This is the final part of this chapter and there is a bit to it. Move forward from the top of the stairs to get to the next ranked battle.

Ranked Battle 12: 5 Cyborg Cops
Jetstream Sam is doing what he can to unbalance Raiden by pointing a few things out. Start with a Parry Counter. It is not too hard as the Cop leaps right into battle at you. It is easy to get a Zendatsu finish from him. After that just work on each of the Cops in turn. You can resolve this through the normal means easily of slicing everyone up or just severing their legs to get them out of the fight. It takes long for them to disappear when you just cut their legs off, fair warning.

A cinematic runs between the two fights where Wolf and Raiden talk about Samuel. After that it is time to move onto the next Ranked Battle. Just like the Gekko Raiden, this is more a themed battle than a real fight.

Ranked Battle 13: Emotional Raiden
There are 2 paths to this fight. The first is to simply skimp along the outside to the field and get to the entrance of World Marshal from there. This will avoid all combat but it will not help with anything else. Just head on up the stairs and move into World Marshal HQ to trigger a fight with the rest of the guards. Just press toward Sam to conclude this scene. Kill those you have to but keep moving forward. Raiden is still in no condition to fight.

The second path is to fight. Move forward and pause, waiting for the Guard to reach the Metro Train. Wait for him to start toward the street and hit with your 2 hit combo. Wait for him to get up and for the second guard to appear. Hit them both with a 2 hit combo to get a total of 4 hit. This is the one time you can get the full combo for this "battle". This is tricky do it and should only be attempted if you want a S-Rank. After that move over to the third vehicle. There you want to cut out to the right then back in to the left to get the Cyborg there. Loop around the vehicle to the left and head for the planters. Intersect the guard as they pass by the left planter and take them down. Turn torward the stairs after that and head on up them. There are a good number of soldiers here. Just press forward and move toward Sam.
