Acquired from Dr. Jane Hanson after you have completed “Where The Dead Live.” She needs you to find her clinic, collect her notebook and some ingredients for her to use. In return she will open up as a store and allow you to easily buy a number of medical kits (and she rewards you with 9 Large Medkits!).

Start by going into the Southern portion of the village. You need to find the Infirmary. When Dr. Hanson said it would be hard to get into she was serious. There are 2 ways into the clinic. The first is to climb onto a nearby awning and jump from there onto the open balcony. The second is, to get to the edge of the search area and climb up onto the rooftops using the plants. Either way will lead directly to the clinic itself. There are likely 2 Walkers outside the clinic so keep on guard to handle them

Things are not much easier once you find the door and open it. Inside you will find 3 Walkers and 1 Suicider. Throw or shoot the Suicider and you will clear most of the room in a single blast. Mop up any surviving Walkers and then search the room for the book she needs. With the book in hand, make your way back to the Halai Village Survivor's Camp.

Dr. Hanson is happy to get her book back. Now she will send you after the materials she needs to make the medkits. Take a little time to visit Paradise Camp to stock up on medkits if needed. Head to the Map inside the Warehouse and Fast Travel to Mariks' Marina. Just head to the North from there and you will find yourself in the Lonely Cave.

Once inside the cave you will encounter a number of Drugged Infected. They regenerate health by default so be careful. Any time you can lob a grenade or molotov at them first, do it. Just where the dark first breaks to light you will find the first patch of Glowing Mushrooms on the left. There are a number of Infected here so be ready.

The second patch of Glowing Mushrooms can be found in the far side of the first chamber. The chamber is basically full of Walkers, Drugged Infected and a Thug. Lob explosives in there at whatever moves. If possible, grab the propane tank, throw it toward the thug and then hit it with a firearm of any sort. It will give a tremendous boom and wipe out most things around it in an instant. After that you just need to make your way back to the Map and return to Dr. Hanson to complete the quest.
