======
VITALS
======
Name your player (including first and last name), set your favorite team, and choose the skin tone for your player.
==============
SCAN YOUR FACE
==============
This feature can be utilized if you have the Kinect on Xbox One or the PlayStation Eye Camera on PS4. To scan your face, get your face inside of the red box. When the box turns green, that means the scan is ready to start. Then follow the instructions until the scan is completed.
============
HEAD PRESETS
============
There are 34 different head presets to choose from in the game.
=====================
STRAIGHT-ON SCULPTING
=====================
For those that want to get really into creating their player, you can use the sculpting tool to make the player look however you want. Use the left stick to cycle through different parts of the head, from the top of the head to the chin.
With an area of the head selected, you can then use the right analog stick to adjust the shape of that part of the player’s head.
=================
PROFILE SCULPTING
=================
The controls for this kind of sculpting are the same as the controls for the straight-on sculpting. However, the main difference is that you are customizing the look of your player’s profile this time as opposed to how they look when you look at them “straight on”.
========
FEATURES

A wide variety of features can be customized here, including eyes, lips, brows, blemishes, and more.
====

There are two different game types when you are in MyLEAGUE. You can choose the Season or Franchise types.
Choose the type of MyLEAGUE you want to start, and then choose a team. These are the teams that are available in NBA 2K15. You will see three numbers to the right of each team. This represents the team’s OVR (overall), OFF (offensive), and DEF (defense) ratings. The numbers are listed in the order that they appear in the game, so the OVR is first, then the middle number is their OFF rating, and the far right number is their DEF rating.

There are six different attributes for each owner. The importance of each of these aspects are ranked on a star system, with five stars being the max. The cash that you will have to work with is also listed, as well as the overall score for each team.

Choose the team. Read the descriptions of the owners and take into account all the other stats listed above before making your decision. Once you have made your choice, you can then begin your MyGM mode.
MyGM mode is about managing the happiness of your owner. You will be allowed to converse with the owner and interact with them in any manner that you wish. The owner will give you two different types of goals, which are Demands and Wishlists. Various objectives will be recorded under these two types, and they will all be unique, with their own goals and their own deadlines to complete those goals.
DEMANDS
——-
Demands are main objectives that must be completed. You will be given both short-term and long-term goals.
WISHLIST
——–
Wishlist objectives are not required objectives, but they will make sure that your owner stays happy.
Keep these goals in mind as you go through the season and manage your team. The budget for the first season will be set in stone, but starting at the second season, you will also have control over how the budget is distributed amongst all the different elements of running your own NBA team. All of the same tools that you can utilize in MyLEAGUE are available in MyGM mode as well.

- – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - -
A trailer for 2KTV will play on the main menu of NBA 2K15. You can click on the actual 2KTV tile to watch full episodes of the show.
NBA 2KTV is a show hosted by Rachel A. Demita, where she talks about the various features in NBA 2K15 and also features interviews with real life NBA players.
There’s not much you can do in this mode besides simply watch the episodes. However, if you push the X button (Xbox) or Square button (PlayStation), you will be given a variety of options typical for watching a TV show or a movie on your system, such as pausing it, fast forwarding, and more. You can adjust the quality of the video as well. Once an archive of shows is built up, you will also be able to watch past shows that they have released.

7. MyCAREER/MyPARK
- – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - -
MyCAREER is one of the primary game modes in NBA 2K15. You use your created player and rise through the ranks of the NBA. This mode is essentially the “story mode” for NBA 2K15. Here you can access a variety of options that are also accessible elsewhere.
To start your career, you have to start a MyPARK mode. There are three different teams to choose from to start your street games. The three teams that you can choose from are:
Old Town Flyers
Rivet City Rough Riders
Sunset Beach Ballers
The three different teams specialize in different aspects of the game. You play the MyPARK mode online with other people that are doing MyPARK mode, and it is a way to gain cash as well as experience to level up your created player.
You are put into a hub with other players that you can invite to your squad. You can upgrade your player through the MyPARK mode as well.
When you are ready to start your actual career, you will be able to have a tryout with any of the teams that have offered you one. The teams all have different standards that need to be met, and you have to hit the bare minimum performance.
You are graded based on everything. Spacing, shots, passing…pretty much every aspect that there is when it comes to playing the game of basketball. If you are a novice at the game, you should obviously start with the team that is offering you the easiest way into the NBA.

8. MyTEAM
- – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - -
MyTEAM is akin to the “Ultimate Team” modes that are found in the EA Sports titles.
At the beginning, choose a starter pack to build your team. You should pick the pack that coincides with your favorite basketball team. After picking the pack, you will get a bunch of facedown cards that you have to flip in order to see what they are.
Tap A (Xbox) or X (PlayStation) to flip each card individually. Use Y on the Xbox or Triangle on the PlayStation to flip all of the cards simultaneously. When you’re done doing that, choose the location that your team is from, name your team, and then you’re ready to start!

CHALLENGES
==========
The Challenges in the game are tied to the MyTEAM mode. You can complete challenges to earn points in the mode, which you can then spend on various things in the game.
If you complete all of the challenges for one level, you will then unlock all of the challenges for the subsequent one.
LEVEL 1
——-
Preseason Warm-Up (250 reward)
Goal: Win the game with your bronze players
Jazz Pick-Up (750 reward)
Goal: Play three games in a row, using only players from the Jazz team. First you have to face off against the Denver Nuggets, then the Minnesota Timberwolves, and then the Portland Trail Blazers. It is a single elimination challenge, so if you lose, you have to start back at the beginning of the matches.
Magic Pick-Up (750 reward)

In the meantime, you have to face a team that is made up of players that were on teams that had won championships in the past, but they are players that don’t seem to get a lot of recognition. There are seven games that are played. Whoever wins the most games out of seven will win this challenge.
