hits with charged gunfire, then use a rolling maneuver to evade Twinbellows when he comes charging towards your location at high speeds.
Keep your crosshairs trained on Twinbellows at all times to deliver continuous damage throughout the battle and return to encircling the enormous dog to survive the next series of assaults until the boss is defeated.
Boss Battle: Medusa
Move in wide evasive circles and destroy the oncoming fireballs with rapid shooting to survive Medusa’s first projectile assault.
Navigate through the first opening that appears in the red laser grids that form in your path and use rapid fire to blast apart the oncoming field of asteroids.
As you approach Medusa’s ground position, veer away from the large red plasma balls that she deploys before they explode with damaging force.
Use rapid fire to continually inflict damage directed towards Medusa’s head and face as you fly around her.
Fly in evasive circles to dodge the light beams emitted from Medusa’s eyes and continue firing upon her until there is a bright flash.
After you have moved in closer to the boss’ face, continue flying in evasive circles, veering away from the exploding red clouds and damaging Medusa with rapid fire.
Continue inflicting damage upon Medusa until she is decapitated and her face is blown off entirely to reveal a large single eye, then target this orange-colored vulnerable point and hit it repeatedly with rapid fire.
Move in quick evasive paths between the four corners of the screen to avoid the laser blasts and exploding clouds.
Continue targeting the boss’ large orange eye with rapid fire strikes until Medusa’s head reattaches to her body, then launch a final assault with charged blasts to win this battle.

Chapter 10: The Wishing Seed
Use rapid fire and charged blasts to clear out the enemies blocking the path ahead as you dive down through the clouds and above a wasteland of molten lava.
Steer your character back and forth across the screen to avoid the volcanic eruptions from below.
Continue mowing down the various enemies that appear by using rapid fire until your character dives into a cave, then deploy charged blasts to defeat the larger creatures that follow alongside or behind you.
Return to rapid fire combat as you soar above the ocean of lava and navigate through the rock arches below without suffering a collision.
After diving down into a lava trench, continuously steer your character in the opposite direction of each fire dragon that emerges and cross the path ahead to avoid crashing into them.
Continue to shoot down the oncoming waves of flying enemies as you soar above another section of the lava ocean and enter the next cave ahead.
Fight through the cave system until you’re in a chamber that is quickly filling with magma, then fly above the geysers of lava that shoot from the wall on the right to reach the entrance to next cave tunnel above.
After a curtain of magma drops down to block your escape, use a charged blast to destroy the large bulbous creature in the pool of lava below and the smaller enemies around him.
Continue eliminating the lava creatures below until you are able to exit the cavern and escape through the tunnel above while being chased by a tidal wave of magma.
While flying above the next stretch of volcanic terrain, use rapid fire to continue clearing away the enemies ahead until a cut scene activates in which you land on the ground below.
Collect the health items that appear and shoot down the flying creatures you see in the distance, then move forward and navigate around the lava pools to approach the door in the back left corner ahead.
Exit the area through the door in the corner and destroy the enemies across the room by firing charged blasts from a distance, then continue forward after the purple forcefield drops.
Exit the room through the door ahead and destroy the enemy on your right by backing away to avoid being inhaled, then climb the nearby staircase and enter the vehicle at the top.
Drop off the ledge in front of you, then continue driving forward and clear any enemies from the path ahead by using the vehicle’s front-end laser cannons.
Blast through the next pack of larger enemies without slowing down to reach the ramp ahead, then launch yourself off the top to land on the strip of highway surrounded by lava below.
Continue driving forward along the highway and ramping across the various gaps until you return to the ground below, then navigate the winding rock path ahead and dismount from vehicle upon reaching far wall.
Use the glowing pad on the floor to launch yourself onto the ledge above and exit this area, then identify the lead enemy in the next room by its two raised arms and destroy this creature to defeat the group as a whole.
Make your way around the lava pool ahead and step on the glowing launch pad by the back wall to reach the next level above, then eliminate the leader of the enemies that approach from the left and climb the spiral steps.
Strike the square column on the next platform above to descend back into the previous lava pool, then exit the area through the adjacent door and destroy the enemies in the distance with charged blasts.
Collect a new weapon down the first path to the left before entering the next door ahead on the right, then eliminate the enemy to replenish your health in the hot spring.
Exit the hot spring room and move through the door around the corner to your right, then destroy the enemies ahead with charged blasts and follow the path on the left.
Use the launch pad to cross the gap and continue forward, then destroy the enemy hiding inside the box from a distance and move left around the next corner ahead.
Fight your way onto the circular platform in the upper right corner ahead and ride it to the ledge above, then shoot down the flying enemies that surround you and use the adjacent trail to reach the next glowing floor pad.
Use the floor pad to launch yourself onto the ledge above and fight past the enemy around the next corner with a melee strike, then ascend on the platform ahead and exit this area.
Move down the path to your right and fight past the enemies that appear to reach the next door ahead, then exit the room and pick up the cannon weapon in front of you.
Follow the trail you’re on and destroy groups of enemies quickly with the cannon weapon that’s currently equipped, then jump across the series of rock platforms to reach the next door and exit the area.
Move in a circle and clear out the wave of enemies one-by-one from a distance, then exit the room and repeat this same combat strategy in the next area.
Exit the room and fight your way across the bridge using charged blasts or melee strikes, then collect the health upgrade and continue forward to being the boss battle.

Boss Battle: The Immortal Phoenix
Run towards the center of the platform while keeping your crosshairs trained on the Phoenix as it circles around and open fire with rapid gun shots.
Roll sideways to avoid the projectiles and wait for the Phoenix to land nearby, then use the glowing pad at the center of the platform to launch into the air above the boss as he charges towards you.
Continue using the launch pad repeatedly to rise above the Phoenix’s follow-up assaults and strike it repeatedly in the head with rapid gunfire.
When the Phoenix circles around the platform, fire your laser blasts ahead of the boss’ current flight path to make sure shots hit their mark in time.
Move repeatedly across the width of the platform, hitting the launch pad in between, and continue assaulting the Phoenix with rapid gunfire until the boss slumps to the ground.
Approach the Phoenix at close range as it lays motionless on the platform and strike the fallen boss repeatedly with melee combinations.
Dodge the Phoenix’s next onslaught of fireballs and wait for it to land near the floating bomb that has now appeared on the platform, then shoot this explosive device to detonate it and inflict significant damage upon the boss.
Continue using the launch pad to soar above the boss’ attacks while hitting him with rapid gun-fire from mid-air until the Phoenix is defeated to win this battle.

Chapter 11: Viridi, Goddess of Nature
Use a combination of rapid gunfire and charged blasts to clear the path of enemies as you fly over the mountain range below, then fly in wide evasive circles as the oncoming projectiles begin to multiply.
Move back and forth across the screen to dodge the falling mortars as you approach the front of the fortress, then continue shooting down enemies until you’re pulled away to witness an enormous explosion engulf the battle below.
After you encounter Viridi, continue circling and using rapid fire to safely mow down the enemies ahead.
Shoot down the enemies that appear as you enter reset bomb’s blast orb and dive deeper into the catacombs of the aftermath, then dodge the next wave of oncoming projectile by swerving from side to side and destroy the dragon creature ahead with charged blasts.
As you navigate the blast site and dive deeper into the aftermath below, sweep your crosshairs across the screen in fluid motions to more effectively wipe out rows of enemies with rapid fire.
Destroy the next dragon that passes in front of you and continue shooting down or dodging the smaller enemies that appear afterwards.
Move in wide evasive circles and use rapid fire to survive the remainder of the flight until a cut scene activates in which Pit is knocked down to the ground below.
Pick up the food items and make your way down the path ahead, then move to the left in a circle around the next room and eliminate the flying and ground enemies with long distance shots.
Defeat the final enemy that appears with a melee combination to unblock the next route, then exit this area and drop down over the ledge ahead.
Shoot the enemies that appear with long distance projectiles before you move forward across this area, then roll sideways to dodge any return fire and cut the knight free from the left wall ahead.
Enter the blue-lit tunnel ahead and fight your way into the next room using melee strikes or charged blasts, then smash through the wall of thorns and destroy the enemies on the other side.
Make your way into the next tunnel ahead and follow it around to reach an open cavern, then open fire from a safe distance on the enemies within and roll side-ways to dodge oncoming projectiles.
Continue taking out enemies from afar or using melee combinations to defeat the ones that attack at close range, then move through the large doorway that becomes unblocked and replenish your health in the hot springs to the left.
Shoot down the enemies that ascend from the surrounding chasms and exit back into the previous area, then move forward and enter the open doorway ahead on the left.
Fight your way across the rock bridge and collect a new weapon at the treasure chest, then turn around and defeat the enemies across from you with long-range rapid fire.
Move back across the room and approach the glowing floor pad on the right to launch yourself onto the next ledge above, then continue using the launch pads to cross the series of rock bridges ahead and eliminate the enemy occupying each one with a charged blast.
Exit the rounded room you reach at the top and move up the ramp immediately to the left in the next area, then make your way around the connected scaffolding and eliminate the surrounding enemies with rapid fire.
Free the knight at the top of the first long incline and continue moving to the right along the scaffolding, then use the glowing floor pad to launch onto the next ledge above and turn right the eliminate the nearby enemies.
Use the next launch pad ahead to reach the ledge above and move right along the cliff, then grind the rail around the corner and shoot down the enemies that appear during the ride until you drop back to the ground below.
Defeat the nearby enemy with a melee strike and use the glowing floor pad to launch yourself onto the next ledge above, then take out the creatures to the right with long-distance charged blasts and continue forward.
Free the knight ahead on the left and grind the rail down the path to your right, then shoot down the flying enemies until you drop back to the ground below and continue forward.
Enter the vehicle at the top of the incline and defeat the creatures that appear above to continue forward, then enter the half-pipe slalom ahead and ride down it while clearing enemies from your path with rapid fire.
Navigate the winding turns of the downhill slalom until your vehicle pops out at the bottom and descends into the next area below, then eliminate the enemies to the left and drive forward along the path cut into the rock.
Take a right at the next fork and turn right again when you reach the dead end, then drive through the narrow opening in the corner and exit the vehicle to collect from the treasure chest.
Defeat the enemies that appear and re-enter the vehicle, then exit the room and return to the previous fork in the road.
Exit the vehicle and use the launch pad at the fork in the road to reach the next ledge above, then make your way forward down the trail ahead and drop off the ledge at the end to land in a hot spring.
Defeat the enemy to your right and collect the bomb from the chest, then approach the red arrow indicator to locate the next launch pad and use it to reach the ledge above.
Use the next launch pad ahead to reach the ledge above and eliminate the enemies in front of you with long-distance fire, then continue forward to launch yourself onto the blue bridge below.
Make a right along the bridge and fight your way through the next tunnel ahead to free the knight on the other side, then defeat the next wave of enemies by continuously alternating between combat rolls and firing single charged projectiles.
Clear the area to deactivate the forcefield and collect from the treasure chest that appears, then exit using the next adjacent tunnel and follow the path in front of you forward to reach the incline at the end.
Make a left at the top of the incline and fight your way around the path ahead, then take another left at the next fork in the road below and continue following the trail.
Clear out the enemies occupying the sky above until you reach the next ledge, then defeat the dragon by destroying every sections of its body with charged blasts and move through the stone archway across the bridge ahead.
Roll sideways to dodge oncoming projectiles and begin moving in a continuous circle around the outside edge of the next area, then take out the various enemies that appear from a safe distance while in motion.
Use charged blasts for the larger creatures and mow down the smaller enemies with rapid fire until the platform is clear, then use the next floor pad to launch yourself down into the area below and move forward to begin the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Cragalanche
Stay within a safe distance from Cragalanche at the beginning of this battle and wait for him to curl into a ball.
As Cragalanche rolls towards you, sprint sideways to throw off his intended path and execute a roll at the last second to avoid being squashed.
Run in a wide circle around Cragalanche and change speed often to effectively dodge oncoming projectiles.
Wait for the boss to either burrow beneath the ground or fly towards you in an electrified spin, then dodge this attack and open fire on the vulnerable area of Cragalanche’s back that is now exposed.
Another way to inflict damage upon Cragalanche is by moving in at close range so that he suddenly arms himself with wooden club and then direct your gunfire into the red orb at the tip of the staff.
Continue targeting Craglanche’s back and weapon with rapid gunfire. while dodging his counterattacks, until the boss is defeated to win this battle.

