LEVEL 1: INTO THE DARK

IMPORTANT ITEMS:

After the screen comes to, look behind you and move to the wall, you should see
a [loose (broken) brick] which looks like this -

Click on it to open a [secret door] just beside here and go in to pick up the
[Lurker Boots]. Equip them on your rogue since they increase your evasion skill.
If you are using fighters in front of you then use the boots on them to
increase evasion.

SKILL: EVASION
The evasion skill allows you to dodge enemy attacks - it improves the chance
that the enemy misses when it tries to hit you.

Now, go towards the metal door and look to the right, click on the lithoscript
to read it and then, look to the left of the gate and click on the [torch ]you
see to pick it up. You can use this as your weapon, just hover it over a
character's hand and click to make the character hold the torch.

NOTE: EQUIPPING YOUR CHARACTER
You can make your characters carry weapons by first click on the weapons if
they are on the ground or in the inventory and then take the pointer over to
one of the two hands (left or right) and click over the hand to make the
character carry it in that hand - you can make them carry weapons on both hands
and also the same goes for armor and clothes. Though you need to pick them from
the ground and click beside your characters picture so that the piece of armor
or cloth goes into the character's inventory. You can then make them wear it.

As you go, you will come across several torches, equip all your characters if
possible with rocks, torches and whatever else you find.

Move out of the door and keep going till you come to another door. There's a
chain to the right of the door, click on it to open the door and then move
ahead. As you go, you will can pick up two pieces of [clothes ]which increase
your protection stat.

Equip them on one of the characters who is in front, hopefully, the human.
Just Ahead here in the wall is a [Mace]. If your minotaur or anyone else has
improved mace skill points then give it to him. Pull the lever to the right of
the door ahead and go thru. You will come to a pressure plate. Take the rock
which is here and throw it on the pressure plate to open the door ahead.
Go thru the door and turn right where you can pick up a [key].

Just equip the key on one of your characters and go back to the door and onto
the next area. You will come to a door and you will see a key hole to the
right of the door. Use the key on it and go thru the door. Turn left ahead
and read the inscription on the wall. It says "loose rock" go to the right and
you should see a cracked rock on the wall.

Click on it to open a door to the left and go thru and take the [key]. Move ahead
and use the key on the door and go thru. As you go, you will come to a place
where you can go right (where you will see a lever on the wall to the right and
a door ahead). But if you look to the left, you will see a snail - it's an
enemy so be careful I hope you equipped at least your front two characters.

FIGHTING ENEMIES

If you have any weapon equipped on your left or right hand on any of the front
two characters then you can right click on that hand to use it - if it's a
melee weapon then you have to be just in front of the enemy to hit, your hits
connect or miss depending on your dexterity. You can equip the characters who
are in the back with throwing knives and rocks or other projectile and right
click on them to make them throw the weapons. Weapons which are thrown can be
picked up by walking over them.

After you make an attack with one character, he needs a few seconds to gain
composure, so use the next character to make an attack. only the characters
in the front row can make melee attacks, the two characters at the back can
only do ranged attacks.

Mages can use their powers after they learn a particular spell. The spells can
be picked up in the dungeon and learnt. To make a mage cast a spell just right
click beside the hand of the mage beside their pic belwo, and this opens up
small tiles which represent powers. Click on a tile and then hit the power icon
to the right of these tiles to cast the spell. Casting needs willpower which
is the blue bar below the health.

FIGHTING TRICKS

You can make hits on the enemy and then move away from it and wait till your
characters can hit again and then continue hitting. Move around so that the
enemies cannot hit you as frequently but be careful of moving into corner from
which the one place to go is ahead after killing your enemy.

Kill the snail and go to where it was and you can pick up several items
including [boots ]and a [Knife].

COLLECTING FOOD

Food is very important since you characters will go out of health and die
if they are starving. So, you can find food at some places in the dungeon, you
can collect the things dropped off by most enemies after they die and use it
as food later. When you see your character's food bar drop then just make him
or her eat something (The food bar is in the menu which shows when you click
on the pic of the character at the bottom right of the screen).

Then go back to the door and pull the lever and go thru the door. You will come
to two more snails soon. Kill them and move ahead and you will be in a
branching path. Go to the right.

If you go all the way, you can find [Pitroot Bread] and if you pull the chain
next to the gate, go in and read on the wall to the right. Just throw a rock
or anything else across and go ahead and pick up the [key]. You will fall and
lose health as you go on the trap door. Move ahead thru the portal and then
you will be back. Go back to the gate.

Go thru and you will see a weird statue ahead. Go to it and read the wall to
the right. Now, go back and face the statue and walk left, you will come to
a lever.

Pull it and move ahead, do not go near the gate with the snail behind it yet.
Go left and kill the snail, there's another one here, kill it too and pick up
everything here including the [scrool of Fireburst] from the alcove. Go back to
the gate and stand on the pressure plates. The door ahead opens and a snail
comes out. Kill it and there's another one. Go thru and you can pick up a [blue
gem] which is on the ground - this is the first eye.

Now, to go out of here, first place a rock on the pressure plate before the
gate and go back to the wall where you found the gem and on the right wall is
a [loose brick]. Click on it and the gate opens. Go out and back to the weird
statue and go to the right side lane now.

Before you go ahead be prepared for more enemies. Make sure you have all your
weapons properly distributed between everyone. Remember to back off after you
make your attacks so that your will have time to get back into attacking stance
and also the enemies will be busy walking to you and you can avoid their hits.
There are a total of four Herders, make sure you kill all of them before you do
anything.

Now go to the right most side where you can find a [tar bread] to the left on the
ground and a lever to the right which raises the gate we just crossed which has
the [blue gem] behind it. Go into the room behind the gate and take the gem.

There is a [special brick] on the right wall here which opens a secret door past
the lever we just pulled.

Go there and take the [Dagger], it's the best we have now and we are going to
need it. There are also some [Tar Bread and Cave Nettle] here.

Now, go back to the statue and before you place the gem, if you are low on
health then -

RECOVERING HEALTH
Just click on any pic of any character and when the screen shows
you ought t see a button which has Zzz on it, if you hit it then the characters
will sleep and their health and will power starts to regenerate. You can hit
escape after their health is fully filled and they wake up again
-----------------

Be ready for another fight as you place both the gems in the eyes now. As
the door to the left opens, out comes a undead legionnaire. Now, keep backing
off after each hit and move towards the area where you fought the Herders
because it's longer. After you kill him, pick up his [shield and spear] and equip
them on your characters and move into the place where he came from.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you sleep here.

                   Then all of your party has a collective dream, keep clicking
on the screen for the dialogues to appear, someone wants us to come down to
them.... I don't know if this occurrence is random or something.

Move ahead towards the really evil looking door... Now, walk to the wall to the
right and you should see a [loose brick], click on it and read the [scroll ]to
the left of the door (put it in your inventory and then take your cursor over
it) and now, move to the wall to the left of this scrool and you will see
[another loose brick] here

LIFE STONE
These are the Large Blue Crystal Rocks and can be found in all levels in the
game. When you use it, your characters (even if they are dead) will gain full
health and will power. So, when you have a dead Character, go to a life stone
on the present of even the previous level and use it to revive him.

                                      Click on it to activate it and the move
along and you have a [scroll of poison cloud], take it and walk down the stairs
to the left and into the next level.

You can go left or right, you can also destroy the barrels ahead but it won't
give you anything. Go left and pull the lever on the right wall and go thru
the opened gate and kill the snail here. There's a [peasant's cap] in this room
to the right of the gate thru which you came in.

Go back out and towards the torch, you will fight another snail, kill it and
move ahead, pull the chain to the right of the door and enter. As you move,
there's a locked door to the left. Go ahead and you will come to a gate with
a lever to it's right, pull the lever and go in. You will find a [Doublet and a
Silk Hose] inside.

