Strike Force Missions
Strike Force Missions
Pyrrhic Victory
You begin as Mason, as he sees a soldier burning to death inside a vehicle. There’s nothing he can do, so he joins Savimbi as he rides on the side of one of the trucks. You’ll go on a bit of a ride until you reach an open African killing field.
When you get dropped off you’ll see dozens and dozens of enemy troops ahead. Pick them off as they come. When they get close, they use machetes. Push your way forward as you follow the vehicles for cover.
On the right side, there will be a flaming truck wreck. Access the vehicle to grab some mortar rounds for throwing. Grab the INTEL in the crater next to the wreck. Afterward, you can use these rounds on the mortar groups marked in yellow, specified as “targets”, however you don’t necessarily have to.
Hide behind the rocks as you keep pushing forward. When the enemy tanks appear, press “1″ to provide air support. You’ll be in control of an aerial vehicle. The enemy tanks will be marked in yellow. Press the “Left Mouse Button” to use the machine gun and the “Right Mouse Button” to fire rockets. Destroy the tanks with the rockets and use the machine gun for the ground troops.
After the flyby, a couple of MG trucks will appear. Take cover behind the friendly vehicles to pick off the gunners on the trucks. Call air support once again once the trucks are disabled. Continue blowing up the tanks. There will be another round after the initial four tanks. Blow up as much as you can on the third pass.
Join Savimbi on the truck to make a final push. You’ll ride alongside the truck, only this time, you’re able to shoot. Keep firing on the enemies as they get driven back. A helicopter will arrive once the battle is over. It’s Hudson looking for Woods. Mason hops on the helicopter to find Woods who is on a transport vessel on the Cubango River.
As the helicopter approaches the barge, you’ll need to jump off and take out the enemies on the deck. Once the enemies have been dealt with, use the gun on the right side of the boat to take out the pursuing gunboats. The second gun is on the second deck on the left. While you’re on the second deck, grab the INTEL a little ways past the machine gun along the wall. It’s in a corner.
When the gunboats are gone, head to Hudson to open the cargo container. It’s filled with dead bodies, but they’ll find Woods toward the end of the container. He’s in rough shape.
As you leave, a Hind will be right behind the boat. Grab the Valkyrie Launcher next to the container by the pile of wooden crates. Aim at the Hind and guide the missile to it, to keep it off you for good.
The barge will run aground. Swim down to grab Woods before he sinks to the bottom, then swim backwards toward shore. You’ll be holding on to Woods for this part of the mission. Follow Hudson as the trio head into the jungle. There’s a village ahead. Take cover by the log when Hudson tells you to.
When it’s clear, follow Hudson to the wooden cabin, however, you’ll need to stay crouched first, then move. Inside the cabin, crouch again, then keep still until Hudson tells you to go. You’ll head for the grass. Once in the grass, stay still, then continue to follow Hudson, when the enemy troops have passed.
Up ahead, you’ll be on your own. Pick the lock on the wooden storage shed by holding “F”. Grab the animal traps. For future reference, press “1″ to access them, then press “LMB” to deploy. Head up the hill, then enter the shack through the window. You’ll meet Menendez.
After the explosion, run toward Hudson and follow him as he also runs with Woods. Hudson will stop with Woods by some rocks where you’ll need to defend the area from the slew of enemies. Use the watchtower in the tree to pick off the enemies. When Hudson throws smoke, it’s time to move to the next defend area.
The second defend area has two watchtowers this time. The watch tower with the ammo crate near it has INTEL ready to be picked up. After keeping the enemies off for a while, follow Hudson after he throws smoke. Follow the river. You’ll pass by a waterfall. Defend the area as MG trucks appear. Stay in cover and take shots at the trucks.
Hudson then notifies you of a boat on the beach. Grab Woods. A helicopter will appear and will help you get rid of the pursuing troops. It’s Savimbi here to save the day.

Celerium
You begin on a cliff side as David Mason. He’s partnered up with Harper as they’re about to traverse a mountain in an interesting way. When you’re ready, press “RMB” to signal Harper. He’ll swing down. Quickly press “A” to help him swing to the other side.
When Harper is set, it’s your turn to jump. Press “Space” to leap, and as you swing up, press and hold both the left and right mouse buttons to grab hold of the cliff side with the nano gloves. Repeat the process until you reach level ground. You’ll meet up with Crosby and Salazaar.