Chapter 12: Wrath of the Reset Bomb
As you fly amongst the floating landmasses, use a combination of rapid fire and charged bursts to clear the path of enemies ahead.
When your character suddenly blasts forward in the direction of another reset bomb, fly in wide evasive circles and destroy the oncoming meteorites with continuous rapid fire.
Continue mowing down various enemies until your character suddenly ascends straight up into the sky and approaches the reset bomb falling from above, then destroy the green targets located on the enormous device’s surface as you circle around it.
Use rapid fire to effectively extinguish all of the green targets as they pass in front of you, then shift your crosshairs up to the large yellow bubble that appears next and destroy it with charged blasts to deactivate the reset bomb.
Fly in evasive circles and use rapid fire to fight through the enemies that approach as you ascend past the sections of floating beanstalk above, then continue this survival tactic upon reaching the floral island at the top.
Use rapid fire and quick dodging maneuvers to survive the flight through various obstacles located around the garden-like environment until you land on the ground below.
Collect the food in front of you and continue forward around the path ahead, then shoot down the flying enemies that appear above approach the beanstalk in the distance.
From behind one of the corner dividers the next area below, fire repeatedly at the bomb enemies that appear and then retreat in a circle around this obstacle to keep a safe distance until they explode.
Detonate all of the bomb enemies to deactivate the forcefield and exit this area, then enter the cockpit of the robot suit ahead and continue across the wooden bridge on the left.
Continue forward until you suddenly drop into the next area below, then move around the arena and clear it of enemies by executing melee combinations and rapid fire attacks.
Keep your crosshairs trained on the large whale enemy as soon as it descends from above and inflict continuous damage on this creature with rapid gunfire until it’s destroyed, then eliminate the remaining threats to deactivate the forcefield.
Approach the next glowing floor pad ahead and exit the robot suit, then launch yourself onto the ledge above and continue moving forward.
Move between the stone walls and take out the enemy above with a charged blast, then continue forward along the stone pathway and target the explosive sacs ahead to eliminate threats more efficiently.
Fight your way around or through the brick walls lining the path ahead until you reach the next circular platform below, then back away from the mud monster as it rises from the puddle and destroy it with continuous gunfire to the head.
Make your way down the next wooden bridge ahead and collect the health on the left, then turn around and take out the enemies with long-distance projectiles.
Move forward and head up the incline on your left, then stay to the right side of the electrified fence as you ascend and eliminate enemies with charged blasts.
Collect the items at the top and fight off nearby enemies with rapid fire, then make your way down the next adjacent wooden bridge and follow around to reach another circular platform.
Head down the leftmost path, then ignore the guard on the next platform and make an immediate right towards the rotating forcefields to stay ahead of the pursuing enemy before it explodes.
Move behind one of the rotating forcefield walls that pass by and follow it closely to make the first available left, then cross the bridge and head through the doors directly in front of you.
Attack the large enemy that appears by circling around it and deploying charged blasts, then use rapid fire to wear down the defensive bubble this creature hides beneath and continue inflicting damage as before.
Defeat the flying wizard that appears next by keeping a safe distance and firing charged blasts, then exit this area and descend to the floor below on the glowing blue platform.
Make your way to the opposite side of the blue ledge and turn down the path ahead that’s leading out to the right, then fight across the bridge to reach the next platform below and eliminate surrounding enemies with charged blasts.
Follow the green arrow to the opening in the wall and move down the next winding section of the blue bridge, then clear out enemies with charged blasts and make the first left ahead.
Take another immediate left across a narrow section of the bridge and shoot down the enemies on the next platform with charged blasts, then use the launch pad to reach the ledge above and continue forward.
Head left around the stalk to avoid the patrolling enemy and use the launch pad on the opposite side to reach the uppermost platform above, then defeat the mud monster and collect the items from the treasure chests.
Use the nearby launch pad to land in the area below, then make your way down the path that becomes a broken trail of platforms leading out to the right.
Jump across the series of gaps on the right to land on a grind rail, then ride the pipeline until you drop into the next area below and begin moving in a circle around the edge of the platform to evade any initial enemy attacks.
Assault the surrounding creatures from long distance with a combination of rapid fire and charged blasts, then execute a combat roll to dodge the enemy curled into a ball each time he attempts to run you over.
Stay on the move and roll away from close-range attacks, then continue clearing out the enemies until you can exit the area using the next path ahead.
Use the launch pad to reach the uppermost platform above, them shoot the explosive sac in front of you to detonate it and clear out a large group of enemies.
Sprint around the edge of the platform to stay ahead of the bomb enemies before they explode and clear out any of the remaining flying creatures, then use the next launch pad that appears to reach the bridge above and continue forward.
Take the corner ahead on the right and destroy the dragon the moves in front of your path, then continue forward and turn left upon entering the next open cavern area.
Shoot the explosive sac to detonate it and clear out nearby enemies, then move forward and approach the circular opening in the ground ahead.
Move around the opening to keep a safe distance from the enormous creature that emerges and defeat him with repeated charged blasts, then step onto the blue platform that descends and ride it to the next floor above.
Exit through the door at the top and hop into the robotic suit ahead on the left, then use the vehicle’s weapons or melee strikes to clear out the enemies that appear and deactivate the forcefield.
Head down the newly-opened path and fight your way onto the next platform with rapid fire and melee strikes, then defeat the large rolling enemy and the dragon before exiting the robot suit.
Enter the green structure nearby and ride the blue platform to the next floor below, then exit the room at the bottom through the door ahead to activate the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Reset Bomb Pod
When the battle begins, charge forward and to the left of the enemy squad in front of you to get around behind them.
Continue circling around the crowd of guards to approach the bomb pod on the other side of the room.
As you move towards the pod, fend off the group of mechanical enemies in pursuit by running backwards and pushing them back with charged blasts.
Open fire on the bomb pod when you are right up next to it until the device encases itself in vines, then retreat back towards the opposite side of the room and turn around to face the guards again.
Approach the squad of ground enemies ahead so that the bomb pod is directly behind them, then fire charged blasts into the group to send them flying backwards.
Knock one of the guards into the light-filled opening beneath the bomb pod to cause an explosion and reset the device’s outer casing.
Repeat the previous tactic to continue tossing guards in the exposed hole beneath the bomb pod until the device is destroyed to complete this battle.