Go back out and go on the path and you will come to a wooden door with a chain
to the right. Pull the chain and go in, there are two Herders and two
poison spitting shrooms. The poison is dangerous so look out. After killing all
of them, you can find a [Machete, a Key and a Compass]. Go back to the locked
door earlier and use the key on it and move ahead.

READING A COMPASS
You can equip a compass on any of your character's hands. It will show the
direction with the Red needle pointing to the exit of the present level to the
next level.
----------------

Read the inscriptions on the wall which mentions shelter to the left. There's
an [empty torch holder] to the left here, put a torch in it and a [secret door]
will open to the right where you can find an [Iron Basinet]. Go towards the door
and pull the lever to the right. Kill the snail and take the [Vest and the Key]
from the cell block to the left here and move ahead. Open the door and you can
see a door with two pressure plates beside it - one on either side. Move left
all the way and look at the right wall, you should see a [loose brick]. Click on
it to open a [secret ]behind you. You can pick up the [Poision Arrows] from here.
Go back to the door with the plates and throw a rock or anything else which
is of low value on both plates, go in the door and you will fight a large bat.
Just kill it like the other things and you should be able to see a [life stone]
ahead behind the locked gate. 

Go to the first right and read the Inscription on the wall. Place any weapon
in the slot in the wall to the left and the gate opens. Kill the two snails and
pick up the [Iron Key] inside. Go back on to the main path and down the second
right and you will come to a gate with a chain to the right, pull it and go in.

NOTE: You will feel an Earth Quake sometime now and if you sleep then you may
get another Collective Dream on this level.

In a path to the left is a portal behind a gate which can be opened by pulling
a chain to the right. Go straight instead and read the inscription on the wall.
Sounds like a challenge to me. Before you go in, be ready for a good fight.
You will fight undead Legionnaires with a twist. Stand on the pressure plate to
open three sections of the wall thru which three Undead Legionnaires come at
you. be smart and keep moving strategically so that you'll not be surrounded
by the three. Kill them and look in the sections of the wall they came from and
pull the [three levers] in all three sections to open the closed gate and go back
out after piking up all the stuff.

Go to the door with the portal behind it and open it and go thru the portal.
You will come to a place with six holding cells. Look at the wall beside the
first cell to the left (right side of the cell) and you will see a [switch].
There's another switch ahead but we don't need it. Now, Hit the Switch twice
and a Legionnaire comes out (he was in one of the cells but is teleported out.
Kill it and go back to the switch. Hit the switch 2 two times and a [sack ]is
teleported out of one of the cells. Take it, put it in your inventory and open
it and you will get another key along with other things. Go back thru the
Portal and to the place where you saw the Life Stone behind a locked gate. Open
the two gates using the two keys and go to the room with the lifestone.

You can see another Portal behind a gate with two locks - one to the left
and another to the right. There are also two more gates with chains on their
right. First go into the gate to the left of the portal gate. There are two
bats here. Kill them and go all the wall to the end of this area. To the right
of the torch is a [Button]. Hit it and this will open a wall nearby to the right
Go there and hit the next switch here and another wall opens further to the
right. This has a bat so kill it and go in and hit the [next switch ]and go back
to the place where the torch was and look to the left where a [wall opened]. Take
the [Key ]here and go back to the room with the lifestone. Now, go into the next
door by pulling the chain. You will come to a portal but it will not take you
anywhere, you will just come back here if you try to cross it but there's a
room behind the portal. Look behind to the wall directly opposite to the portal
and go to it and hit the [loose brick] and now without even turning walk back as
it is since the portal comes back.

You will come to a Open trap door with a pressure plate ahead. Throw something
and go across. Now you will come to a wood door, Pull the chain to the right
and enter. Kill the bat here and pick up the [Axe and the second key] from the
wall and go back to the room with the Life stone and use both keys on the locks
beside the portal door and go into the portal.

Take the [throwing Knife and Scroll of Poison Bolt] from the wall and go along
the path and you will come to a closed door. There's a [loose Brick] behind you
on the wall which is to the left. Hit it and move in and fight two Herders and
keep going. You will fight Two Herders and Poison pitters. Kill them all and as
you go, you will come to branching Paths. Go left and kill anything here and you
will see a [Brass Key] and a Lever here. Take the key and pull the lever and go
back to the previous room and you will see that a wall to the right opened
which has two more poison spitters behind. You can take a [Phanalx Helmet] and a
[tar Bread] here. Keep going on the original path and you will come to a wall
with a keyhole. Put your key here and go thru the opened wall to the left.

Keep going and you will come to a place where you will see the wall ahead has
loose bricks, there's a lever to the right of that wall. There's also a path
to the right now. The loose bricks wall will lead you back to a previous area
of the Dungeon - this is a shortcut for the future but now, go right and you
will come to a door with a pressure plate in front of it. There's a legionnaire
behind the door so be prepared for him. Kill him and move all the way in and
you will see a Demon's Head to the right and a Gate with a chain to the left.
As you move front you will come to four legionnaires fighting as a group. Just
do the same stuff but more around a bit more - after you make two hits to
avoid too much damage. After you kill them, look at the wall to the right in
the end and you see a [loose brick]. Use it to open the [secret wall] to the left
and go in and take the stuff here. Go back to the [Demon Head]. Read the
inscription to the left here. Now, Just stand on the pressure plate facing the
Demon's Head and wait for a minute, the door to the right opens and another
group of Legionnaires to fight. After you kill them, go in and pick up the
[fire bombs]. Go to the gate with the chain and open it and go thru, you will
come to a wall with a [Sack ]inside it. This sack has the formula for health and
antivenom potions and the ingredients should already be with you. The gate to
the left is opened by taking out the torch to the right of it. Go down the
stairs to level 3.

Move in all the way and you will come to a wooden gate. Read the inscription
to the right of the gate and go back. You can see that there is only one torch
burning. You will [need two burning torches] to get thru the door so if you
don't have two burning torches, go back to the previous levels and get them.

There is a large pillar in the middle of the room which has three Torch stands
on three sides. [Place three lit torches] here and the door opens for you.

Go thru the door and pick up the [ice bomb] and kill the bat here. Keep going to
fight a Undead Archer, be careful with it since it can shoot long range. As you
go further, you will come to a place with two pits ahead of you. You will fight
another bat here too. If you fall into the pits, you will come to an area which
has a [skull]. If you have a Minotaur with the "Head Hunter" ability then you can
pick up the skull since it will increase all attacks by 3 points. There's a
snail to fight here and a lever too which when pulled will open a portal nearby
leading back upside.

Walk to the left of the pit and Go to the other side and face the pits. Now,
there is a pillar just to the right of the pit, you will find a [brick switch]
here which opens the wall directly opposite to the closed door which has the
pits in front of it. Go there and pick up the [shuriken]. There's another loose
brick on on the left wall, click it to open the wall ahead which leads into the
pits but we will use this for later.

Now go along the path to the left and you will come to a door with a key hole
and another gate which a switch to the left, before you hit the switch, save
the game here since it'll get tricky. You must see the pressure plates ahead.
As you step into the room, the plates will unlock several gates inside the
room which have undead Legionnaires behind them. They are not in a group and
can corner you very easily. It's best to concentrate on one undead at a time.
Kill fast and then kill the rest. If you think fast enough, you can make all
the undead fall into the pit that opens when someone walks on the second
power plate but you will still need kill one or two. Remember that killing
gives you exp.

There's a [Brass key] in the open cell ahead of you, [Shuriken ]in the cell to the
right, And [empty potion glass] to the left and the [lever ]in the cell ahead will
open a [secret wall] just to the right of the gate you entered this area from.
Take the key to the other door outside and use it and go ahead. When you can
turn left or right, turn left and read the note on the ground nearby. Go back
and right and you will come to a door with a chain to it's right. Go thru and
you'll come to another area which has a [lifestone ]to the left, two pits ahead.
There's a large spider in the path to the right.

