Welcome to the walkthrough for The Swapper, where you’ll see how to complete every mind-bending puzzle for this indie claymation platformer. There are no easy answers to The Swapper’s philosophical questions on identity — but we totally know how to use the “Swapper” gun, the weapon of choice for lost claymation spacemen. Instead of thinking with portals, you’ll be thinking with clones.
The Swapper’s unique mechanic is in it’s gun. Instead of creating portals, you’ll be creating clones (up to four) which all move in unison. Take a step forward, or a step back, and the clones mirror those movements. That makes the puzzles especially tricky — it’s all about positioning, timing, and coordination. This Steam indie can be tricky, so if you’re looking for tips and tricks, check out the story walkthrough (in video form) below.
Check back soon for new updates.
Part 1: Return to Space Station Theseus
After beginning your journey by pressing the “Begin” button, you’ll see a sequence where you crash land on a dusty rock. Emerging from the rubble, the only way to go from here is right.
Press “A” to move left and “D” to move right. You can change the direction you’re looking, as well as facing, using the mouse. When you reach the ledge, press “Space” to jump. Holding “Space” longer will result in a longer jump. You can also press “W” to jump.
Keep moving right across the rocky terrain. When you pass the beam of light, head toward the elevator. Press “E” to use it. You’ll soon enter “Site 24″. Enter the tube. Drop down the ledge. You can’t enter the door yet, so head left into a tube.
Move down the path on the left to grab the device, which will allow you to clone yourself. To clone yourself, hold then release the “Right Mouse Button” in an open space. You’ll notice that your clone moves exactly as you move, so take note that later on, positioning is key. Now that you have the device, go back to the door.
Make a clone above the door on the ledge, then move it to the right to step on the button. The door will open. Head through the tube.
The next area features two buttons. Also take note that if you want to reclaim a clone, simply walk up to them. Stand behind the bridge. Place a clone on top of the button on the same level as you. It will open the rock gate above.
Create a clone on the ledge above, then move forward to the second button. It will open the door on the bottom. Move through the next tube.
This next area is simple enough. You can create up to four clones. There’s a button on each rocky step. Each will open a door. Stand back a bit, then create four clones on top of each button, then run forward through the doors to access the memory terminal.
Past the terminal is a map you can use to get your bearings. You can also hold “Q” to see the entire map. At least what you’ve explored. Head down the elevator. The way to the left is too far to reach. Move into the tube on the right.
Keep moving to the right, until you grab an upgrade for the device you’ve been using. From here you can swap clones using the “Left Mouse Button”. After dropping to grab the upgrade, create a clone back up on the ledge, then swap to it.
When you head back to the gap, use the same technique to get across. In the next room, you’ll notice a blue light. Clones cannot be created here. Make a clone for the bottom button, then when the blue light turns off, create one for the top button, opening the door. Continue left.
The next room features a red light. This light prevents you from swapping. Create a clone on the top platform, then have it step on the button. It will turn off the red light. Make another clone on the left to get up the ledge, then swap to it. Access the memory terminal, then march left.
Head past the red light, then access the console to open the door. Continue through the tunnel, then use the elevator to get down. Head right to the teleporter. Unfortunately, you need an encryption orb to activate it.
Move right, past the Stargate, I mean, teleporter, to the next room. Access the terminal, then continue to the next puzzle. You’ll see the orb you need to grab, amidst the red lights.
Create a clone to push the button. Once the light over the orb is off, create a clone on the right, next to the rock wall, then swap to it. Create another one on the ledge the orb is sitting on. Swap to grab the orb.
Head back to the teleporter, then press “E” to activate it. You’ll teleport back to Space Station Theseus.
After teleporting through the gate, move right into the tube. As you move forward, you’ll see text that appears. The first one you see is “Hello?” This will happen as you explore, passing by rocks. Keep pushing right to the next tube.
