Welcome to Liberty City, where many noble nations fight in everyday battle to reach their dream. In this guide you will find the exact description of all missions, weapons, maps, subquests, dating and much more. So get to work.

1 - left analog stick, press for L3.
2 - D-pad.
3 - right analog stick, press for R3.
4 - LT (Left Trigger).

To control camera use right analog stick. You can change the distance between Niko and the camera by pressing the Back button. Additionally, you can use R3 to look behind.
Pressing LT while on foot engages aiming mode. You can target any person in the game. Armed with a gun you are able to lock on a target. To aim manually - press LT only a little bit. For auto-aiming press LT to the end.
While auto-locked on a person, you can target different places on his body by adjusting your aim using right analog stick.
Some weapons, like sniper rifle, allows you to zoom your view by pressing R3 button.
It's important to crouch (L3). Crouching increases Niko's accuracy. Additionally you can perform roll left or roll right maneuver. To do so: raise your weapon (LT), press X and move left analog stick left or right (you can roll while standing and crouching - L3).

While in a car you can change your view by pressing the Back button. In the same fashion as on foot - you can use right analog stick to look around and press R3 to look behind. Pressing B engages TV camera, but if you do it while a car chase sequence it will focus view on a car you are chasing. During TV view press L3 to slow down time (Matrix-style).
You can perform a drive-by shooting by pressing LB. But remember that only certain weapon types are allowed to be used in a car. To change your currently equipped weapon press X.
You can also throw grenades - it is important to keep in mind, that Niko throws them behind. The longer you hold down the RT button, the sooner it will explode after throwing it.
To walk move the left analog button you want Niko to follow.
While using left analog stick press the A button - Niko will start running. Pressing A repeatedly will make Niko run faster.
Press left analog stick to crouch. It improves you accuracy and makes Niko harder to spot and hit.
Press the X button to jump.
Press X nearby a wall to make Niko climb it. If it is small enough - Niko will jump over it. But if it is higher - he will hand on it's edge. While hanging, you can use left analog stick to move sideways. To climb and edge press X button again or Y - if you want Niko to drop.
Niko can also use other means of getting to higher places, like ladders. To use a ladder press the Y button. You can speed up climbing by holding down the A button.
Swimming was simplified when compared to San Andreas. In GTA4 Niko can only float on water. Controls are similar to walking - use left analog stick to point a direction you want Niko to swim and press A to make Niko swim faster.
You can find health and armor indicator in the left, bottom corner of head up display. It's the bar around the GPS and map. The green one shows Niko's health, and the blue one - his armor.
You have several way to immediatelly regain your health: eat something, use a medkit, or call 911 - then select ambulance (dial 911 and select 2).
Armor can be obtained in a gun shop, or be found on the streets of Liberty City (especially during missions). It provides you protection against firearms and cannot protect you from, for example, fall.
When you die you go to the nearest hospital. You will have to pay for your treatment (the exact sum of money varies) and you will spend in hospital several hours.
Map is your best friend in Liberty City. It shows nearby streets, locations and your targets. Additionally, when in car, it shows you way to selected waypoint.
Pressing D-pad down zooms map out.
You can set waypoints anywhere you want, by entering main options menu (Start), selecting map, and setting it, by pressing the A button.
To activate cell phone press D-pad up. When the cell phone is activated: A corresponds with the green button (confirm selection) and B - with red (cancel/back).
You navigate through menus using D-pad. To confirm your selection press A, to cancel - B. Keep in mind, that game is not paused when you use your phone. And don't forget to turn it off when you're done - by pressing B till it disappears.
Additionally, just after you select your cell, press D-pad up to activate cell's keyboard. You can dial any number using it.
Cell phone allows you to contact persons you've got in your phonebook (Phonebook), read messages (Messages), check your scheduled meetings (Organizer) and activate multiplayer mode (Multiplayer). Later in game you will be able to take pictures using built-in camera (Camera) - but it's useful only during missions.
You can adjust ringtones and themes in options menu (Options). To buy more of theme - visit Whiz Mobile while surfing the in-game internet.
Games saves it's state automatically (but you can turn it off in main options menu), right after you made progress in games completion. Anyway, you can save your game in one of Niko's flats. To do so - stand in the icon near bed and, as the onscreen information appears, press the Y button.
To perform a car theft press the Y button. It will take more or less time, depending on whether car's doors are closed or not. Watch out for cars with alarms - it will catch police's attention.
Also, you can try to cause a traffic jam by standing in a middle of the road and then remove driver from selected car (Y). Watch out - some people often would not cooperate and will try fight you.
When armed, you can aim your weapon at the driver - he will abandon his vehicle or try to escape.
To accelerate press RT, to brake and reverse - LT. You can use A, or RB, to activate handbrake. Left analog stick corresponds with steering wheel. To sound a horn - press and hold the L3 button, tapping it will cause vehicles like police car or ambulance to turn on it's signal. Holding down X turns on lights, and when turned on - switches between long and short lights.
