Godus is the smash hit virtual god game for the iOS, Android, desktop and laptop. While you eventually unlock massive amounts of powers, you need to progress through the game before you do so, which comes from collecting cards. Cards, of course, need to be activated, so you will need to get stickers for that. Gems are the premium currency of the game and can be used to speed up a project or purchase God Gifts and other rare and expensive goodies. Read on to find out how to get all three of these!
Getting new cards is the easy part in this game. Look at the top left corner of the screen and you will see how many followers you have, as well as how many you need to max out the bar. Every time that you max out the bar, you get a new card with a new effect or something new to unlock. For most cards, though, you will need stickers to unlock them.
Stickers are tougher to find than cards are. The main way to earn stickers is to open chests that you find on the map. Hidden treasure chests can be spotted by what appears to be coins or colored circles floating around like butterflies in midair. Once you see these, start digging away the layers until you reach the level that the chest is on. Tap the chest to open it.
As you expand your land by getting unlock beacons, you’ll obviously find more chests. Over time, chests regenerate as well. Set the time ahead on your phone in order to cause them to come back right away, otherwise if you don’t want to cheat or don’t play on your phone or tablet, simply wait for chests to regenerate or explore around the map looking for new hidden chests.
Get cards even faster by increasing your followers faster. The easiest way to do this, by far, is to unlock the settlements. Group abodes together into settlements. If you haven’t already start sendng your farmers or miners out, keep them in, otherwise once they go out, all that they want to do is farm and mine, without attacking or fighting back when another tribe starts to get at you.
Keep using the settlement power over and over on the same settlement, and it will start building vertically rather than horizontally. An almost unlimited amount of abodes can be added to settlements this way. Keep on doing this for awhile and eventually your cards will end up flying way ahead of your stickers.