Walk with the squad to the other cliff side, then press the left and right mouse buttons to deploy the wingsuit. When you’re ready, jump off the cliff and follow the markers. Use the mouse to steer your way above the jungle canopy. Hold shift if you need to steer at a sharper angle. When you head through the hole, aim at the cliff ahead, then deploy your chute by pressing “F”. You’ll land safely.
Follow Harper as the squad comes upon a group of enemies. When you’re ready, press “4″ to deploy an EMP grenade to kill the enemy cloaking system, then shoot your way up the stairs on the hill. If you kept your default gun, you’ll notice the Red Dot Sight scans a window where you’re aiming. You can see enemies using this, from anywhere, even behind cover.
Keep moving up the hill using the stairs. Ahead you’ll see a helicopter taking off. You can access one of the drones by cutting the portion of it underneath. You can use its turret to clear out the enemies ahead. Grab the INTEL behind this drone in a garage behind it.
Push past the drone airfield into the ruins. Enemy turrets will be in full effect here. Throw some EMPs to take care of them, then continue pushing forward with the squad. Move up the metal ramps, then take care of more foot soldiers. Head through the archways and eventually the entrance to the ruins. Harper will blow open the doors. There’s a secret facility inside.
Enter the facility. Access the footlocker and you’ll put on a suit that uses optical camo. Press “2″ to turn it on. Head through the corridor. Take notice of the office on the left side with a potted plant. There’s a piece of INTEL there, however, you’ll trigger an explosion when you continue through the corridor. Enemy ASDs will appear.
Clear out the room ahead that will now have a wave of soldiers appear. They’ll be coming down the stairs and through the doors under the stairs. Once the room is cleared, head upstairs. You’ll see a mechanical arm in the next room. Eliminate the enemies across the room.
Move through the smaller rooms then move down the stairs past the bleeding man. Look ahead and an elevator will come up housing four enemies. Shoot them before they even get off the elevator. Afterward, enter the elevator, then press the button to go down.
When you reach the bottom, you’ll be facing a large corridor with more enemy troops and an ASD. Neutralize the place as you move through the labs toward the objective marker.
You’ll be entering the next section. The paint in the area turns from red to yellow. Access the locker marked number 3, to have an ASD fight for you, then follow the squad to the room with the wide metal door. Someone is hiding in the storage crate. His name is Erik Breighner.
After a short conversation, enemy troops will crash through the ceiling. Take cover and take them out one by one. Also, if you look to the crate on the right, you can grab a shield which you can plant on the ground, then be used for cover.
When the enemies have been repelled, head to the left locking mechanism to open the metal doors to grab the Celerium. Follow Erik as he takes out the Celerium. Unfortunately, he won’t make it and you’ll have to shoot your way out.
Look at the desk past the blown out wall to grab the INTEL .
Head up the metal staircase to clear the next room full of enemies. Keep following the marker through the corridors and labs. You’ll reach a long corridor. Eventually you’ll hear the extraction team lead by a man named Briggs.

Old Wounds
The mission starts as Mason meets Woods in 1986 Afghanistan. Soon enough the Chinese arrive on horseback. Get on the horse by pressing “F”, then follow the group as they ride through the desert, toward the leader of the Mujahideen for information on Menendez.
When you get close to the broken archway into the camp, take note of the wooden bridges on the left side. One of the bridges leads to a mouth of a cave. The INTEL is found on the right side, inside the cave.
Keep following the leader, then dismount the horse by pressing “F”. Enter the cave with Woods and Zhao. They’ll meet Hudson inside along with Rahmaan, leader of the Mujahideen. The plan is to hold off the Russian attack, so the squad can be given information on Menendez.
In the map room, once you’re in control again, check out the wooden crates on the side of this room to grab more INTEL . The Russians will begin the attack. Head out the way you came, then get on the horse. Follow Zhao and Woods to the broken archway. Follow them as they ride out. They’ll reach another set of ruins.
Get off the horse and follow the squad as they clear the area ahead. BTRs will start to push through the ruins. Head to the marker marked “Weapons” to grab a stinger on the second floor of a building, then take out the two BTRs.
Immediately run back down to the entrance of the ruins and plant a cratering charge under the archway. Hold “F” to do so. Once it’s planted, run to the wall in front of you to get away from the blast radius, then detonate the charge.