FIGHTING SPIDERS
They are very fast and their attack speed is also greater than the other
enemies you fought before. They can poison the characters after which the
poison keeps inflicting damage over time. The effects of the poison wear off
over time but it's advised to use a lifestone or sleep till the effect wears
off.
----------------

If you fall into the pit outside then you can pick up [Leather Greaves]. Go along
the path and you will come to another gate with a chain. Open it and you'll
be in an area where there are two pits. The first pit has a [brick push switch]
to it's left and the other pit has a [button switch] which can only be reached if
the pit was closed. The first switch closes the pit so run there hit the switch
and get back. This opens a door across the first pit with a portal inside. Go
into the portal and you will get in a place where you can pick up a [Tome of
Health and Shuriken]. After you get back just fall into the pits and you come to
a new area. There's a pressure plate which opens the gate nearby leading to a
protal which takes you back topside. Go forward from here and you'll see a
gate to the left. You can take anything and place it on the plates thru the
gate. Go to the right and you should be able to see a [push brick switch] which
shuts down the portal behind the gate ahead. Put in another thing on the plate
and go thru. Take the [Serpent Braces] and use it on one of your forward
characters. This is one of the most useful things as you will soon be fighting
tons of spiders soon. Go back topside and pass thru the gate into the next area

You will see two portals in the room ahead which are opposite to each other and
move constantly in clockwise direction. The layout of the of this area is like
this -

T are the tiles you can walk on - just the ground. L represent two pressure
plates. First, go to the tile to the right of the pit and look across, throw
something across onto the plate and this will close the pit. You just need to
time your way around the portals. Then walk onto the closed pit and stay here.
Now, the moment a portal passes the Pressure Plate ahead, go right, throw
something and come back onto the closed pit. Now Stick to the door which is
opening and go in. Again, you need to time well to get across.

Once inside, just pull the lever which opens the gate ahead leading to the
pressure plate which you used to close the pit in the middle of the room. If
you pick up the thing you threw on the plate then you will see that the next
pit gate far ahead will close allowing you to go to the [bronze gate]. We'll open
it later but for now, go back and along the path. If you go right, you will
come to spider eggs. Just destroy them and pick up the [broadhead arrows]. Now
move to the next place and you will come to a door with two keyholes to the
left and right.

Ignore this door for now and go right from here you will come to another
branched path - right or straight. Go straight and destroy the spider eggs.
If you look around you will come to a cell with a closed pit inside. There's
a switch to the left of the pit and an inscription on the wall close-by. Read
the inscription, now go to the gate and place something on top of the pit. Hit
the switch and you will open the pit, making the thing placed on it to fall
below. A Key and some pants fall down. If you again [sacrifice the pants], you
will get another piece of [leather armor]. Now since we have the first key, go
back and make the turn we didn't take earlier. You'll come to a Gate with a
chain to the right, there are four spiders inside here, open the gate,
stay here and kill one spider and close the gate and revive yourself and repeat

Inside, you will find a [Longsword ]and the next [Key ]after you get rid of the
eggs, there's also a [blood drop blossom] in this room to the left of the door.
Go thru the door here and you come back to an earlier spot, go ahead and
go to the dual locked door and open it and go thru.

You'll come to a place which has three torch holders on the central pillar and
[one on either side of the room]. If you place [two burning torches] on the side
of the room then the wall opens nearby leading you to the lever which opens
the Bronze Gate. Go back to the gate using the same path you came here and take
the [Huntsman Cloak]. Go back to the room and go straight. Take a left and
you'll coem to some [tar Bread and a Suriken], go back and down the other way.
You'll come to a gate which has a [button switch] on the pillar to the right,
this opens the second gate behind the gate nearby. There's a spider egg to the
left, even if you destroy it and the path is clear, you will not be able to
make it to the open gate since it closes soon. Now, There is another [Push Brick
switch] on the wall adjacent (right) to the first gate. This opens a wall ahead
revealing a spider and a shorter path to the gate ahead. Kill the spider, hit
the button switch and go thru the gate.

You'll come to a couple of spider and eggs and also a gate with a chain. Go
thru and when you can go left or right, go right and all the way to the end
to pick up a [Boiled Crag Beetle] and a [Grim Cap]. Go back and down the path we
didn't take earlier and straight a very long way (do not turn left yet). You'll
find a [wooden box] in the end room. After you get it, go back and down the left
we missed, kill any spiders and pick up the round shield which is to the left
at the end of the path and proceed right. Now, there is a [note ]here before the
eggs, after picking it up, turn behind you and a spider attacks. Kill it and
pick up the [gold key]. You must have seen two gates to the left and the right.
Both lead to a room which has about six spiders. Go to one gate, open it and
kill a spider and close it and revive yourself by sleeping or anything. Go in
and kill the rest of the spiders and go thru the door to the right.