As you move forward through the corridor, the camera will make you take notice of the floor above, which includes a teleporter. When you reach the end, call for the elevator, then descend. Head into the tube.
You’ll be in a room with the sign “Hangar” above. There’s a box below. To grab objects, face it, the hold “S”. Grab the box, move it right, then jump on it to continue on. Before you reach the elevator, two doors will rise up. Take the elevator, the only way, up.
When you reach the top, head left into the tube into a puzzle room containing an orb. Place a clone on the ledge, underneath the red light, then swap to it. Place another clone on the long platform. Move it left across the platform to the blue light. When the clone drops, move it right past the orb, then swap to it to grab the orb.
Don’t forget to check out the memory terminal near the orb. Now, head back out. You’ll hear the loud speaker say quarantine disengaged. The door on the right that was previously locked, unlocks. The room above the puzzle room contains more cryptic messages.
The room past the elevator contains another puzzle room. This one contains three buttons and a box. First move the box to the right most button. It will open one of the two doors on the top left ledge.
Place the clone on the ledge. Grab the box, then move left to the other button. The second door will open, allowing the clone to step on the button on the top left ledge.
Pressing the button on the top left ledge, will allow you to create a clone to swap to, to grab the orb. Head out, then down the elevator. Push right into the tube. You’ll be in waste management.
Take the leap of faith down. As you drop, hold the “RMB” to make a clone. When you do this, time will slow down significantly. Create a clone close to the ground, then quickly swap to it. This slow down time, clone and swap trick, will be needed a lot. Take the elevator down on the left, to the gardens.
Part 2: The Garden
Keep left as you pass by the thick foliage. You’ll pass by an arrow sign that leads up. We’ll head there while coming back. For now, keep left into the tube.
When you reach the end of the path, you’ll see red lights above and gap through the wall in front of you. Create a clone on the ledge above, then let it drop down. Swap to it through the gap, then aim right. Do another clone swap as you’re falling to grab the orb. Now head back out.
Now follow the arrow up using the clone swap. Head left into the tube. This puzzle room contains a button that swaps the two doors open. There’s also blue light on the bottom.
Step on the button, then before the door closes, create a clone closest to the other door, then swap to it. Keep doing the clone swap until the door on the left fully opens, then grab the orb. It might take a little bit, since you’ll be slowing down time. When you’re done, head back out.
Head toward the “Greenhouse” sign after you take the elevator back up. Clone swap up to the ledge on the right. Head into the tube and you’ll be inside a dome full of plants. Keep moving to the right. There will be a tube to access on the top and on the bottom. Let’s take the bottom first.
So this puzzle room has a long platform on top with the orb and purple light shining underneath. Purple doesn’t allow you to do anything (Clone or swap). There’s also a button on the right. When you press the button, the blue light above goes away.
Stand next to the beam of light on the left, then create a clone right before the purple light. Move right and stand next to the purple light, but don’t go inside. Create a clone to the left of you, then swap to it.
Move right, and let the right most clone step on the button. Since the lights above have turned off, create a clone on the ledge, swap to it, then grab the orb. Leave the room, then clone swap up to the terminal above, then into the tube.
In this room is a button, a red light and a blue light. Create a clone on the ledge where the red light ends. Move it right into the blue light and let it step on the button. Now place a clone on the button on the left, then swap to it.
Create a clone on the ledge where the red light used to be, then swap to it. Drop down, make a clone on the ledge where the orb is, then swap to it. Leave the puzzle room as well as the dome.
Drop down past the Greenhouse sign, then activate the console. You’ll activate a sort of transport system. Head up to the ledge, then take the – what I’ll call a “Particle Bridge” – to move right. Across the gap, clone swap to the next bridge. Head into the tube.
You’ll see a gate above with another person there. She’ll head inside the gate. Keep right into the bridge. You’ll be blocked by a door. Create a clone on the ledge where the red light is. Make the clone step on the button to open the door. Continue right. Move through the tube instead of the beam above.