Get on your horse and switch to the stinger. You’ll need to ride around the open area and take out the tanks. As you’re riding around look for a large spire with a red flag near it. There will be some ammo crates and tires as well. Grab the INTEL .
Take out the tanks rolling in, preferably from behind if possible. Once they’re scrap metal, helicopters begin to appear. Press “5″ with the stinger equipped to use the lock-on feature of the stinger. Start your assault on the helicopters.
When the helicopters are down, move to the ammo cache to the east to defend the area. The ammo cache will be in a cave, near the twin bridges. You’ll need to be on foot. After the area has been taken over, it’s time to return to base. As you exit, watch out for the helicopters. Take them out before you proceed.
Ride your horse back to base. Woods and Zhao will be waiting for you. After you hear Woods talking about the situation in the future, the Russian assault is almost at the base’s doorstep. The squad then rides out to meet them.
You’ll be knocked back with your horse on top of you. Press the left and right mouse buttons to get the horse off you. Woods will pick you up. Watch the cut-scene as you hop on the tank and take it out, while grabbing a prisoner, Kravchenko.
Back at the base, you’ll be interrogating Kravchenko. To gain more information, resist the urge to shoot him, by repeatedly trapping the “F” button. Eventually, he’ll spill the information, but Rahmaan will betray you and leave you out in the desert to die.
You’re then saved by Reznov?

Time and Fate
You’re in Nicaragua for this mission and you’ll actually be in the shoes of the antagonist, Raul Menendez. He’ll go crazy after his sister is thrown toward the vanity, but will eventually be sedated. When Raul wakes, Noriega sets him free, but Raul knocks him out and goes on a rampage.
Move down the hill and kill the folks who are trying to do you harm. Follow the road up, then take the stairs up when you reach the shacks on stilts. Move through the houses while taking out the enemies.
Soon, you’ll come upon an axe resting by the doorway. Grab it and Raul will throw it at one of the soldiers who are circling around civilians. Clear the initial area, then keep eliminating soldiers up the hill, past the car.
When you reach the top, head to the barn on the left. It’s on fire. Careful of the horses that start heading your way. Grab the piece of INTEL in the wagon on the right, before you leave the barn. Move up through the wooden gate. Keep killing enemies as you head for the marker.
Follow the road up to the estate. A truck will smash through it so you can head inside. Clear the courtyard as you carve a path inside the house. Once inside, head upstairs, then through the door. You’ll see Woods as Hudson tries to tackle you. A grenade will also be seen, being thrown in slow motion.
The scene ends there, thus beginning the other side of the story, with Woods, Mason and Hudson. Move down the hill to the river. Take cover by the rocks, then assault the buildings ahead. Move through the village with the estate looming overhead. Keep following the road through the village. Soon enough you’ll reach a set of stairs. Take the right set to flank the enemies. Continue up the road.
Take cover behind the rock on the left, then take out the machine gunner on the truck. Proceed further up the road past the now, demolished truck. The road will become narrower. There will be a house on the left hand side. A machine gunner will be parked next to the house. Take him out first, then clear the enemy troops defending the house.
Enter the house, then head up the stairs. More enemies will be inside. Move toward the sliding doors to the balcony. You’ll see Menendez down the hill. Drop down from the balcony. Access the garage door to grab some mortar rounds for throwing.
Up ahead will be the estate with troops flooding the stairs going down in the middle. Look to the right and you’ll see an opening that you can use to flank, but the even better part is, it accesses the bell tower. Climb up. Grab the INTEL on the way. Use the Dragunov to pick off the enemies down in the courtyard as well as the snipers in the other bell towers. Things will quiet down when it’s clear.
Follow Woods to the metal gate after the game plan is devised. Head down to the coke lab. Access the locked door on the left. It’s an armory. Grab whatever you want, then head out into the lab and start neutralizing folks. Follow the markers to get through the underground lab.
When you reach the stairs, clear the hallway, then head left into the room to grab more INTEL. Head back out and make a left into a room with a lot of filing cabinets. Look for a desk with a tan folder on top of it labeled as “CIA Memo”.
Follow Woods through the door and up the ladder. Woods will do the rest, but keep following him. You’ll see Raul down the hallway as you see Woods throw a grenade.

Strike Force Missions
Fallen Angel
Welcome back to the future as this mission begins in Pakistan. During the briefing, you’ll get to know a man named Defalco. When the mission actual starts, you’ll be fixing the CLAW to take care of enemies zeroing in on your position. Grab the INTEL on the shelves in this room.