Bike controls works exactly like mentioned above car controls, but this time Niko can shift his weight using left analog stick (up-down).
If you can drive a car and ride a motorcycle - you won't have any problems with boats. The only difference is A and RT buttons allowing you to take sharper turns.
Things get a little complicated here. Use RT and LT to adjust the main rotor torque. Left analog stick control main rotor's deflection - which allows you to fly forward, backward and sideways. RB and LB buttons controls the tail rotor. Controlling tail rotor makes helicopter rotate left or right. Additionally, when you press both RB and LB you will stabilise helicopter, that should help you during landing. Later in game you can find and Annihilator attack copter and you can fire it's cannons by pressing X.
Try shouting for a taxi by pressing LB. When the taxi stops, remember to hold down(!) Y if you want to ride as a passenger.
Inside, choose your destination using left analog stick. You can ask driver to hurry up using X, or skip the entire traveling process by pressing A. However - both of these option will cost you more money.
To make Niko hide behind cover press RB standing nearby. You can use left analog stick to move alongside it. Press RB again to exit the covering mode. You can also press RB when approaching the hiding spot - Niko will then perform slide to get there.
To shoot without aiming press RT. Notice, that Niko stays in cover, but your shooting is less accurate.
By pressing LT Niko will lean out to aim (to shoot press RT). Releasing LT will cause him to return to cover.
There is a Wanted Level Star indicator in the upper right corner of the screen. The more you're wanted, the more stars you've got.
The police will try to arrest you, they won't use weapons and will eventually a police cruiser will be send to investigate your case.
The more you break the law, or attempt to attack a policeman, the more stars you get. At two star he police will utilise their firearms..
More police cruisers, LCPD Maverick helicopter and Patriot SUV will take up chase and policemen will act more aggressively. You will automatically earn a three star wanted level when you shoot a cop. Roadblocks and LCPD Predator boats will spawn to prevent you from getting to another island.
At four stars N.O.O.S.E. agents and vehicles appear - they are heavy armored and armed. You also can spot the Annihilator helicopter gunship in the sky.
It's much the same as four stars wanted level, but this time F.I.B agents come to play.
It is the last stage. The police will now shoot while driving, spawn multiple Annihilators, you will spot plenty of F.I.B. and N.O.O.S.E agents. Everything will get extremely intense.
Losing the police is all the revolution in GTA 4 is about. To lose the cops all you have to do is get out of the Wanted Zone. Wanted Zone is a flashing circle on your radar.
When wanted, your radar will show all the police cars and patrols. Try to avoid them, because every policeman that spot you becomes the center of a new Wanted Zone. It is important to manouver a lot, change your route often and stay off the major roads.
Of course - there are Pay 'n' Spray garages scattered around the Liberty City, but this time you cannot be seen by the cops when you enter one.
After you get arrested by the police, you will be transported to a nearby police station. There they will take away all your weapons and some money.
To change your current weapon use the D-pad left and right buttons.
Naked fists - GTA 4 offers you pretty good fighting system. Press B to push and stun a person you are actually facing. Everything changes when you are locked at someone (LT). Then, use Y and B to punch, X to kick, and A to block. Tapping A when you are being attacked by enemy will make Niko sway (press B or Y to retaliate).
Knife - just a knife. It's silent and deadly during hand to hand combat
Bat - it's less sofisticated than a knife, but it also has greater attack range.
Pistol - your main firearm. It holds a 17-round magazine. It can be used while driving a vehicle.
Combat Pistol - it has only 9 bullets in a mag, but it is more powerful than the regular pistol. It can be used while driving a vehicle.
Pump Shotgun - requires you to reload it after each shot. It's a typical shotgun - very powerful, but only at close range. It holds 8 shells.
Combat Shotgun - upgraded shotgun: holds 10 bullets and doesn't have to be reloaded after each shot.
Micro-SMG - holds 50 bullets in a mag and has very high rate of fire. It can be used while driving a vehicle.
SMG - it's simply a better Micro-SMG. Better range, smaller recoil, greater firepower. The price is - it holds only 30 bullets in a mag. It can be used while driving a vehicle.
Assault Rifle - very powerful weapon with incredible zoom (R3). But keep in mind to use it in short burst to increase it's accuracy.
Carbine Rifle - it's very similar to Assault Rifle and practically the only difference between them is a slightly increased accuracy.
Sniper Rifle - this one has to be reloaded after each shot and while sniping (R3) - requires you to stand still, you cannot move. You can zoom your view in or out using the left analog stick.
Combat Sniper Rifle - upgraded version of Sniper Rifle. Doesn't have to reloaded after each shot.
RPG - the most powerful weapon in Grand Theft Auto 4. It has to be reloaded after each shot, it is slow - but the firepower is just amazing. You can even take out a police helicopter with one shot.
Molotov - typical Molotov's Coctail, best against people. It will burn everything and can be used while driving a vehicle.
Grenade - it's more powerful than the Molotov, but it doesn't cause things to burn.
During your stay in the Liberty City you will meet five Friend whom you can interact. Participating in activities they enjoy has its benefits.