You’ll now be inside the Cargo room. Up above you’ll see various rocks being crushed. Push forward a bit more, and you’ll see two signs that point to “Quarters” and an elevator below that goes down to “Recreation”.
Part 3: Recreation
Let’s head to the “Quarters” first before heading to “Recreation”. This area contains three rooms on the right side: top, middle and bottom. And each are accessed by the particle bridges. Let’s tackle the middle room first.
This room contains three buttons. One on the bottom, one on the top left and another on the top right. There’s also purple light, blue light, a particle bridge that transports the player in a horseshoe-like pattern, and a red light that shines on the orb.
Stepping on the bottom button, kills the blue light above. Stand on the button in the purple light, then place a clone inbetween the purple and the red light. Jump up into the particle bridge. From here you can still move the clone. Move the clone on the button to kill the blue light.
As you travel the bridge, create clones on the rest of the two buttons. You’ll now be able to access the orb. Leave the room and we’ll head for the top most room.
In this room, you’ll face red lights and a teleporter. Jump down into the particle bridge, then place a clone on the ledge with the button. This will raise the door slowly. Keep doing the clone swap inside the particle bridge until the door is fully open to grab the orb.
Access the terminal before you enter the bottom most room. Inside you’ll face more particle bridges, two buttons on a platform above and one button below the platform. The button below kills the top left blue light.
Stand on the bottom button, then make a clone next to the beam of light on the left. Swap to it, then create a clone on the top platform. Move the clone on top of the platform on the button next to the wall.
You’ll ride along the bridge. With the clone on top of the right button, stand on top of the bottom button, then create a clone on the left side next to the beam of light. Swap to it, then create a clone on the left button on top of the platform to open the door.
Chain swap to the clone on the bottom button, then create a clone to swap to, to grab the orb. Time to leave crew quarters. Take the particle bridge down. It will lead you directly to the golden room that is recreation.
Recreation contains three rooms. Two on the left, top and bottom, and one on the right. Lets tackle the bottom left. This room contains four buttons and red lights.
First, step on the button on the bottom below the ledge, then create a clone on the ledge where the button is. From the bottom button, create two more clones on top of the buttons on the left. This will kill the red lights.
Create a clone on the ledge right below the orb. But wait, you can’t reach the orb because you’ve used up all your clones. Well, simply move right a bit to kill the clone on the ledge, then move left to have the remaining clones step on the buttons again. You’ll free up a clone. Swap to it to grab the orb.
The top left room contains a purple light, a blue light where the orb is, and four buttons. Three of which are on the bottom. The one on top is past the three purple doors.
Drop down to the bottom and place two clones on the buttons on the steps. Move left to step on the button next to the wall. Create a clone on the ledge above the two buttons on the steps. Swap to it, then create a clone past the purple light to step on the button.
Move left, then drop down. Keep moving left to absorb the clone on the left most button on the bottom. Create a clone on the ledge where the orb is, then swap to it.
The room on the right contains an upside down button, a box, a red light (where the orb is), and a blue light
Create a clone on the ledge with the red light, then drag the box to the bottom. Move the box right and use it as a step to reach the button under the blue lights. Create a clone to move the box underneath the upside down button.
Kill the clone by sending it to the beam of light. With the box under the button, step on the button under the blue light. The box will hit the button and turn off the red light.
Create a clone then swap to it to grab the orb. Check your map and head to the pulsing purple icon. You’ll be back in the cargo area. Head left as the rocks above pass by. A hatch will open above you, giving you access to the particle bridge the rocks also ride.
Make a clone in between the rocks in the bridge, then swap to it. As you move right, underneath the crusher, swap past the bridge on the right. Take the scenic elevator up to “Waste Management”. When you get to the top, head left. The Waste Management area is drenched in red light.
Continue left. Access the terminal, then keep moving the same way. You’ll talk to the woman on the floor beneath you. Head for the tube. Access the particle bridge. You’ll talk to the woman again as you both ride the bridges.