You can tell the CLAW to direct its fire where you aim, by pressing “1″, then pressing “LMB”. Use the CLAW to cut a swath through the enemies as you leave the building and enter the flooded street. As you fight, access the other CLAW to unlock it’s flamethrower. Always fun.
Access the panel to open the garage door. The team will split up bringing the CLAWs with them to provide cover on the rooftops. It’s now you and Harper. Fight your way through the street. Stay on the left side with Harper.
When Harper reaches the gate, a bus in the distance will start flowing down the street. Quickly get to Harper to help him open the gate. Repeatedly tap “F” to open it to avoid being crushed.
Before entering the archway ahead, look right toward another archway, bathed in red light. There’s some INTEL below the light. Follow Harper through the alleyway. When you reach the next street, a drone will be scouting the area. Follow Harper to avoid the searchlights of the drone in this stealth sequence.
When you make it to the ruined building, grab the INTEL on the ground where a part of the building collapses. At the sewer entrance, take out the guy on the right, as Harper takes out the other. Head through the sewer tunnel. Access the metal door to gain information about the SOC-Ts.
After Mason contacts Briggs, Harper and Mason will need to go on the rooftop to provide observation. Target the roof to rope up, then knife-kill the enemies on the rooftop. From here, you’ll need to scan Menendez in the trainyard. Look for guy in the white suit. You’ll begin to hear the conversation, which is being recorded.
They will move out of range multiple times. Keep following Harper to continue recording Menendez. You’ll do this for a total of four times. After the fourth time, move with Harper as you both swim underneath, through a flooded lab. Menendez will be directly above you, and know about where you are. Swim once again to the staircase. Fight your way through the corridor, then the garage.
Press “5″ to control Brutus. He’ll shred the enemies in front of the garage. You’ll need control Maximus as it’s on the rooftop. Take out the troops on the ground as well as the drone.
When Salazaar shows up, head into the vehicle. You’ll hack a drone, which will clear the way before you drive through streets. To accelerate the truck press “W”. Drive through the streets as fast as you can. During the jump press “Space” to speed boost. In mid-air, you’ll get a choice of either using the drone or the SOC-T. Either way, you’ll need to clear a path.
Soon enough, you’ll be in control of Mason again as he drives the truck. Harper will mention avoiding the fire. To do this, immediately head right as you pass by under the fire. You’ll reach the evac site past the flares. You’ll see Zhao.

Strike Force Missions
Karma
It’s time to head to the Cayman Islands in search of Karma. You’ll be disguised in this mission as you infiltrate the Colossus Resort. Follow the squad through several checkpoints, then the elevator.
Harper will split up with Mason and Salazaar. When the elevator stops, two guards will be in the way. Take them out, then follow Salazaar through the room under construction. Access the table to take control of Ziggy, a mechanical spider. Move through the vents using Ziggy. He’ll be able to cling to the sides of the vent like an alien from the Alien movies.
After you see the troops planting explosives, zap the panel ahead, then continue through the vent, then the blue and red pipes. Ziggy will then need to take out a lone guard and get a retinal scan. Ziggy will get crushed.
Follow Salazaar to the retinal scanner. Sweep the server room ahead. Access the server, when the room is clear. Grab the INTEL on the desk. Look for the large black cable on the floor that leads to the desk.
Head inside the terminal and access it as Mason searches for keyword “Karma”. To move through the menus on the monitor, press the button indicated, usually “D” or “W”, then sweep the mouse in the direction indicated as well. Mason will find out Karma is a woman. It’s time to go to Club Solar. Grab Ziggy before you leave.
The door will open. Clear the room and adjacent hallways that are under construction. You’ll move from rooms under construction to fully furnished offices. Sweep the lobby after the smoke dissipates, then take the elevator.
As you’re in the elevator, you’ll see Harper warn Chloe about terrorists. Move through the club as you make your way to Chloe and Harper. Defalco will then take Chloe and it’s up to you to chase Defalco before he leaves with Chloe.
After being holed up behind the bar, take advantage of the three slow motion sequences to take out the enemies on the dance floor. You’ll then see Mason flip through the cameras to find out where Chloe is.
Once she’s found, Harper and Mason asks a guard to open the security armory. Access the locker to grab an electrified knuckle duster. Head through the corridor to the mall. Move through the mall as you take out more enemies. While you’re at the mall, you might as well shop for some INTEL. Look for the shop named D’HO. There’s intel inside.