Chapter 13: The Lunar Sanctum
Use a combination of rapid fire and charged blasts to clear the path ahead as you fly through the clouds.
Move in wide evasive circles as you approach the Lunar Sanctum to dodge the large laser blasts emitted from it and the oncoming electrified debris.
Continue evading the laser blasts and shooting down enemies that appear in front of you until Pit iscircling the Lunar Sanctum at extremely close range.
Clear enemies from your path with charged blasts, then move into the corner of the screen away from the electrified obstacle that appears next .
Destroy the plants firing laser beams on the surface below as you ascend high into space before diving back down through the center of the Sanctum exterior.
Move in quick circle to avoid the laser turrets on the walls above and clear the path of enemies ahead with rapid gunfire.
Fight your way out of the trench to face the sanctum again and retreat after a massive beam of blue laser is fired at you repeatedly.
As you zoom along the escape route, mow down enemies ahead with rapid fire and steer over or under the laser beams that shoot out across the tunnel.
Destroy the dragons piece by piece with charged blasts, then fend off the teleporting ghost attacks by constantly spraying rapid gunfire into the tunnel ahead.
Move up and down towards the middle of the screen to navigate the field of laser beams guarding the next section of tunnel ahead.
Shoot the faded square patches on the walls that appear in the path ahead to safely break through them, then steer away from and above the white jets of flame that erupt into the air.
Fight your way towards the narrow duct in the next darkened room to eventually land on the ground below , then collect the food that drops in front of you and continue forward along the path.
Drop over the ledge ahead and take out the flying enemies to your right, then follow the green arrow on the floor to descend the staircase and clear the next area at the bottom.
Follow the green arrows through the next set of doors ahead and eliminate the enemies on the other side, then move to the far right end of the quicksand river and jump into the current.
Ride the river of quicksand around to the opposite side of the room and exit through the next doorway, then grind the rail in front of you and use rapid fire to eliminate enemies during the ride.
Shoot the pink power generator that passes by on the right to change its color to blue, then continue grinding the rail and fire upon the second pink generator you encounter ahead.
After you drop back to the ground below, eliminate the enemies at the top of the steps by rolling sideways and firing charged blasts.
Clear the air above of all remaining enemies, then hop onto the grind rail that appears and ride the pipeline forward.
Transfer onto the grind rail that appears to your left and shoot the next generator ahead so that it turns blue in color, then continue riding the pipeline until you drop onto the ledge above and exit through the doors at the top.
Take cover at the top of the steps in front of the purple forcefield and eliminate the enemies occupying the room with charged blasts, then exit the area and approach the mirror ahead.
Use the reflection in the mirror as a guideline for entering the invisible hallway beside you to the right, then move through the next doorway ahead to discover a second mirror room.
Step on all three floor buttons in this room by watching your reflection as a guideline, then exit through the open doorway in the corner and follow the hallway to reach the next mirror room.
Watch your reflection and successfully guide your character across the invisible sections of the bridge to press the floor button and reach the other side of the room, then exit through the doorway in the corner to encounter Dark Pit.
Move in a circle around the sphere at the center of room to stay ahead of Dark Pit’s projectile assaults and fend him off with melee combinations if he attacks at close-range.
Continue hitting Dark Pit with rapid gunfire from afar until he retreats, then shoot charged blasts into the Control Center and dodge the ricochet with a sideways roll until its destroyed.
Collect the health item in the corner and move through the door beside it, then ride the circular platform to the next floor above and shoot down the flying enemies at the top.
Fight your way across the bridges ahead, by first collecting a new weapon on the center one, to reach the door in the upper left corner of the area.
Move through this door and attack the enemies ahead with rapid fire to continue forward, then make a right at the green arrow and make your way up the snowy incline.
Enter the vehicle ahead on your left and drive back down the snowy incline, then take the next right turn and defeat the snow monster.
Drive through the next door and navigate the ice bridge ahead safely by firing upon enemies in the distance before they can cause damage to you.
Approach the ramp marked with a green arrow and launch across the gap, then collect the weapon from the treasure chest and return to the previous ledge.
Navigate between the field of land mines to reach the next door in the distance, then clear out the surrounding enemies and exit the area.
Drop over the ledge to eliminate the enemies in front of you and on the incline above by attacking with charged gunfire, then use the launch pad that appears to reach the ledge above and enter the hot spring.
Fight your way onto shore and drop down through the whirlpool ahead, then turn the next corner and eliminate another wave of flying creatures.
Drop over the edge to your left and land on the ground in front of the door below, then exit the area and clear the next room using charged blasts.
Ride the u-shaped platform to the next floor above and make your way down the nearby steps to reach the forcefield, then mow down the approaching the enemies and exit the room.
Move across the rotating circular platform by walking at a slight angle and fire rapid gunshots at the enemies ahead, then drop over the ledge in front of you and exit the room.
Climb the steps to make a right at the top and destroy the dragon circling nearby with charged blasts, then exit the room and move through the next door at the top of the stairs to begin the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Arlon
Move in a circle around the edge of the platform and roll sideways repeatedly to evade Arlon’s various projectile strikes.
Fire a charged blast into Arlon whenever he approaches at close range to fend him off and inflict damage.
When half of the platform is cast into shadow, keep your crosshairs trained on Arlon as he disappears to stay aware of his position and prepare for oncoming projectiles.
Spray bursts of rapid gunfire into the area you saw Arlon before he disappeared or the origin of the last projectile assault to deactivate the shadow temporarily.
Continue attacking Arlon until he disappears and the platform goes completely dark again, then fire charged blasts towards the origin of the oncoming projectile being launched at you.
Inflict repeated damage upon Arlon whether he is hidden in the shadows or not until the boss is defeated to win this battle.

Chapter 14: Lightning Battle
As you navigate the storm of tornadoes, move in quick evasive circles and clear the pathos enemies ahead using rapid gunfire.
After you dive through a vortex below and fly over a series of floating landmasses, continue flying in wide circles and target the ground enemies firing laser beams.
As you move beneath the earth and eventually return to the tornado storm, target the flying dragon-form of Thanatos in the distance and hit him repeatedly with rapid gunfire.
Continue fighting your way through the enemy waves and striking Thantos in the distance until the dragon is defeated, then move up and down to evade the next series of laser beam obstacles that appear.
Use rapid fire and fly in evasive circles to survive the oncoming enemies waves until you enter the storm cloud occupied by Phosphora.
Drop your character down quickly to avoid the laser beam that’s fired from the top of the Thunder Cloud Temple’s highest tower and mow down the enemies that appear as you encircle the structure.
Continue swerving sharply in up and down directions to evade the tower’s repeatedly firing laser beam until you are able to land on the temple grounds below.
Collect the food in front of you and head forward up the steps, then fight past the enemies at the top and take a right around the next corner.
Use long-distance blasts to fight your way through the narrow alleyways above and stay in the middle of the path to avoid touching the electrified walls, then defeat the last group of varying enemies and climb the steps ahead to exit this area.
Ascend to the floor above on the circular platform in the next area and shoot the enemies on the ledge across from you at the top, then exit the room and make a right.
Make the next right to pick up the weapon on the platform previously occupied by enemies, then turn around and return to the previous corridor.
Turn left and move through the next door ahead, then use the launch pad to reach the ledge above and eliminate the enemies in front of you.
Approach the platform at the center of the area and strike the crystal floating above it with rapid gunfire until the gem inside breaks, then exit the room and defeat the enemy at the bottom of the stairs below.
Turn right and fight your way across the room to exit through the next door, then move left along the path and drop over the ledge around the corner ahead.
Continue dropping over the ledges in front of you to reach the lowest room in the area below, then eliminate any of the varying enemies that appear and use a continuous string of combat rolls to survive the oncoming projectiles.
Exit the area and move forward along the bridge in front of you to fight through the next wave of enemies, then use the door at the top to ride another grind rail.
Shoot down the enemies that appear during the rail grind until you land in the room above, then use melee attacks to clear the next area below while rolling to dodge the projectile assaults.
Approach the striped balls on both sides of the room to strike them repeatedly them with your weapon until they dislodge and roll into the pit below, then climb onto the electrified platform at the area’s center to enter the whirlwind and reach the next floor above.
Move forward and take cover beneath the bridge before the creatures that emit laser beams begin firing, then turn around when you’re under the archway and eliminate the enemies ahead with long-range shooting.
Take cover beneath the other bridge across from you to defeat the second creature firing laser beams, then exit the room and climb the steps ahead.
Turn around halfway up the steps and eliminate the enemies that appear below, then continue climbing the stairs and sprint into the nook above on the left to evade the bolt of electricity moving across the floor.
Clear out the enemies that appear on this level and use the notch in the wall to continuously evade the electricity as it comes around, then make your way around to the far right side of the ledge and climb the next set of steps.
Move to the top of the stairs to target and destroy the last wave of the enemies occupying the uppermost level, but retreat backwards down the steps whenever the electricity rotates in your direction.
Exit the room through the door on the top level and make your way forward into the room below, then shoot down the enemy that appears above and climb onto the next platform ahead.
Destroy the gem on the ledge above to open the trap door beneath you and drop onto the grind rail below, then ride the pipeline forward to land in the next area and move left around the inclined ledge.
Slip around past the sides of the large rolling enemies to continue moving up the spiraled incline, then blast away the smaller enemies that appear next and use the series of glowing floor pads that follow to launch yourself across the gaps ahead.
Continue moving uphill around the outer ledge of the tower and ignore the treasure chests located ahead on your left, then sprint past the creatures that appear to avoid falling through the collapsing floor below and reach the next door at the end.
Enter the launch pad at the top of the steps ahead to reach the next floor above, then collect the health item in front of you and and exit the room through the nearby double doors to begin the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Phosphora
Roll sideways as Phosphora charges towards you to dodge her initial attack and continue running around the edge of platform to evade oncoming projectiles as well.
Stay on the move as Phosphora teleports across the area while launching projectile assaults and keep a safe distance as you wait for her to stand still for a moment.
Fire charged blasts into the boss when you have an open shot and continue rolling sideways to avoid any incoming projectiles.
Whenever Phosphora teleports within close-range of you, immediately retreat to the edge of the platform and return to running around it to keep a safe distance.
Continue firing charged blasts into Phosphora from as far a distance as possible and execute combat rolls to dodge oncoming attacks until the boss is defeated to win this battle.

Chapter 15: Mysterious Invaders
As you fly above the mountain rang and approach the alien starships in the distance, move from side-to-side across the screen to dodge the laser blasts coming from above.
Use rapid gunfire to clear out the smaller enemy ships that appear ahead and fly in wide circles around the screen avoid their oncoming projectile attacks, then swerve back and forth to evade the yellow laser blasts coming from below.
Continue flying in circles and clearing the path ahead with rapid gunfire as you soar through a jagged asteroid and close-in on the alien mothership in the distance.
Destroy the stem of the mushroom shaped aircraft above and destroy or navigate through the center of the oncoming obstacles made up of rainbow-colored squares, then continue eliminating the enemies ahead with the help of Pyrrhon.
As you fly above the surface of the alien base, use rapid fire to eliminate the smaller starships and use charged blasts to break through the barricades made up of rainbow-colored squares.
Move up and down through the laser blasts that cross the trench ahead, then swerve left and right around the blocks that raise up from the ground in front of you next.
As you dive down through the next trench in the floor below, fly up and down in quickie motions to evade the cloisters of green laser blasts that block the path.
Clear out the enemies firing sustained beams of laser as you soar forward beneath the next section of the mother ship, then fly in quick circles and use rapid fire to clear the path ahead until your character is able to land in the structure below.
Collect the food that appears in front of you and clear out the next wave of enemies ahead with long-distance charged blasts, then move forward and fight your way across the area.
Open fire on the block glowing pink at the opposite of this area until it recedes into the ground, then continue forward and shoot down the wheel-shaped enemy that appears above.
Approach the second glowing-pink block ahead on the left and clear out the enemies that appear, then destroy the block and move past it to reach the next area.
Fight your way forward and turn at the center of the platform ahead, then clear out the remaining enemies and approach the door in the corner.
Enter the next corridor and move around the corner ahead, then fight your way along the ledge to reach the door on the opposite wall and exit the area.
Alternate the focus of your gunfire between the enemies rising out of the floor ahead and the pink energy block obstructing the path through the room until you are able to exit using the door on the other side.
Use the launchpad ahead on the left to reach the bridge above and open fire on the enemies that appear below, then destroy the glowing-pink block beneath you and drop back to the ground.
Continue forward to the other side of the area to approach the treasure chest enemy and descend to the next floor below, then eliminate any guard that appears and turn around.
Fight your way up the steps in the corner to the left and drop over the ledge around the corner to replenish health with the hot springs, then continue forward and exit through the next door ahead.
Enter the vehicle and drive it forward over the series of small ramps ahead while blasting enemies, then destroy the pink block on the other side of the room and continue ahead through the next door.
Drive up the ramp ahead at full speed to launch off the end and pick up hearts as you clear the gap, then destroy the next pink block in front of you and continue forward to exit this area.
Use rapid fire to clear the path of enemies you navigate the next winding road ahead, then ignore ignore the treasure chest upon reaching the dirt floor and drive through the opening in the wall behind it.
Clear the room of enemies by firing from the entrance and destroy the next pink block in front of you, then approach the door to the next room ahead and exit the vehicle before moving through it.
Ascend to the floor above and exit the room at the top, then ride the next grind rail in front of you and use charged blasts to clear the surrounding area of flying enemies.
Ride the second and extended length of grind rail on your left, upon reaching the next platform, then clear the path ahead using rapid fire until you land on the other side.
Defeat the surrounding enemies by using melee strikes and hop onto the next grind rail in the corner of the platform, then ride the pipeline and shoot down the large wheel until you land on the next ledge ahead.
Move back and forth across the platform to shoot down the enemies above before jumping on the next grind rail ahead, then ride the pipeline and eliminate opposing threats by using charged laser blasts until you land on the next ledge.
Drop over the ledge to your right and enter the door nearby to descend to the next floor below, then exit at the bottom and move forward.
Follow the spiraling bridge around to your left and shoot down the enemies blocking the path ahead, then continue the circling at the lowermost section of this walkway and destroy the laser beam security that comes towards you.
Pick up the food items at the end of the bridge and turn around, then make your next right ahead and follow the walkway around the destroy the wall of enemies below by using a charged blast.
Continue fighting your way across the bridge and sprint to clear the series of small gaps ahead, then move to the center of the next pink platform below to descend and begin the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Aurum Core
The object of this battle is to strike the red core at the center of the room by using charged blasts and timing each shot so that it makes contact between two of the structure’s rotating shields.
Move in a circle around the room and approach the red core at close range to better time each of the charged blasts shots.
Continue scoring hits on the core until the floor beneath you is consumed in pink electricity, then quickly sprint sideways until you are back on safe ground.
Focus your cross hairs towards the outer walls of this room and begin moving in a circle again to exterminate the enemy drones surrounding the area.
Face the core again and destroy the drones encircled around it, then keep an eye out to your right and roll away from the giant wheels each time they approach.
As you open fire on the core again from close range, continue dodging the wheels and electrified floor until you have successfully won this battle.