When you emerge, you’ll see a teleporter. It doesn’t work. Head right, past the red lights and onto the particle bridge that leads to “Sector 2 Research”. Welcome to Zero-G.
Part 4: Zero-G
You’ll be in zero-g in this room. Use the swap ability of the device to navigate through the room until you reach the tube. Pretend you’re using a fire extinguisher like Wall-E. In the next room, you’ll be on solid ground. Head to the console displayed by the purple icon.
A door will be barring your progress. Clone swap up to the ledge on the left when you reach the console to reach “Planet Survey”. Enter through the tube. This room will have three entrances to a puzzle room: top left, bottom left and top right.
Let’s take the bottom left first. This one is easy enough. There are blue lights shining on the top platform with a red light dividing it. The orb is on the left. Clone swap up to the right of the blue light, then place a clone to where the orb is, while you’re in mid-air.
Move the clone on the platform to the right. Create a clone under the opening to the platform. Swap to it. The clone on the platform should be near the edge. Swap to it, then grab the orb.
The top left room contains a long platform with a gap in the middle, two buttons and red light above. Create a clone on the top left platform. Move to the edge of the platform you’re standing on, moving the clone on the top left platform left as well.
Create a clone in the dark area to the right of the blue light, then swap to it. Move left to kill the clone. The clone on the top left platform will be pressed up on the wall. Stand on the edge, then create a clone on the top right platform. The spacing should be enough, that when you move right, both of the clones will step on the buttons.
Clone swap to the orb, then let’s move on to the puzzle room on the right. Grab the memory terminal before heading inside the tube. Stop at the wall with the gap. Create a clone and swap to it. Create another clone on the ledge to the right of the button.
Kill the clone on the bottom into the blue light, then create a clone on top of the button. This will turn off the red light. Swap to the clone through the gap on the bottom most wall. Create a clone on the ledge below the red light. Swap to it.
Create another clone on the ledge past the red light. You’ll now have a clone past the gap through the wall on the top ledge. Drop down to the bottom, absorb the clone, then kill the two clones by dropping them into the blue light.
Clone swap until you reach the top ledge, then swap to the clone through the gap, killing clones as you go. Make a clone in the right corner, right below the ceiling. Make a clone past the blue light, then swap to it to grab the orb.
Now head back to the door that was previously closed. Access the terminal to go to “High Security Laboratories”. From this room, you’ll get access to “Xeno Research”, “Sample Containment”, and “Metaphysics”. Let’s head for Xeno.
Part 5: Xeno Research
When you hit up “Xeno Research”, there are rooms on the bottom left and right. The right side leads to a puzzle room and the left side leads to three more puzzle rooms. Let’s head for the right side first.
This room has a button in a hole, two more buttons, plus blue and red lights. Create a clone and drop it in the hole, then jump over. Create another clone on the platform with the button on it between the blue lights. Swap to it, then step on the button.
Place a clone on the bottom right corner, while you have a clone on the button on the platform. Create another clone past the purple light on the ledge where the button is using the clone pressed up on the bottom right corner. The door to the orb shall open.
Swap to the clone on the long platform, then create/swap inside the orb chamber to grab the orb. Time to head to the bottom left room containing three more puzzle rooms.
When you enter the room, there will be two rooms on the top left and bottom left, plus another on the bottom right. Let’s head for the top left.
This room contains a button on the bottom left, a red light, an elevator, and a wall with a gap through it where the elevator leads to. Step on the button next to the wall. Create a clone on the elevator, then swap to it.
Ride the elevator up, then through the gap, create a clone next to the orb. Head back down the elevator, then absorb the clone on the bottom button. Make a clone on the ledge where the red light is. Swap to it.
Move right a bit, so you can swap to the clone on the ledge where the orb is located. Time to head to the bottom left room.
