Time for some swimming. Dive down and head down around the stairs. At the bottom you will see a vent with some bubbles, get Duke over to that to refill on air. Now head down the corridor and go down the opening in front of you. This ends at another air vent. Now head straight down the corridor. You will arrive at a hatch and you need to open it using the wheel to your right. Quickly spin it to the left. Head into the room and make for the air vent that is on the right. With the turbine in here it is harder to stay in place so do your best. Make for the other side of the room, cutting along the right. You know your there when you get attacked by small aliens. Head down the corridor and get around an air vent if they are giving you a lot of trouble, throwing and detonating pipe bombs along the way. Just be sure to keep shooting at them the whole time so they do not swarm you.
Keep going down the corridor that's open. You will find a ladder at the end of it, swim up and climb it out of the water. Open the door after the scene and head down the hall. Go through the opening in the railing and up onto the turbines. Drop down to the level below and walk past the turbine to see one get blown up and a man get thrown. Switch on Duke Vision and head down the hallway all that came from.
Time for some gun fighting. First, aim into the upper right of the room from where you came in. Pig Cop with an RPG is up there and he's very annoying. Aside from that, a number of pregnators are running around with a few pig cops. Kill your way to the left. Once you see the wall burst open, kill the last pig cop and carefully make your way forward. There's an Enforcer with a blast shield out there. Chuck a trip mine out or pipe bomb and explode it to get rid of the blast shield. After that it should be child's play to deal with him.
After the Enforcer, shoot the red barrel near the turbine wreckage. This will clear the way for you to keep moving forward. Just head down that corridor for a while to make it to the next part.
