Metal Gear Solid Rising: Revengeance – Men-in-Boxes Guide

The action-based Metal Gear Solid Rising: Revengeance has plenty of collectibles for players to find. These collectibles unlock a variety of rewards and achievements or trophies. One collectible in the game is the Men-in-Boxes. There are five of these fan-recognizable collectibles throughout the game; find them all to unlock Raiden’s wooden sword weapon. Finding them all will also grant you the Peekaboo 20 point achievement or bronze trophy. 

R-01 - Coup d’Etat

Find this MIB in the refinery facility. Before you go through the door that leads to the storage tanks to fight the Mistral, go into the area with containers. You can find the man-in-box inside one of the shipping containers. There should be a spotlight shining on the container you need to drop into.

R-02 - Research Facility

Find this MIB in the circular area in the sewer, where the lab entrance is. There is a small room in the center area of this circular area – slice open the door and check the room to find the man-in-box.

R-03 – Mile High

Go into the office building and get to the area where you can go right or left. Right leads to the rooftop elevator – instead, go left to find the MIB.

R-04 – Hostile Takeover

After you ride in the freight elevator, find a door with “53” on it. Use your ninja dash ability to get through the opening above the glass window nearby and inside you’ll find the MIB near the end of this hall.

R-07 – Assassination Attempt

Get this MIB after you leave the hangar. You need to find it before you go to the next HUD marker. Look for a stack of containers. The man-in-box will be right around here.