Special ability:
- Unlocked at 70% Like Factor. Call him and he will fly to you in a helicopter.

- After "Three Leaf Clover" mission.

- 3:00pm - 6:00am.

Special ability:
- Unlocked at 75% Like Factor. Call him to get a car bomb ready. Pick it up and plant it in a car. Detonate by using phone.

- After "The Holland Play" mission.

- 11:00am - 3:00am.

Special ability:
- Unlocked at 60% Like Factor. Call him and a car full of gang members will arrive to support you.
After you finish "Shadow" mission, you get a call from Little Jacob offering you work. Now you can call Jacob and select Job in the menu, to start a mission. There are 10 tasks waiting for you. All you have to do is: get to a car located at the starting point (0) and follow the onscreen direction. The missions are ordered randomly:
1. Beechwood City Timer.
2. Cerveza Heights.
3. East Island City Tunnel Timer.
4. Meadow Hills Ambush.
5. Meadows Park Ambush.
6. Meadows Park Festival Towers Sting.
7. Outlook Park Ambush.
8. Schoottler Timer.
9. Steinway Apartment Tower Timer.
10. Willis Alley Sting.
Vigilante Missions are unlocked after completing "Crime and Punishment" mission. To start one, you have to get into the police car and access it's computer by pressing the LB button while it's not moving. Select "View Current Crimes" from the menu and the choose one of the incidents that appear onscreen.
All you have to do is follow the onscreen directions and kill all the criminals you encounter.
After you finish "Vigilante Heat" mission, you get a call from Roman offering you work. Now you can call Jacob and select Job in the menu. Then pick up his cab from the cab depot (marked by a blue blip on the radar) and follow the fare that appears somewhere on the radar.
The fast you drop them off where they want to go, the more likely you are to receive the larger fee.
This job opportunity ends after completing "Roman's Sorrow" mission.
Most Wanted Missions are unlocked after completing "Crime and Punishment" mission. To start one, you have to get into the police car and access it's computer by pressing the LB button while it's not moving. Select "View Current Crimes" from the menu and the choose one of the suspects that appear onscreen.
The idea is simple - you have to get to the place shown on your radar and kill the suspect. There are 10 crooks one each of the 3 islands.

After you finish "Logging On" mission, you get a call from Roman and you will be able to do some missions for Brucie. Check your emails at the internet cafe (K) - you will find messages from Brucie with directions to cars he wants. When you send him a positive reply, an icon appears on your radar indicating the location of the targeted car. Get it and return to Brucie's lockup (0).

After you finish " No. 1" mission, you get a call from Brucie. Since that moment, calling him and choosing the Race option will cause Brucie to tell you where the next available challenge can be found (follow the yellow radar blip).
The choice of the car is all up to you, but remember - the faster, the better. The race route appears on screen and on the radar.
You can always use the B button to focus your view on the nearby checkpoint. It is important not to kill your opponent. Otherwise, the race will be canceled.
After completing missions "No. 1" and "Smackdown", you will receive call from Stevie. He is searching for 30 cars. So - it's up to you to get them to Stevie's garage (shown on map).
Stevie will send you a text message and a picture. The catch is, that this time your radar would not show you where the car is. That's where our maps come in handy:

