As you go down the stairs, pause at the first landing. There are a number of corpses and with them you will find lots of ammo, grenades, guns and mines. Grab everything worthwhile and then continue on down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs you have a single Walker to deal with. After that go over to the right. You will find another Work Bench you can use here. You are nearly through this area so there are only a couple more you will find. Repair and restock as best you can. Be sure that you have grenades or other explosives handy. There are clusters of zombies ahead and a boom goes a long way.

At the first hallway on your right you have 2 Infected that will rush you. If you advance carefully they will come charging to you opposed to flanking you with their charge. You will also notice a door burst open in the back right portion of the hall. There are more zombies there so hurl one of your explosives at it. Just watch it blow and finish off the zombies that come at you. When you are done down the one hallway on the left.

Go on down it and follow it to the next open doorway on the right. There is another ammo cache on the left-hand side of the floor, opposite the doorway. On the far side of the intervening room you will see another group of zombies. Once again, throw something at them to thin their ranks and draw them to you. Head into the room just beyond the one you are in and go to the left after finishing them off.

As you go down this hallway you will find a Wrestler waiting for you with some reinforcements room the room to the East. Kill them off and you can head into that Eastern room to find another Workbench. If possible be sure to have a Toxic weapon on hand. Make it from whatever you can. This will prove very useful when you come to face off against the upcoming boss: Harlow.

 After that just continue down the corridor to the South. At the end of it you have 2 more Walkers lying down and then you are at the elevator. Throw the switch to the right to bring the elevator up as high as it will go. It breaks down before it can get to your floor.

Jump into the elevator shaft and onto the elevator itself. Go over to the side and drop down onto the left just below you. Now head over to the ladder and climb down it. This will lead you to the laboratory that has been set up in the dock. It is huge and you are going to going through it. Head on out into the main area. There are a total of 3 clues you need to find in this area to advance things forward.

The first is found by the stairs in the back left corner, inside the first green search zone. There you will find a body you can investigate. Do so to find out it is uninfected. Time to find the second clue you need. Head back to the front of the room and look at the first computer you see. Interact with it to learn that the equipment has been here for weeks. Now to find the final piece. Head into the middle of the room and look on the right-hand side for 2 gurneys. You will see 2 cadavers: a man and a woman. Investigate the woman to get the final clue. After that head to the door in the back of the room, where the groaning and moaning is coming from. Inside you will find Harlow who is pacing and ranting. When she stops it is time to fight.