This room has multiple platforms above, each with a gap between. On the top right is the orb. Below are red spotlights and a box. Head left to the box, then create a clone on the top platform, keeping a clone on the bottom.
What you need to do is to clone swap yourself from left to right on the platforms, while moving the box on the bottom from left to right covering up the red spotlight in the process. You’ll need to clone swap multiple times, killing clones in the process as you move toward the orb.
Finally, we’ll hit the bottom right room. Cover the blue light with the box. Stay on the left side of the box. Make a clone on the ledge where the orb is. Create a clone on the left next to the beam of light. Move forward, keeping the clone on the ledge where he is.
Push the box underneath the door so it blocks it from closing. Create a clone to the left of the blue light, swap to it, then make another one on the ledge with the button. Move all the clones right.
Now there will be a little bit of blue light that will hit the clone on the ledge with the orb. Swap to it to grab the orb. Since we’ve grabbed as many orbs as we can, it’s time to head to the terminal to make it past the wall of leaves.
Head toward the signs that say “Metaphysics” and “Sample Containment”, then activate the terminal to burn the plant. Enter the portal. You’ll keep transporting through rooms of portals. When you find the portal room with the plants take the bottom middle one.
Head right, past the pillars and golden decorations to a portal. You’ll come upon a big teleporter and three smaller ones on the right. The three smaller ones lead to puzzle rooms. Let’s take the first on on the left.
This room features two buttons, top and bottom, a red light, purple light and a blue light where the orb is located. Create a line of clones on the bottom until you get to the button, then create a clone on the ledge where the orb is.
Absorb all the clones by moving them to the left. Create a clone on the long platform, swap to it, then create another clone on the button. Swap to the clone on the ledge and bam, you’ll get the orb.
The second portal room contains: two button in a hole, an elevator, two more buttons after you ride the elevator, plus a red and blue light. Create two clones and place them in the hole to open the door. Ride the elevator.
Drop down to the bottom platform. Place a clone on the ledge to the left of the button, pressing up against the wall. Get as close to the edge as you can to the pit on the left. Make a clone on the ledge under the blue light. Swap to that clone, then kill the clone you swapped from.
Move right and make the other clone jump to the button. Create a clone to where the orb is. Move left until you and the clone on the button drop down. Swap to the clone that dropped from the button, then kill the clone on the left.
Move left until you get near the ledge. Place a clone on the bottom, on top of the button, under the ledge. That will turn off the red switch. Now you can swap to the clone next to the orb. Now for the last portal.
This puzzle looks complicated since it includes slopes, crates, along with red and blue lights, but it’s not too bad. The orb is on the bottom bathed in blue light.
Create a clone on the bottom where the red light is. Simply drag the boxes up the slopes. From here let the boxes slide back down, then swap to the clone on the bottom to grab the orb.
Head back to the portal area that lead to the “Xeno Research” area.
Part 6: Space & Exploration
Head to the “Airlock”. It’s above the entrance to “Xeno Research” on the right side. Take the elevator up. Soon you’ll be outside in zero-g. Move across to head toward the tube on the other side.
Move through, past the portal into the next room. The woman will begin talking. Grab the memory terminal as you proceed. Take the elevator up. You’ll see some sparkling objects on the ground. Access the console and the sparkles will light up, sending you to the ceiling. Head right to the tube.
Move right past the rocks as you read about the Watchers. You’ll hit some lights and change gravity. Take the elevator up. You’ll see the woman as she begins talking about the Watchers.
A rock door will open on the right next to the Watcher head. Head left first, then drop down on the particle bridge. Move right past the red light as you hear the woman talking. Head into the red light. You’ll be ushered high up into a tube. Take the elevator up. It will go up a ways.
Move right as you read what the rocks are saying. Enter the tube. You’ll reach a room with plants, that look like microbial cells bunched up together. Continue right and step on the light. You’ll change gravity again. Head left, then move up along the boxes as you’re upside down.
