If you are a gun enthusiast or you are simply interested to learn how guns works, such as loading a gun with ammo and shooting it, then Gun Club 2 is just the gun simulator for you! This gun simulator comes packed with tons of different guns and gun types, a lot of features and from the developers’ mouth, it is the most technically accurate gun simulator out on the app stores. Gun Club 2 has developer and successfully released by The Binary Hill and it has been downloaded over five million times with a rating of 4.3 out of 5 on Google Play Store and a 4 star rating on iOS App Store.
There is no goal to Gun Club 2. You simply pick out a gun from your gun wall, and you can play around with it and test out how it fires. The developers did make sure that the guns were as realistic as possible, both on appearance as in mechanical work. After you have picked your gun, you will see a loading screen with some useful Wikipedia-like information after which you can play with the gun itself. You will need to load the gun with ammunition, pull the slide so a bullet will go in the barrel and pull the trigger to shoot the gun.
Most of the guns work the same way as described above, but there is a good help feature if you are stuck and do not know how to handle the gun. There are also explosives which have of course a different working mechanism but after you have successfully used a type of gun for the first time, you will know how to handle most of the other ones.
While there are many guns available, there are also a lot of extra gun packs which you can purchase with real money or club coins. These gun packs all have a different theme, for example there is the Navy Seals Pack which includes guns used by the navy seal but also older guns such as in the South Vietnam pack, where you can play with guns used in the Vietnam War.
Gun Club 2 In-game store
There is a premium currency in Gun Club 2 called club coins. You can earn club coins by completing offers on Tapjoy. Offers are usually in the form of you downloading other games and playing them. After you successfully do that, you will be awarded the amount of club coins you were promised before you started an offer. You cannot purchase club coins for real money, you can only get them by completing offers.
You can use the club coins that you have earned to purchase different gun packs. There are twenty five different gun packs and they either cost 100 or 200 club coins. The only way to get club coins is by completing offers like mentioned above. If you do not want to bother completing offers, you can also purchase gun packs with real money. The prices for gun packs vary up to $0,99 per pack.

I wanted to try the one that could inject my game with unlimited coins so I went ahead and tried to download the cheat tool but before I could even do that, I needed to fill in a survey.
If you get asked to fill in a survey, you should close the websites and never return there. These surveys generate an income for websites, and they lure people in by offering fake cheat tools so people will want to fill in a survey just to get the cheats. After I had filled in the survey, my download started automatically and after it finished, I started the program. The program asked me to connect my mobile device, which has Gun Club 2 installed on, with my computer by USB cable. After I had done that, I could fill in the amount of club coins I wanted and needed to click on the inject button. When I did so, the program allegedly looked for my device, but could never find it. This is just how every one of those so called cheat tools work. They are mere empty shells to be able to make money off of people who will fill in surveys to get them. They are fake and if you are lucky, you will not accidently download a virus. Beware of websites like these and never download programs that you do not trust.
If you are clueless how to handle a certain gun, there is a handy help feature implemented in Gun Club 2 which you should use. You can enable it by tapping on the “? Help” button at the middle center of your screen. This feature will highlight the parts of the guns or the movements you need to make in order to operate the gun accordingly. The movements are numbered so you will know what to do next, for example it will tell you to tap on magazine to reload after which you need to pull the slide to be able to shoot the gun.
If you do not want to keep reloading and just want to shoot the guns however long you want, you can go into the settings menu and tap the box called Ammo Unlimited. This will give your magazines unlimited ammo and even if it seems like your munition is depleting, you do not need to worry because the magazines automatically refill. This is especially useful for people that just want to hear how the guns sound like without having to need to reload every five seconds.
The first thing I noticed about Gun Club 2 is the amount of guns that are available to test out and play with. You can pick a gun and just go wild with it as you wish and when you get bored of that particular gun, you can change to a different one whenever you want. It is also nice that the developers didn’t just copy and paste guns but rather spend time and detailed each and every gun out like it was the real thing. There is no real gameplay in Gun Club 2, you can only pick a gun and test it out. It would have been nice if there were some enemies or even targets you could shoot at to get the “real feel” of the gun itself. The special effects such as nozzle flash, recoil and smoke is a nice add-on to the game and makes it feel more realistic.
While the game does what it says, it is still unfortunate that there are a few negative aspect. The first negative aspect I noticed about Gun Club 2 is that there are a lot of advertisements. When you are looking through your gun collection, there will always be an ad banner at the bottom and occasionally a pop-up advertisement will show up out of nowhere which can be pretty obstructive and annoying. It makes it feel like the developers of Gun Club 2 try to trick people into tapping on the advertisement while they are trying to pick another gun. I have nothing against developers of free-to-play games trying to generate an income for themselves, but they should try to make the advertisements less obstructive.
The developers claim that there are tons of weapons available to the player and while they are right, they do forget to mention that you will need to spend a lot of real money to unlock them all. Guns come in packages and every package has a different theme of guns. You can of course refrain from spending real money on gun packs and complete free offers through Tapjoy to earn club coins but it is a known fact that Tapjoy and other services such as these do not always work. They often do not pay you out the amount of club coins they promise you after you complete the offer. This is very irritating because players spend time downloading other games just so the developer of Gun Club 2 can generate money, but they do not guarantee that you will be rewarded with club coins. You can of course complain at Tapjoy, but often enough you will not get a response or you need to wait a few days.
Artwork: I give Gun Club 2 an 8/10 for its artwork. You can tell by just looking at the game that the developers put a lot of time and effort into detailing all the different guns available in the game. The graphics of the individual guns, their movements, ammunition and for example the nozzle flashes and smoke are very detailed and adds a nice touch to the game. The gun wall is also pretty decent and you can scroll through your wall to pick up a gun you want to simulate next very easily.
Music & SFX: I give Gun Club 2 an 8/10 for its music and SFX. Much like the artwork, you can tell that the developers also spend a lot of time on individual gun sounds and sound effects of ammunition flying out of the gun etc. I like the fact that the gunfire actually sounds realistic compared to cartoonish or something. The sounds are also not overly load but load enough to hear even without headphones so you will not disturb your ears too much if you play Gun Club 2 a few hours on end.
Story & Originality: I give Gun Club 2 a 7/10 for its story and originality. There are a few gun simulators out on the app stores but if we look at the amount of guns available, I think that Gun Club 2 trumps other gun simulators. There is no story in the game, you simply pick the gun you want to see in detail, load it up and start shooting it. Because of the amount of weapons available in Gun Club 2, I am inclined to give it a decent rating just for originality.
General Gameplay: I give Gun Club 2 a 7/10 for general gameplay. The gameplay of Gun Club 2 is pretty straight forward. You pick a gun from your gun wall after which you load it up and start shooting it. It is unfortunate that the developers didn’t at least implement a target practice or something similar to that so that you could actually shoot your gun at something. Other than that, the gameplay is smooth and everything is clear. If you do not know how to handle a certain gun, you can always use to help tool, which will show you how to load and shoot the gun.
Addictiveness: I give Gun Club 2 a 7/10 for addictiveness. If you are a gun fanatic or you are simply interested to see how guns work in general, I can imagine that Gun Club 2 would be pretty addictive, especially because of the fact that there are so many weapons available to the player. You can actually unlock the gun packs for free because of offers that are available in the game, though it can be a bit annoying to save up enough club coins from all the different offers. I believe Gun Club 2 to be more of a time killer than an actual gun simulator where you spend hours on simply because there are no goals or gameplay what so ever.
All things considered, I give Gun Club 2 a 7/10.