After completing mission "Truck Hustle", you will receive call from Fixer. Then you will be able to access assassin's missions, by using telephone booth pointed on the map.
On the other side of the fence you can find some weapons and armor.
Missions are assigned to you in random order. Your targets are always shown on radar.
1. Bailing Out for Good - your target is going to get to a limo. Kill him before he will get in. Watch out for guards
2. Derelict Building - there are 3 targets waiting for you to be eliminated. They are hiding in an abandoned building. It's a few stories tall and full of armed enemies.
3. Hook, Line and Sinker - get yourself a sniper rifle, your target is aboard a boat. Try to assassinate him from as far as you can. Otherwise, you will have to chase him.
4. Dead End - get yourself a car. You can get rid of your targets by blowing up the car, which their travel by, or follow them and wait till they pull over and get out.
5. Water Hazard - get yourself a sniper rifle and head to the target's location. He is standing in a boat. It's an easy one..
6. Industrial Action - this mission takes place in oil refinery. You have to eliminate plenty of targets. Best weapon for this mission is in our opinion - an assault rifle.
7. Taken Out - get suggested weapon and good car. You have to get rid of caravan. You can prepare an ambush or try to destroy them during chase.
8. R.U.B. Down - you have to eliminate gang of motorbikers. The fastest way to accomplish this mission is using RPG.
9. Migration Control - target is going to escape using helicopter. Use RPG, or sniper rifle, to get rid of him.
In the city you can find people, whose missions aren't connected with game's main storyline. These are called random characters. However, you unlock them by progressing in main storyline. Beware, which one of them you depends on your decisions during missions (especially - who are you going to kill or spare).

Welcome to Liberty City. This mission starts with a ride to Roman's place. Learn how to drive and go there with the help of GPS. Go upstairs - in this room you can save your game, change clothes or just watch the TV. Go to the place marked R on the map. You will meet Roman there. Reward 25$
Give Roman a lift to his work and then follow the GPS. When you're done parking your car (1) Roman will ask you for a favor. You're to look for any suspicious looking guys. Loan sharks want their money back so Roman isn't too keen on meeting them. Look around using left analog stick. When you see two guys walking into the shop, call Roman immediately. Wait till he comes out and go back to Roman's working place. Leave him there and go back home. You should receive a message, read it and go back to Roman again.
Go to Hove beach to give Michelle a lift. Park on the yellow spot and honk (push left analogue stick). Drive her to her house and answer the call from Roman. It's time to change your clothes. Go to the Russian shop and buy something more civilized. After a short talk with Roman, Michelle will call to make a date. After that Roman will call again - this time it looks serious.
Go to the R on the map and enter the basketball field. Kick few asses and go back to car as fast as possible. Follow Dardan to reach harbor. Get out of the car and go upstairs. Move close to him and take his knife (dodge and punch). Kick his ass and go back to car. Go back to Roman's workplace. Reward: 50$.
Now it's time for your first date witch Michelle (1). Go play bowling (2,3) and after that take her back home (1). After a while you should receive a phone call from Roman with a proposition of entirely different kind of date.
Michelle - your new girlfriend.
Michelle isn't picky but try to choose varied places for your dates.
Nico is able to date her from First Date till The Snow Storm missions. She will answer his phone calls from 6 a.m. to 23 p.m.

