The Last of Us: Remastered Comic Book Locations Guide

Having won over 200 awards as Game of the Year, Naughty Dogs’ prized project The Last of Us is being remastered for PS4 and has its release date set for July 29th. Although you may have played the game during its shining period, there is yet more to do in the remastered version with plenty of gameplay improvements. Amongst the collectibles and artifacts, you will need to gather Comic Books throughout The Last of Us: Remastered to obtain the PlayStation trophy and score 100% completion. What follows is the list of Comic Book locations, so you can enjoy the new and improved version of The Last of Us without wasting any time searching small nooks and crannies.

 
1. Force Carrier
Players will receive this first Comic Book upon the completion of chapter Bill’s Town.

2. Termination Shock
Once you’ve dropped down on the main street in during the Pittsburgh chapter - Alone and Forsaken, search the first bus you come by for this Comic Book.

3. Accretion
Towards the end of the Pittsburgh – Hotel Lobby section in The Last of Us Remastered you will have to make your way through a restaurant. Upon reuniting with Ellie, head over the gap on the upper floor and locate the next Comic Book.

4. Deep Phase
When you meet Henry and Sam in the Pittsburgh – Escape the City part of the game, you’ll then have to descend the building’s stairs. You’ll find the door to the lower floor is locked, but you can break into it with a shiv. The Comic Book is in the apartment; so don’t leave any book unturned until you find it.

5. Antiparticles
Take a trip to the seaside for this The Last of Us: Remastered Comic Book, as you’ll find it on the beach in Sewers within The Suburbs chapter. You must search for the large fisherman’s boat and make your way to the main room on desk, where the Comic Book is being held.

6. Messenger Particle
It may be tempting to stop, but continue past the ice cream van in the second main street in The Suburbs – Suburbs to find this Comic Book. Go into the house on the left after the ice cream van and make your way to the upstairs bathroom, where you’ll collect the goodie.

7. Foreign Element
Near the beginning of the chapter Tommy’s Dam – Hydroelectric Dam, you will need to follow the river until you’re close to the very large bridge. Prior to going under the giant bridge, you must walk along the path on the right, as it will lead you to a Comic. Never mind the corpse it’s near. Just ignore that.

8. Zero Point
While in the ranch house in Tommy’s Dam – Ranch House, make sure to investigate the first floor bedroom on the left for this Comic Book.

9. Free Radicals
You may have just arrived at the start of the The University – Go Big Horns section, but for the Comic Book you’ll have to catch a ride all the way back. The Comic Book will appear on top of a car.
 

10. Uncertainty
While tracking the deer blood trail to the wooden house in Lakeside Resort – The Hunt, pop into the room on the left to discover the Comic Book in the desk.

11. Negentropy
It may not be pleasant, but you’ll have to make your way through a pipe in Lakeside Resort – The Hunt to reach the cabin resort near the lake. Once you pass through it for the first time remember to investigate the benches on the left and collect the Comic Book located there.

12. Precipitate
Once you learn what Ellie became so enthusiastic about in Bus Depot – Highway Exit, make your way downstairs and look in the toilet on the right for the Comic Book in the corner.

13. Catalysis
During the chapter Bus Depot – Underground Tunnel you will pass through the infected tunnel and swim below a vehicle to then climb on top of it. There will be a ventilation shaft on one of the tunnels walls, keep an eye out for it and climb over it to locate the Comic Book at the end.

14. Sigularity
The final Comic Book found in The Last of Us: Remastered is collected in the Epilogue. Joel will lead you through the woods, but you should bare right to find the Comic Book against the rock wall.
