Destiny: Moon, Archers Line and The Summoning Pit Gold Loot Chest locations Walkthrough Guide

Bungie's latest release, Destiny includes lots of collectibles in addition to the action packed first person shooting gameplay. Our favorite so far are the gold loot chests as they don’t just unlock an achievement but they also offer instant gratification by providing the hidden rare loot that is contained within. This article aims to help you locate these gold crates and also get special hidden loot along the way. There are five Gold loot chests in each area, and these areas are the Earth, Moon, Mars, Venus and the Tower. Follow our guide and you will be able to find all of the chests in each area:

Moon:

1. Temple of Crota

Finding this chest is fairly easy, it can be found by going into the temple and heading to the ground floor. Once there, go through the door on your right and you will come towards the Hive Temple. Head over the bridge in the direction of the ship and then continue onwards to the end of the ramp. The Chest can be found on your right hand side.

2. Archer’s Line to Hellmouth

This chest is found by following on along the route between these two locations. Look out for a bunch of rocks on your left hand side just before a bridge. If you look to the rear of the bridge you will find the chest.

3. Archer’s Line to Hall of Wisdom

Upon entering Archer’s Line you will need to climb the hill that’s nearby. After this, go through the dome and head towards the directions of the Hive Fortress. Once you are there, go down the ramp found at the bottom of the cave and then you will see the chest on your right.

4. The World’s Grave

This chest is found by entering the water in the last room of the World’s Grave event. Look alongside the wall and you will find it.

5. The Summoning Pit
 

This chest can be found by getting onto the lowest platform in the Summoning Pit and then looking between the two staircases, it will be hidden beneath them.