You'll come into a room with a hole to the left and pressure plate before the
gate which makes a demon head behind the gate spit spectral energy. You need to
be quick, stand on the plate and place something on the plate behind the gate
and move to the right so that the energy goes into the hole making the door
open. Move along and you will come to another [note ]and a Cap. There's a lever
to the right which closes one of the pits to the left so that you can go to
the lifestone. The door here is opened by inserting the gold key to its left.
There's [Ring Boots and a Knoffer Mace] in the room. Use the lifestone if you
need to and go down the stairs into the next level.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEVEL 4: Archives Important Items: Iron Key Note Clime Bell Gear Key Chitin Greaves Chitin Helmet Book of Infinite Wisdom Golden Diety Figure Crossbow Frost Bombs Scroll of Frost Bite As you come to the Archive, you'll see a pressure plate just in front of the open gate ahead. The moment you stop on it, two Herders which shoot poison cluds appear. Killing them may be challenging but always move while fighting and after you take one down, the other should not be a problem. One of them drops an [Iron Key] which you can use on the keyhole ahead to open both gates. Go back to the upper level and use the lifestone if you need to and then go thru the newly opened gate. In the next place you will find a Scroll which has a formula for energy restore and an empty flask and a grim cap for food. Move ahead and you come to a door with a chain beside it. Pull the chain and go in. Kill any enemies here and then look at all four portals around the room and read their inscriptions. Choose any portal of your choice. The Catacombs As soon as you take a step in this room the walls to the left and right open. Go to the elft wall and kill the legionnaire or archer here and there's another archer ahead. Look back and you should see a Legionnaire who came from the other wall that opened. Now, move ahead and kill the two sets of dual archers. You should have spotted the pressure plate with ham on it. Take the ham so that there is no pressure on the plate. This closes the first of the three pits which we saw when we first came into this area. Turn back and go right all the way and you will come to another plate with a rock on it, take the rock and go back to the first plate and now go into the other lane. You should find [A note] here. Move along this path all the way till you come to a gate with legionnaires behind it and they are standing on the last plate. Pull the lever opposite to them and kill all of them. Take the Shuriken from the plate and this closes all of the gate. There's a push brick to the right of this room which opens the wall revealing a legionnaire and a Secret - a Sack. Go back to the beginning of this area and cross all three close pits and open the gate here. Move thru and kill any enemies here and pick up the scroll from the ground and walk into the portal and then choose another area. Trails of Thought This is a nutty place. As you move forward you will step onto a pressure plate. This will activate the room ahead and open the door for you to go in. D 7 8 9 4 5 6 1 2 3 The plates are in the manner above and D is the door. 2-5-8-9-6-5-4-throw something into a portal-7-8-5-4-1-press push brick on the wall-2-5-4-1-2-5-4-7-8-5-6-9-D Kill the bat and we have another puzzle. Walk on the plate here to open the door then step onto the next plate and then go to the plate on the right. There's a push brick here which opens a secret wall in the room we just came from. Take the [Venom Edge] from there and get back to the first tile again. 1 2 3 2-3-2-1-2-1-walk forward onto the closed pit and then back to-1-2-3-2-1 and all pit doors are closed. Pick up the key here and open the door. If you fall into the pits you can take [Slime Bell], kill the enemies here and take the portal back and come back to this place. Use the key on the door and go thru. Kill the legionnaire here and you will come to a place to the right of the main path. Go in and look at the left wall. There's a loose brick here but save it for later. Go ahead out of this place and pick up the scroll but do not go into the portal yet. Look to the left and you will see a push brick on the wall. The loose brick you saw will close the two pit doors that lead to the push brick and the push brick shuts the portal which is on the pit in the middle. Do this quickly and fall into the pit and take the [Gear Key], pull the lever and go thru the portal to the main area and before you choose the next portal go to the bronze gate which is ahead to the left. Use your key on it and take the [Chitin Greaves] and get to the next portal. Time and Tide Move in and stand on the pressure plate ahead which will make a portal appear before you for a second only. When ther portal appears, throw something in it to make the thing drop on the pressure plate which is ahead to the left. This will make the pits close. If you fall into the pits, you will go to another are of the place you fell to previously or if it's your first time you will go here again during other pitfalls. You can also use the same portal here to get teleported to the room nearby and take the [Book of Infine Wisdom]. Use the portal in this room and get back and walk across the pits and keep going. You will come to a pressure plate here which makes the pits in front of you close one by one but you need to move as soon as the pit's start closing since they will open again. To the right of the second pit is a push brick which opens a wall ahead to the right, go there and pick up the [ Chitin Helmet]. You will fall into the pit so just come back to this place thru the portal. and go all the wall across crossing all the pits and just as you come to the other side, if there's a bat, cast a spell on it or hit it. Look to the left from the last third tile and you will see a pressure plate, throw something on it to open the gate ahead and go thru. Go thru the next door and pick up the Scroll in the end and go thru the portal and choose your next area. Beast Gardens and Menagerie Go in and before you start killing the Legionnaires, look around and you will see three closed cells. You need to lure and a legionnaire in each cell. The two cells in the center have their opening switches to their left side and the last cell has it's switch on the wall which is on the wall nearby (imagine the cell is a square, then the switch is on the left side of the square where as the previous two cells had their switches on the same side as the opening of the cell). Just stand behind the cells to lure the three in and after they are captured, the door ahead opens. You can pick up three Bloodrop Blossoms around this area, then go thru the gate and pick up the scroll on the ground in the end and head into the portal. Now you need to put one scroll inside each pillar which are in the center of the room according to what's written on the pillar and the scrolls. The correct orders are - Caverns still echoing by his call Crimes forgotten but never forgiven Eternally imprisoned to depth beyond measure Put to sleep but still dreaming After you put in all the scrolls, two paths open up to the left and right and have minor items in them including some scavengers. Kill them and go to the right path and pull the lever here - this level opens a secret wall back on the third level. Here a pic showing where - Go there and pick up the [Tar Bread] from the ground and then look on the wall to the right which has a loose brick. Use it to open a wall to the right which reveal stairs to the bottom again. Go down there and you will see a demon head, to the left is a door and when you go thru, you will come into a room full of green goo. They are very dangerous and you ought to take on one at a time. Lure them out of the area and into the lane where the demon head is since they can gang up on you inside if you are not careful. Destroy all the goo and in the left side is a [Golden Diety Figure] - Treasure 1/7. To the right is a push brick button which opens a wall it its left. Go in to find a green gem. Take this gem to the demon head and put it in it's mouth and the door opens. Pick up the [crossbow] inside and go back to level four. Now, go thru the opened door far ahead and turn right to see a lifestone. Pick up the [Frost Bombs] and [Scroll of Frost Bite] and if you stick around for long some very dangeours bugs start attacking you. Save here and kill them, go down the stairs to the next level before more come bugs come in.

Walk to the left and you'll see a room here. Pull the lever and go in. Pick up
the [Scroll of Fireshield] and [Crossbow Quarrel]. Go back out and now all the
way to the other side and look left. You can enter another place by pulling the
lever here. Inside, you should hit the hidden switch to the right and this
opens the wall to the left. GO to the newly opened section and look to the left
as you enter here to see another Hidden Switch - it opens a section of the wall
in the next room. Go to the opened wall and pick up the secret [Scaled Cloak].
Take the Key and the wooden box in the room and go to the gate nearby which
has a keyhole to the left. Use the key here and move in.

You see a pit in front of you if you jump into it you find a NOTE. Move to the
left of the pit and you come to a door with a keyhole to the right and you see
a Dragon Statue to the left - the significance of which will be explained
later in the game. There's a couple of [Pitroot Bread] in the room with the
Dragon statue. Take the right to find a [Shuriken]. Go thru the gate behind
the Dragon Statue and you come to a room with two buttons and a lever but
leave it for later and go to the room to the right - a place with pits. There
are two buttons here

If G is the gate then B1 and B2 are the buttons. There's another button across
pits to the left and lets say that's B3, now you need to hit the buttons in the
following sequence -

B2 B1 B2 B3 B2 B1 B3

By that you can go to the [Iron Key] to the right and the moment you pick up
the key a Wyvern and a Crowern come from a newly opened section of the wall.
Kill them, I hit the button B3 before actually fighting so I could cross over
and have a large space to move. Hit the button B1 again (or was it B2?). This
closes the pit near the section of the wall the Wyvern came from. Go there and
read the NOTE. There's a section of the wall to the left of B1 which has
[Blooddrop Blossom]

The note explains what you need to do in the previous room. Go there
and I really don't know what the note meant but I had to do this to make the
door open -

Let's say that the switch closest to the door is the left one and to the right
is another switch and the lever is on the other side of the room. The sequence
is -

down-up means that you need to pull the lever down then up

Left down-up Right down-up Left Right down-up Left down-up Right down-up
Left down-up Right down-up Left

I know it does not make sense with the note but believe me that opens the door
from which two mini Herders and a Herder come out. Kill them and go into the
room to find [Conjurer's Hat and a Herder cap].

Go to the room which had the keyhole earlier across the Dragon and go in and
fight the Crowern and Wyvern. There's a Hidden Switch to the left on the last
but one wall. Go straight where the wall opened and pick up the [Fist Dagger].
Go to the lane to the right to come to a Lifestone. Past the gate to the left
here is a Crab - these things can kill so you better do it in before it does
you. There's another Crab to the left and if you go into the area to the left
you find an Iron Gate to the left of which are some barrels -
break them and pick up the [Note] Read the note - Now go back thru the gate
you came into this area from and walk till the end on this lane - don't turn
left or right and rest here to open the Iron Gate. The Iron gate has a [Lurker
Vest] beihnd it. To the right of the Iron gate is the Chamber of Pits, go in
and you see a lever and a switch to the right. First fall into the pit and kill
all the undead and pick up all the food laying around and go up the stairs, and
pull the lever to come back to the chamber of Pits. Now, if the lever is up
then if you hit the switch the pits start closing in one direction and if the
lever is down, the pits close in another direction - choose the one that starts
closing the pits from nearby and look at the order how the pits are closing so
you can walk across without problems but before you cross over, look at the
section of the wall right across from the lever and know that there's a Hidden
Switch here that closes the pit on which you can walk to get to [Braces of
Fortitude]. Then hit the button here to again start the sequence or just fall
into the pits and come back up and get across and go thru the door. You see
another switch and lever which function the same way as the previous ones - you
need to use these to go back. For now, go into the room to the left and kill
the crab. There's an [Ornate Key] in the pillar nearby and be prepared for a
big fight the moment you pick up the Key. Several sections of the walls around
you open revealing four monsters - Crab and Herders. Kill all of them and pick
up the stuff around and place something in the place where you took the key
from and the wall opens revealing the path back. Go all the way back to the
hall and down to the Deserted Tunnels.