Chapter 16: The Aurum Hive
During the dive towards the dark clouds below, use rapid fire to target and destroy the green bulbs attached to each of the enemy aircraft rushing up towards you.
Continue using rapid fire to clear out enemies as they appear in front of you, then fly in quick evasive circles to dodge the oncoming laser blasts from both the larger and smaller ships.
Stay towards the bottom of the screen while moving from back and forth between the two lower corners to dodge the storm of green meteorites, then choose the lower route as you approach the floating island in the distance.
As you navigate between the large rising columns ahead, keep your character positioned towards the center of screen and use quickly swerve him from side-to-side.
Fly in invasive circles while using rapid fire to survive the next onslaught of enemy ships and laser assaults, then destroy the larger spacecraft amongst the fleet you reach ahead by targeting the green bulbs located on their exteriors.
As you fly over the Aurum Hive, survive this section of the battle by lending more focus to dodging the incoming aircraft and projectiles as opposed to constantly targeting enemies for destruction.
Continue around the hive until you see an alien space craft crash through the outer shell, then enter the disabled ship and navigate the fiery corridor ahead to land inside the structure.
Collect the food ahead on the left and exit the room, then follow the hallway around to reach the next area and wait for the wall across from you to descend.
Stay against the wall behind you and eliminate the enemies as they emerge from the wall ahead by using charged blasts, then exit through the door in the corner and follow the hallway around to reach the next room.
Clear the area of enemies and step on the square panel at the center of the room to descend to the floor below, then exit through the next door ahead and shoot down the drones flying above.
Wait for the electrified floor strips ahead of you to deactivate and sprint forward across the corridor to exit, then eliminate the next group of enemies outside from within the doorway and approach the glowing floor pad in front of you.
Use the launchpad to reach the next area ahead and shoot down any surrounding enemies, then wait for the electrified floor strips on either side to deactivate and move to one of the platform’s edges on your right or left.
Destroy the vase in the corner ahead by using melee combinations and wait for the electrified floor strips to deactivate again, then sprint across the width of the platform and destroy the second vase to reveal a glowing floor pad.
Launch yourself onto the next ledge after the electrified strip above deactivates, then continue forward and drop off the end of the bridge ahead to reach the floor below.
Shoot down any surrounding enemies and exit this area, then fight your way through the hall and sprint past the laser fans as their blades pass by.
Climb the incline into the next corridor and sprint into the nook directly on the left to avoid a large obstacle sliding towards you, then move back out into the open and continue forward through the tunnel.
Quickly sprint into the nook ahead on the right to dodge another large sliding obstacle, then continue forward into the next nook on the left and destroy the enemy within.
Pick up a new weapon from behind the wall that disappears on your right, then turn around and wait for another large obstacle to slide by before continuing down the tunnel ahead.
Take cover in the next nook ahead on the right and eliminate the enemy that drops down, then continue forward through the corridor and enter the last hallway to your left.
Move into the next room ahead and stand on the center panel to descend to the floor below, then use the hot spring in front of you to replenish health and continue forward.
Use the next launch pad to clear the gap ahead and move through the door in front of you, then stand on the rotating floor ring to move in a circle around the room and shoot down the enemies above while rolling away from their laser beam attacks.
Open fire on the large wheels that appear above to strip them of their armor, then destroy these enemy units as they touch down on the ground and finish clearing the room.
Jump into the cockpit of the vehicle located near the surrounding walls and exit the room, then move slowly through the next hallway to avoid being squashed by sections of the wall that slam shut ahead.
Wait for the walls that slam together to re-open again and sprint forward down the hall, then continue advancing cautiously through the corridor to avoid being squashed and to reach the next rounded room.
Drop through the opening in the floor and move to the edge of the room, then float down past the next platform below to land on the ground beneath it and exit the area.
Follow the green arrows in the hallway ahead to make your way past the numerous automatic doors that dispense items and exit into the next room, then shoot down the enemies that fly above and around you to reveal a glowing floor pad.
Dismount from the vehicle and use the launch pad to reach the next ledge above, then exit the room and grind the rail in front of you.
Shoot down the enemies that fly into your path during the rail grind and transfer between the two rightmost pipelines to evade oncoming attacks until you land on the next ledge, then grind another rail ahead on the left to enter the hive.
Ride the pipeline around until you drop into the next room below, then move forward and shoot down the surrounding enemies that appear.
Clear the area of all remaining threats by firing from a distance and by moving from side-to-side across the room, then exit through the next door ahead to start the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Aurum Generator
As you grind towards and around the Aurum Generator, hit it repeatedly with rapid gunfire and ignore all surrounding enemies until Pyrrhon appears.
Shoot down the drone ships that fly into your path and continue inflicting damage upon the large gold machine until blue shields rise around it.
Fire upon the remaining enemies in the room to remove the threat of being hit by any of their homing projectiles, then wait for the grind rail you’re on to align with three others that approach the generator.
Watch the path of each of the grind rails ahead and jump on the one that moves closest around the generator to avoid the oncoming balls of electricity.
Each time you complete a lap around the pipeline, transfer to the grind rail that runs in closest proximity to the Aurum Generator and use rapid fire to inflict constant damage upon the machine until the battle is won.

Chapter 17: The Aurum Brain
Fly in wide evasive circles and use rapid fire to shoot down the enemies ahead, as you fly with Pyrrhon towards the rock formations in the distance.
Swerve away from the laser drones guarding the outside of the fortress and destroy them after their beams deactivate temporarily, then shoot down the next oncoming waves of enemies and projectiles ahead.
Fight your way into the interior of the fortress to get on the path that leads to the Aurum Brain, then navigate through the obstacles and mow down enemies that appear ahead.
Continue fighting through the interior of the fortress until you reach the Aurum Brain, then open fire on the gold sphere at the center of the room until Pyrrhon causes it to self destrust and you are pulled away from the explosion.
Survive the fortress escape to encounter a bigger and badder version of Pyrrhon, then use charged blasts to clear out the enemy ships that appear ahead as you go into a vertical dive.
Fly in circles to evade the waves of multiple rotating laser beams and clear the path with rapid gunfire until you suddenly lose the power of flight .
As you tumble down through the air towards the platform far below, shift the red crosshairs that appear slowly and carefully so that they line up exactly with an identical symbol nearby.
Line up the two sets of red crosshairs and maintain the overlap to safely land on the platform below, then shoot down the enemies that appear in front of you one-by-one.
After jumping to the next platform ahead and collecting the nearby supplies, continue fending off the enemy aircraft ahead until you are absorbed into the larger ship and use sideways rolls to dodge the oncoming obstacles.
Roll back and forth to dodge the attacks of the flying saucer that approaches next, then destroy its stem and continue damaging the craft until it’s destroyed.
Fight your way out of the ship and continue clearing enemies from the path ahead, then quickly destroy the large wheels that land on the platform beside you before they begin rolling.
Continue fending off the approaching enemies until the platform is disintegrated and you drop to the ground below, then fight off the surrounding aircraft to protect the centurions.
Use the nearby launch pad to jump over oncoming projectiles and deploy rapid-fire from mid-air to survive the oncoming waves of enemy spacecraft until you are able to re-enter the fortress via a new path that leads to the Aurum Brain.
Keep your sights pointed forward and destroy the walls with a yellow glow within them to protect the centurions from danger, then stand behind the launchpad and use it to vault over the laser beams crossing the path ahead.
Stand at the rear end of the platform to blast through the approaching enemies and obstacles ahead until you reach the next boss battle.

Boss Battle: Phyrron
When Pyrrhon deploys a cluster of rolling explosives across the floor, move to the opposite side of the platform and stay there until they detonate.
Use sideways rolls to dodge the dragon and any other oncoming projectiles, then move to the center of the platform when a ring of fire ignites and surrounds you.
Enter the launch pad to vault above the flaming circle as it closes around you, then open fire on the green targets surrounding the room that connect to Pyrrhon’s forcefield.
Continue destroying the green targets around the room to eventually disconnect Pyrrhon’s forcefield.
Use the launchpad and sideways rolls whenever necessary to dodge oncoming attacks, but continue eliminating the targets during any moment of rest that you can capitalize on.
Destroy every green target to remove Pyrrhon’s forcefield, then begin striking the actual boss with rapid gunfire and use the launch pad to vault over the oncoming flame attacks.
Continue rolling away from danger, vaulting above projectiles and wearing down Pyrrhon with rapid gunfire until you have won this battle.

