Peggle Blast Cheats, Tips & Hack for Green Pegs, Ring of Fire, & Super Guide

Popcap games have been around for a while now. They have made many wonderful games including Bejeweled, Zuma, Plants Vs Zombies and of course, Peggle.

Peggle was launched for the first time in 2007 for PC and mac and was received very well by the critics and the gamers. Peggle was a very nice idea full of amazing graphics. Despite being a casual game, it had the ability to attract some hardcore gamers. It was well received for Xbox as well, staying at the top of the charts for two weeks and being listed in top 10 Xbox arcade games of all times. Playing with rainbows and unicorns had never been so fun. The game was so popular at the end of its first month, 100,000 copies of it were already sold and by 2009, it had been downloaded for more than 50 million times. Everything was going fine unless in 2011, EA bought Popcap for as much as $1.3B. EA games, as you may know it, has the reputation of ruining it all for the players. In the next version of Peggle–Peggle Blast– EA lived up to its expectations very well. Thanks to EA, no player can now enjoy Peggle the way they did back in 2007.The game has been cluttered with in-app purchases and limited everything making it sometimes extremely hard to win a level without paying those greedy bad-bad-people with real cash.

Peggle blast is a casual puzzle game where many pegs of different colors are scattered across the screen and your goal is to eliminate certain color of pegs by hitting them with balls from your gun, fixed at the top of the screen. The goals may differ with the levels. In some levels, the mere goal is to eliminate orange-colored pegs. Some include goal of attaining a certain high score and some want you to hatch Phoenix eggs by hitting them 3 times.

Peggle Blast Hack for Green Pegs, Ring of Fire, & Super Guide – iOS & Android

Peggle Blast players are already familiar with how the green pegs let you use your special powers.  Resources like ring of fire and super guide can also be very helpful as you make your way through the levels in the game.  These items can be earned as you progress in the game or you can buy them in the game using real money.

Chances are, you’re going to want more green pegs, ring of fire, and super guides than you have (or want to pay for).  That’s where the Peggle Blast hack comes in.  This hack tool will let you add unlimited amounts of green pegs, ring of fire and super guides to your account for free!

The hack is free to download and works for both Android and iOS devices.  The hack will automatically install itself on your device once you download it.  Once it’s installed, you’ll see a menu like the one pictured below.

The Peggle Blast hack will automatically detect which type of device you are using to play the game.  As long as you are using an Android or iOS device, the hack will work fine.  Begin by typing in the amount of green pegs, ring of fire boosts, and super guide boosts you want to add to your account.  You can also check the boxes to unlock all levels, have max lives, and have unlimited balls.  We recommend leaving the Anti-Ban and Use Proxy boxes checked to ensure that your account doesn’t get banned.

After you’ve entered this information, just tap the “Start Generator” button to begin the hack.  The Peggle Blast hack only takes about 20 seconds to complete.  You can check on the progress of the hack by looking at the bar at the bottom of your screen.  Once the hack is finished, the tool will notify you.  Now just open your Peggle Blast app to check that the resources have been added to your account.

Peggle Blast Gameplay

There are two types of pegs, round and flat. Usually flat pegs are arranged in a certain order, making slides and other beautiful patterns. The whole slide can be eliminated with a single peg if hit at the right spot. Hitting more than one pegs in one shot is called a combo. Whenever a combo is hit, player is awarded significant extra points (visual effects while a combo is taking place is also very nice to look upon).

Round pegs are scattered across the screen in random patterns and are comparatively difficult to eliminate in a single shot. There is a basket moving back and forth at the bottom of the screen. If a fired ball falls into the basket, it is loaded back in your gun which has limited number of balls to achieve the goals.

Pegs are also differentiated on the base of their color; green, blue and orange. Green pegs will allow you to use your master power. You will have different master powers based on what level you are on. Orange pegs as told earlier are to be eliminated to clear a level and blue pegs, they are just normal pegs making it hard to hit green and orange pegs.

In Peggle Blast, there is always someone to help you in the game. They are animals who will talk to you in human language (which is not as cool as it sounds). Every animal has a unique master power too which allows you to solve the levels easily.

Bjorn the unicorn is the first character you will come across in the game. He is also the iconic character of Peggle. Bjorn is very smart, friendly and a great leader. When his master power is activated, a line appears on the screen showing where the ball will go after you fire it, enabling you to hit various combos and long shots.