There's a door here and if you walk in you see a lever to the right and further
down to the left is a Pressure Plate. Now, you need to hit the lever and throw
something on the plates and run into the gate before it shuts again. Go in all
the way and as you move around the place you fight about 8 enemies in total.
In the room to the right of the lane you came in from is a [Ring Gaunlet and
Tar Bread]. There's also a Warhammer to the left end so look around. Go into
the room with the lever and pick up the [Ornate Key] you also see a second
dragon here and if you look into your map and see where the two dragons's
sights coincide you see that it's the place where you rested earlier. You come
to a lever as you move out and see a gate behind which are a few goodies, the
lever opens the section on the wall in the lane to the left and two archers
come out - kill them and move acroos and remember the first lever you used -
hit it and run back to the closed room and go in and pick up the [Huntsman
Cloak] and the [Frost Arrows], now take the two Ornate Keys and use them in the
keyholes in the central hall to open the stairs leading into level 6.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Level 6: Trapped Important Items- Ogre Hammer Gold Key Sack Milkreed Cutlass Round Key Round Key Frostbit Necklace Round Key Ring Boots Heavy Shield Cave Nettle Booddrop Blossom Boiled Crag Beelte Baked Maggots Frost Bombs Scroll Lurker Pants Fireblade Scroll of Fireball Firetome Crossbow Empty Flask Cave Nettle Tar Bead Blooddrop Blossom This is a very nice level since it gives you a constant sense of dread and the feeling that you really are helpless in a Dungeon controlled by higher powers. As you step into the hall the Portcullis behind you gets shut and you cannot go back to the previous levels anymore. If that's not bad enough then get this - this area is filled with monster crabs and more importantly - an Ogre - it's not friendly either but does look a bit like Shrek. Several monsters roam in this hallway itself and you better start killing one after the other really quick. The Ogre is extremely dangerous and do not let it hit you even once. After killing everything - especially the Ogre - it drops the [Ogre Hammer] and [Gold Key]. Move to the left and left again and go all the way in to grab a [Cutlass]. Go back out and now go to the left and you come to a place reading "Walkabout". Walkabout And that is exactly what you should do. Walk from the left and you hear a click as you come near the grate on the ground. walk ahead (do not walk thru the center - just on the outside walls) and you hear another click, and further near a second grate - another click. Now go straight and repeat this path along the three click three times and the fourth time a Legionnaire appears out of nowhere. Kill it and continue on your path three more times and the fourth time again a [Sack] shows revealing the secret of the walkabouts. Go back to wher you entered this place and to the right now, you can pick up a [Milkreed] here. and nearby is the next place which reads - Sequencis. Kill the Crabs inside and you can see a door to the right with the lifestone inside - you need a round key to get there. Further inside is a portal - before you step in take some pills for seasickness because the portal continuously teleports you to four different locations one after the other. Just keep turning to the keft and right to see the things around. The portal sends to you a place with a lever ahead, go in and pull the lever and go back inside the portal and come out the next place which has opened. Go in all the way and grab the [Round Key] and go back in, the portal also sends you to another place with a Demon's Head and there's a Hidden Switch to the left of the head which makes the head release poison clouds. Take the round key to the gate which has the LIFESTONE behind it and now you can come back to the lifestone anytime you want to. Go back and to the right in the central area, a secret door opened having firebombs. No go back towards the Walkabout and to the right from there you come to a gate, go in and left and all the way straight ahead and you come to a room with more than half dozen snails and further in is the Maze of Madness. Maze of Madness To cross the maze first walk on the path to the left where the portals are not there and hit the Hidden Switch on the wall. Go back near the entry and to the rightmost portal. then walk one step back and you should see a wall with a chain on it, now walk a step to the left and then you come to a place where the path to the right leads you to the [Round key]. The hidden switch earlier makes a portal here disappear so that you can get to the switch. Go back into the portals and come out of this place. and past the room with the snail, as you walk down you will see a door to the left going to the Haunted Halls. Haunted Halls There's just a lot of undead here - that's it. As you come in move one step to the right and go straight and there's a hidden switch on the wall to the left which opens a secret wall to the left which has [Ring Boots] and [Heavy Shield]. Go further inside and explore all the palce and you will come to a pressure plate at the right most area. This pressure plate opens a wall ahead follow the sound and you can see the wall, you need to stand on the plate for a few seconds for the wall to fully open and you can hear the wall open too. From where the wall opens, there's a hidden switch a bit back and to the right on the pillar in the room - it's the pillar closest to the opening wall. The switch opens a secret area past the pressure plate with a [Frostbite Necklace] inside. Now to the opening wall, to get into the wall you need 1) An Undead Legionnaire and 2) Frost Bombs. If you do not have the Frost Bombs then you can get soom soon so skip this area for now and come back here when you have the frost bombs. You can get the legionnaire around here since one keeps spawning all the time even if you killed all of them. Lure him onto the place and throw a frost bomb to make him freeze on the plate, now run to the opening wall and go in and kill the legionnaires here and pick up the last [Round Key] and also grba the [Cave Nettle, Blooddrop Blossom] from here and now we can go down to the next level if you put the remaining two round keys in the gates past where you saw the lifestone. But before we go down that path there are more secrets to unveil. Go back to the entry gate which you came here from and go right and you come to a portcullis with a crab behind it and inside you find the Mage's Entrance. Mage's Entrance Before you go in, you ought to see the Demon's Head ahead past the pit and a pressure plate infront of it. If you throw something on the plate, the demon just shoots a fireball at you. If you fall into the pit it takes you to a part of the next level where you will fight a low of Crowern and a Wyvern. In the southwest region you find a [Scroll] saying "Westmost" - dunno what that means. and in the south east area is a pit which takes you to level 8 but before you fall into the pit, grab the wooden box which is to the left lane of this area. Go down the pit and grab the [Boiled Crag Beetle] and [Baked Maggot]. Inside you find [Frostbombs] on the right and also there's a pressure plate to the right behind bars. You can place somehting on the plates which opens the gate ahead and Scavengers attack you. Kill all of them and go in and pick up anything here and get back to level 6 again. Go into the gate which says Mage's Entrance and kill the crab. You can fall into the pit here again and down to level 7 again to pick up [Lurker Pants] and go back to level 6. Go down the right of the pit and you come to a pressure plate but before you go there look on the wall to the right a few steps behind the pressure plate to see a hidden switch which opens a wall to the right. Now you need to get into this wall because as soon as you step onto the plate, the Demon Head starts spitting fire balls. You need to go all the way to the Demon Head and pick up the [Scroll of Fireball] to the left and [Fireblade] to the right. Go back to the place with the Demon Head right outside the entrance to Mage's Entrance and - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- =============================================================================== Arni Odinsson - Cast Fireball at the Demon's Head to close the pit and continue forward... thanks Arni.... =============================================================================== After the pit ahead closes go forward and keep going and you come to a room full of pits again. Go left and see here and you find a Button. You will find similar buttons on all four sides of a pillar to the left, here's the sequence 4 3 2 5 1 After hitting the third button you can walk left to pick up the [Round Key] which you need to open an Iron gate, later. If you take out the Torch which is beside the place with the Key then the pit to the right closes and you can make you way back and forth here. Hit the buttons in the above sequence and the wall to the left of the pillar opens revealing a Fire Wraith. Kill it and go inside and pick up the [Ring Armour] and [Sword of Nex]. Before going back out jump into the left most pit, and you come to the Golden Grave. The gate opens ahead and you need to kill the Crab before it kills you, then go inside and grab the CROWN OF KINGS treasure. Go to the Demon Head, go straight from the demon head and at the end, look left here's the pic of the hidden switch - Fighter's Challenge Hit it and go down the stairs, save before you step further. Head down and you fight atleast twenty Scavengers. After killing all of them - There's a hidden switch on the wall to the left near the middle of the room which opens a secret wall and you can take the ANCIENT APPARATUS treasure. There's a golden key on the corner of the room. Use it on the gate and take the SHIELD OF VALOUR. A portal should have opened behind in you in the center of the room, take it and go back to level 6. Now go back to the lifestone and past the next two gates. You can go left into the room of treasures and use your golden key on any one gate to take whats behind it. The left gate has a [Firetome] (extrememly useful if you are into fire magic). The gate ahead has a [Crossbow] and the gate to the right has an [Empty Flask], [Cave Nettle] and [Tar Beads]. Go back and down the path and you see an Iron Gate which a round keyhole to it's right. Use your Iron Key on it to open the gate and pick up the [Chitin Armour]. You can now go down to the next level. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEVEL 7: ANCIENT CHAMBERS Important Items - Tar Bead Grim Cap Tattered Cloak Note Throwing Knife Ring Greaves Battle Axe Note Hardstone Bracelet Scroll of Darkness Slime Bells Wooden Box Crossbow Quarrel Mole Jerky Throwing Axe Bracelet of Tirin Iron Key Diviner's Cloak Boiled Crag Beetle Shaman Staff Scroll of Invisibility Note Fire Torc Boots of Valour Heavy Shield Milkreed Assassin's Dagger Flail Brace of Fortitude Scroll of Enchant Fire Arrows Skull Move forward as you come down the stairs and you should see a metal door to the left with a button beside it. Firstly, remember this door because it's crucial to solve a puzzle. Now, go in and pick up the [Tar Bead] and [Grim Cap]. Kill any and all Slime you come across. You will come across a lot of them too. Now, go back out and into the room directly across, kill the slimes - just lure them back into the narrow lane and kill them there. After you kill them, take the [Tattered Cloak]. Take it or throw it. There's a [note] below the Cloak which is what we need. Read the note. Now, there are more slime to the right of this room, so just go out and kill all of them. The door that the note refers to is the one I pointed earlier - the first door to the left as you come into this level. Open all the other doors and close that one to open a secret wall in the same room we found the note. Take the [Ring Greaves], [Battle Axe] and also the [Throwing Knife] and move out to the right again and you come to the Maze of Shadows to the left. Maze of Shadows Firstly, move to the right side wall all the way and then go left and then straight all the way till you see a [Note] on the ground where the second left is. You now know the secret to solve this puzzle, you just need to walk in the darkness. take out any torch you have and look for Darkness. The notes I left in the map above are the path you can take to get out of the maze but there are a few interesting thinds we can pick up inside the maze. You can pick up [Hardstone Bracelet], [Scroll of Darkness], [Slime Bells], you will also find a hidden switch to the left in the fifth row from the right but you need to go left instead of the right as shown on the map above - you can go there. Hit the switch opening a wall to the right leading into a portal, but go straight from the switch into the darkness to take the wooden box. If you go into the portal you can take [Crossbow Quarrel], [Mole Jerky], and [Throwing Axe]. When you are done collecing, just go on the path shown and exit this place. As soon as you step out, you will see a Fire Wraith attack you, you can lure it back outside and fight it outside the door where you can amove around. If you fall into the pit, you can collect the [Bracelet of Tirin]. Straigh ahead you come to a keyhole on the wall and an open pit to the right. Take the left a step behind here. And you come to a closed door to the right and an open area to the left with a Pressure Plate in the middle. Before you step onto the plate beware that the walls around you collapse revealing slimes all around you and also the door ahead opens where there's another slime. As soon as you step on the plate, run ahead and take the right onto the narrow lane and fight those things from here. In the open room you can pick up the [Iron Key]. In the room with the plate where the walls went down, you can take [Diviner's Cloak] and also [Boiled Crag Beetle]. Go back to where the wall had a key and a pit to the right, use your key here to close the pit. As you move along, you come to two pressure plates and two demon heads - to the right and behind you where you came here from. They both point to holes. You need to time your steps on the pressure plates properly so that both heads spit into the holes which opens the gate. Go thru and take the left all the way and you come to [Throwing Axe]. Go right from here and you come to two doors, one with a chain and the other has a switch beside it. Go over to the one with the chain and go in. You again come to two more plates. First stand on the plate which opens the dor, stand till the door is fully opened and then step onto the other plate and come back to this one quickly so that the energy ball goes into the hole. Take the [Shaman Staff] and [Scroll of Invisibility]. Move to the room to the left and take the [Note]. Go out of this door and right till you touch the wall. Then go left from here and you come to a LIFESTONE and a [Fire Torc] to the left. Move straight further and take a left at the end and a right till you come into a room with a portal to the right and three pits to the left. The portal to the right takes you to the portal to the left. The portal to the left takes you to another portal somewhere else. But before you go into the first portal, fall into the pit. You should be in a place with pressure plates to the left. If you step on them, the demon heads ahead shoot poison at you. So just move left right left right to avoid all the balls. Once you cross over, pick up the [Boots of Valour] and if you pull the lever you release the spiders from their cells. Kill them and find the [Burrow Rat Sank] in the left cell and a portal back up in the right. Like I said, if you step into the second portal you come to another area which looks similar but move ahead to pick up a [Sack] Fall into the pits here. You find a [Heavy Shield] on the ground and you should have heard the Ogre moving around in the room ahead. There's [Crossbow Quarrel] and [Milkreed]. Get back via the stairs and go right up next. You come to five levers. First pull the first one to the left down then up then pull the third and fifth ones down to open the central area having [Assassin's Dagger]. Move into the area to the left and you come to a room with pits. If you see Fire Wraiths, kill them. Then when the pits are closed, move ahead and block the energy from hitting the hole. There's a hidden switch on the right most side of the wall opposite to the door you just took to get in here. This opens the door but first, pick up the [Braces of Fortitude] which are to the left of the entry door. Get out of this place and after a long walk, you come to a right. Go there, kill the tentacle thingy and take the [Milkreed] and [Flail]. Go back and straight now and just ahead of the stairs is a [Skull]. Go right and you come into an area across the Demon Heads. They shoot energy. You need to block all of the energy and stand in their path so that none of them go into the holes behind you. You should not be carrying excessive weight while doing this, so just make sure of that and go into the Iron Door after it opens to take the [Scroll of Enchant Fire Arrows] - which turns normal arrows or quirrel into fiery ones. Exit this level but we will be coming back again in a while... