The Last Of Us Walkthrough Part 61 – Chapter 9: Lakeside Resort (Bear Creek Lodge)

Ellie has now made it out of the pipe. Be sure that you grabbed the comic on the bench just about the first pipe then go over to the end of the platform. At the end of the platform in front of you, drop off and immediately get into a crouch and move up behind the nearby right-hand wall you see in front of you. You will hear some Survivors come into the area and call out to search for Ellie. They suspect she is in the area but she could also be nearby. Watch and use Listen Mode to track the 1 Hunter who is really nearby, patrolling close to the building. Wait for them to check in with each other then start by hopping over the wall and advancing to the back patio of the lodge on the right.  Hug against the back of the building as you see them move around. Kill any single Survivor that crosses your path. Be sure that you also have a bottle equipped in case you see someone just before they see you. Immediately lob it at them then rush and knife them.

Make your way around to the far side of the building. You will see another gate is blocking your path forward. Look over to the right-hand side of the building. There are a pair of dumpsters against the side of it. Pull out the one on the left and drop through the small window there. Look to the left of where you land to spot a desk. Open it up to potentially find some Crafting Items. Go on up the stairs after that and over to the right into the main part of the building. To your left is a door you can go through, there is a little more to grab before you should head through here. Head around the raised part of the area and head for the back right-hand corner. You will find more Crafting Items there. Collect them then head for the door

Open the broken glass door and head on through to the next part of the lodge. Go over to the counter-top on the right to collect more Crafting Items. After that you need to forward. The problem is there is a Survivor staked out looking inside the lodge waiting for Ellie to show. Lob a Molotov between the 2 windows with the Survivors to just deal with them both. Turn and head for the front of the lodge. Advance to the middle wall, grab the bottle there then duck onto the left-hand side of the counter. A survivor will come running in looking for Ellie shortly. You can likely get the drop on him, if not, fend him off then stab him.

Head forward to the front of the lodge. There does not look to be a good way out so head for the supplies you see in front of you. This will lure another Survivor out. Quickly fend him off then stab him. Head on forward to the door and force your way through it. David will ambush her and take her to their camp.

David and Ellie have a talk and she really does not like what is going on here. David is trying to convince her that he is trying to save her from the rest of them. She breaks his finger in her attempt to escape. David leaves with some angry words in the air.
