Guide to Immortalis for iOS: Tips, tricks, hints, cheats and strategies

Immortalis is a new card battler from Aeria Mobile, who just did Pirate Maidens a rather short time ago as well. Immortalis plays fairly similarly to Pirate Maidens, but it has an even more detailed and elaborate art style, as well as some gameplay modifications. Battles are not perpetual, and are not strictly player vs player as far as consequences go. Instead, there are regular guild battles that you can take part in, and of course, there is the quest mode, which is like most other card battlers. With the kind of strategy that this game can require, though, read on for some tips and tricks!

Adding friends is not as straightforward in this game as it is in other games, but they are useful to have, still. One quick way to add friends is to go to your guild, and write down the usernames and friend IDs of your guild members. Then go to the menu tab, go to the friends list, and start adding them by their guild ID. Sometimes, you can just go to the guild screen, click on their profile and add them from there, but oftentimes the button doesn’t work if you do it from there.

As you gain levels and apply stat points to your party, make sure that you are modifying your party accordingly. Although by default your party is “auto built the strongest”, you actually have to go back and manually auto build it again in order to put the strongest cards into your party.

If all that you want to do is go on the quests, then use all of your stat points on your stamina, so that you can quest as long as possible without running out of stamina before gaining a level. In quests, the strength of your party literally doesn’t matter.

While boss battles are extremely easy early on in questing, they will end up getting a lot more difficult as you progress far in the quests. Your lead character is the only one who fights out of your whole party in the boss battles, so make sure that your lead character is your strongest character. In addition, power your lead character up using sacrifice and evolution so that he or she is insanely strong, and able to deal with bosses on its own especially if there are no good friend cards available for that particular round.
