Blood Well
(Passive): Aatrox stores the HP cost of his skills in the Blood Well; out of combat, the well slowly empties until it reaches its base level. When Aatrox loses all HP, PV, he draws on the Blood Well and recovers the amount of HP stocked (x1.35) for 3 seconds, during which time he is untouchable but cannot move, attack or cast spells. Aatrox also gains 1% attack speed for every 2% blood in the Blood Well.
Dark Flight (Q)
(Active): Aatrox takes off and slams down on the targeted zone. Nearby enemies are hit by physical damage and those at the centre of the impact are knocked up into the air for 1 second.
Blood Thirst (W)
(Passive): Aatrox heals himself every third attack, the heal is tripled if Aatrox has less than 50% HP. Activating Blood Thirst starts Blood Price.
• Sanguinaire: every third attack, instead of healing himself, Aatrox deals additional damage. Aatrox loses HP depending on the additional damage dealt.
Blades of Torment (E)
(Active): Aatrox chanels and releases the power of his blade in a straight line, dealing damage and slowing enemies hit by 40% for 1.75/2/2.25/2.5/2.75 seconds
Massacre (R)
(Active): When activated, Aatrox instantly deals damage to enemies around him. During Massacre, Aatrox's attack speed (40/50/60%) and attack range (+175) are increased. Massacre doesn't cost any HP.
Pros
Has a strong engage.
Is very strong in the lane thanks to his sustain.
No mana so can spam his spells and harass the enemy.
Ability to draw out the teamfights thanks to his passive.
Cons
Very limited potential if the opponent begins to gain armour.
Weak against any kind of attack speed debuff.
Is very dependent on his engage, if it doesn't work he will end up in a situation where he could be kited.
