Borderlands 2 Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage Walkthrough Part 10 – Battle: Death Race

A few sidequests get unlocked as you get this mission under way. If you have the Afterburner Artifact, this is a good time to pull it out. You have to win a race and destroy the various bikers that will be attacking you. Just be sure that you are ready for this fight and have remembered what you need about taking on opponents in vehicles.

When you are ready to start, just head to the starting line for the race. You will have 2:30 to complete all the objectives once you start so be ready for it. Start by simply getting to the line and waiting for the count down. After that, start by staying on the road. Run over the midget and shoot whatever happens to cross your line of fire.

Once you are through the second marker start looking over to the right for a ramp. Without the Afterburner Artifact this little shortcut is a huge help as it just cuts you straight through to the third marker. From there just get back on the round. It looks like a second lap is in order.

Stay on the road and head for the next marker. It is under the first pole again so head over there in a hurry. You need to over the whole track a second time. This time there are a lot more bikers out after you. Fight who you want to or need to. Otherwise just focus on driving. It does not take too much to take out some of them but you can only spare so much time toward fighting. After that you just need to make it back on over the track to the finishing line and complete the race to see if this works on getting Momma to show herself.

When you turn in the mission Motor Momma will contact you. It looks like the run on the raceway worked. She wants to meet and fight with you. That is good news. Time to get up to #3 in the Badass Rankings.