Before you help Salazaar open the door, access the door on the left of where Salazaar is, to hack an ASD. Once you help Salazaar open the door, civilians will rush out. Move down the stairs and through the golden arches. No, not McDonald’s. Hug the right wall. Clear the path full of enemies. Right before the stairs, there’s a kiosk with some INTEL on it.
Quickly head up the staircase. You know you’ve got Defalco’s attention when the camera slows down. Take out two of his grunts, then Defalco himself. His shots are more powerful than most, so be careful.
Once Defalco is dead, you’ll have rescued Chloe as the squad heads to the chopper.

Suffer With Me
You begin as Woods in this mission as you park in a neighborhood. You’ll meet Mason and McKnight as they chat about Menendez. Enter the storage shack to grab the bag. You’ll be notified of Operation False Profit.
After getting off the raft, follow Mason to leave the beach. Climb the ladder, then throw the knife at the enemy about to pop a flare. Clear the courtyard, then head down the stairs. Follow Mason through the ruined street and into the warehouse. Open the locker to grab a Nightengale. It distracts enemies.
Move up the metal staircase, then clear the rooftops. Mason will open the skylight. Drop down and access the room with your lockpick to grab a flak jacket. Look for a storeroom with stairs that lead down. Before you head down, check the shelves to grab INTEL.
Head down to the tarmac where the plane is. Eliminate the enemies, especially the one using the machine gun on the truck. Use that gun to clear the area, then follow Mason through to the motel. You’ll meet up with Noriega. Hudson then gives you a new task. There’s a Nexus target, and Noriega has information on it.
You’ll begin in the slums as you see some bad guys beating up a medical team. Neutralize the hostiles as you continue to move through the slums with Noriega. Move through the city toward the marker. Take whatever route you choose to get to the marker. You’ll reach a checkpoint at the park. Stay right.
As the explosion in the courtyard (past the park) ahead kicks up dust, look for a building marked Gran Fans Herramientes. Look for a two story home. Inside will be some INTEL along with an ammo crate.
Make a push to the church through its courtyard. I’d suggest take the left route. It’s easier to flank this way, plus there’s more cover. Continue along the street as you fire at hostiles. Breach the door where Mason and Noriega are crouched.
Inside the medical clinic, Mason and Woods are still escorting Noriega. When the hallway turns left, enter the room directly ahead to grab INTEL. Follow the corridor down. You’ll hear a woman asking for help. As you attempt to help her, a thug jumps you. Noriega will run for it. Aim down the corridor and litter it with bodies.
Move upstairs and you’ll see Noriega crash through a wall. Help him up, then run down the corridor to avoid machine gun fire from an aerial vehicle. Jump to the building, then walk down the alleyway to the checkpoint.
As Woods, you’ll follow Noriega up an elevator to a balcony. Eventually the Nexus target arrives. Noriega says it’s Menendez. When he arrives, take the shot. If you haven’t figured it out already by now, it’s not Menendez, it’s Mason.

Achilles Veil
You begin as Farid, who is undercover working for Menendez. Follow Menendez as he heads out and makes a speech. When the courtyard is cleared of his supporters, stay to the right of the courtyard as you pass by the archways.
Through the archway, you’ll see a fountain. Don’t go through there yet. Instead, make a quick left up the stairs. Grab the INTEL, then continue up the stairs to access an optical camo suit. Head back down as you move through the marketplace. Enter the buildings as you move through, toward the marker, so they can provide cover.
Move through the building where the drone crash lands on your right. You’ll reach a balcony with a crashed VTOL on the ground in the distance. Move through the balcony as you pass by friendlies firing down at the courtyard.
Since you have camo, you can sneak by the smaller encounters. As you move toward the marker, part of the building to your right collapses. Stay right in this area. You’ll see a black metal gate. Access it to open it. Head up the stairs to the balcony, then move through the houses as you reach street level.
Eliminate the enemies on the street. Up ahead, you’ll see friendlies guarding a turquoise door. They’ll move out of the way for you. Enter the door ahead. You’ll see Menendez. He’ll shoot down Harper’s VTOL. As Farid, you can either kill Harper or kill Menendez. If you try to kill Menendez, however, he’ll stop you and take you out instead, saving Harper’s life, at the expense of your own.