Prepare your weapon and kill the guy who's standing close to stairs. After that position yourself near the window and kill the next one. Hide behind the sofa and shoot the two remaining guys. Restore your health using medical kit and leave to Homebrew Caf.
Vlad wants you to teach someone a lesson again. This time it's the laundry owner. Go there and get inside. Your target will run away, so follow him ASAP. Take a car from the backyard and chase him. When you get close to his van, try to block him to make him stop. Reward: 100$.
Another mission from this very likeable guy. He wants you to steal a silver Blista Compact (1). Go to the station and enter the train. You should reach a proper station in a while, go downstairs and find a car. Kick two guys asses and take this beautiful car. Go to the car wash first (2) and then to the hideout (3). Reward: 150$.
This mission is much more serious than the ones you've already done - the unlucky guy who must disappear is Ivan. Find a car and go to Roman's shop. You'll see Ivan driving off. Chase him until he crashes. Go upstairs to the top of the building. You'll need to learn how to jump from roof to roof. At the end you can decide whether you want to kill Ivan or not. In any case - money is yours. Reward: 200$.
It's time to end the acquaintance with Vlad. Go to his most favorite bar (1), kick his (or shoot) his bodyguards' asses and chase him. Don't lose him - just drive after his car. He'll crash (2) and escape through a hole in the fence. Execute him.
Meet with Roman... but this party will end shortly thereafter. After a few cutscenes, find a police car. You need to pull over vans shown on your GPS. Stop any of them with your car (of course, it needs to be a police car). He will jump over the fence and enter the building. Go after him but do not enter the flat without a weapon. There are four guys inside - kill them with a shotgun or SMG. Reward:250$.
Faustin wants you to kill a guy named Lenny (1) - he has bodyguards so be ready for some shooting. When you get closer, a bodyguard will shoot at you. In the same time Lenny will start running. Be prepared: get a car and go after him trying to get him off the road. When he leaves the car and runs on foot - kill him. Reward: 500$.
It's time to go online. Go to the Internet caf and log in. Click the mail picture and answer the letter to open an account. Get outside and wait for Roman's phone call, after that you should receive a job from Brucie. Log in again and check your mail. Answer Brucie's mail and go get the bike. It's guarded by a few well-armed bodyguards, so feel free to run them over. Take the bike and ride to hideout. Reward: up to 1000$ (depends on bike's condition).
Your boss wants you do something important for him. His daughter is dating some guy and Faustin doesn't like it. Go to the club but when you approach him the biker will run away. Take another bike and go after him. At the end of the chase you will have to fight his whole motorcycle gang. Kill them (using automatic weapon) one after another. Reward: 600$.
There is one guy who asks for trouble. To end him go and get a truck full of explosives. Drive carefully - not to blow it up earlier than needed. Park the truck, arm the bomb and run away ASAP. Reward: 700$.
To complete this mission you will need a police car. There is always one waiting for action near any police station (1). Log in to police database and search police records. Find a guy named Lyle Rivas and you should receive his location on your GPS. Go there (2), but unfortunately Rivas will get out of the window and escape. Make him leave his car and run over him. Reward: 3500$.
Dimitri wants you to kill his mad boss. Faustin must be killed and you are to be his executioner. Prepare yourself and don't forget to take an automatic weapon and a shotgun. Go to the Perestroyka and wait for a message from Dimitri. He left you a vest near the restaurant. Take it and go inside. After the cutscene shoot all enemies around with a shogun. Go behind the scene and kill the rest of the guys. Go outside killing Faustin's bodyguards. Automatic weapon is especially handy here. Go upstairs and kill Faustin. Reward: 3500$.
A car - property of a guy you killed in an earlier mission, stands in a alley waiting for a new owner. Of course it's Brucie's version of this story. In fact the car is well guarded so be prepared. The main rule is not to drive away but to kill all enemies around and then go away with a new, unscratched car. Let's start then - go inside the car and leave it after the cut scene. Shoot guys behind it killing them with SMG. Kill two guys waiting in the car in the alley on the right. After that next car, full of thugs, will appear, welcome it with an autofire. The last enemy car is standing on the other side of the street - finish two guys and return to hideout. Reward: 3500$.
Call Dimitri to arrange a meeting. After a while Little Jacob will call to tell you that Dimitri has set a trap for you. Go to the harbor and enter the warehouse (1). Autofire all enemies using SMG and when the last one is dead get out of there. Get the car on the right and escape. After that drive Jacob to the caf and call Roman. Meet him and go home, and after that visit his workplace.
A cousin of the guy you killed is troubling Brucie. Go to the Internet caf and log in. Enter the dating site and contact French Tom. Now wait for the answer of your new "lover". He'll make appointment on the 69th Street Diner (near former Roman's place) - heart symbol on your map. Go inside the bar and kill this guy from close distance. Leave this place quickly and the money is yours.
Brucie wants you to start in illegal racing. Go and get your fast car and then take the position at the starting place. Follow yellow arrows on the road and take care not to not roll over and destroy your car.
Manny (1) wants a few dealers dead. Follow one of them but don't get too close. When you will reach the warehouse (2) leave the car and go into the alley. Go upstairs and find a footbridge to the roof of the warehouse. Now find the window and jump down with shotgun in your hands. Kill closest enemies and hide behind crates or a pillar. Shoot the rest of dealers and get outside (shooting at the door). Reward: 1000$.
More dealers will need to bite the dust. Kill guys walking around and at the end chase the car. Reward: 1100$.
You have to cover the Irishman in this mission. Leave the building and go upstairs. Take sniper rifle and move into position. Wait for action and then start to kill bad guys. Be effective and don't let Patrick fight hand to hand with any of them. Reward: 1500$.
Armor yourself properly before taking this mission (1). This transaction is a trap so be ready for hard shooting. Kill all guys on the on the level and go upstairs with your finger on the trigger. Shoot everyone and everything that moves. You should reach the roof. Kill all policemen and go to another stairway. Go downstairs and get outside. Now you need to escape the police with three stars rating. After the successful getaway you will have the access to a whole new part of Liberty City. Reward: 2000$.
In this mission you will have to follow the train. Observe the radar and you should reach the station. Kill a few dealers in the place and get out of here. Reward: 1250$.