Chapter 18: The Ring of Chaos
Once you have control of the little girl character, run forward down the dirt path ahead and follow it around to reach the town under attack.
Head towards the smoking remains of the town in the distance until you gain control of a dog character, then continue following the current road to reach the front gates and enter the war zone within.
Make your way through the alleyways and streets ahead to navigate past the centurion sentries, then enter the room with a large treasure chest and make a right.
Climb the steps against the wall on the right and make your way around the ledge above, then carefully navigate across the narrow bridge in front of the gap in the path ahead.
Reach the opposite side of the room and make a left, then cross another bridge and exit through the next opening in the wall to your right to encounter Magnus.
Once you have control of Magnus, move down the pathway to the left of the fountain ahead and continue following it around to enter the next door.
Move into the room ahead and eliminate the enemies that appear by using melee combinations, then exit the area and make a right.
Clear away the enemies blocking the path in front of you and move up the set of steps ahead, then enter through the door at the top and follow the next hallway forward.
Head into the next area and defeat the enemy with a powerful melee combination, then exit the room and continue forward to make the right turn ahead.
Climb the stairs in the corner and cut through the enemies at the top to your left, then continue moving upwards using another set of nearby steps.
Defeat the monster in the area above with a series of powerful melee combos and by rolling away each time he charges, then exit using the next available pathway in the corner.
Smash through the Juggernaut blocking the path ahead and roll backward to avoid the falling stones, then make a left down the next staircase and take cover behind the column at the bottom.
Wait for the Juggernaut ahead to cease fire, then move out from behind the column and charge forward to destroy the mechanical guard.
Continue forward along the path and fight through the wave of enemies ahead, then move right around the next corner and climb the stairs.
Eliminate the enemies at the top of the incline and exit through the nearby door, then continue around the next pathway and drop into the arena below.
Approach the side of the Crawler machine that’s sporting a large red button near its underside, then open fire on this target to destroy the enemy and exit the area.
Use the hot springs ahead to replenish health and continue up the next path to the right, then use melee combinations to fight your way up the road and destroy the Juggernaut at the top.
Climb the steps in front of you to collect the health item, then drop into the arena ahead to begin the boss battle.

Chapter 19: The Lightning Chariot
As you fly above plains below, use rapid fire to help clear the path ahead and deploy special attacks to defeat the larger waves of jellyfish or whale creatures.
Continue mowing down the smaller enemies ahead and destroy the large flying castle with a special attack, then defeat the flying skulls with charged blasts and target the vulnerable middle sections of enemies that open like an accordion.
Clear the area around the large anti-aircraft gun below to enter the cannon and watch as Pit is fired straight up into the air, then continue using rapid fire to mow down enemies as you fly through the galaxy ahead.
Fly in evasive circles to dodge counter-fire and navigate in between the pairs of oncoming square panels, then continue clearing the path until you enter a wormhole to pursue the Lightning Chariot.
Swerve back and forth to dodge the large square panels blocking your path through the wormhole ahead, then fly into the bottom left corner of the screen to slip past the smaller square panels that appear next.
Use special attacks to help you fight through the wave of jellyfish waiting at the end end of the wormhole, then fly in evasive circles and mow down the waves of enemies that appear ahead until Pit is able to land near the tower below.
Exit the room and make a right around the next ledge, then shoot down the enemies blocking the path ahead and move through the door you reach at the top.
Keep your distance from the openings in the floor as the enemies emerge and navigate through the middle of the smoke rings they deploy, then defeat these creatures using charged blasts as you cross to the other side of the area.
Encircle the room while firing charged blasts to finish clearing it of enemies, then to exit this area and make a right up the next inclined ledge.
Fight your way up the ramp to enter the next room at the top, then stand on the blue platform ahead to the left and ride it across to the other side of the area.
Turn right to shoot down the enemies occupying the ledges above until the platform you’re riding reaches the other side of the room, then exit through the door ahead and make a right up the next inclined ledge.
Pick up the shoes at the top of the incline and enter the next room ahead, then move onto the blue half of the area and begin shooting down the enemies that appear above.
Stay towards the center of the room and wait for the floor beneath your feet to suddenly charge up with electricity, then quickly sprint to the other half of the area to avoid taking damage.
Continue moving between both halves of the area’s partially electrified floor and use charged blasts to eliminate the surrounding enemies, then exit the area and make a right up the next inclined ledge.
Fight your way up the ramp and enter the next door at the top, then destroy the surrounding columns to bring the enemies and treasures above down to ground level.
Search the top of every columns to eliminate remaining enemies with charged blasts and collect any treasure that’s available, then exit the room and make a right up the next inclined ledge.
Defeat the large creatures ahead by shooting them with charged blasts from distance and use the launch pads to clear the gaps in the road, then enter the next room at the top of the ramp and wait for the first wheel to roll of the edge in front of you.
Sprint onto the ramp ahead and stand behind the first glowing floor pad, then launch yourself above the next wheel that drops down and continue forward around the inclined walkway.
Come to a stop before making the second left turn ahead and wait for another large wheel to roll off the edge in front of you, then approach the next launch pad around the corner and stand behind it.
Launch yourself over the obstacle to continue up the ramp and come to a stop just before making the second right turn ahead, then wait for the third wheel to roll by before moving around the corner.
Use the next launchpad to vault over a third rolling obstacle, then exit through the door at the top of the ramp and make a right up the inclined ledge.
Collect the upgrade at the top of the incline and enter the next room, then move towards the center of the ice rink ahead and jump into the driver’s seat of the nearby vehicle.
Drive in a circle around the outer edge of the ice rink and open fire on enemies to clear the room, then dismount from the vehicle and exit through the next door ahead.
Make a right up the inclined ledge ahead and move into the room at the top, then stand in front of the entrance to avoid tripping a land mine and eliminate the first wave of enemies ahead.
Move behind one of the short walls directly ahead to avoid being sucked into a land mine by the monster that appears next, then use charged blasts to destroy this constantly-inhaling creature and eliminate the remaining jellyfish with melee combinations.
Exit the room and jump on the next grind rail to your right, then ride along it to reach the ledge above and move through the door at the top.
Turn left to fire upon an enormous bowling ball and get it moving, then use strategically-placed blasts to roll the object down the stairs in front of it and demolish the group of pins located in the area below.
Head down the steps to reach the area below and exit the room, then make your way up the inclined ramp to the right and destroy the whale creature that appears with a series of charged blasts.
Continue battling up the incline and use a launchpad to clear the next gap in the road, then enter the room at the top of the ramp and take out the enemies flying in the distance.
Cross through the strong winds ahead by pushing your character to the right as you sprint forward, then collect the boots from the treasure chest and continue forward along the bridge.
Push your character to the left as you sprint through the next windstorm and climb the steps ahead, then use the launch pad at the top to reach the next ledge above.
Shoot down the flying enemies in the distance to continue around the bridge and push your character to the right as you sprint through the third windstorm, then clear the next gap and enter the door ahead.
Grind the rail on the right to reach the ledge above and enter the next room at the top, then keep your distance and clear out the enemies in this area by using charged blasts.
Jump into the nearby vehicle and drive it up the ramp in the corner to reach the Practice Track, then follow the road ahead and destroy an enemy that gets in your path.
While maintaining a straight angle, use turbo boost to launch yourself off the ramp at the top of the practice track and land on the other side of the gap.
Move through the door ahead and make a right along the next inclined ledge , then fight your way up the ramp and enter the room at the top.
Circle around the pillar located at the center of the room and fire upon the gems attached within to lower the glowing structure into the floor.
Continue dropping the column down until it disappears beneath the floor and use charged blasts or melee combinations to finish clearing out the remaining enemies, then enter the launch pad at the center of the room to reach the next ledge above.
Move around the ringed ledge you’re on and defeat the surrounding enemies with charged blasts, then use the next launch pad that appears to reach the ledge above and exit through the door ahead.
Use melee strikes to fight your way up the next inclined ledge and enter the room at the top, then move forward beneath the bridge ahead and take a left.
U-turn around the next corner and eliminate the enemy that emerges from the floor, then make your first left and approach the pitch against the outer wall ahead.
Turn slightly to the left and face the next door located across the pit you’re standing at, then sprint to clear the gap and exit the maze area.
Make a right up the inclined ledge and sprint to ignore the enemies that emerge from the flying castle, then enter the room at the top of the ramp and clear the next wave by using long-range charged gunfire.
Continue circling and eliminating enemies from a safe distance until the area is clear, then exit the room and ride the next grind rail ahead on the right.
While grinding along the sections of broken pipeline above, use rapid fire to clear the path ahead until you reach the ledge at the top and enter the next room.
Move onto the center platform and jump in the cockpit of the nearby robot, then use the vehicle’s weaponry to eliminate any remaining enemies and exit the room to move up the next inclined ledge on the right.
Use charged blasts to eliminate the larger enemies ahead and move through the launch pads to clear any gaps in the road, then enter the next room at the top of the ramp and replenish your health in the hot springs below.
Exit the room and make your way up the next inclined ledge to the right, then move through the door at the top of the ramp and enter the beam of light to begin the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Chariot Master
When the race begins, dodge the incoming lightning bolts by swerving from side-to-side across the width of the track and begin opening fire on the opposing chariot’s driver.
Throughout this battle, keep your crosshairs permanently trained on the boss’ chariot to inflict continuous damage and to maintain an unbroken line of sight on his ever-changing screen location.
Each time your chariot slowly accelerates forward to take the lead, be ready to drag the crosshairs across the boss’ path as he shifts lanes to continue attacking while driving directly alongside you.
Use rapid fire to strike the boss when he has either blasted into the distance ahead or your perspective on him is constantly changing and spinning.
Fire charged blasts into the boss whenever he’s in very-close range or the lightning chariot is running directly in front of you for a clear shot.
Continue swerving back and forth to dodge incoming fireballs or lightning bolts, then repeatedly execute a series of dash attacks whenever the boss passes in front of you until this battle has been won.