Second character you will come across is Jimmy lightning, a North-American beaver who wants to become a mad scientist. Jimmy’s master power is to grant you an extra peg every time you hit a green peg.

Pearl the octopus has a unique ability of being able to catch the pegs with her tentacles. If you want to hit a peg but there is no way to hit it directly, you can throw it to Pearl who will catch it and then you can hit the same peg from the other side.

Kablooey the peacock has a super power called Blue Yourself which supercharges your ball to destroy nearby blue pegs without actually hitting them. If an orange, blue or green peg comes in its range, you get credits for those too!
Batrina the beautiful (cough cough) bat is another cute (cough cough) character in the game. She has the ability of generating a sonic shriek which will kill all the pegs from top to the bottom in a single shot.

Our next character is a bit creepy, and seriously gross. Shelldone the snail coats the ball with sticky material using Slime Ball trick which protects it from fire and slows it down so it can affect more pegs. Also, a slimy residue falls down on the pegs below giving you even more coverage.

Our last character, Warren the rabbit is a consultant. He connects you to some random master from the game in every stage. If you replay a level you have cleared before, you will be able to choose anyone from your unlocked masters. There will be arrows on both sides of the photo of master at the title screen of that level.

Boosts are also available to you in case you are unable to solve the levels with given number of pegs. They are available at the bottom left corner. You can activate any boost before any shot to supercharge it. While master powers can only be activated by the respective masters, these boosts can be activated at any level irrespective of which master is available at the given moment.

The Ring of Fire boost encircles your ball with a flame barrier which causes all the pegs and bricks melt across the way. It also protects your peg from Fire Balls.

The Super Guide activation brings Bjorn and starts showing the track where the ball will go after you hit it. It is most helpful when you need to hit a combo or need to eliminate more orange pegs then you have balls left.

More balls boost comes in handy when you have just missed the target of eliminating all orange pegs within the given number of balls. It gives you some extra balls.

Phoenix eggs are held by pegs and if you accidently hit those pegs, there is a chance of losing those eggs to the abyss. You can catch them halfway using Egg Net. It gives you time to hit . It gives you time to hit those eggs with two balls in order to hatch them. If you have already hit the egg once before catching it with Egg Net, you are good to go.

Some levels have time bombs trapped inside the pegs. If the time is over, bombs detonate and you lose. The Time Bomb Extender boost extends the timer of the bomb.

The downside of this system of boosts is that boosts are to be purchased as in-app purchases. Some levels seem to be too hard to solve without using these boosts. This is kind of frustrating at times. You can also win some free boosts by watching ads in the game.

Peggle Blast also has the notorious, annoying, mood-killing lives system. You have limited lives which fill up automatically over time and every time you fail a level, you lose a life. You can wait for those lives to fill up or you can buy new lives through in-app purchases.

Peggle Blast is currently running version 2.1.0 and requires your device to be running at least iOS version 7.0 or anything later. The game is currently available to play in multiple languages, making international play easy. The game is available to be downloaded for free from the app store with the optional to purchase further in app content. Peggle Blast currently has a four star rating in the app store and has received favorable reviews from the majority of players.
There are a variety of things available for the player to purchase within the game. If you find yourself in a tight spot without any balls left to shoot at the pegs, you can purchase extra balls for prices ranging from ninety nine cents to $1.99. If you find yourself out of lives after one to many bad attempts at a particularly difficult board, you can purchase extra lives for ninety nine cents. You’re also able to purchase special power ups like the ring of fire, for ninety nine cents each. If you’re in a pinch, don’t worry, the game has you covered, if you’re willing to pay for it, that is.

Peggle Blast Cheats & Tips

The main goal of the game is to score a very high score. You can just focus on this single one and the rest of the goals will automatically be completed. Just try to hit a score as high as you can.

Long shot (hitting 2 orange pegs in one shot) and Super Slide are very useful tricks. Not only do they eliminate multiple pegs in a single shot, they also prove themselves to be a very good tool to boost high score. Whenever you can, try to do a Long Shot or a Super Slide trick.

Make most out of the masters’ super-powers. Pearl for example, can catch the balls with its tentacles and then shoot them again from the side. If you cannot hit something directly, use Pearl’s tentacles. In the same way, you can use Bjorn’s Super Guide and so on.

