At the conclusion of The Nuclear Option (Brotherhood of Steel), travel back to the Prydwen for a debriefing with Elder Maxon. He and Lancer-Captain Kells would like to congratulate you on completing your mission.

After this very brief quest, you'll receive a number of rewards — and a reminder that you can still pursue Radiant quests for the brotherhood at Cambridge Police Station. Moreover, you can now help out Proctor Ingram on the Prydwen with the Reactor Coolant quest.