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEVEL 8: THE VAULT Important Item's - Scroll of Shock Shield Blueberry Pie Grim Cap Milkreed Lightning Bombs Plate Gaunlets Plate Boots Gear Key Lightning Rod Throwing Axe Note Tar Bead Frost Arrows Skull Throwing Axes Wooden Box Mole Jerky Leather Cap The Dismantler Golden Dragon Statue Boots of Valour Frost Quarrel There's a hidden switch on the wall right across as you come down the stairs and you can take the [Scroll of Shock Shield] from the right and the [Blueberry Pie], [Grim Cap] and also the [Milkreed] from the opened wall and continue left till you come into a room with a lifestone. Just past this room go left to the locked gate and pick up the note here and it shows a picture. Now, go back to level 7 and look at the following pic - Back to Level 7 The note markers here show the place the note points to. Go to the the left marker, this is the palce where we picked up a flail the last time we were here Look for a stone with a carved picture of a little man. It's the third stone from the left on the second last row of stones from below (do not count the vertical stones touching the ground). Hit the switch and go to the right into the place that opens and down the stairs. As you go straight, you come to an ogre and a fire monster. Kill them and hit the switch to open the door. Go in and take the first left door you see. The lever on the left opens another door on the narrow lane where the demon head is shooting lightning. There are [lightning bombs] on the right here. Go right from the bombs and to the left of the door is a hidden switch which opens the wall with the pressure plate behind you. Go into the next room and left as soon as you enter and on the last wall to the left is another switch, the last switch in on the pillar(where the lever is) to the right of this room. Put something on all three pressure plates and the wall opens, kill the fire monster and take the [Plate Boots] and [Plate Gaunlets]. Pull the lever and the gate of the room opposite to this one across the lane opens. Kill the spiders and find the hidden switch on the wall across deep inside. This opens another gate out of this room to the right. The lever opens the door of the room which is to the left of this room - you can go there by the narrow lane but first. Move out of the door to this room and find the hidden switch to the right of the door to the room across and hit it to open a wall to the right of the demon head all the way across the lane. Go there but beware of the Ogre there. Take the [Gear Key] and the [Lightning Rod] in the room. Get out of here and into the last room to the left - the door for which we opened by pulling the lever. Go left when you can and take the three [Throwing Axe]. Go and straight and right when you can and take the [Note] and [Frost Arrow]. Go back on the path and straight and kill the Fire Wraiths which are present in this area. There's a [Tar Bead] in the corner here. Keep going down and left till you come to a PORTAL. Save before you go into the Portal; you come to a room filled with all kinds of Herders. There are a lot so use any potions you need to. There are two [Brass Keys] in this room across and also a [Skull] and lots of food. Use one of the keys on the door and go back. If you walk left you can take some [Throwing Axes] in the last place to the left before you go right and then you come to a locked door to the left. Use the second brass key and you come into an area with four pressure plates on four corners, Place something on all of them. The central wall opens and a lot of spiders and a Fire Wraith attack you. Kill the spiders first. Use the lever to open to the door to the left. The whole place is dark but has four Fire Wriaths around. To the right ahead is a [Leather Cap] to the left are [Mole Jerky], [Pitroot Bread] and [Grim Cap] Move to the left from this room and you come to a gate but before you go out hit the hidden switch to the right and take the [Wooden Box]. Go back thru the door and you are finally in the last area of this level. The Vault First, you need to kill the spider ahead using magic or ranged weapons. After that, hit the hidden switch which is to the right of the three pits ahead of you. Also, to the right of the door opposite to the pits is a pillar coming out of the wall, hit the hidden switch which opens the way to the vault to the right. Read the inscription to the right of the gate before you go in. Firstly before you pick up [The Dismantler], place something in it's palce and then take it. There's also a hidden switch on the wall opposite to the door to the left which opens the wall leading to the [Golden Dragon Statue] - a secret treasure. Go back out and left from the life stone and use the Gear Key on the Iron Door in the end to take the [Helmet of Valour] and [Frost Quarrel]. Then go down to the next level. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEVEL 9: GOROMORG TEMPLE I Important Items - Pitroot Bread Ornate Key Scroll x3 Broadhead Arrow Norja Battle Axe Ring Mail Iron Basinet Pit Fighter Gloves Gold Key Scroll of Lightning Circlet of War Lightning Bombs Scroll Curaiss of Valor Ornate Key Tarbead Lurker Hood Stone Note Book Of Infinite Wisdom Sulphurous Potion Scroll Book of Infinite Wisdom Flarefeather Cap Serpent Braces Plate Greaves Frost Bombs. Zhandul's Orb NOTE: You need three torches and atleast two throwable objects and a Skull to progress in this level and an optional Bone Amulet. As yo go there's [Pitroot Bread] to the right. Move ahead and you come to a switch to the right of the door. Go in and kill the Fire Wraith and take the [Ornate Key] that it drops. There are two scrolls in this area, you need them for later. Go back out and down right. There's a room filled with pressure plates. To the left of the room beside the gate far ahead is the [Scroll]. You need to place something on the pressure plates so that they are pressed in a chequered pattern as shown by the note icons on the map above. Go thru the gate and left ahead. You can find [Broadhead Arrows] to the left corner and there's a hidden switch wall to the right. This opens a wall and you can take the [Norja Battle Axe], [Ring Mail], [Iron Basinet]. Go back out and into the hall ahead. Now, this hall keeps shifting every few steps look at your map to see where you are going. You'll come out of the hallways soon. Temple Grounds This place is infested with Frost Lizards and one of them even drops a [Gold Key] so kill them and take it. Go to the second right and all the way in and hit the hidden switch which comes to the right again to open a secret wall in the first right area inside. Go back there and take the [Pit Fighter's Gloves] and [Lightning Bombs]. Go back onto the main path adn go straight and left and you come to a lever. Go back onto the main path and left and a door opened where you can pick up the [Scroll of Lightning]. Go back to the room with the lever and go right from in here, you come to a [Circlet of War] first to the left in the end and if you move forward to some gates and go left and in the end you find lightning bombs. Go back to the two gates and shut both gates to avoid the lizards from coming in). You can rest here for a bit if you want to then continue down. Open the door to the right with the Ornate Key. The hidden button in the left corner opens the gate back but we need to look around in here first. There are three rooms with three inscriptions on the wall which read - Hands that slaughter, Eyes that deceive Sun of Hatred Three Ancient Beings of the deep Go into the Hands that Slauger area and enter the portal a few times and you should see a [Scroll] appear at the foot of the statue which you are teleported to. Sun of Hatred - 1 Hands that Slaughter, Eyes tha Deceive - 2 Three Beings of the Deep - 3 Enter according to the combination then you will be teleported into a new area. Take the scroll behind the left gate and read it. You need to have three torches to accomplish this. If you have the torches then place them on the holders in the three sides of the room and look for the shadow of the pillars cast by the two torches in the middle of the room. Stand in the area where the shadows cross and throw anything to the North and East - look into your map and see where north and east are - just right and backwards and this opens the gate. Take the [Curaiss of Valour] and go into the portal. Look at the place where the shadows of the left and right torches are crossing in front of you and ignore the third torch. The pit ahead is closed and the one infront of it is opening and closing. Put something on the pressure plate you are standing on. When the pit closes and put something on the plate behind the gate and walk left to avoid falling. After the gate opens, go in and turn left jsut as you enter to see a hidden switch which closes the pit outside. Go in and pull the lever then go around the other side - try not to step into the portal and hit the lever here to and the gate to the right opens. Take the [Ornate Key] here. Go back to the room with the portals and then continue right on the main path into the next area. Pillared Hallway If you continue down you come to the Pillared Hallway. The scroll you picked up in the beginning of the level is the hint to cross this hall. You need to take the number of steps on the left side and the right side lanes of the hall as you move forwards as mentioned on the scroll. I marked the path anyways above on the map but it is easier if you just read the scroll. Move ahead and go right and you come to a left and a right, in the right room you come to a [Lurker Hood] and in the left area is a Stone], [Note]. Do not throw away the stone since you are going to need it soon. Go back on the main path and go right all the way and hit the hidden switch to the left to open the path ahead and take the [Book of Infinite Wisdon] and the walls around you come down Go to the left and collect the [Sulphur Potion] and walk down the path the to left. You come to a LIFESTONE and you have a small puzzle to solve. Place the objects Unraveller Of Mysteries - a Key Severed Dread - a Skull Game's Bane with Head of Steel - an Arrow or Quarrel Tear of Land - a Rock After the door opens, go thru and take the [Scroll]. Go ahead and take the right into a room. You can use the Gold Key on one of the Chambers here. [Book of Wisdom] - left, [Falrefeather Cap, Serpent Braces] - right and the one ahead has [Plate Greaves] [Frost Bomb]. Move ahead on the path and go straight after the first left to find and Iron Door. Place the Bone Amulet you found in an earlier level here to open the gate and take [Zhandul's Orb]. Your Ornate Key opens the other door, go in. You are in a long hallway which is spiral and there are two Ogres in this place. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEVEL 10: GOROMORG TEMPLE II Important Items - Round Key Baked Maggot Tar Beads Note Round Key Gaunlets of Valour Mole Jerky Throwing Axes Crookhord Bow Throwing Axe Greaves of Valour Shield of Elements Quarrel of Fire Note Full Helmet Ornate Key Ice Hammer Throwing Knives Note x2 Ancient Axe Toorum's Remains Note x2 Ornate Key Prison Key Go left and take the [Round Key]. Go the other way and take the [Baked Maggot] in the room. Now, some of the banner you are about to see on the walls have things behind them. Look to the left banner as you enter the next room and hit it and it reveals a keyhole. If you place your key in it, the walls around you come down revaling enemies and [Tar bead]. Go into the room to the right and take the [Note] in the right end, go back to the middle room and take the red gem and palce it in the wall on the left side and place somrthing on the pressure plate to open the left cullis gate and go in. Take the [Round Key]. You come to a lever to the left which opens the walls around revealing two Giant Wasps and a Fire Wraith. Kill them and go into the place to the left to take the [Gaunlets of Valour]. Go back and take the red gem with you and into the room to the right and place the key in the keyhole in this room and be ready to kill again. Now we also see a hole for the Demon Head show. Go back in the narrow ane between all three rooms where you saw the switches. First hit the left switch then qucikly the right one to open the Inner Sanctum. As soon as you step in, the walls around start coming down ahead and two new enemies show up, the Goromorg. Kill the two here and move to the left of this large hall and you see a Switch to the left. Take the Throwing Axes, Baked Maggot]. Also, three more Goromorgs show up, you can run into the portal which opened up in the middle of the room or stay and kill the enemies. You are teleported into the next area. You come to a LIFESTONE now and the Iron Gate is opened by placing the Red Gem you found in the previous level. Take the [Crookhord Bow and Quareel]. Go to the right of this place all the way and to the left door, hit the switch here to open the door and go in, take the first left and pick up the [Greaves of Valour]. Go further left and straight and you find more Goromorg. If you fall into the pit which comes to the right then you can take milkreed and frost bombs, come back up using the stairs and pick up the [Shield of Elements]. Go right and take the frost and poison bombs. Walk down the path to the left ahead and go back all the way go to the left path in the end and you should be able to see a hidden switch to the right which opens the wall behind the lifestone, you can take - [Blooddrop Blossom, Quarrel, Note]. To the left ahead is a [Full Helmet]. Go right and staright all the way and right in the end till you come into a large chamber where you find an [Ornate Key] in the end. But before you pick it up, place something there or you will awaken a lot of monsters. Go back on the main path and right in the end. You come into a room where you see Ogres and Scavengers. Stay in the middle of the room and you come to a pit, walk a few steps ahead and fall into the next pit. Go around and into the door and move ahead and you come to the [Ice Hammer]. As you near it though the walls around you come down and Three Crabs, Two Herders and several smaller Herders come at you. You also find throwing knives and if you go further left you can take a skull and pitroot bread. You find other minor stuff but walk back up the stairs and step on the pressure plate and go back to the pit where you fell from. Go to the pillar to the left side and hit the hidden switch to the left of the pillar and go right ahead and take the two [Notes, Ancient Axe, Toorums Remains ]. You find another [Note] to the right ahead just take a left ahead into the room and kill the Scavengers and take the [Note] - last of the game. Go back and move to the left and to the end right of this place. You see levers here - five again. Pull the first second and fourth levers down and a pit to the left end closes, take the [Ornate Key]. Go back to the door which had the two keyholes - back in the pink area and use the keys there. Go into the room to the right and go into the portal, move ahead and take the important [Prison Key]. Now go back to the lifestone and throw Toorum's Remains onto the stone and 'You hear a Distant Sigh of Relief" -- you revived Thoorum but you cannot meet him so go down the stairs here into the next level. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEVEL 11: THE TOMB There is nothing here, just take the scroll to the left and go down into the next level, we can come back here later. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEVEL 12 : THE PRISON Move ahead and use the "Prison Key" on the hole to open the door - you get a message. This area has about half a dozen Goromorg and new enemies - The Guardians. Whenever you come across an enemy kill him but do so only if they are alone, if another enemy get close, move around the place but try not to fall into the pits. You can pick up a SCROLL from a pillar to the right. Go straigh ahead and to the left and you come to a place with four pillars. Click on the empty slots in the wall here to get another message then fall into the pit to the left of this place as indicated above in the map and you are in Level 13. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEVEL 13: THE CEMETERY