You’ll immediately be thrust into the boots of Mason using the turret to take out rooftop hostiles. He’ll see Harper, but will need to follow Salazaar. You’ll have a drone you can use for targeting. Move through the alleyway. Up ahead, you’ll see a wheel barrow. Opposite the wheel barrow on the other side of the street is a house with crates inside. Look behind those crates for INTEL.
Move through the streets as you see fit. You can stay on the streets or go upstairs and utilize the high ground. Either way, follow the marker. At the choke point, careful of the automated turret. Blast it, then continue through. The path becomes rockier and more open, as you’ll move onto a cliffside. Stay in cover, preferably inside a structure and pick off the enemies one at a time. Don’t forget to use the drone.
Keep moving through the rocky pass. On the right will be a building with a satellite on top. Head up to the roof using the ladder and grab the INTEL.
Continue following the path into the brick house. Move down the stairs, then head for the bridge. Stay inside the house and pick off the enemies coming down from the bridge. When things are clear, head up the stairs, then make a left up the hill.
As you reach the top, the dust forms a slight haze. Manuever your way through the rocks and enemies until you reach the VTOL, which contains Menendez. He’ll give up.

Odysseus
You’ll be aboard the USS Barack Obama. As you chat with Menendez in the interrogation room, the ship will come under attack. He’ll escape his shackles and take Salazar hostage. Menendez will knock you out.
As you come to, Salazar wakes you up. Access the footlocker and grab the electrical knuckle duster. Enter the armory and take whatever weapon you want. When you’re done, open the door Salazar is standing next to. Eliminate the enemies in the corridor as you push forward.
Continue down the corridor past the blue couches, then head up the stairs. Salazar and Mason will split up. Go up and you’ll see the attack happening outside. Follow the path of the balcony and eliminate the numerous enemies through the corridor. Head through the next door, which is cracked open a bit.
You’ll enter the comm room where enemies and a turret will be lying in wait. To the right is a panel. You can access the turret and clear the room. Stay to the right of the room. You’ll immediately see INTEL on the desk, which leads to the ship’s systems panel. Use the panel.
After accessing it, move down the stairs. You’ll come upon another balcony with a sniper rifle leaning on the wall. Grab it and provide overwatch for the troops on the ground. Once you’re done, continue down the path into a room where a group of enemies are held.
Move down the stairs to the bowels of the ship. Clear the corridor, then proceed forward, continuing to make your way down past the American flag hung on the wall. The rooms ahead are flooded. Clear the area, then enter the next one with red pipes abound. On your way, access the panel to take control of a turret.
Make your way down, passing by the red pipes. Follow the path to the terminal and Mason will ask about the security feed.
As Raul Menendez, you’ll sneak up behind Briggs and take him hostage. You’ll also find out that Salazar is a traitor. From here you can either kill Briggs or wound him, by shooting him in the leg. Raul will then upload a virus into the system.
Mason witnesses everything. Move through the vents. When you exit the vents, you’ll reach the room where Briggs is. Access the terminal as Harper arrives. Pair up with Harper as you move down the stairs. You’ll see Harper go down a corridor that’s lit up red. Don’t go down yet. Instead, head upstairs on the right into a small office area where there’s some INTEL waiting for you.
Head down to where Harper went to find Salazar. Harper will shoot him. Head to the elevator that leads to the flight deck. Take cover with the water to your back. Aim up and pick off the enemies shooting down at you.
When the elevator comes up, clear the way. There’s an outpost on the left which you can access to gain control of a drone. If you head toward the right side of the deck, look for a VTOL that’s labeled 4737 on the back wing. There’s INTEL inside.
Use the VTOLs for cover as you clear the deck of the ship. Shoot your way to the VTOL you need to get to, and you’ll take off.

Cordis Die
The VTOL that’s being used to protect the President will go down. Good thing Mason and Harper are inside. It’s time to go to the prom. You’ll begin the mission in an armored vehicle. It will go down eventually. When you’re in control, move to the AA gun on top of a vehicle hanging on the freeway. You can lock on multiple targets, then unleash a flurry of missiles. Use the targeting system on the bottom to locate aerial hostiles.
Run down the freeway. You’ll have to make choice when you make it to the waypoint. You’ll either rappel down the freeway or use the sniper rifle to provide support. Either way, you’ll need to protect the president. I personally rappeled down. From here, look up high and take out the snipers as you make your push foward. You’ll see two armored vehicles ahead.