Continue up until you reach a map. Walk across the light on the left and gravity will be back to normal. Continue left into the tube. You’ll reach a console where you’ll need to grab more orbs.
Head back out and take the tube on top. You’ll enter a room where you’ll drop up. Clone swap to break your fall until you reach a tube that says “No Entry” on the right. The next room contains another console. We’re entering these rooms just to get your bearings.
Continue up, past the “No Entry” sign. Take the tube on the left. In this area, as you go up, you’ll see a sign that says “Cargo Command”. There’s a console there as well. Head to the “Satellite Access” room on the left, then take the small portal.
The woman will begin talking once more as you enter a dark room with blinking red lights. Use the sparkling light to get to the ceiling. Head left, read the terminal, then enter the tube. You’ll be in a puzzle room.
Stand on the button, then place a clone to your right, relatively close to you, then walk left. You’ll vault up to the ceiling, while the clone will step on the button. This will open the rock door. Place a clone above the rock door. Step on the button and it will go up. Swap to the clone on the door.
Wait for the door to go as high up as it can, then move left to grab the orb as you change gravity. Head back down to the hub room.
Part 7: Solar Panels
From this hub room, head up to the top right tube to reach a puzzle room. It contains a blue light, red light, and three gravity platforms. Place a clone on the platform between the red and blue light.
Move right, then use the gravity well in the corner. While upside down, place a clone on the platform, mirroring the clone next to the orb. Push left and use the gravity well. Swap to the upside down clone, then drop into the red light. Swap to the clone next to the orb, then grab it.
Now head inside the tube to the bottom right. You’ll encounter three gravity wells, plus red and blue lights. On the right side, go upside down, then place a clone right next to the orb. Use the gravity next to you to make yourself go right side up. Move left past the red light, then simply swap to the clone to grab the orb.
Head back out and enter the small teleporter. Use the giant teleporter to teleport to the teleporter underneath the vertical chasm. Head left into the tube to turn on the solar panel. Head back out to the teleporter, then access the middle tiered teleporter in the chasm.
Head right into the “No Entry” tube. Access the console to turn on the next solar panel. Head right past the solar panel. Move up the chasm, then take the first tube on the left into a puzzle room.
Before you use the gravity well, place a clone on the platform above the red light. Hit the gravity well, then place a clone right next to the orb. Swap to the clone next to the blue light, then jump down on the left between the red lights. Swap to the clone next to the orb to grab it. Exit, then continue up the chasm.
Head to the next tube up, on the left. This room is drenched in red light with one gravity well and two boxes. Place a clone on the gravity well. Move both boxes so that they mirror each other. Have you and the clone both step on top of the boxes, then jump. You’ll hit the part where there’s no red light. Swap to the clone here, then grab the orb.
Continue up, then head to the tube on the left. The puzzle room contains four buttons that open the door. The top right button opens the first, bottom right opens the second, the top left opens the third door and the bottom left opens the final door.
Place a clone on the top right, then use the gravity well. Place a clone on the bottom right. Move forward to use the well again. Create a clone next to the door. Move left to use the gravity well again. Let the clone on the top right drop off. The clone by the doors will be between the first and third.
Place a clone on the bottom left. Move left. Swap to the clone on the bottom, then absorb them all by moving yourself upside down next to the door. Place a clone on the gravity well on the ceiling. It will move down. Swap to that clone, then create a clone on the top left button.
Move left. Absorb the clones, except for the one on the bottom left. Doors one and two are now the only ones closed. Create a clone on the top right button, then swap to it. Swap to the clone on the bottom left, then create a clone on the bottom right. Now switch through the clones to grab the orb.
Leave the puzzle room and hang out on the ledge for a bit.
Part 8: Answers
From the ledge, drop down to the teleporter, then use it transport yourself to the other teleporter in the large verical chasm. Exit the tube, then move up to the top most tube on the right that’s labeled “Cargo Commando”. You’re heading for the purple icon on the top. Turn on the solar panel.