This secret person is a cop - Francis. He wants you to kill some blackmailer. First, you need to identify him. You will get a message with his number (843-555-0124). Use this number and observe an active and nervous guy sitting on the bench (near to hot-dog stall). He'll start running so kill him on the spot, take the device and bring it to Francis. Reward:1000$
Help Elizabeta recover coke from dealers. They're hiding in the ruins of an old hospital (1). Go there and prepare the best weapons you have. Kill these guys one after another. Watch guards standing on the roof. Before you take the stuff, take the healing kit. The real mess starts here - cops want you dead or alive so kill them to get out from there. When you approach the exit you have two ways. Easy and hard. If you want to the second one, steal a car and try to escape. Easy way is...much easier. After you exit the hospital run forward and then left. Leave through the hole in the fence and run into the water. There is a speedboat here, so get it and run away. Meet with Little Jacob. Reward: 2500$.
Elizabeta is a temperamental girl and Manny and his friend were very irresponsible. You'll need to dispose their bodies. Go with them to the specialist. Reward: 3000$.
There is a problem with some lawyer and to take him out you need to arrange a fake work interview. Start from reading the mail from Francis. Open the webpage and click on careers. Send an application and wait for a call. The meeting will be arranged on the next day so you can go to sleep or do whatever you want. On the next day wear a proper suit (if you don't have one buy it in Perseus). Go to the company building where you target works and go inside. Kill him in his room and get out from there killing guards on your way. There's an army of policemen outside so try to trick them. Open the door on your right, then go back and leave using the main entrance. Find a car and leave the area. Bring the file to Francis. Reward: 1000$.
This job isn't very hard but you will need a bunch of ammo and weapons. Get a rifle from the parked car (1) and kill three guards on the cranes. When they're dead enter the construction site and kill the rest of the guards making use of all barriers you can. To kill the last one you can use the sniper rifle. Reward: 6500$.
Dwayne wants you to talk with his ex-girlfriend and her friend. Go to Chinatown and when the guy starts running, get a bike and chase him. You can shoot him off of the bike. Take the money and bring it back to Dwayne. Reward: 6000$.
Kill three gangers in the nightclub for Dwayne. Go there, hide your weapons and go inside. To find out where are they now you can listen to guests' discussions. Two of them standing in front of the exit are talking about Jose who's sitting in the back counting money. Go there and kill him with a knife. The next one is talking with a dancer - kill him with one shotgun bullet and quickly run to the corridor to private rooms to shoot the last one. Reward: 6250$.
This job looks easy on paper but in fact you will need a lot of weapons and ammo. When you move closer to the building all guys will start shooting at you. There are many of them so find a good place. Go to the stairway and go upstairs as high as you can. Then change your weapon to sniper rifle and kill you target with a headshot. (You can let him live: he can give you a mission later on but it's not necessary to reach 100% game completion). Now get out of here and escape the police chase. Reward: 5000$.
Easy job. Take the sniper rifle from the car and go to the place (1) enter the building and go upstairs to the roof. Target the window and look at the phone - there is a number there. Use it and make your victim stand. Pull the trigger and get out from here. Reward: 5000$.
Find a car go with Packie to harbor. Follow him and climb to the roof of the big warehouse. Packie wants to go down, but do not listen to him. Prepare you sniper rifle instead and start to clear ground with accurate shots. Kill rest of enemies guarding the truck and take it over. This mission isn't very complicated (but did anyone see a complicated mission in GTA?). Buy a vest if you don't have any, then find a 4-door car to take Packie and friends. Go to the target place and kill everyone outside the building. Go inside and kill the rest of enemies, but be prepared for incoming reinforcements. Money is on the second floor in the control room. After the fight go outside and swim to the boat. Reward: 8000$.

Just after the Waste Not Want Knots mission, Packie will tell you to date his sister - Kate.

