TOP 10 EXOTIC ARMOR IN DESTINY AND HOW TO USE THEM

Destiny has been created with a heirachy of weapons and Armor that lets Exotic Items shine above all others as the most sought after objects in the game. The game already boasts a complex weapons system which consists of weapon types and archetypes as well as mods and weapon classes. As we've done before in our Top 10 Exotic weapons for destiny guide, we've scoured the net far and wide again but this time in search of the most effective exotic armor and we've put our research together into this top ten list! This should once and for all answer the question "What is the best armor in destiny?"...

10. An Insurmountable Skullfort - IMPROVED TRANSFUSION - Kills with Storm Fist immediately trigger health regeneration. You also respawn with full Melee energy.

Class: Titan

This weapon has one of the best designs in the game and for that reason alone it could rank pretty highly in our list. Luckily for us it’s not all just good looks and it has some pretty nifty special abilities too. Improved transfusion is the helmets unique ability and it gives Titans the chance to regenerate health with every “Storm Fist” Melee kill. As if this wasn’t cool enough, another upgrade also speeds up your grenade cooldown with every successful hit on your enemy. This weapon is guaranteed to get you punching your opponents like Floyd Mayweather.

Most Effective in:

This armor is most effective in close up combat as it gives you melee boosts and increased defense. It’s also very effective at taking on groups seeing as it can give you your grenades faster.

9. Apotheosis Veil - PRIVATE RESERVES - Immediately regenerate health on activating your Super.

Class: Warlock

This helmet gives warlocks a very useful grenade cooldown feature. This means you can unleash the warlock’s devastating grenades more often than usual. When you add this to the fact that this Helmet also regenerates your health every time you get and use your super ability it’s no wonder how it made our top 10 list.

Most Effective in:

Battle against large groups such as fallen hordes or against another team in the crucible. This ability supports the Warlock subclass abilities and thus can be effective in numerous ways depending on how you like to play.

8. Achlyophage Symbiote - Last Man Standing - Golden Gun gains one additional shot per use.

This is the ultimate in grenade enhancing exotic helmet technology, providing both a boost to the distance that you can throw your grenades as well as replenishing your Super energy bar with each grenade kill. Also, not only does it fill your super bar faster but it also gives the Hunter class one of the most significant boosts of any class in the game by adding another shot to the Golden Gun super ability. This means you’ll get 4 one hit kill shots every time you get a special ability.

Most Effective in:

PVP. This weapon allows you to wreak havoc between your super ability and your grenades. It should be more than enough for destroying most Crucible lobbies with ease regardless of your weapon of choice.
