Thousands of video games have been released over the past few decades, covering multiple platforms and genres, and ranging in quality from absolutely amazing to amazingly awful.
With so many video games to play, and so little time to play them, making the right choice is essential. We want to help you choose your next video game by discovering what regular MakeUseOf readers are currently playing.
Everybody is welcome, from fans of retro consoles to owners of the current-gen PS4 and Xbox One. Yes, even PC gamers are invited to join in with this one.
We want to know, What Video Game Are You Playing At The Moment? As mentioned above, everybody is welcome to participate. If you’re currently playing a video game, any video game, on any platform whatsoever, please tell us the name of the game and why it’s your timewaster of choice at this moment in time.
Perhaps you’re a fan of retro games, and are currently playing Pong on an original Atari 2600, Super Mario Bros. on the NES, or Final Fantasy VII on the PlayStation. If so, let us know below.
Perhaps you’re a PC gamer who is currently obsessed by Dota 2, World of Warcraft, Minecraft, or another equally glaringly geeky and thoroughly addictive title. If so, let us know below, not forgetting to tell us why you chose that game over the competition.
Perhaps you’re a fan of modern consoles, and have a shiny new PlayStation 4 or Xbox One sitting under your TV. If so, let us know below what game(s) you’re currently playing on the Sony or Microsoft devices. I belong in this group, as I’m currently working my way through the updated version of Grand Theft Auto V.
Last but not least are the mobile gamers. We know you’re out there just waiting to tell us all about the latest freemium games you’ve spent far too much money on for absolutely no reason. So do just that in the comments below.
All comments will be read and most will be replied to, before the responses are turned into a full article. Those readers providing the best comments will be thanked by name, receiving our extreme and everlasting gratitude for their efforts.
We Ask You is a column dedicated to crowdsourcing the wisdom of MakeUseOf readers. Those wise and wonderful human beings that make it possible for MakeUseOf to exist. This column is nothing without you, as MakeUseOf is nothing without you.