On the street, look for a police motorcycle with it’s lights and sirens blaring. Past that on the right, is a bus. Behind that is wrecked, flaming car. Grab the INTEL near the car.
You’ll need to clear the way before you can use the vehicles. Move up and eliminate the hostiles ahead. When they’re down, follow Harper. You’ll take point. Drive through the cars as you drive along the freeway. Move left to avoid the rubble, then stay right as you see the freeway collapse. Eventually, you’ll be hit by a truck.
When you wake up, you’ll exit the vehicle from the top. You’ll see Anderson get hit. When you’re in control, grab the RPG. You’ll need to take out two enemy CLAWs. Move down the street following the train cars on the right. Also, as you move down the street, look for a “Hotel Kaylor”. Inside is some INTEL to be gathered. It’s on top of the reception desk in front of the framed blue hologram.
When you enter the “Downtown Plaza”, head left and enter the mall labeled, “Shops at the Plaza”. Head to the second floor. On the right hand side is a kiosk store named “Wes’s T-Shirts”. Grab the INTEL located at the bottom shelf.
As you reach the top of the stairs, you can access a door that leads to a SAM. Just like the freeway sequence, target the drones. Eventually the SAM will be disabled. Go back down the way you came, then continue moving through the mall.
When you make it outside, you’ll reach a patio with tables. In the distance is a sign that says “Chez Yanick”. Take out the enemies underneath the sign and in the courtyard below. Move down the stairs, past the Leung store. Help the French vehicle on the road, by taking out the RPGers on the left side of the vehicle.
Continue moving forward past the blue smoke. Anderson will go down. Move through the street. Eventually a building will topple over knocking you out once again.
When you come to, follow Harper through the haze toward Anderson. She’s still alive. Now it’s time to pilot a VTOL. The controls are like driving a car, but you can pitch your nose up and down, as well as strafe. Provide covering fire for the convoy below. Use the “LMB” to fire machine guns and “RMB” to fire rockets. Wait for the lock-on when you use the rockets.
Fast moving drones will then attack. Follow these drones in the air by holding “Space” to speed up. You’re in full control of the VTOL here, so you can actually leave the mission area. Keep taking out the drones until the VTOL gets disabled. You’ll eject and see Harper on the ground as the convoy rolls up.

You’ll be landing in Haiti in this final mission. You’ll be jumping out of the back of the plane using the wing-glide. As you descend, avoid the explosions and debris before you hit the shore.
Upon landing, head left to avoid the confrontation just ahead of you for now. You’ll find an access crate next to building 22 that houses a Quad. This will help taking out the troops. Now you can head toward the firefight. Take out the CLAW and the enemy soldiers up the road. When things are clear on the road that leads up, move forward. Building 26 should be ahead of you.
Take out the hostiles in building 26 and as you keep pushing forward, a pair of guntrucks appear. Immediately take cover, then take them out. Also keep an eye out of enemies on the rooftops.
Take a look at the building numbers when you reach the courtyard. Look for building number 27. It has a garage attached to it. The INTEL is on the second floor of the structure.
Hug the wall on the right side. When you reach the top of the stairs, eliminate the enemies ahead, then head for the entrance of the building. As you keep hugging the wall on the right, there’s a room with weapons, including an RPG, which you’ll need to use to take out a CLAWs before moving inside.
When you approach the building, stay at the door and pick off the enemies inside before moving in. Keep an eye on the enemies upstairs. Move through the lobby when it looks clear and take out any stragglers along the way. Move downstairs.
A sliding door will open. Enter the room and prepare for another firefight as you move past desks and server rooms. You’ll eventually reach a room where you’ll see CLAWs on an assembly line above. If you have the access kit, make your way around the balcony to access a panel that puts the ASDs on your side.
Move downstairs through the archway and into the corridor full of enemy ASDs. Once they’re turned into scrap metal continue moving toward the broadcast room. Clear the broadcast room, then head up the stairs to the main panel.
Looking down at the main panel, you’ll see that there are six rows of terminals below. From the top, go down to the second row to find INTEL . It’s underneath a monitor that’s slightly askew. Use the panel and you’ll see Menendez transmitting a live webcast.
After the webcast, an explosion will occur. Follow Harper through a corridor that’s now on fire. Push through to “Checkpoint 4″. You’ll reach a set of stairs you need to climb up. Keep moving through the rooms toward the waypoint. Follow the explosions. They will lead you to your destination.