Chapter 20: Palutena’s Temple
As you fly above Earth’s atmosphere, fire the chariot’s weapon repeatedly and move in all directions across the bottom half of the screen to veer away from the paths of oncoming enemy attacks.
When a pair of laser droids appear above, shift the chariot’s position to center-screen and blow these mechanical enemies out of the sky by staying safely above the beams they emit.
Continue mowing down the enemies ahead until numerous rotating square panels begin to approach, then accelerate up the middle of the screen to shoot between the first few oncoming rows.
Stay near the top of the screen to evade the majority of oncoming square panels, then dodge any additional obstacle that approaches by quickly reversing out of harm’s way until you enter the next warp tunnel.
Continue mowing down the enemies ahead until a cluster of droids appears to create a spinning wheel made of laser beams, then rotate around the screen by staying inside the spokes of the wheel and moving at a matched speed.
Destroy the flying castle and the various creatures it unleashes by focusing all of your firepower into the building’s front door, then continue ahead until a cutscene activates in which you land on the grounds of Palutena’s Temple below.
Make your way forward along the narrow stone road and take out the enemies in the distance with charged blasts, then defeat the large monster on the incline ahead by using melee combinations and enter the front door of the temple above.
Destroy the statues in the next area to collect supplies and roll repeatedly around the monster that appears while attacking with melee strikes to defeat him, then exit the room and move forward down the hall.
Jump into the vehicle on the right and drive forward out of the enclosed corridor, then use the bike’s weaponry to mow down enemies blocking the path and follow the road ahead to reach the next temple.
Hit the ramps on your way to the temple’s door to land on the ledges above, then collect the items from within the treasure chest and continue driving forward.
Clear out the enemies in front of the temple door and dismount from the motorcycle, then use the launch pad that appears to reach the ledge above and enter the next corridor ahead.
Make your way forward down the hall to reach the tomb area below, then eliminate the enemies in the distance by firing long-range charged blasts and climb the next set of steps ahead.
Step on the square floor panel ahead to drop into the room below and clear out the surrounding enemies with melee combinations, then exit through the next lit hallway and make a right at the end.
Take a left at the fork in the cave tunnel’s entrance and follow the path around to eliminate another group of enemies by using charged blasts, then climb the stairs to your right and continue around the next corner at the top.
Shoot down the surrounding enemies as you move forward and unlock the door at the top of the steps to your left, then cross the bridge ahead and use melee combinations to destroy the Juggernaut.
Alternate between facing the two walls on either side of you and shoot down the centurions that ascend from beneath the floor, then climb the next staircase ahead and cross the bridge at the top.
Take out the enemies in the distance by using long-range blasts and rolling sideways to dodge their counter fire, then continue across the next bridge ahead and push the character left as you sprint forward through the windstorm.
Fight your way through the iron gate across the bridge and move left to take control of the vehicle ahead, then drive in a circle around the edge of the area and proceed to mow down all remaining enemies with the motorcycle’s weaponry.
For enemies that take more than a few blasts to eliminate, drive the vehicle along the area’s narrow ledge in a continuous circle and open fire on these larger creatures each time you come around until they’re defeated.
Exit this area through the next opening in the surrounding walls and drive forward along the stone road below, then hold down the vehicle’s fire button as you launch off the ramp ahead and clear out any occupying creatures.
-Continue ramping across the gaps in the road until you reach the wall ahead, then dismount from the vehicle and use the launchpad to land on the next ledge above.
Move forward through the iron gate ahead and take down the surrounding enemies in the next area by using long range blast and melee combinations.
Stay in front of the Juggernaut that descends and strike it continuously with charged blasts or melee combinations, then move back and forth to stay between the enemy’s dual laser-cannons as they begin unloading automatic fire.
Destroy the Juggernaut and any remaining enemies, then collect the health upgrade that appears and exit the area through the door ahead to start the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Palutena
When the battle begins, move in a circle around the edge of the arena to dodge Palutena’s initial projectile strikes and roll whenever necessary to stay ahead of the more rapidly incoming assaults.
While encircling the area and dodging the incoming projectiles, take any available moment to fire a charged blasts at the invisible enemy hiding in the air above Palutena’s head until you see a bright flash of white light.
After the flash, move to a safe distance from Palutena’s current location and wait for her to launch a row of three lighting bolts in your direction.
Navigate between the oncoming electricity bolts and charge forward in the direction of the flying creature that has now appeared above Palutena’s head.
Approach the newly-discovered flying creature ahead and begin inflicting damage on it with the use of melee combinations, or charged blasts if you can’t get within a striking distance.
Continue assaulting the flying boss enemy until it disappears again, then retreat to a safe distance from Palutena and execute a string of sideways dashes or combat rolls to dodge the next onslaught of incoming projectiles.
As you roll and dash away from various threats, fire into the area above Palutena’s head again to make the flying creature re-appear and score an immediate hit with a charged blast to knock it out of the sky.
Dash towards the fallen enemy and fire another charged blast into, then strike out repeatedly with melee combinations until the creature is able to lift itself back into the air.
The next time the flying creature disappears, try moving in a wide circle around Palutena so that you can anticipate and dodge her follow-up assault with greater ease.
Continue driving the smaller flying enemy out of hiding, while dodging Palutena’s attacks, and wear it down relentlessly with charged blasts or melee combinations until the battle is won.

Chapter 21: The Chaos Vortex
After soaring through the jagged hole in the sky ahead, use rapid fire and special attacks to clear out the numerous enemy waves that fly across the path in front of you.
Avoid projectile counter-fire by flying in wide evasive circles until a field of blinking eyeballs materializes the screen, then use your special attack to exterminate the next group of approaching jellyfish.
Position yourself in the middle of the screen, then fly up and down in quick succession to navigate past the various shadows that stretch across the path ahead.
Continue forward until everything around you goes black, then use charged blasts to take out the neon-glowing enemies that appear ahead and fly in quick circles to avoid oncoming projectiles.
After a flash of white light segues you into another area of the Underworld, slide against the far right side of the screen to avoid the yellow blast from above and use special attacks to defeat the enlarged set of flying creatures that appear next.
Swerve left to dodge the oncoming square panel obstacles, then continue using rapid fire to clear the path of enemies ahead until a field of varyings symbols materializes across the screen.
Fly in small evasive circles near the center of the screen as you navigate through the floating tunnel of debris, then take out the enemies ahead with continuous rapid fire until the Chaos Kin is spotted.
While pursuing the Chaos Kin within the system of narrow cave tunnels ahead, position yourself towards the middle of the screen to avoid environmental collisions more easily and continue forward to enter an enormous eyeball that opens in front of you.
Use rapid fire to mow down enemies that fly into your path and continue navigating through the various battle scenarios ahead until you exit into the next dimension.
Position yourself at center screen to better anticipate the oncoming environmental obstacles, then veer up,down, left or right to pass through openings that exist between the numerous rock columns blocking the path ahead.
Pass through another opening eyeball to reach a world consumed by windstorms, then stay towards the middle of the screen and use rapid fire to mow down enemies ahead until you catch up the Chaos Kin.
As the Chaos Kin ascends above you, target him with your crosshairs and unleash a spray of rapid fire until the creature is defeated to land on the next platform below.
Use charged blasts to clear out the creatures in front of you and collect the food items left behind, then continue to fend off the first enemy wave by staying on the move and using the surrounding rock formations as cover.
When the second wave arrives, sprint to the outer edge of the platform and turn around to face the floating skull enemy.
Move in a circle around the platform and clear out the smaller enemies that approach by shooting rapidly, then aim your weapon at the skull enemy and time the firing of charged blasts so that they strike the rotating shields.
Continue firing upon the rotating shields until all of them are destroyed and the skull monster is defeated, then move around the platform and collect food items before the third wave of enemies arrives.
Stand at the center of the platform, then spin your character 360 degrees and use rapid fire to shoot down the numerous enemy aircraft approaching from all sides.
Once the air assault has ceased, search the entire platform to locate the remaining enemies crawling along the floor and destroy them with melee strikes.
As the fourth wave arrives, move in a circle around the platform to keep one of the enormous whale creature across from you at all times and eliminate this enemy by firing several charged blasts while in motion.
Repeat the previous tactic to defeat a second whale creature flying above the platform, then clear out the remaining enemies on the ground by dashing into them with melee combinations.
As the fifth wave begins to appear around you, use charged bursts to eliminate the flying creatures and use melee combinations to defeat the ground enemies.
Use the various launchpads to quickly locate and destroy enemies that have become separated from the rest of the group or to escape immediate danger in an instant.
Track down and eliminate all remaining threats to face off against a sixth wave of enemies, then use the launchpads to keep a safe distance from the bomb on wheels until it detonates.
Continue launching yourself between various locations on the platform so that you may fire upon the surrounding enemies from long distance, then move on to fighting the next wave that approaches.
As enemy waves continue to appear, sprint in a circle around the outer edge of the platform and open fire with charged blasts on enemies in the distance.
While encircling the area and firing upon various creatures, use melee strikes to defeat the jellyfish or additional ground enemies and enter a launchpad whenever an opponent moves in too close.
Continue fighting off the various waves until a cut scene activates in which Dark Pitt arrives on the scene, then sprint over to the nearest launch pad and use it to vault over the enemy vehicle as it accelerates in your direction.
After landing on the other side of the enemy tank, turn around and spray rapid fire into the vulnerable red spot located at the rear end of the vehicle.
When the tank turns back around, use a launchpad to escape to the other side of the platform and locate the nearest ground enemy to attack him with melee strikes.
Clear out the ground enemies with melee combinations until the tank begins closing in on you again, then enter a launch pad to vault over the vehicle and return to attacking its weak spot.
Continue launching yourself into position behind the enemy tank and attacking the vulnerable red spot until the vehicle explodes, then use the same tactics to destroy a second tank that appears and finish clearing the platform to face the tenth wave.
Eliminate the Guttler first by firing charged blasts into it from a distance, then use melee combinations to finish clearing the platform and face off against the eleventh wave of enemies.
Move in a circle around the area and use charged blasts to defeat flying enemies from a distance, then approach the center platform and spray rapid fire into the creature protected by a rotating shield until he’s dead.
Defeat the other creature protected by rotating shields and collect the food items left behind before wave twelve arrives, then retreat to the outer edge of the platform and stay on the move to keep a safe distance from the large bouncing ball enemies.
Take cover behind one of the rock formations sticking up from the ground and fire charged blasts into the underbellies of both bouncing ball enemies ahead until they’re eliminated, then clear out any remaining creatures to reach the thirteenth wave.
Retreat to the outer edge of the platform and take cover behind one of the surrounding rock formations, then use charged blasts to eliminate enemies that fly nearby and enter launchpads to make an escape if they get too close.
Destroy the flying saucers hovering above by using rapid fire to blow up the stem-portion of the spacecraft first before targeting the rest of the ship, then clear the surrounding area of all remaining enemies to activate a cut scene in which the Chaos Kin finally emerges.