To the left of the portal is a Hidden Switch which opens the gate to the portal
the Portal takes us back to the prison but we need to get some work done here
first. Kill the enemies and go to the other end straight and take the [Steel
Gear]. There's another Hidden Switch to the right, it opens a path nearby, hit
it and make your way to the left. You should find [Ore] in this room. Go left
again and right in the next place and take the [Infusor] from the wall. Move
past this area and take a left in the next place and take the [Bladed Gear]. We
now have everything to fix the portal machine on level 12 but we can still
get a few things before we go back. Head back and to the left and straight and
in the end to the right you see a small area, go in and hit the switch here to
open the wall to the left, take the stuff.

Go thru the door to the right and take a right and hit the switch here, it
opens a path ahead so go there and take the wooden box. Move to the right and
you see "No Entrance"  so go there. Keep going and kill the Crab which you face
and it drops a [Gold Key]. Go right here and in the end you find a
[Wooden Box] and a Hidden Switch to the right of it. This opens a door in
another area so go back to where you fought the crab and go right and the wall
in the end opened showing the GLOBE OF TETRATHON a treasure. Go back and
straight and left all the way to the LIFESTONE and the three supply rooms again
The room to the left has [Fire Blade and bombs]. The room straight ahead has
[Plate helmet, boots, Greaves, Gaunlets] and chest piece. The room to the right
has food.

