To gain access to Nightmares zombie campaign in Call of Duty: Black Ops III you will have to beat the game on normal campaign mode of the game. After you successfully beat the campaign mode, you will automatically gain access to Nightmares Zombie mode in Black Ops III.
Sadly, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 gamers won't get to play Nightmares as Activision has decided to remove both Single-player campaign and Nightmares Zombie mode from last-gen versions of Black Ops III.