You’ll reach some sliding doors that enemies will pour out of. The pillars in this room are light blue in color. They’re full of enemies in camo suits. Head down to the bottom most area of this room to grab INTEL , then head back up to the top most floor. Keep taking out the guys in camo through the corridor. Slide under the garage door.
An explosion will occur. You’ll see Menendez ahead. You’ll drop down and slide on the rubble. You’ll be in slow motion. Using your weapon, aim at the two enemies as you slide down. You’ll tackle-stab Menendez.
From here, it’s up to you. Do you kill him? Or do you capture him? Now every decision that you have made, will determine your ending. Congratulations! You’ve just beaten Call of Duty: Black Ops II!

Strike Force Missions
FOB Spectre
I’ll be honest, these strike force missions have been a pleasant surprise, but it takes a little while to get used to how to control things. First of all, you have teams that are made up of either ground troops, Quads, CLAWs, ASDs and turrets.
Each unit is selectable by pressing their corresponding number key. You can press “Tab” to get a birds eye view of the action. If you want to take control of a unit from this angle, press “Tab” on the unit. You can also hold the corresponding number key that’s attached to the team to control them.
You can also move units from bird’s eye view. Simply select a unit pressing their attached number, then press 4/”LMB” to move that unit on the map. If you hold “4″ you’ll move the entire platoon to that spot.
You can also direct fire on specific units. When highlighted, press 4/”LMB” to do so. Also, while in first person view you can direct soldiers to a spot you want them to move to by pressing 4/”LMB”.
So FOB Spectre has three points that you need to defend, while the SDC try to capture them. If the defend points are captured, you have to go to a fall back position where the central point is (satellite station), as a last stand.
Since you don’t have many units, the best way, I found, is to defend just point A and B. Move the CLAW to point B along with some ground troops and put one squad at point A. The squad in point A is where you’ll spend your time in first person. Point A also has a turret that you will use to defend against ground troops, but more importantly, enemy CLAWs.
Keep an eye on point B just in case a lot of the troops fall. Remember, however, that friendly troops will be replenished. You have 50 seconds to prepare. Afterward, you have 10 minutes to repel the attack for mission success. After 10 minutes, if there are enemies, simply eliminate the remaining forces.

Shipwreck
Instead of defending, you’ll be attacking this time around. Maneuver yourself and your squad toward the defend points. Point A is the closest. When you eliminate the area of enemies, plant a network intruder to capture that area as yours. Move your troops with you as you move to the next point.
Next, go to defend point B. It will be surrounded by cargo containers. There are a lot of enemy troops abound. Once each point is secure, put friendly troops there to defend it.
Now head toward the last defend point, C. Circle around the perimeter and take out any ASDs and ground troops. Also, bring your friendly troops to you, to watch your back as you plant the last network intruder on the missile truck.
Once you’ve successfully hacked the missile truck, press “F” to launch a strike. You’ll get an overhead view. Aim the missile at the ship. Once it’s gone, it’s mission success.

IED
This is an escort mission and won’t have any human troops, only Quads and ASDs.
Use the Quads to scout ahead of the route the convoy takes to destroy IEDs (marked red) as well as enemy RPG soldiers high up on the rocks. They’ll be marked as a red glob.
Switch to the ASD when there are enemy tanks. They can take them out fairly quickly by using rockets. The enemy tanks will be marked as a red glob as well.
So essentially to survive this mission, scout ahead to eliminate any threats and when there’s enemy armor, switch to the ASD to take them out.

Dispatch
The best way, I found, to get through this mission is to take the right side, after you pass by the turned over bus in the middle of the street. There are a lot of enemies here and taking the right side moves you inside structures.
It’s best to stay inside, since staying out in the open is deadly because there are numerous troops targeting the streets. It’s pretty much a kill zone.
Also, if you stay to the right and hug it, moving from building to building, it will lead right to Zhao’s crashed VTOL. Along the way, be careful of a crapload of ASDs along with stationary turrets.
When you reach the VTOL, dispatch the two turrets and ASDs, then quickly plant the network intruder after clearing the area. Now head to a safe place, preferably the doorway you came from on the right hand side, and eliminate the enemy troops as they arrive.
Once the point has been successfully defended, head to the back of the VTOL and you’ll shoot Zhao, then take a picture for evidence.