Go back to the portal and see this -

The top place is for Ore (not noted above), left for Steel Gear and right for Bladed Gear and
down is Infusor. After you place all the things something wakes up. The other
note mark on the map is a portal outof here, I suggest you go there.

Just as you step into the narrow path look to the right and you see a hidden
switch, hit it and move ahead and step on the plate. This makes the room flood
with posion gas, move ahead to the door and hit the hidden switch to the left
first and then right to open the door then exit. Go to the right path and look
to the right and you see a wall with a hidden switch which has the carving of
the map - a switch to treasure, here's the pic - Hit it and look to the left
and go in and grab the [Goromorg Miniature], you should have all the treasures
in the game now. Go to the left here and go past the plate and take the
[Ornate Key]. On your way back, before you step on the plates, just place
something down on them because it's a trap. Now go to the left side lane and
you come to a pit and a portal ahead. 

When the portal is not there, throw something across. This closes the pit ahead
move there and note that the wall to the left where the portal appears has
another hidden switch used to close the pit ahead. Go thru all the way and grab
the next Ornate Key. Go to the door with the two keyholes and go in. There are
scrolls to the left and right in the middle of the room, read them and go to
the torch to the right and take it out and the weapon appears to the left,
take it and equip it on a character - mage most likely and head into the portal
that came to get back to Level 12.

THE UNDYING
It keeps rolling at you and tries to crush you. Keep moving, for the first part
of the fight you need to hit it with the weapon of power and each time it hits
the undying will be stopped for a few seconds, go to it and take out the
four pieces of machinery which you put earlier. After you take them all out one
by one you just need to keep hitting it.