Move past the solar panel into the next room. Access the console to turn on zero-g. Move across the room and maneuver your way to the tube right next to a corner.
Move past the rock, then the teleporter. Enter the room bathed in red light. There’s a static monitor in the middle. The woman tells you to access the log. You’ll watch a video and learn about the swapper. Head right into the next tube. Grab the terminal on the other side.
Move right, you’ll speak with Dennett, Chalmers and the Scavenger. After witnessing the event, head left, then call the elevator. Head up, then head to “Command”. There will be more rocks as you travel across scaffolding to the right. Take the elevator, then head left into the tube.
Take the elevator up into the blue light. You’ll be in “Command”, where you’ll need 124 more orbs to access the console above to reach the end. Time for the last of the puzzles.
Part 9: The Last Orbs
Leave the command room and head for the nearest teleporter. Head back to the room with the red light and the monitor where you viewed the video. Move past the monitor into the tube on the left. Access the teleporter.
Teleport to the teleporter underneath the vertical chasm, then head left to head out into space. Head up to the blinking tube as the red and blue lights blink to your left and right. Head left. Open the map to see three tubes to enter. There’s on on top, one on the left and one on the bottom left. Let’s head to the bottom left.
This room contains two buttons, two gravity wells, and red, blue and purple lights.
Hit the gravity well on the bottom, then create a clone on top of the button on the bottom right platform. Swap to that clone. Move left into the blue light, then place another clone on the bottom right button. Swap to him, then move left.
The clones will trigger the gravity well on the top left corner moving down to the edge of the purple light. Swap to a clone next to the purple light to absorb them. While still positioned next to the purple light, create a clone in the red light, mirroring the upside clone on the platform.
Move right and both the clones will press each button. This will open up the hatch so you can access the orb. Head back out, then enter the top left tube.
In this room, put a clone on the bottom left corner, past the platform with two pillars holding it up. Create a clone on the right edge of the platform. Use the gravity well behind you, then create another clone to mirror the clone you place on the edge of the platform.
Move left, then swap to the clone on top of the platform inbetween the red light. Use the steps along the ceiling to position the clone on the platform to a place where you can swap to him. Move to the left of the platform.
Swap to the left most clone, the one you placed first. After, swap to the clone upside down on the platform. Drop down, meaning you’ll move up to the ceiling through the red beam of light. As you move up, before you hit the ceiling, create a clone on the gravity well in the corner.
Swap to the clone and when you get right side up, you’ll grab the orb. Time to head for the top most puzzle room. Move to the right side of the puzzle room. Step on the gravity well, then place a clone upside down on the button.
Create a clone on the left, upside down above the button, near where the red beam is. Swap to that clone, then make a clone in the purple light that will land in the gravity well. This will turn the clone right side up. Swap to him. You’ll be below the red beam. Kill the clone that was above the button by sending him to the gravity well in the corner.
Place a clone on the button on the left, next to the red beam. With both buttons pressed, swap to the clone that’s pressing the button on the right, then swap to the clone in the blue light. Swap to the clone on the button on the left. Place a clone on the platform where the orb is. Swap back to the clone in the blue light, then swap to the clone on the platform with the orb.
It’s now time to head back up to “Command” to end this thing.
Part 10: The End
Find the closest teleporter. Transport yourself to the nearest one next the “Command” center. Take two elevators up, then access the console. Red lights will begin to flash after you authenticate the landing sequence.
The station will begin its descent toward the planet. You’ll black out. When you awake, move right past the rocks into the tube. Place the clones on the buttons, with you standing on the last one. Create a clone on the right, then swap to it, to continue.
Continue moving right as you see what the rocks have to say. You’ll reach the edge and a beam of light flashing across the way. You’ll see another person appear and begin talking to you about a rescue.
From here, you’ll be given an option, to swap or stay. Make your choice.
Congratulations! You’ve just beaten The Swapper.
