Collecting the ctOS towers in Watch Dogs is no easy feat. as you have to hack, jump and climb your way to various points. But with each of the Watch Dogs ctOS towers, you’ll unlock a fast travel point for your character, Aiden Pearce, to get around with even quicker. So you may find it helpful to follow the walkthrough and collect towers sooner rather than later! The next list details the ctOS towers in the Loop and Mad Mile areas of the game.

The Loop – South Side Campus Tower
You’ll find a scissor lift and air-conditioning unit down an alleyway below the ctOS tower, use one of these to ascend to the roof. Then climb over the fence on the roof, run up the stairs and head to the higher roof on the left of the junction box. Up on the higher roof you can connect to the camera behind you and unlock the door switch in the fenced area. Pan the camera left to see another camera, which you’ll use to activate the unlock box. Once you’ve done this you can walk through the gate, head to the ctOS tower and work your magic.
The Loop – Theater Square Tower
Take the scissor lift in the alleyway to access the low roof in this location. On the roof you first need to face the tower and then turn right to look at the camera in the building corner close-by. With that you’ll see an unlock switch by panning right, activate it. Now you’ll need to flick through the available cameras until you come across one that has a view of the billboard and an unlock switch, which needs hacking. You’ve now cleared the path to the ctOS tower: turn right after the gate, cross the bridge and go through another gate. You’ll arrive at the tower after climbing up air-conditioning units to the roof.
The Loop – Riverside Tower
You may be tempted to take the swing stage at this location, don’t! You’ll only be faced with a locked door if you do. Climb the ladder near the pallet steps instead, then make your way across the walkway and up the stairs to get to a camera. The required camera is a few flicks away from the camera you first access, you’ll see a switch box behind the tower with it. The switch box opens the gate, allowing you to walk to the tower and unlock it.
Mad Mile – Franklin Tower
This ctOS tower location is a tad tricky, but we’re here to guide you through it. To unlock the first switch box you need to stand by the pointed security fence and hack the camera scanning the tower area. The switch box is in a corner of the area. Next you’ll need to find a boat and moor it at the jetty beneath the building. Having gone up the steps, track the data flow going west and discover a ladder taking you up to the roof. A switch box on that roof unlocks the adjacent gate, which will direct you to the ctOS tower you’re looking for.
Mad Mile – River East Tower
When stood in the park at this location, you’ll need to head towards the apartment block on the east side, where you will find a switch box near the ground. After unlocking that, go south and locate the scissor lift around the corner. It will take you up to the roof and the ctOS gate you unlocked. From there make your way to the glass roof and activate the switch box behind you. There is just an AC unit, two fences and another glass roof separating you and the ctOS tower, you can handle that, right?
Mad Mile – Gold Coast Tower
Starting in the car park, make your way up the stairwell and to the top of the area. You’ll then need to drop down to the concrete walkway below. There will be a non-functional “intrude” box by an AC unit, turn right here and track the data flow clockwise until you come across a switch box. Active the box then go back to the intrusion box you saw before, you will now be able to hack into a server room. Once inside the room, hack the laptop camera that views the next switch box you need to unlock. From here you should approach the adjacent tower and unlock the final ctOS tower.