Boss Battle: Chaos Kin
Stand behind a nearby launchpad and use charged blasts to open fire on the creature as it moves around the platform.
Enter the launchpad when you see the Chaos Kin battling with Dark Pitt on the opposite side of the platform and continue towards the creature’s location.
Move up behind the creature and begin striking its body with melee combinations or charged blasts at close range.
Continue attacking the Chaos Kin from behind until it starts coming after you instead of Dark Pitt, then retreat to a launch pad for a quick escape.
Keep a safe distance until the creature returns focus to your teammate, then continue sneaking up behind the pre-occupied Chaos Kin to attack and retreat using a lunchpad until the enemy is defeated.
After the cut scene, line up the red crosshairs directly on top of one another and maintain this overlap until the chapter is completed.

Chapter 22: Scorched Feathers
As you fly through the smoky mountain range, move in evasive circles to dodge incoming projectiles and use rapid fire or charged blasts to take down enemies that appear ahead.
Launch a special attack to clear the wave of jellyfish ahead and continue mowing down various creatures that fly across your path, then move up and down in quick motions to safely pass through the numerous laser beams lining the narrow trench you dive into next.
Use rapid fire to clear out the numerous enemies ahead and destroy the laser beam drones before they have a chance to cross in front of your character, then fly in quick evasive circles to dodge the next onslaught of incoming projectiles until you reach the city.
Continue clearing enemies from the path ahead until you come to a stop at a tall blue barricade, then eliminate the clam creature by shooting and destroying the three pink balls running along its spine.
Fight off the next few groups of enemies until your character shoots forward through an opening in the barricade, then fly in evasive circles to avoid oncoming projectiles until you are stopped at another dead end.
As you ascend straight up into the air, use charged blasts to shoot down various flying enemies until your character is able to clear the top of the barricade above and continue forward on the other side.
Move in wide evasive circles and use rapid fire to shoot down the numerous enemies that appear as you fly sideways in front of a long section of barricade.
After flying forward into the next available tunnel and passing through the entryway ahead, use rapid fire to clear away the waves of smaller enemies until you are attacked by an enormous purple monster from below.
Wait for the purple monster to move alongside or in front of you, then target and destroy the white bulbs running along the creature’s back until there are none remaining.
After destroying all of the white bulbs attached to the monster’s back, target the red ball of energy resting inside its open mouth and hit it with continuous rapid fire to eventually defeat the creature.
Move in evasive circles and use rapid fire to fight through the next few enemy waves, then target the front doors of the flying castle to destroy it and continue mowing down the various flying creatures ahead.
If flying in evasive circles isn’t enough to dodge the current volume of incoming projectiles, use a special attack to clear the area of most threats and continue ascending up through the city until you encounter Pyrrhon again.
After Pyrrhon smacks you across the map, use rapid fire to shoot down the next wave of enemies ahead and fire a special attack to clear out the large jellyfish that appear.
Use special attacks and charged blasts to fight through the next wave of larger-sized enemies, then pass through the blackhole ahead and mow down or dodge another series of creatures blocking the path beneath you.
Continue using rapid fire to fend off the numerous enemy waves that appear until you are able to land in the Rewind Spring below and activate the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Pandora
Move in a circle around Pandora and roll sideways to stay ahead of her projectile attacks, then hit the boss with a few charged blasts each time she emerges from the water.
Head towards the spherical black explosives that Pandora deploys across the ground and ignite them with a single shot, then retreat from the area just as the boss approaches you so that she is the only one caught in the blast.
Continue detonating explosives near Pandora and striking her with charged gunfire from a safe distance until a cut scene is activated in which she takes human form.
Afterwards, back up to the edge of the platform and use combat rolls to dodge incoming projectiles.
Fire single shots into the spherical explosives around the platform so that they ignite and detonate when Pandora is within the blast radius.
Charge towards Pandora’s current location and roll sideways whenever a projectile is launched in your direction, then strike the enemy repeatedly with melee combinations and charged blasts until she teleports out of range.
Continue using sideways combat rolls to dodge oncoming projectiles and continue detonating explosives, firing charged blasts or striking with melee combinations at close range to inflict damage upon Pandora until you have defeated the boss two separate times.

Chapter 23: Lord of the Underworld
As you soar above the clouds, use rapid fire or charged blasts to clear enemies from the path ahead and fly in evasive circles to dodge their counter-attacks.
Survive the first wave of enemies to dive through the clouds below and continue flying forward above a rocky canyon, then use a special attack to help in destroying the hover-castle that appears next.
During the descent into the crevice below, increase the speed of your evasive flight maneuvers and try to remove as many enemies from beneath you as possible with the aid of rapid fire.
Continue spraying rapid fire and blast through the columns that are extending to block the path ahead, then use a special attack to exterminate the next wave of jellyfish and enter a more narrow system of tunnels.
Fly in slower circles around the circumference of the narrow tunnel and change the direction of rotation each time a ball of electricity lays in your path, then continue forward until you encounter Hades and begin an attack approach.
Mow down the enemies flying by ahead to approach Hades at close-range and activate a cut scene in which the three sacred treasures are taken from you, then open fire on the enemy’s face and head until he counters by sucking your character into his body.
Move back and forth across the room to get a line of sight on all surrounding enemies as they appear, then target them one-by-one from a safe distance and destroy the opposing creatures by using charge blasts.
Make your way across the next available bridge at the back of the room and shoot down the group of enemies flying ahead, then continue forward and slice through the pink cell blocking the path.
Follow the hallway around the next corner and continue slicing through the pink cell obstacles blocking the path, then use melee combos to clear out the patrolling jelly fish and drop over the series of ledges ahead to reach the area below.
Shoot down the enemies ahead on the right and collect the item behind the pink cell to your left, then move forward across the area to approach the rising and falling green column in the distance.
Strike the green column to drop it down and climb on top, then make a right to strike and lower the next moveable pillar ahead.
Move onto the first green pillar and allow it to ascend again, then begin striking the larger column against the wall in front of you until it drops down as well.
Transfer to the ledge on your right and follow the path forward to cross the next area ahead, then use charged blasts and melee combos to clear away enemies that are blocking the road.
Enter the cave around the corner and fight your way through the tunnel to reach the next open room ahead, then use charged blasts to eliminate the box enemy hiding behind the rotating square panel in front of you.
Strike the bottom green block ahead and climb on top of it, then allow the rock to ascend again and attack the next column in front of you to drop it down.
Ascend on the uppermost green block to reach the next ledge and move to the right or left side of the room above, then use melee combinations and charged blasts to clear out the enemies that appear around you.
Climb onto the pink block at the back of the room and use it to reach the ledge above, then make your way forward between the lava pools and open fire on the enemies around the next corner.
Duck beneath the bridge ahead and continue forward into the next open area, then turn around and approach the enemy waiting against the wall in the distance.
Eliminate the enemy with charged blasts and make a left at the wall, then fight through the wave of creatures ahead and climb onto the next block that descends on your right.
Use the rising block to reach the ledge above and eliminate the enemy waiting at the top, then move right and climb onto another ascending column.
Rise to the ledge above and use melee attacks to clear out the surrounding enemies, then make your way down the next available path and retreat when you see the approaching square panel.
Sprint back down the path until you can turn out to the right, then wait for the square panel to pass by and make a left to continue down the previous road.
Clear the jellyfish from your path with a melee combo and continue following the road to grind the rail in the next area, then fire a charged blast to destroy the obstacle blocking the pipeline ahead and land on the platform below.
Sprint past the surrounding enemies to grind the rail at the opposite end of the area and fire a charged blast to clear the obstacle ahead, then transfer to the second pipeline that appears on your left and use it to reach the next platform above.
Jump back onto the previous rail and destroy the next obstacle in the pipeline ahead, then grind your way back across the room and land on the ledge below to enter the teleporter.
Collect the new weapon, then grind on the same rail from before to return to the previous platform above and turn right.
Approach the right edge of the platform and make your way down the spiraling incline below, then continue forward along the path to reach the next rail and grind on it.
Fire charged blasts to clear away obstructions blocking the tunnel ahead and continue riding the rail until you drop onto the next platform at the end, then mow down the first wave of enemies and collect the items left behind.
Use the ruins that descend as a means of cover during your assault on the second wave enemies, then finish clearing the platform and immediately begin rolling towards its outside edge to dodge the next set of falling obstacles.
Approach each enemy from the third wave to get within close-distance and wear them down to defeat by attacking with rapid fire or melee combinations, then finish clearing the platform and collect any items left behind.
Move in a circle around the fourth wave of enemies and clear them out from a safe distance with charged blasts, then open fire on the Crawler that appears and move around behind it to target the vehicle’s vulnerable red spot.
Destroy the Crawler and finish clearing the platform of enemies, then exit this area through the access tunnel that appears and use it to reach the next corridor below.
Use rapid fire to fight your way down the corridor and pass through the next door ahead, then cross the bridge to reach the room on the other side and enter the door in front of you to begin the boss battle.

Boss Battle: Heart of Hades
When the battle begins, sprint forward to the far edge of the area and turn right to open fire on Hades’ Heart.
Retreat from the boss when he ignites and charges towards you, then duck into one of the nearby side streets and remain there to avoid the large blast that’s released next.
Make your way across the room to enter a corridor that runs parallel with path currently occupied by one half of Hades’ Heart, then quickly move around behind the boss as it passes beside you and launch a charged blast assault.
Retreat from the current path you share with Hades’ Heart and duck into another nearby corridor before the boss is able to counter with an enormous energy blast.
Use the twists and turns of the maze to keep a safe distance from enemy attacks and to also place yourself in advantageous combat scenarios.
Continue popping out from around corners to fire charged blasts into both halves of Hades’ Heart and then immediately retreat to another corner of the labyrinth as a means of avoiding retaliation.
Focus your firepower on destroying the Heart equipped with a high-speed charging attack first, as this boss is the more difficult of the two to evade, then continue using the sharp corners of the maze to inflictt damage on the remaining enemy until the battle is won.

