Once you’ve added any Warriors to your lineup that you feel you need, preferably without spending too many months about it since you still can’t get new Pokemon for your Warriors, prepare to head out to Violight. Make sure your entire combat team is in Greenleaf, as the only road directly to Violight is from there. You’ll have to empty out the fortress if you want to use a full team of six Warriors, but that’s not such a bad thing- Violight is the only fortress not controlled by you that borders Greenleaf anyways. Provided you succeed in capturing Violight, Greenleaf won’t care that you’ve got nobody in it at the moment.
Violight presents you a new conundrum- there is no easy way to add most of its Warriors to your ranks (and you can't even get Ginchiyo's lieutenant). You also don’t have anything with an attack that’s supereffective against Electric pokemon, and further only have a supereffective move against Starly if you took the time to pick up an Onix. This means that if you want those Warriors on your side, you’re going to need to take them out during the first four turns- a difficult proposition without overtraining, particularly with Starly and Panpour getting in the way. Provided you have what you need to knock those two out quickly it becomes considerably easier, but that doesn’t by any means make it flat-out easy. Be prepared to try a blitzkreig, or to find a way past Starly and Panpour so you can wipe out the Electric-types quickly and then turn your supereffective attacks on those two.
Once you select Violight for your next target, Oichi pops up again, mentioning the area’s penchant for thunderstorms- a good explanation for the predominance of Electric types in the area. She mentions the advantage Ground Pokemon have- and also highlights Grass as a good type-choice to boot.
Arriving in Violight prompts Ginchiyo to take notice of you. She takes one look at you and pronounces you weak- too weak to cope in battle with her. Her lieutenant laughs, though, calling her a child for her arrogance. Frustrated, she determines to prove her words on the battlefield of Violight, intimidating Oichi.
As you arrive on the battlefield Ginchiyo flares her pride over the battle-arena her clan, famed for their use of Electric-type Pokemon, created. She declares you unfit to occupy it, as well- clearly still sure she will flatten you in battle.