You didn't think it would be THAT easy, right? Ok, it won't. Kill as much cops as you can then follow your fellows into the alley. Prepare grenades and destroy police cars - clear the way and enter the subway station. A lot of cops are waiting for you so be careful, but bear in mind that trains in tunnels are much more dangerous. After leaving subway (2), get the parked car and get out of here (3-star police chase). Reward: 250000$.
An easy and short mission. Do a photo of the three guys on the courtyard. Send it to Playboy and he will tell which one of them is your target. Go to the other side of the street and kill him with a straight sniper shot. Reward: 6750$.
After a talk with some old and new friends go to Hove Beach. Enter the house and turn on the laptop. Read his mail and after that you'll receive an information about change in plans. Now you need to kill Minkov. Go to the place where he is but be prepared for a very fast chase. Reward: 6500$.
A minute after taking this job (1) you'll receive a photo of your victim. Sadly, you don't know where to find him, but what are cops for? There is a police station near (2) at the Frankfort Ave and Kunzite St. crossing. Find this guy in the database and you will receive all information you need. Go to his hideout (3), kill his fellows, climb the ladder and finish this mission. Reward: 6750$.
Roman is in deep trouble now. Go to the place where bandits keep him and enter the building. It's very easy to defend here, thanks to the big, long obstacle. Kill all guys around and go to the second floor. On the third floor, watch out for guys shooting from the roof. In the last room the last desperate idiot awaits with his gun at Roman's head. Change your weapon to pistol and kill him. Take Roman to the safehouse.
Derricks wants one guy out cold. Of course, you don't know where he is so find a police car. Police station is near (1) so go there and borrow a car. Find Bucky Sligo in database and go to the bar where he's hiding (2). Go there with a police car and chase him. You don't have to go into every alley, just watch him on the radar and stay close. He'll park near his hideout (3) but don't go there from the front. Try to go there from side - enter house, kill all enemies inside and, at the end, your target who's waiting upstairs. Now evacuate from here and don't let the cops catch you inside the house. Reward: 6500$.
This mission is easy - Playboy wants Dwayne dead (it's normal in Liberty City, right?). After that you will receive a phonecall - it's Dwayne, guess what he wants. Exactly - Playboy X must die. It's up to you who you kill. Dwayne will give you support and a new safehouse. Playboy X will give you money (25000$). Killing Dwayne is easy, but to kill Playboy you must make an effort. Go to his mansion, kill his friends, then catch him in the alley.
Pick the bomb from the alley and take it to the car. Install it under chassis. Wait in the marked place and the car starts moving follow it. When you're there call Gerry to detonate the bomb and finish off the rest of the gangsters with sniper rifle. Reward: 9000$.
Take the bike and go to the place where your target is. Of course, he won't be waiting for you and will start running the moment he sees you. Shoot him off the bike. Reward:9250$.