Chapter 24: The Three Trials
As you boost towards the setting sun in the distance, clear various enemies from the path ahead and navigate through the center of the oncoming smoke ring projectiles.
Fly in quick evasive circles and use rapid fire to mow down the enemies ahead, then position yourself between the dual cannons of the juggernaut that appears and destroy this opponent with a special attack.
Continue spraying rapid gunfire to shoot down the enemies flying in your line of sight, but use charged blasts for fending off the creatures that approach or charge towards you to attack at close range.
When a pair of square panels pass in front of you, target the enemy using them as cover while also dodging the green fireballs launched in your direction each time the plates come together and pull apart.
Survive the next wave of enemies to enter the domed structure, then use rapid fire or charged blasts to clear out the opposition blocking the corridor ahead and deploy a special attack when you encounter a group of jellyfish.
Fight your way through the ruins of the stone corridor to exit into outer space and encounter a series of large weaponry.
Fly into the top left corner of the screen to dodge the first three knife swipes, then position yourself at top-center screen to navigate through the electrified net deployed by the claws and shift into the screen’s bottom right corner after that to evade the final pair of swords.
Survive the wave of enormous weaponry attacks to reach and land in the next area, then collect the food in front of you and use the center platform to reach the next floor above.
FIRST TRIAL
Make your way up the long stretch of stairs ahead and use rapid gunshots or melee combos to mow down enemies blocking the path, then climb onto the uppermost platform above and eliminate the surrounding threats by firing charged blasts from a distance.
Move through the set of doors that you just unlocked to begin the first trial and encounter the Phoenix for a second round of boss battle.
Sprint towards the very center of the arena and run backwards so that you can begin opening fire on the Phoenix flying above.
Use the launchpad to vault over oncoming projectiles and the boss’ high-speed charge attack.
As you repeatedly launch yourself start up into the air, continue hitting the boss with rapid fire and charged blasts without stopping.
When the Phoenix deploys a cluster of three tornadoes, move around them in a circle and stay at a safe distance until the storms disintegrate.
Take advantage of the moments in which the Phoenix is hovering directly above you by immediately entering the launch pad to ascend and then striking the boss on your way up with various melee attacks.
Continue vaulting over or rolling away from the Phoenix’s various projectiles and use a non-stop assault of charged blasts to wear the boss down until the battle is won.
Make your way across the next staircase ahead and use melee strikes to clear away creatures that block the path.
Continue up the steps to encounter the Orne enemy, then immediately retreat in the opposite direction down the stairs and run backwards to open fire on the smaller creatures that approach from either side of the path.
Eliminate the smaller creatures to begin making your back up the steps and stay positioned against one side of the path as you approach the Orne for a second time.
Move slowly towards the Orne until he begins descending the steps and approaching your current location.
Stand still and wait for the Orne to approach within five or six steps of your location, then quickly execute a sideways roll to dodge the attack and reach the opposite side of the path.
Sprint forward past the Ornes and continue moving up the staircase to reach the next platform above.
Use melee strikes to clear out the surrounding enemies and continue forward up the next set of steps ahead to reach the uppermost landing.
Eliminate the initial wave of enemies by firing charged blast from a safe distance and staying constantly on the move.
Approach one of the treasure chests that currently encircle the battlefield, without activating the enemy within, then turn back towards the center of the area and use a melee strike to swat away the first bomb that approaches.
Stay where you are and swat away each bomb enemy that comes next until there are none remaining, then move around the platform and eliminate the booby-trapped treasure chests.
Move in a circle around the platform and take out the next wave of enemies from a safe distance by firing charged blasts.
Collect the food left behind and move through the set of doors you just opened to begin a second boss battle with Cragalanche.
When the battle begins, sprint sideways to dodge the approaching boss and roll away from him to evade the shockwave stomp.
Turn around to fire charged blasts into Cragalche’s vulnerable backside as you retreat to a safe distance and prepare for the boss’ next assault.
Whenever Cragalanche comes rolling toward you at a high speed, dive out of harm’s way at the last minute and sprint around behind the boss to weaken him further by firing charged blasts.
Connect with your charged blast strikes until Cragalanche is eventually knock to the ground, then sprint up against the fallen boss’s body and execute a flurry of melee combinations.
Move in a circle around Cragalance and continue to dodge his assault while firing charged blasts or executing dash attacks until the battle is won.
Make your way up the next available staircase and use charged blasts to shoot down the flying saucer, then continue climbing the steps ahead to reach the uppermost landing and collect the shield from the area’s center.
Use melee combinations to defeat the Juggernaut and other enlarged creatures that appear, then destroy the flying castle by firing charged blasts into its front doors.
Clear the remaining enemies from the platform and chase down the running treasure chest to collect the item within it, then move through the set of doors you just opened to being a second boss battle with the Kraken.
Retreat to a side of the platform that’s directly across from the Kraken’s tentacles and sweep your line of sight back and forth to monitor the boss’ movements.
Wait for one of the tentacles to suddenly curl up in attack preparation and target it with your crosshairs to begin firing rapid and charge blasts.
Charge towards the Kraken arm you are currently pelting with gunfire and maintain the assault at close range until the tentacle’s attack movement is interrupted.
Rotate your character 360 degrees at the platform’s center to keep constant niote of which tentacles you need to be firing upon and which ones you need to be rolling away from as they slam into the ground.
Continue using rapid fire to interrupt tentacle strikes in progress and to inflict individual damage upon each of the Kraken’s appendages.
When you have knocked down almost all of the tentacles at least once, approach each appendage at close range one-by-one and sever them from the Kraken’s body with a string of charged gunfire.
Sever the Kraken’s remaining tentacles to raise his head up out of the water and move to a safe distance in anticipation of oncoming projectiles.
Roll sideways to dodge the Kraken’s initial projectile launch and begin moving at a medium pace towards the boss’s location while firing charged blasts.
Sidestep or roll away from oncoming projectiles, as you cross the platform to move in close against the Kraken’s head, then strike the boss repeatedly with various melee combos and charged blasts until the battle is won.
SECOND TRIAL
After the cut scene, retreat to the opposite end of the room behind you and run backwards to begin opening fire with charged blasts on both bosses ahead.
Maintain an excessively safe distance from Magnus to better anticipate the boss’s next dash attack and roll around behind him at the last minute to inflict additional damage with melee combinations.
Retreat to a safe distance from both bosses again and use combat rolls to dodge Gaol’s oncoming projectile strikes while waiting for Magnus’ next dashing charge.
To inflict an equal amount of damage across both enemies within the same time frame, focus the entirety of your long-range charged gunshots at Gaol and strike Magnus with multiple melee combos each time you dodge his attack.
After you have substantially weakened both enemies over the course of a few minutes or so, defeat Magnus by striking him with a rapid assault of dash attacks and take down Gaol by deploying a final string of charged gunfire.
When Palutena arrives on the scene, dodge her oncoming projectiles by moving from side to side across the width of the platform and use rapid fire or charged blasts to begin inflicting damage from afar.
Use a zig-zagging escape route to outmaneuver the blue fireballs that slowly follow you around the area until they eventual disappear.
Continue dodging projectiles and hitting Palutena with charged blasts until a cut scene activates in which her true face is revealed.
Afterwards, sprint sideways across the room to stay ahead of the oncoming energy wave and use combat rolls to continue evading her follow-up projectile strikes.
Dodge Palutena’s repeated attacks and make your way over to the vicinity of the boss’ current location, then begin moving around her in a circle to better anticipate oncoming projectiles.
While repeatedly rolling and sprinting in an evasive circle around the enemy, fire charged gunshots and occasionally move in at close range for executing melee combinations until Palutena is defeated to activate the final boss battle.

Boss Battle: Great Sacred Treasure
When the battle begins, immediately begin firing charged blasts into the opponent across from you and sprint sideways to dodge the enemy’s oncoming dash attack.
While continuously firing charged gunshots into the boss’ body, dash forward between the tornado funnels that appear in front of you and sprint from side-to-side around the next volley of projectiles.
If the boss suddenly teleports to an area below the outer rim of the platform, immediately sprint sideways to escape the area he’s now targeting and don’t stop running until the floor beneath you is no longer glowing.
Remain still while the boss slices the platform you’re on in half, then return to assaulting the enemy with a combination of charged gunshots and melee combos.
Execute a string of dash attacks against the boss, allowing you to damage the enemy with powerful melee strikes and also sprint past the oncoming projectiles in the process.
Continue surviving the onslaught of projectile assaults and countering with attacks of your own until the battle is won.

Chapter 25: The War’s End
As you soar forward above the clouds, mow down the enemies ahead with your new weaponry and move the character from side-to-side when trying to avoid projectiles.
Fire a special attack to eliminate the whale creature ahead and continue blasting through the next wave of enemies until Hades appears.
Open fire on the enemy’s head and face as you rotate around him, then fly in wide evasive circles to dodge oncoming counter fire and maintain your line of assault.
Continue wearing down Hades with constant bursts of rapid fire until he eventually transforms himself into an enormous purple twister.
Fire rapid laser blasts into the purple tornado ahead, while swerving back and forth across the screen to avoid the powerful winds.
Use rapid fire to wear the purple twister down until Hades returns to his original form, then continue blasting the boss’ face as he pursues you through the next canyon ahead.
Fly in evasive circles to dodge the laser attacks, then continue pelting the boss’ face with rapid-fire until he falls out of frame and a cut scene activates.
While pursuing Hades through the wormhole above, shoot and destroy every last one of the silver buttons attached to the boss’ body as you forward fly in front of him.
After Hades flips over in mid-flight, destroy another series of silver buttons attached to the boss’ backside so that you may then ascend into air above his entire body.
Fly in wide evasive circles and destroy the various faces emerging from the skin on Hades’ back until a cut scene activates in which you acquire mech armor.
Afterwards, fire rapidly into the glowing red access points located inside Hades’ armpits until the boss extends one of his massive hands in your face.
Move in quick circles to dodge the enemy lasers, then destroy the weapon attached to Hades’ hand by firing directly into the boss’ open palm and repeat the process to disable his other arm.
Target the three laser turrets on Hades’ chest to destroy them with rapid fire as you dodge the beams by moving back and forth across the screen in quick succession.
Once the lasers are destroyed, continue flying in evasive circles and focus your attacks on the glowing blue energy at the center of Hades’ chest until the next cut scene activates.
Afterwards, attack the vulnerable areas of Hades’ stomach and shoot the next wave of oncoming projectiles out the sky before they can reach you.
Continue targeting Hades’ exposed stomach and inflict damage by spraying rapid gunfire into it, then fly in wide circles around the screen to maneuver past an approaching cluster of rotating square panels and avoid shooting the red one.
Destroy the next wave of oncoming projectiles as they appear and maneuver past additional rotating square panel obstacles ahead.
Maintain a steady stream of fire on the Hades” vulnerable midsection until a cut scene activates in which your character is knocked unconscious and falls helplessly towards the ground below, then line up the two onscreen red symbols to land safely.
As you helplessy watch Hades absorb massive amounts of energy into his head from the ground below, shift your crosshairs over the boss’ body until a cut scene activates in which Medusa comes to the rescue.
Afterwards, either fly back and forth across the center of the screen or move in a wide cautious circle to dodge the oncoming laser beams until the new cannon you’ve acquired has fully charged.
Wait for Hades to temporarily deactivate the laser beam that shoots from his head, then fly out in front of the boss’ exposed stomach weaknesses and fire the cannon to complete the game.