Some shots are very tricky. They need utter efficiency. In these cases, you can use the magnifier. If you hold a shot for some time, it will activate the magnifier allowing you to shoot with much more accuracy.

A Phoenix Egg normally takes 3 shots to be hatched. But if it is dropped in the bucket, it will hatch instantaneously. If you are short on balls, try this trick before hitting the restart button.

You can get free boosters. When you are about to start a level, do not hit play button. Instead, tap on the watch ad banner below where you can watch a fifteen second clip in exchange for a free booster. It can be anything from Super Guide to Ring of Fire.

Connect your game to your Facebook account. First, it will save your game progress online. Whenever you need to play the game on a different device, you just need to connect that device to your Facebook account and continue from where you left last time. Second, you can get help from your Facebook friends who Play Peggle. But try not to send an invite once a person rejects it. I personally HATE people who keep sending me random game requests.

Peggle Blast Review

Overall, the game has some nice things and a lot of annoying things stuffed into it. Let us take a look on all of them one by one.

Peggle blast has some pretty stunning graphics. Animations beautifully run across the screen. You actually spend more time looking at the animations than planning and taking the shots. Colors are sharp and beautiful.

Work done with the Masters and their powers is also appreciable. After some stages, you get to play with a new master, with new powers, with new style. Challenges in each level also keep the player interested in the game. Hatching the eggs, eliminating orange pegs and trying to attain a specific high score are actually thrilling.

On the other hand, game is filled with in-app purchases. Some levels seem to be too hard to solve without special powers and boosters which, of course costs real money. The actual bliss of playing Peggle was to play it as long as you want. There were no barriers. Now, you have to wait to start new game if you are not willing to pay. People play casual games in their free time–which is limited. They do not want the same frustration they went through all day. But developers do not understand this (do they?). Moreover, whenever you unlock new levels, you need to wait 5-6 hours. In good ol’ times, games waited for people. Now they want people to wait for them.

In my opinion, setting a fair price for the game was far better than keeping it free and cluttered with ads and in-app purchases. There were a lot of Peggle fans who would have bought it. It might have less players than the previous games but at least they would be happy with the game.

Also, when remaking a game, you need to be creative. People do not want to play the same game in the same manner again and again. There must be some huge changes to justify the newer version, especially when you are remaking a great game like Peggle. There is no innovation in the story. A great idea is what makes a game great and if you are using an old idea, at least be creative enough to indulge audience with enhancements. Peggle Blast misses in these things.

Ratings:

Artwork: I give Peggle Blast an 8/10 for its artwork. The artwork of this game is really nice. Beautiful use of color contrasts, smooth animations sometimes give you chills. The bright colors automatically make this game seem fun.

Music and SFX: I give the game a 7/10 for its music and SFX. The music in the game is definitely good, I love the almost carnival feel that the game has, however, it gets incredibly repetitive and you’re just stuck with the same annoying tune stuck in your head. The sound effects used in the game are minimal, but definitely contribute to the overall feel of the game so what is there is enough to satisfy my need for fun sound effects.

Story and Originality: I give the game a 6/10 for its story and originality. Like many game, this game has absolutely no story to it beyond the little conversations the in game characters have with you, on the good side though, this game is well structured enough to not need a well laid out story, but it definitely lacks something that even a slight hint of a story might fill. The change of master characters every few levels is interesting which also makes some sort of story as the game progresses. Honestly, it’s a lot like any other bubble shooter, with slight subtle differences, so I can’t really say that this is an entirely new concept.

General Gameplay: I give the game a 5/10 for its general gameplay. The gameplay of this game becomes seriously annoying when the game starts trying to force you to buy stuff. Every time you start a level an ad is shoved in your face and every time you lose a level, you are presented with “awesome” in-app purchases. Other than this off putting feature, the gameplay is relatively easy to get the hang of and pretty fun, if you can get past only being able to play a little at a time.

Addictiveness: I give the game a 4/10 for its addictiveness. I have to admit that I had a really hard time getting addicted to this one, because of the annoying ads and such and running out of lives so quickly, I found that I was only able to play for maybe ten minutes max at a time, if the life system wasn’t so strict and ads didn’t seem to pop up every minute, I could’ve probably gotten into this game a little bit more.

Overall, I give Peggle Blast 6/10.