Next mission with freaks on motorcycles. Chase them but try to shoot them only in the subway. Drive carefully not to lose them. Getting killed by train is also not advisable. At the end of this mission, Ray will tell you about the man you're looking for. Reward:9500$.
Go to the Roman's place and then drive to talk with Talbot. With him go north to the (Middle Park). You will have to look around a bit to find Florian's place.
Go to Majestic Hotel and enter it. In the hall turn right and then go to the elevator. You will see a corridor full of guards. Kill the nearest ones and take your position. Kill the rest of them and go upstairs. Kill anyone in the apartment and find Isaak. Finish off all guards on the roof (but do it carefully, they have automatic weapons). Go down using the lift and escape. Reward:11000$.
You have to escort Kim - the smuggler. Go after him and destroy enemy speedboats. Don't stop shooting - and also try to run over their crew if possible. Destroy helicopter using RPG and Kim should be safe. Reward: 7000$.
In this mission you have rescue Aiden just to execute him. Find a truck (1) (and a RPG inside) and go to the tunnel (2). Block the road with your car and wait. Go with Bernie to the park (1) to lure his oppressor out. Run after Bernie in some distance and when homophobic guy appears, (2), chase him. Take the scooter and ride after him, you can shoot him but this will be much easier on the streets. Reward: 6000$.
Someone is blackmailing Bernie's friend. Go and meet with this guys. Of course, they won't talk to you but escape immediately. You won't be able to ram them off the road them so try to not lose them. On crossroads they're always go into the tunnels. Kill them when they stop the car. Reward: 6250.
You can't refuse the ULP so go to the place and take over the helicopter. Fly after the second helicopter and try to stay on the same altitude. It will be easier to hit him with a rocket. Reward: 6250$.
Phil wants his drugs back. Go to the alley and use heavy artillery to kill all enemies. The truck will try to escape, so chase it and grab a bumber. Climb up trying to maneuver and not to fall. Kill the driver and the truck is yours. Reward: 11000$.
Do you remember the argument between Playboy X and Dwayne? It's the same situation - you have to choose which one of the bastards you want to kill more. Go to the meeting place (1) and prepare the sniper rifle.
One of the brothers will die so there will be a funeral. Buy a proper suit in Perseus and go to the church. The ceremony will be interrupted by gangsters so be prepared for a fight. Shoot through windshields to kill a driver and a passenger. After that drive the car to transport the coffin to the graveyard. If any gangster tries to disturb the dead, stop, leave the car and kill him.
Bernie wants a trip and you have to accompany him. He also has a rare skill to attract trouble. Your speedboat will be attacked by aggressive Russians. Chase and kill them. Reward: 6500$.
Drive the car to the old factory. Go inside (between two yellow poles) and go upstairs. Take the position and cover your boss. Kill all enemies you see but be accurate and don't et them kill Pegorino. Now go downstairs and to the exit. Find a cover (you can use the old wreck) and kill all shooters. Go and find Pegorino (of course, you will have to kill all guards here). Now chase the rest of the gangsters. They will park near the factory but this time, you're the hunter. Go with Phil to get the truck. You have to go to the place where Russians are smuggling coke. Kill all guards in the warehouse and go to the harbor. Go to the factory (1). Phil will show two entrances inside - choose the second one and use cellars. Go along the corridor, and go left through the hole in the wall. Kill guards and go upstairs, but do it carefully. Take the vest from the table and use rubble to get higher. Kill the rest of the guards and chase Charlie. He's not alone here - there are his people behind pillars. Get out through the window. On the roof chase him killing guards on your way. Climb the ladder, take the healing kit near one of the chimneys. Climb the second ladder and destroy the helicopter. Reward:10500$.
The first part of this mission is a classic chase. The house you're going to is surrounded by FBI agents. Get out from here but don't try to escape as you usually do. Follow the first car instead. You should stop in a small alley - prepare grenades or RPG and destroy police car. Find a van, and when you see police helicopter, destroy it. Take over the van, take your fellows of the street and go away. Reward: 12000$.
Anthony is in a hospital and you must kill him. Go there, hide your weapon and turn right. Go into the dressing room and change clothes. Now go along the corridor - Anthony's room is at the end of it. Turn off the machine and simply go away. Start running when the alarm goes off, then shoot all cops you see and escape. Reward: 13000$.

Go to the station and talk with one of the guys. Drive your car - you're a part of the convoy now. On one of the streets you'll be ambushed by mafia so be ready for a fight (as always). Look out for Bobby - he must survive. On the next crossroads cars with thugs will start to arrive - kill their drivers quickly, before they are able to get out. Reward: 12000$.
Kim is eating in the restaurant now, so go there to execute him. Eliminate the receptionist and then open fire at the guards running downstairs. Shoot the rest on the second floor and enter the room. You will notice that Kim escaped so follow him to the kitchen. Go outside and find a car - chase Kim and kill him on the road. Reward: 13250$.
You have to destroy cars full of drugs - the problem is, they're heavily guarded. Jump over the fence and turn right. You should see a wall with some pipes on it. Climb to the roof and prepare a sniper rifle. Kill all enemy snipers you see and most of the guards near trucks. You should be safe, but better be careful and always use cover. Go downstairs and kill any survivors then destroy trucks. Reward:14000$.
Go to the airport -there is gift for you there (1). You can spare the traitor's life or kill him - it's up to you. Go to Brucie and then wait for a phone call. Go snap a picture of Gracie and send it to Packie.
You have to drive Gracie to a new hideout. Gangsters will try to destroy your car (which kills her) so be careful. The best way is to drive as fast as possible. Reward: 9750$.
It's time to exchange Gracie for something more valuable. Find Packie and go with him to make a transaction. Unfortunately Bulgarin will appear. Hide and kill hidden enemies using sniper rifle. Just watch not to hit Packie. Kill enemies on the platform and go upstairs. Stay low killing enemies around. Don't let Packie fight with too many enemies alone, always help him. Catch Dimitri and do what you have to do.
You need to enter the ship, but of course, it's very well guarded. Don't go on board, find a tower near ship and climb onto it. From here shoot as much guards as possible with your sniper rifle. When the board is clear, go. In the control room you will find a lever which opens the hold. Go there, kill the rest of the bandits, and at the end, Dimitri himself. Go through the corridor on the left and go upstairs. Kill anyone on the roof and go right. When Pegorino leaves, take a bike and ride along the coast. Little Jacob will pick you with the helicopter. After a while you should land (or crash) on the island. Catch Pegorino and do what you have to do.
